Caroline smiled to herself as she sent the text to Hayley and Kaleb. Her plan was about to be put in place. She had told Joanna and Amy to tell a few other people from school that the party was "starting early."
Joanna walked up to her and asked, "so did you send the text?" She nodded and smiled. "He'll be mine in no time. Did you get what I asked you from Tyler?"
Joanna nodded and showed her the liquid in a small bottle. She grabbed it and nodded at Joanna who went to join Amy and the others. Caroline remembered the times her and Klaus used to be a couple, how he promised her that they would be together throughout high school and that he would go to prom with her. How he wanted to wait for the right time to sleep with her but was so in love with her that he broke that wish and was with her multiple times after that. Sure she liked him back but she wasn't quite in love with him yet and yeah, she slept with Tyler but she only did that because she got caught up in the moment. Instead of understanding her, he broke up with her and started dating that Hayley girl. She was going to get him back and she was sure of it.
Minutes later she saw Kaleb and Hayley walking and talking together. She quickly put the liquid into two cups of drinks and walked over to them and in no time, they were in the middle of a circle with Kaleb giving Hayley a hickey! She smiled and mumbled to Joanna about stopping the filming after 30 seconds and sent the video to Klaus hoping that he sees it.
Kaleb was walking out of the bathroom when Amy walked up to him and said, "Woah! Are you okay buddy? You should go lie down upstairs."
Kaleb shook his head. "No I'm fine I need something to drink." He grabbed a cup and drank it in one go.
Amy shook her head and said "no go upstairs and I'll send someone to get you another drink." She didn't wait for a response and pushed him into a bedroom upstairs. She then quickly rushed down and nodded to Joanna.
Joanna walked over to Hayley who was dancing with some girls and pulled her aside. "Hey Hayley Kaleb wanted to see you! Go upstairs, I'll bring you something to drink later!" She shouted over the loud music. Hayley being in a daze and still dancing, went upstairs and searched for Kaleb.
"K! Where are you?" She shouted and looked through the rooms. Finally she saw him face down in a bed in a room. She stumbled in and angle fell on the bed. She punched his arm to wake up and called his name out with a slurry voice. He woke up and turned on his back. "What?" He said annoyed that someone had woken him up.
Hayley looked at him and forgot what she was going to say. Suddenly her eyes went blurry thinking of her parents. "I miss them. Why did they have to leave me?"
Kaleb looked at her and shrugged, "it happens. But you have people here who will..." He coughed and continued, "will help you like me and klaus and Rebekah and..."
She cried more and they laid down quietly and after a while said, "I love him. Klaus I love him."
Kaleb laughed and said, "I know I've seen it"
She turned to him and hugged him while he was still lying down. "Thank you Kaleb, you being here is helping me so much. Dealing with my emotions. Klaus and I are happy because you told me to be with him," she felt him hug back and roll over on his side. "You told yourself that not me. And now you have a great guy looking after you! I'll find a girl like him someday too." She laughed and hugged him tighter "yeah you will." With that they fell asleep from the over drinking and hyperactivity.
Klaus stormed into party with Rebekah and Kol behind his tail. "Nik STOP!" Kol shouted. "What is going on with you?!" He said grabbing his arm to face him.
"You both want to know why?" He snatched his arm away and pulled out his phone showing them the video. When Kol and Rebekah saw this they were in shock. Rebekah looked up halfway and said, "Nik there has to be an explanation she wouldn't... And neither would he." She said and Kol said, "yes she's right and why did you get this video and none of us?"
Klaus was too angry to think. "I don't care why Kol I want to see Hayley now." And stormed off leaving them with his phone.
He walked over to Caroline whom he spotted and she genuinely smiled at him. "Hey glad you came, you look stunning." She said. He ignored her and asked, "yes now tell me where Hayley is." She shrugged and said I don't know haven't seen her since..." He didn't let her finish and walked away missing the smile on Caroline's face.
He walked over to many people and then to Amy. "Hey Amy where's Hayley?" She looked at him and smiled. "Oh hi Klaus! Um... The last I saw her was when she was walking upstairs. He nodded a thank you and walked upstairs. He searched the floor and started looking into rooms. He stepped over to the room with a black door at the end on the floor and peeked in when he saw it was half open and what he saw made him go into shock from anger. Hayley's legs were tangled with Kaleb's. His face was in between her shoulder and neck and his arms were around her lower back, her arms around his. He couldn't see anymore. She was cheating on him. His eyes started to tear up. He turned around and saw Caroline there with a sympathetic smile on her face. He stared at her an then walked away.
Kol and Rebekah were thinking hard about this. "Hayley and Kaleb would never do this to Klaus."
