"..and with a flick of your, a light flick mind you Mr. Weasley since we are not trying to blow up the castle or as the muggles say 'Storm Normandy guns blazing', in a V-shape-" Filius' teaching was interrupted as the door to his classroom was thrown open revealing a pissed off looking Lucius Abraxas Malfoy. The half-goblin had heard what trasnpired between Draco and Alexandria & was surprised it took this long, just over two weeks, for the Malfoy Head to show his face in a tizzy. "Mr. Malfoy! I will have to demand you-"
"Silence creature cast-off!" Lucius snapped with an acidic tone edging his words. "I'm not here for pathetic charity cases like you. Where is that little bitch Potter? She'll pay for what she di-"
Alexandria, settled at the back of the classroom with Natasha on one side and Neville on the other, sighed to herself. "I'll pay for what Mr. Death Eater? Is your little master Voldemort not enough to keep you busy that you now have to fight all your sons battles as well your slave masters?" she asked. Seeing the mans hand move for his wand she moved first and drew one of Natashas 9mm pistols the redhead insisted she keep on herself since bullets flew faster than spells and shielding spells didn't block projectiles. "Malfoy, I can pull this trigger and the bullet will have splattered your brains across the floor before you draw your wand to cast a spell. State your business and leave because just like your sons case of assault with intent to cause serious bodily harm if not kill me for something he perceived to be my fault for Snape getting mad at the Slyrherin snakes, the Aurors will love to try a father and son who are guilty of threatening the Lady Potters life and safety in such a public manner with so many eyewitnesses. What was that one clause in the marriage contract between you and Narcissa? If you are convicted of any crime your marriage is annulled, Narcissa is brought back to the House of Black free of your influence and all House Black monies taken by House Malfoy for any purpose will taken directly from your House vault in Gringotts to be repaid immediately. With fifteen percent due interest."
The Gryffindors and Hufflepuffs eyes were wide at how non-chalantly the former Golden Gryffindor was threatening the life of Lucius Malfoy, one of the most powerful men in the British government.
"Libel laws-"
"Do not exist for the press but calling my wife a bitch and threatening my wife, the heiress of the Ancient and Noble House of Black & Lady of the House for the Ancient and Noble House of Potter, constitutes Slander and pre-meditated assault with intent to cause bodily harm. Not only are those crimes punishable by having your wand snapped and a prison sentence of up to fifteen years per charge, the fine to be paid to us in damages on top pf you returing all House of Black money with interest would bankrupt the House of Malfoy leaving you poorer than the Weasleys. Make your decision carefully, this many witnesses- some the heirs and heiress of their own Houses that sit on the Wizengamot- plus a well respected champion duelist/faculty member of the Hogwarts staff would be more than sufficient to ruin you personally and the line of Malfoy" Natasha drawled as her wand was aimed at the blonde man who was taut as a piano wire like he knew he was caught in a catch twenty two.
"This isn't over!" Lucius said with a heated glare.
"With you Death Eaters it never is. Its like you just have a hard on for me for no good reason" Alexandria said rolling her eyes. "Not that there was a snowballs chance in Vegas for you assholes. After all, I am a married woman woman aren't I love?" she asked turning one eye to look affectionately at Natasha. There was a reason of course and it was sufficient reason for her to see an end to Voldemort but on the flip side for the Douche Lord as she thought of him it was sufficient reason to see her dead as quick as humanly possible. The man stormed out and she kept the gun aimed at the door for a minute longer before laying it on the table in front of her. "Apologies for that Professor Flitwick. Ever since I came from America over the summer I seem to attract stupid to me a lot more than I used too" she said apologizing to the half goblin.
Filius was conflicted as he eyed the raven haired girl leaning against her wife. To be armed with weapons made to kill and so callous about speaking of ending anothers life even if it was deserved both impressed him, his goblin blooded half, but also worried him greatly. "It would appear so Lady Potter. Would you do me the service of putting that away while we get back to the lesson at hand?" he asked pointing to the gun in front of the girl.
