Greye's Notes: Hey-o! Lookie there, another chapter pretty quick this time. I think I'll be able to wrap up this story in another couple of chapters. We've got a little more angst down the road, and a little more trouble with our favorite soccer-player-turned-Magic-Mike, and then a neat little bow. Or maybe not? Stay tuned to find out!

Disclaimer: I surely don't own She's The Man at all. If I did, Olivia would not have suddenly just transferred her love to Sebastian at the end-that's not how love works.

Viola pulled her phone out and checked the time. She swore under her breath. The Physics classroom was across campus, and would be letting out in a couple minutes. If she was going to catch Olivia to talk to her before someone else did, she would have to run. Glad she had dropped her books off in her room when she did, Viola kicked herself into gear and sprinted away from the Coach's office and the sports center. She was suddenly more glad than ever that she had opted to keep the boy's uniform at Illyria-skirts would not have been nearly as conducive to running as the slacks she wore now. As she ran, her eyes snagged on a clock and noted that she was running out of time. Thirty seconds. Viola put on another burst of speed as she came around the dorms and spotted the science buildings, feet pounding against the ground. Almost there, almost there...

As the bells began to ring, Viola came to a skidding stop just to the side of the Physics room door and leaned against the wall as she caught her breath. It hadn't been a long run, but she had sprinted at top speed. She watched as students began to emerge from the classroom, and ignored the sudden throb in her hand as the exertion pumped blood quickly through the damaged area. When she saw a head of golden hair emerge, Viola immediately stepped forward and fell into step with Olivia. "Hey." She said quietly, catching Olivia's attention. Blue eyes turned to look at her with a mix of puzzlement, and hurt. Viola winced inwardly. She reached her good hand out to take Olivia's hand lightly and drew her away from the crowd of students. "Come with me please?" She murmured, ignoring the looks their joined hands drew and missing entirely the sudden smile that appeared on Olivia's face. With a careful look around, Viola led Olivia around a corner into a deserted hallway, and found an empty classroom. She released Olivia's hand and closed the door.

Her mind had been racing all period. She could barely concentrate on Mrs. Dunham at all-and her notes? Ha. A blank page stared mockingly up at her as the frustration inside build up. What had happened to Viola? And why had she acted so distant when she had come into the classroom? Olivia pressed her pencil to her paper with a little too much force, and suppressed a groan when the tip broke. She would find Viola when class was over, she knew. She didn't even care if she missed her next class; she would get to the bottom of this.

When Viola suddenly appeared next to her as she was leaving class, Olivia couldn't help the resurgence of hurt that Viola hadn't trusted her enough to talk to her earlier. "Hey yourself." She responded quietly. Frustration aside, when Viola took her hand, Olivia felt her heart leap as warmth suffused her body. Despite herself, she smiled. Boy do I have it bad. She thought wryly to herself as she happily allowed herself to be led down a side hallway and into an empty classroom. Her heart sped up when Viola closed the door, and she watched the other girl's back for a long, quiet moment before Viola finally turned around. Even as she hoped Viola was about to share what had happened to her, she idly wished they were still holding hands. Get ahold of yourself!

When Viola's green eyes still seemed unsure, Olivia took the lead. "Viola," she started, "will you please tell me what is going on? What happened to your hand?" She wanted to ask about Viola's behavior too, but she found herself unable to ask about it just yet. Her blue eyes found themselves fixed on Viola's right hand, taking in the wrapping with a worried frown. "Are you okay?" She took a small step towards the other girl, and tilted her head questioningly.

Finally, Viola lifted her eyes to meet Olivia's, and Olivia could see a sudden flame of determination there-or something close. She found herself swallowing dryly as Viola took two long paces toward her and filled her range of vision. Anymore words of question died on her lips as they were suddenly claimed by Viola's.

Viola had walked Olivia to the empty classroom with the intent of explaining to her what had happened. She was going to tell her about the fight with Duke, and apologize properly for how she had treated her in class. All those plans flew out of her head when she finally turned around and saw Olivia standing beside the abandoned teacher's desk, with light from the window behind her making her hair shine like gold and reflect in her blue eyes, so that they sparkled. She caught her breath at the sight. There was only one thing she wanted to do, and thought she heard Olivia's words, she couldn't find a way to respond in any other way at that moment.