"I know Rebekah and look at this, she is obviously wasted and so is he. They don't look like they are in their right minds." Kol exclaimed. Rebekah snatched the phone from his hand and watched in shock. "Wait a minute, Kol! No one else looks like the way they do. Everyone looks fine except them" Kol nodded and said angrily. "They were spiked. This was planned if he was the only who received this text and I know exactly who did it and so do you." Rebekah nodded and searched the crowd for Hayley or Klaus.
Kol saw Klaus walking towards the entrance and called him,"Nik..."
"I don't want to hear it."
"No listen it fake it's all a tri-"
Klaus turned to face him angrily and said, "enough Kol. Mind your own business and sod off." With that he walked away and out the party. Kol sighed and Rebekah went upstairs. She searched every room and then gasped as she saw what she saw. She walked over to them and saw that they were both passed out on the bed. "Hayley! Kaleb! Wake up."
Hayley startled and saw Rebekah standing there. She was too tired to get up and before she could say anything she threw up on the floor. "Oh dear lord what has she done to you" she mumbled and went to help Hayley. We need to get you home Hayley. And Kaleb."
She got a text from Marcel saying that he was there and told him to rush upstairs. Ten minutes later he arrived and rushed to help with a shocked look on his face. Rebekah explained everything to him and he nodded in shock and disgust. "Marcel you need to take them both home. I need to stay and talk to my brother. Calm him down. Please do this for me."
"Of course. My car is parked behind the house. Let's get them out." They helped Hayley and Kaleb out of the house and into the car. Rebekah thanked Marcel and gave him the keys to the house and watched them drive away. She walked back inside to find Kol.
Klaus walked to his car and kicked the tire with force before thinking of why she would do this to him. They had just started dating and loved it. They were amazing together. Why would she do this? What did he do wrong? What was Kaleb doing right? He thought Kaleb didn't like Hayley. Were they lying to him? So many questions he didn't see someone standing next to him. When he felt a hand on his shoulder he turned around and saw Caroline standing there with a smile on her face. "What the hell do you want?" He asked her.
She looked at him and rubbed his back. "Klaus I'm sorry for what happened in there. I'm sorry she's cheating on you." He cringed at her words and said. "Don't act innocent. You did the same to me."
She sighed and said, "and for that I'm sorry Klaus. I realise the mistake I've made. Seeing you with her made me realise that I messed up and that I love you so much." She stepped closer and held his face in her hands. "Please forgive me and give me a chance to make it up to you. Now that we're both single."
He closed his eyes at her words. He didn't want to be single. He hadn't decided yet. He needed to talk to her first. Before he could say anything he felt Caroline's hands caress his face and arms. Her forehead against his and her breasts pressed against his chest. "Please. Let me show you I still love you."
He tried to move away but she wouldn't budge. "You never told me that when we were together." She nodded and breathed into his face "I know" with that she kissed him and pulled his face down.
Klaus knew that this was wrong and tried pushing her away but then thought about Hayley and Kaleb. He kissed her back and turned them so that she was pressed against the door. "No no I can't do this" he said pulling away but she pulled him back angrily and said against his ear as she continued to play with his shirt and back, "She's doing this to you too Klaus. She's in bed with another man. While you weren't there. Show her what's she's missing." He growled and held her close to him at those words. His thoughts were clouded and all he could think about was Hayley Kaleb Hayley Kaleb. Until Caroline said something that made him so livid. "She's probably naked underneath Kaleb right now" with that he pushed her on the door and kissed her so forcefully that she couldn't breathe.
He opened the door and pushed her in the backseat and got in before shutting the door. It was dark and only the house lights far away illuminated them. He was too angry to think or notice Caroline smiling. If Hayley was going to cheat on him with her ex so was he. He felt her body with his hands familiar with it too well. He threw her purse in the front seat and ripped her top from the front of her deep v neck and found her wearing no bra so he continued to touch her and remembers all the times he had done this before. He felt like the 'bad boy' image was coming back to him and wasn't complaining about it. Within seconds, her mini skirt was pulled off of her with the rest of her clothes and so was his. He pushed her legs up and took her with such force that she was screaming and holding to the seats with her nails. Suddenly the doors opened and he saw Kol's horrid face at what was happening. Before he could say anything Kol shut the door in anger and walked away to find Rebekah standing at the entrance of the party avenue.
Klaus, seeing Kol's face made him realise what was happening and came to his senses. But before he could pull away, Caroline screamed and reached her high and so did he, falling on her and calmed himself. "Oh Klaus, I missed you."
Suddenly he got angry and got off of her and wore his clothes, said, "yeah, well you shouldn't have cheated on me. This never happened you get me? and will never I repeat never... Happen again." then got out of the car and took a deep breadth and walked to find his siblings.
Caroline sat up with a smirk and took out her phone. "Hey Joanna, bring me my robe over to Klaus' car. My clothes are in shreds" she said as Joanna understood and laughed telling her to wait.
