Cloaked in Green

Kariya Maotu stumbled through the dark alleyways of Fuyuki city. He was all-alone at this moment, searching for a place to sleep for the night, a mattress or a cardboard box for he was not the least bit picky at this moment in time. He was weakened from having Berserker show himself earlier and now all he wanted to do was sleep.

The sound of something falling behind him caused the crippled man to turn around, his one good eye narrowed in search for the cause of the noise. The alley he was in was far too narrow to summon his Servant effectively. The mad Servant might strike him instead and for the second time Kariya was wondering why summon a Berserker.

'I just had to listen to the vampire.' He thought venomously. Turning away from the noise he began to hobble away from where he heard the noise passing by an old broken mirror. From the corner of his eye, he saw his reflection. 'I really do look horrible, but for Sakura this is worth it.' As he began to leave, something pink wrapped around his neck.

"Gahhh gack!" He yelled as the wet thing around his neck began to constrict his breathing and with a sudden pull he was dragged to where the pink object had come from.

The broken mirror.

"Ryuunosuke, someone is coming." Caster told his friend and Master as they watched the entrance to their gallery/ hideout.

"Aww man, I'm not ready yet!" The orange haired man replied as a snapping sound was heard. "Aww. The thumb fell off, Bluebeard do you have any way to fix this?"

"I'm afraid I don't Ryuunosuke but perhaps our guest does." The sound of someone walking on the nearby patches of water caused the two to turn as...

No one was there.

"You sure you heard someone?" Ryuunosuke asked as he wiped his bloody hands on his pants.

"I am certain I did. There is someone here with us. Perhaps a messenger of god has come to smite us." The man grinned as he reached into his cloak for his spell book. "Such a cruel god he is."

"And that he is," a cultured voice spoke as a man appeared from nowhere. Fractured light rearranged itself as he came into view. A black body suit with silver boots and gauntlets was what he was wearing. Over the suit was a light green chest plate with circular pauldrons with a red spike covered his shoulders. A silver belt with a light green card was around his waist, a stylized golden chameleon head sitting in the middle of the card. By his left thigh was an odd device that was attached with two cords of the same light green. But it was his helmet that bought the most looks to the two madmen. With the same light green as the rest of his armour, the helmet was shaped like a chameleon's head with two, large circular silver domes making up the eyes of the man.

"Ryuunosuke, it appears a new demon has appeared before us!" The Servant of magic said with a bow to the man.

"So cool!" The orange man shouted as he followed his friends' actions. "Have you come to see our works of art?" He asked as a large grin rising on his face.

"Actually, I came to you two for assistance." The two man rose from their bows as they tilted their heads in confusion. What would a powerful demon like this one need them for?

"I require your magical power, sorcerer. If you help me with what I require, I shall grant you anything you desire." The demon walked towards the insane Caster, his hand out to shake the other man's. "Do we have a deal?"

Gilles looked at the man's hand intently, his odd eyes blinking as he looked from the hand to the demon. A demon offering such a promise, how rare. And a chance to spit against the face of the God who took away the woman he admired, himself? Caster only needed several seconds to decide what he wanted.

"Jeanne! I desire my Jeanne! I must save her from her false identity and make her see the truth!" An amused chuckle escaped the demons mouth as Caster grabbed the other man's hand. "I shall help if you can secure my Jeanne."

"Very good and you? What do you wish, Ryuunosuke-san?"

"I just want to see you do something cool. I'm sure you can already do that Demon-san." The orange haired man grinned in excitement, wondering how the demon before him kills his prey.

"Excellent. Now this is what I want you to do." With that the three of them huddled together, plans being created and thrown out in seconds. But that did not matter to the green clad man; his plans were being fulfilled in an instant.

'Another business deal going my way. Excellent.'

As the monster summoned by Caster began to make its way to the city, the man in green smirked to himself. 'Fools, the two are doing exactly as I expected.' Looking down from his advantage point from the bridge, he spotted a woman in blue charge towards the large aquatic beast while a man in a chariot led by two oxen flew in the sky above it. 'Saber and Rider. I know my master said to stay away but my plan can not fail.' Looking down towards the banks, he noticed the masters of the two servants along with a man with two spears. 'Lancer and two masters... I can use this.'