She closed the distance between them without hesitation caught Olivia's lips in a kiss that quickly morphed from something light, to something passionate and borderline frantic. Viola wrapped her arms around Olivia's waist and pulled the other girl in tight against her, causing Olivia to break away for a second with a gasp of surprise, before their lips reconnected even more earnestly than before. The taste of Olivia's lips was intoxicating, and she stifled a groan as she felt the other girl responding just as frantically, hands sliding into her hair and pulling her as close as they could be. Olivia's lips parted for her and Viola relished in the taste of her, breaking off only to take a breath or press a kiss to her jaw or neck.

It wasn't enough. Sliding her hands down Olivia's backside, causing her to shiver, Viola gripped the backs of Olivia's thighs and lifted her up easily. Olivia readily wrapped her legs around her and Viola, lips still fastened to Olivia's, walked them to the desk where she sat Olivia down. The legs around her waist didn't loosen for a moment, and Viola didn't want them to. Olivia sighed as their lips parted for a moment, and tilted her head back. Viola took the offered invitation and rained kisses down the side of her neck, pausing once to suck hard near the base of Olivia's neck, just inside her shirt collar. Olivia sucked in a breath before releasing Viola's name in a breathy moan that had a warm quiver running through the soccer player from her head to her toes and back to coil low in her abdomen. She brought her lips back to reclaim Olivia's and felt a thrill when Olivia began to rock against her, right up until she felt the hand on her chest pushing her back.

"Wait-wait," came Olivia's breathless voice. Her sapphire eyes were hooded with desire, and her chest rose and fell with labored breaths. "Viola, we don't want to do this here." Viola stared at her uncomprehendingly for a moment, taking in the flushed, beautiful goddess that was a wanton Olivia, before her wits began to return.

"Oh," she responded, "Uh, yeah. Probably took this a little farther than planned." She swallowed and went to take a step back, only to find that Olivia's legs were still wrapped tightly around her waist. "Um.." She watched in awe as a deep blush darkened Olivia's cheeks, and smiled. Olivia, to her surprise, pulled Viola down for one more, heated kiss before releasing her. Viola stepped away then, trying to catch her breath. "Wow." She finally said, and heard Olivia echo the same sentiment. This was the kind of passion she had been missing. Lord help her, but all Viola wanted to do was ravish Olivia on that old teacher's desk.

Olivia's voice regained her attention and Viola refocused her traitorous thoughts. "Viola, you also need to tell me what happened." Some of the feelings of hurt had crept back in as the passion had wound down, and Viola winced. She stepped back up to Olivia and took her hands.

"Yeah, I do. First of all," she looked Olivia in the eye, "I'm sorry. I'm sorry for the way I treated you Liv, you didn't deserve that. I was still angry and frustrated, but there was no excuse to take any of that out on you. So, I'm sorry about that, and I hope you will forgive me?" She waited as Olivia pondered her words, and couldn't suppress a smile when the blond leaned in and pressed a light kiss to her cheek.

"I will forgive you, this time. If there's a next time, please don't shut me out." Olivia looked at her so earnestly that Viola had to resist the urge to put her arms tight around her and apologize again. Instead, the soccer player promised solemnly.

After that was out of the way, Viola went on. "So...as for what happened." She looked away uncomfortably for a moment, and released a hard sigh before turning back to Olivia. "I ran into Duke on the way to class-literally. I actually kind of bounced off of him. Dropped all my stuff. Not a big deal-happens sometimes-but then I realized he had been waiting to talk to me. He got right up in my face and started asking how I could do this to him, and how dare I take you away from him-stuff like that." Viola rubbed the back of her head awkwardly, and couldn't meet Olivia's eyes. "I got really angry. Like really, really angry. All the stuff with me and him, and then the way he was talking about you, like you were a prize to be won or something...I couldn't take it." She lifted her bandaged right hand ruefully, and held it out for Olivia's inspection. "Dislocated a knuckle on his face." At Olivia's gasp, she looked up. "He's okay. We both have punishments from Coach, but we'll survive." She sighed and looked away again. "I'm sorry about this too Liv-I shouldn't have lost control. I shouldn't have hit him."

