Raven groaned as she started to come to. She felt so out of it at the moment but didn't know why. Her purple orbs opened only to find herself tied up to a chair in the middle of an empty room. This caused her to frown in confusion. Where was she and who had kidnapped her?

Her question was answered when the door opened to reveal a blonde teen staring at her.

The dark titan's eyes suddenly widened in recognition as one name passed through her lips, "Terra."

In Titan's Tower

"Terra's kidnapped Raven," Beast Boy asked, alarmed at the news Shadow and Crow had informed the team about.

The two nodded sadly, feeling completely guilty about not being able to stop her from taking their mother away a second time. Who knew if she was even still alive?

"We found Terra's scent next to Mother's by our door when we woke up, we also found a part of mom cloak and the ruby clasp next to a black cloth." Crow said sadly.

"Chlorophyll," Robin said.

"I tried to follow her scent to find them but when it left the island…well, there's no way to track it on water." His head was down in shame.

Shadow had been biting her lower lip before she added, "I can't track her psychically either. Terra must be blocking her signal somehow." Her hands had formed small fists; it was only one stupid blonde. How hard could she be to find? Maybe she wasn't as good as she thought she was and this time she had made the worst mistake. If her mother died now, both her and her brother would exist and if they were never born, who knew what effect their absence would have on the future. Who would take their place as titans? Would there even be titans in the future?

"Oh, this is most horrible," Starfire exclaimed. "We must find friend Raven at once before something happens to her!"

Robin growled in frustration, "But where do we even look and since when has Terra been so smart to pull something like this off?"

"You've got a point," Cyborg agreed. "How would she know how to block Raven's signal on the physic scale?"

"Slade," BB answered, now more worried and terrified for Rae. First he had taken Terra to destroy them and now he was using her to destroy Raven.

The titans all knew this only made their situation more desperate.

However, it was the two siblings that looked confused. "Slade?"

They couldn't be talking about uncle Slade, could they? Crow asked his sister mentally.

She shook her head. No, it can't be. I mean, why would he wanna kidnap our mother?

"You two don't know who Slade is?" Cy asked them. He would've thought it'd be one of the things in the many adventures the two had been told while they were growing up.

They frowned, glancing at each other before looking back at the group.

"Unless the one in our time just goes by the same name than yes, we know who you're talking about," Shay told them.

The boy wonder frowned in confusion. "Why would you say that? Isn't the Slade in your time a criminal?"

"No one's ever been willing to tell us about his past before we were born but I don't really think it's all that important." Shadow's brother replied. "After all, if it wasn't for him, Terra probably would've killed us. We were lucky he was there to block her last attack before she died."

Raven's daughter nodded. "Yeah, plus he would never kidnap any of us seriously. He doesn't really have it in him." Though he has tried luring us to the dark side, she added in her mind.

The titans blinked and the room was completely and utterly silent.

With Raven

Raven woke up to find herself powerless and tied to a chair. She looked around but couldn't see anything past the light shinning on her.

'Where am I?' she thought, she managed to see a rock or two not far from her, but this was not a help. She spots a familiar blond ahead of her.

"Terra," she asked.

"Hello Raven." Terra says

"Terra, what's going on?" Raven asked

"Well, Raven I had to get you back for stealing Beast boy from me. Plus all demon have to die," Terra replies evenly.

Raven goes pale, 'How did Terra know, what do I do now?' she thought.

"How did you know Terra?" Raven asked.

"A little birdie told me. It also told me how you brought a demon into this world and almost destroyed it."

Raven nods sadly, "Yes that did happen, but you have the right to know I also stopped it and I'm not full demon. Hell if anyone thought they hated they're dad, try me. Sometimes I wish I was never born."

"So you admit it." Terra says slightly surprised.

"Yes if someone told you then what reason do I have to deny it. It is a fact, as much as I hate it." Raven said.

"Killing you should be easy then. Once you're dead Beast boy will be mine. My life will finally be the same, you just won't be there." Terra rants.

Raven shakes her head sadly, "You're free from your stone prison Terra," Raven tells her. "Why not try to start a new life instead of clinging to the past?"

"No I loved my life the way it was, with Beast boy. You better stay away from him you demon." Terra shouts. "All the Titans hate me because of you."

"Terra, they don't hate you, you did something . . . in the future. Look let me tell you what happened and why the Titans are wary of you."

'After a few minutes.'

"I would never do that." Terra shouted, "You're lying, you're just mad at me because of the Slade incident."

"I'm not angry at you Terra. I'm just scared you're going to hurt him again."

"Demons don't feel anything, but hate and anger." She says

She sighs, "But I'm half human too, that in itself makes a difference. Don't you think I hate how I came to be, I was used for a portal so an actual demon could destroy the earth. I fought it, in the end I stopped him from destroying everything I cared about. You, Terra though are fully human, you have every chance to be a hero and you were, for a short while you were. Then you joined Slade, you sold us out when we trusted you, yes you saved everyone from the volcano, but you started it. No matter what you say, you sold us out to Slade, betrayed our trust, and attempted to kill us all. All the while I could have done the same, I could have been evil, but I didn't I stuck to my friends. I may be half demon, but you Terra are the true villain here." I manage to say this in a calm tone and instantly see the effects on Terra's face.

She backs off for a moment, "We will talk later," with that she left.

I was wondering why she left so fast, but then someone else came.

"Hello Raven," said Slade.

Crow: More cliffhangers . . . gahhhh

Shadow: Hey at least we get to beat Terra's ass now.

Raven: Shadow language, SimplyaCritic does not cuss . . . much.