The man reached for his belt and pulled out a card from the center. From there he placed into the device on his left thigh. "Advent" a synthesized voice spoke as from the windows below the man a monstrous chameleon similar in design to the man's armour appeared.

"Biogreeza, distract the man with the twin spears down there." He ordered. The beast turned invisible and began to make it's way to where the humans where.

-Line break-

Lancer was watching his allies as they fought the large beast Caster had summoned. He was awaiting a chance to use his spears power to negate enemy magic when he was attacked from behind. The two masters he was with watched as the Servant defending them was knocked away from them. There was silence as they realized they were now defenseless from Caster's demons or another Servant such as Archer or more likely Assassin. The sound of footsteps snapped them out of their thoughts as Lancer walked up to them.

"Lancer," Irisviel spoke as the man walked towards her. "What happened?"

"Assassin," he answered. "The man is able to go invisible. I was lucky to escape. Right now the Servant is nursing his wounds from my spears."

Irisviel shared a look with Waver. Something did not seem right with the Servant. Feeling something amiss with the returning Servant, Waver asked a question.

"Lancer, who is your Master?" Lancer raised an eyebrow at the question before answering.

"My Master is Kayneth Archibald El-Melloi. Why do you ask?" Irisviel frowned at his answer before answering the man.

"Why did you tell two enemy Masters who are not allied with you completely your Master's name? You are not Lancer are you?" The man shrugged at Irisviel's words.

"But you already knew that when Saber fought me at the docks and Rider approached with Waver." The woman frowned as she realized he was right. Maybe this was the real one after all. She shared another look with Waver as they both turned back to the battle, not noticing the cruel smirk that appeared on Lancer's face. With that, he attacked.

His red spear stabbed right through Waver's heart as Irisviel gasped and backed away from the rouge Servant. "Who are you?" She asked, her face going pale. Only now she realized that something else was missing from this Lancer, his cursed charm. There was no feeling forcing her to lust after this man. So who was this man actually? The Servant of the Spear smirked as his form changed to the green clad man.

"I am Kamen Rider Verde and the Assassin of this war." Reaching for another card from his belt, the man summoned a ring with a yoyo that fit night on his finger. "Hold Vent" the synthesized voice called out as Assassin wrapped the woman up in the cable. "I can not have Saber surviving this battle as she and Archer are my biggest threats to my goals so far. However, we can make a business deal if you wish. Surrender and you can leave with your life." As Irisviel was about to answer, a bullet collided with the ground in front of him. An unseen frown appeared on his face as he unwound the woman from her binds.

"Another troublemaker," Assassin sighed. "I'll have to think of how to get around this later." With that said, the man placed another card into his scanner and with a voice calling out "Clear Vent" he vanished into the mist that the beast had created.

Irisviel fell to the ground, shock running through her body. She knew if it hadn't been for her husband she would be joining Waver on the ground. Looking up at the battle as Rider fell from his chariot, she began to wonder. Who exactly was Kamen Rider Verde and what were his goals for the Holy Grail?

-END-

Assassin Kamen Rider Verde. This came from NexusRider161, so thank you for the suggestions. Now, first off, I'm not going to lie, I struggled with finding information on this guy so if he is out of character I apologise immensely. I only had TV tropes page, the Kamen Rider Wiki and a edited version of the special on YouTube to go by so, I was lacking info. Mostly on how Copy Vent worked, that I didn't exactly understand..

I did try to build up his businessman like persona as that seemed to be the main thing I found about him. Still it was an interesting challenge and one I enjoyed. There where some things I did take out, one was Verde killing Irisviel but it made him seem to prepared for my liking and the other was him disguising himself as Kiritsugu and commanding Saber to kill Gilgamesh before shooting her in the back of the head as the real Kiritsugu entered. Like before made him seem too prepared.

Anyway thank you all for your requests (I will end up alternating between requests and non requests so I apologise in advance if I don't get to yours.), thanks for reading and please review. Ay questions please send them and I'll try to answer.