Olivia couldn't believe what Viola was telling her. Then again, she also couldn't believe she'd almost been ravished in an empty classroom at school. Judging by her still increased heart rate, and flushed cheeks, she wouldn't have minded in the least, either. Still, she thought it was the right decision. No telling who might have walked in on them this time, and she really didn't want her first time...being intimate...with Viola to be in a classroom. She smirked faintly to herself-that could come later.

Shaking off those thoughts and putting her attention back on Viola, she considered what her favorite soccer player was telling her. As she heard more about her confrontation with Duke, Olivia became more and more enraged. How dare Duke say those things? How dare he treat Viola this way? She wasn't half as mad at Viola for hitting him as she was for Duke for starting this whole mess. Instinctively, she reached out for Viola and drew her into a hug, grateful that the desk increased her height enough that Viola could more comfortably rest her head on her shoulder. "Don't be sorry." She murmured fiercely as she hugged Viola tight. "He needed a wake up call-and you obliged. I'm sorry you hurt your hand though." She felt Viola huff against her, and could almost picture the brunette rolling her eyes. "Yeah yeah, you're a tough soccer-player. Rub some dirt in it." She said laughing. She felt Viola laugh too.

"Damn straight!" Came Viola's voice as she pulled back from Olivia's embrace. They smiled at each other for a few quiet moments, linked only by their hands. "Olivia, you sure are amazing, I hope you know." Olivia's heart sped up at the unexpected compliment, and she beamed.

"You're not so bad yourself you know," she returned coyly after a moment. "Is that how you woo all the girls? Bringing us to abandoned classrooms to ravish us on desks?" Olivia was rewarded by the deep blush that resulted on Viola's cheeks, and she laughed. The tension in the room was easily broken after that, and Viola came to sit on the desk beside her. Olivia immediately leaned into Viola's shoulder, and sighed happily when Viola responded by wrapping an arm around her waist. Together, they stared out over the empty student desks. Olivia would have been happy just doing that for the rest of the day-but then the bell rang. She realized with a start that they had missed their last class. Viola realized the same thing, and even as Olivia groaned she heard the other girl laugh.

"Come on, Liv." Viola said finally, sliding off the desk and helping Olivia down. Olivia held tight to Viola's hand, not wanting to lose contact with her for a second. "I'll walk you to your next class. Then I have to go to soccer practice-" Viola winced, "I've been given double practices the rest of this week." Olivia gasped.

Before Viola could pull her out of the room, Olivia stopped her. "When will I see you then? You won't even have time on the weekend. There's so much more for us to talk about." She gazed at Viola in disappointment, and was at least somewhat mollified by the equally disappointed look on Viola's face.

"I know. I wish I didn't have to-but I'll find a way to see you. You'll see." They shared a smile again and set off down the hallway.

As they walked, another thought occurred to Olivia, and she glanced at her now-silent companion. "Viola...try not to get into anymore fights with Duke, okay?" It was hard to keep the worry out of her voice. "He deserved it, definitely, but you got hurt. I don't know what I would do if you were ever hurt even more seriously." She held tight to the other girl's hand the rest of the way to her classroom, and Viola waited until they reached it to respond.

Glancing around for what Olivia guessed were listening ears, Viola leaned in close to speak quietly to her. "I promise I'll avoid anything like this in future. I don't want to get into it with Duke anyway. I'll come find you for dinner." Satisfied, Olivia nodded, and Viola left her with a soft kiss to her cheek and a squeeze to her hands. As Olivia headed into class, she fervently hoped that Viola wasn't the only one at practice right now-and that there would be plenty of witnesses around should Duke try to retaliate. Worried despite herself, Olivia struggled to focus in class. Inwardly, she was ticking down the minutes until she could see Viola again.

Greye's Notes: Phew! Well that was a little longer chapter for you, and with a little steamy-something? I'm sorry if the perspective changes seemed abrupt, I was trying to give you a glimpse of each.
