Chapter 10

I just realized the Wallace and Clyde each have a different symbol. Oops. Well THAT destroys the fact in...everything in this story. Clyde's kinda looks like dragon, and Wallace's sorta looks like a whirlpool

"Horace?! How did you?" Kaz couldn't get it out.

"I thought of everything good that I did, and I fought. I didn't stop," Horace told him

"Good for you Horace," Kaz smiled

"So what do I do, commander?" he asked.

"Wait, Horace. You're in charge now. I'm, I'm not," Kaz protested

"Well you've been doing a way better job than me. I am ready to do whatever you tell me," he said

"Oh. Ok," Kaz said in shock, "I think I want to keep you hidden in the back. Kinda like a secret weapon"

"Oooo. Fun," he smiled then headed toward the back. Skylar came over next to them.

"Was that Horace?" she asked.

"Yep" Kaz responded, "listen Skylar, they have to think that Horace is still under their control"

"I got it," she said

"Everyone! Let's move!" Kaz got their attention. The groups that were leaving the hospital first left with him

"Oh, Kaz. You should know, I made Oliver one of the doctors. He can't fight, but he's a good doctor" Skylar told him,

"Ok. That was a good idea. Better than mine anyway. Oh, and did you call in the city wide evacuation?" he asked

"Nope" she replied. Kaz looked at Jordan who just shrugged her shoulders.

"TRY TO KEEP THE BATTLE INSIDE THE CITY!" Kaz shouted, "AND PROTECT MIGHTY MED AT ALL COSTS"

They stopped walking when everyone who could be out of the hospital was out. There were four groups of people inside, and one on the roof. The ones on the roof could fly, which was a benefit. Kaz looked up at them. He saw Tecton floating in front. He smiled, and nodded at Kaz. Kaz smiled, and nodded back. Then he turned and looked at Jordan and Skylar.

"We're not going to be fighting," he said

"What?" both the girls asked.

"We're going to find their leader. They've gotta have a home base somewhere, and I think I have an idea of where it is" he smiled.

He looked toward the other army. They were about close now. They weren't walking anymore, they were charging. Kaz nodded at Jordan. Jordan raised her gun, and shot it into the sky. The flying heroes jumped off the roof, and flew away from them, towards the other army.

When they were halfway there, Kaz raised his gun, and shot it. The heroes behind him ran. Parting around them. Once half the heroes have ran by, Kaz, Jordan, and Skylar ran with them. It felt like they were running forever. The heroes ahead of them had already clashed. It was nerveracking truly. The villains were getting closer, and closer, and closer. Jordan looked behind her, and saw that Kaz was gone. She stopped running. This caused Skylar to stop as well.

"Where did Kaz go?" Jordan asked nervously.

"Do you know where he went? Skylar asked

"No of course not!" she said sharply, "but I might have an idea. Come with me"

Jordan put her gun back in her holster then grabbed Skylar by the hand. The two began pushing past people, towards the city.

"You know I can fly, right?" asked Skylar

"Well pick me up, and lets go!" Jordan shouted. The two began running. Skylar took off, and flew low over Jordan. Then Skylar picked her up, and they were off into the city.

The first wave of injured heroes came in. Some of them just needed a hidden place to regenerate, others actually needed medical attention. All were accepted. Especially since theory was correct. The vests did nothing.

Oliver didn't take his vest off for two reasons. One, he didn't have time, and two, it made him feel a little more secure and safe. He was waiting at the front door. Every time a hero came in Oliver assessed the damage, and sent them on their way. Most of them were back into the battle in ten minutes, others needed long term treatment, and were sent to the back.

The battle was becoming overwhelming the amount of injured heroes got higher by the second. Skylar, Kaz, and Jordan never came in. That could be a good or bad sigh. At a time when things had settled down, Oliver stepped outside. There were few bodies on the ground. The battle had ceased for sometime. Everything was quiet. Heroes were spread throughout the lawn, and in the mall. A few nodded as he walked past.

He looked at each of the bodies. None of them belonged to his friends. He felt relieved that they weren't dead, but worried about where they might be. He searched the entire mall, and hospital for them. They were no where.

Oliver went onto the front lawn again. He gave each of the bodies a better inspection. He still didn't recognize any of them as his friends. Oliver took his phone out of his pocket one last time. He dialed Kaz's number, hoping he'd pick up. Then suddenly, the black cloud appeared, and Oliver was gone.

"So Jordan, where are we going?" Skylar asked.

"Remember that place Kaz and I were before?" she asked.

"Yeah. The Domain. Wait. The Domain?! Why would Kaz go there?!" asked Skylar

"Well Kaz is smart, but he has stupid ideas. Following that logic, it seemed the only place to" Jordan explained.

"That's smart. I understand why he likes you" Skylar told her. Jordan was baffled, but before she could say anything, Skylar spoke up.

"I'm going to turn us invisible. Don't say anything, and make sure you've always got a hand on me. Otherwise you'll become visible again. Got it?" she asked.

"Got it" Jordan replied. Then the two of them turned invisible.

Finally finished this chapter. Sorry it's short, I'm short on time. I just want to say...Wallace and Clyde are very interesting villains. It's hard to believe they were created by Disney
