A/N: No reviews at all . Well I hate to begin a chapter with a sour face but I guess I deserved that for not uploading in so long last time. I think I might compose a goal: 28 reviews, how 'bout it? If we can reach that, maybe I can add an extra paragraph or upload extra early (wink, wink). Anyways here's the next chapter! Oh and before I forget follow me on Instagram Cupcake_and_marshmellows.

Thalia's point of view

I was in the middle of arguing with Luke.

"That bastard" I thought. Nothing good was going to come out with what he did. It was unnatural, messing with fate. He was trying to do something that he thought was right. "Yeah right" I muttered through gritted teeth.

Annabeth was in the corner, chatting with Percy. I smiled; knowing that nothing could tear those two apart, no matter what he did. I could tell Annabeth was wondering what was going on with me and Luke. She was wracking her brain, confused about the sudden hostility towards Luke. She always adored him, looked up to him. And maybe, just maybe, at one point she even fell for him. But now, looking at Annabeth, I could tell that she might have gotten over that phase. Luke, meanwhile, was looking at her in a different way, possibly a way that she didn't want now.

He knew exactly why I was mad at him. It wasn't that I didn't miss him; it was the knowledge of what he was doing that was completely wrong that upset me.

I don't know how Annabeth would feel about it, but things have been a bit hectic lately and it's not a gift knowing everything sometimes. Maybe that's why she seems so happy lately, not knowing some things have definitely given a lift off her shoulders. She must've been in the middle of bliss. I'm stuck to defend her, and I'm glad that I've taken this job. I certainly wouldn't have left him do it. She's saved me once and now it's my turn to pay that debt. Monsters have been chasing us, no doubt because of his cause. Nothing good comes out of his situation.

"Um, Thalia, Luke, come for dinner."

"You know how to cook?" I heard Annabeth ask curiously. I shook my head lightly at the two; the only thing that seaweed brain can cook is probably seaweed.

"Nah, I just called my stepdad to bring us some take out. Well pizza sounds better than getting attacked by monsters.

I grabbed a slice and headed to the living room. Better keep an eye on the TV. You've got to know where you are at your strongest and you're weakest.

"The café looks safer; it's been shut down until further notice. Please keep an eye out for these young teens." It showed a picture of all of us, getting the back side of our heads more clearly than our actual faces. "Any sound or news about these people shall be reported immediately to the office."

We weren't safe anymore, no more going out without a disguise. I looked more closely at the screen, something looking oddly familiar.

"Guys!" I called down the room. They entered, looking concerned. "Did you drop your pizza?"

I waved Percy off, gesturing toward the screen. "Look at the lady reporting, does anything seem odd?"

Annabeth squinted and then gasped. "She looks dazed, controlled!"

"And not manipulated just by anyone, only a god can do this. It's too strong for a demigod (just using it in my story, might not be true).

I knew clearly which god it was. And frankly it was a goddess in this case. "Come on guys, we're going to Olympus." They looked at me bewildered.

"It's time, its time you found out the truth."

A/N: Just a short little filler chapter. Can't wait for the next one.