"Unfortunately, I won't. I don't trust Malfoy senior to come back and try to attack me or my wife. His son is an imbecile and I can imagine Lucius isn't any smarter despite being older. Now if I knew there was a certainty he would not come back I would not hesitate to do as you asked. But as my wife and I are last of House Potter and Lucius Malfoy seems hell bent on making me pay for defending myself against his sons assaulting me so openly in public two weeks ago I can't and won't, apologies Professor. Protecting what remains of my House, that is myself and my wife, trumps being a good student when I'm surrounded by people I can't trust" Alexandria said with a respectful inclination of her head.
Natasha patted Alexandrias hand and pulled the gun off the desk into her lap. "I draw and fire faster than you do dear. If he comes back through that doot to try anything his corpse will hit the floor before he realizes what hit him" she said. "You were saying about a light V shape flick of our wrist Professor" the redhead said offering the last uninterrupted spot the small man had been on before the blonde wizard stormed in.
Dumbledore grimaced internally as he listened to Lucius rant and rave about Alexandria Potter.
"The girl is a menace! She branded my son!"
"Who publically and recklessly assaulted her without direct provokation becuase of some slight claimed by Professor Snape. Unsubstantiated claims that fueled your sons irrational hatred of Ms. Potter to attack her when there was no evidence of the claims being witbout a doubt truth" Dumbledore countered. "And where is your outrage about branding magic coming from all of a sudden? You've been in favor for many many years about making branding magic legal again and now you're mad that Ms. Potter acted in her capacity as Heiress Black branded your son as a traitor to House of Black removing the family magic from him? Or is it you're mad that now that Draco will no longer be magically recognized as a Black you can no longer lay claim to the Black wizengamot seats & fortune once Sirius dies and he passes them to his heir Ms. Potter?"
"Shes the spawn of that idiot Potter and his mudblood whor-"
Dumbledores eyes narrowed as a wandless banishing charm sent Lucius flying into the wall. "Lucius, I allowed you onto the school grounds to TALK to Ms. Potter to try and see about resolving this legal problem with your son without taking it to court and what do you do? You charge into a classroom making a scene. You publically threaten her. You move to draw your wand on her and nearly get yourself killed for it in front of twenty plus witnesses." His blue eyes darkened as he stood from his throne like chair and moved over slowly. "Not even I would oppose her since that many eyewitnesses plus Filius' testimony would make it clear she was defending her life and that of her wife. If you ever step foot on these grounds again you will regret it Lucius. Now get out, I already imagine I shall have to sit through your trial as well as young Dracos for your actions today. Begone."
Easter break came a lot faster than anticipated for the married couple. Aside from a few minor incidents and the trial of Draco Malfoy, an affair necessitating the missing of three days worths of classes coming to a climax when the young man was sentenced to having his core bound to be magically unusable for the severity of his crimes & the overwhelming amount of witnesses who testified against him with the same story by magical court system, it had been relatively smooth sailing. Classses went well, Alexandrias exposure to the magical side of the world helped with assisting Natasha & the kids study the various charms and spells while the redhead continued to work her raven haired lover through drills to get her fit enough to really begin training for the various martial arts she knew. "I swear if I see Draco or Lucius Malfoy again it will be too soon" Alex muttered as she and Natasha exited the platform, their luggage shrunken and in their pockets while their owls were already released before the train ride back to fly back to Black Manor, back into muggle London.
"Romanov, nice of you to make an appearance. Fury wants to speak about your disappearing act."
Natashas eyes hardened as the voice hit her ears. She would know that smug, self-centered narcisstic drawling tone anywhere. "Fury can kiss my ass Stark. I was debriefed and decommissioned by the President" she said turning her sharp gaze to the man waiting nearby. Dressed in clothes so out of touch with his Richie Rich self, a turtle neck and slacks with a light windbreaker, she almost didn't recognize him. "So piss off and go to hell."
Alexandria squeezed Natashas hand as her eyes and head turned slightly to look at the man the redhead called Stark, her expression neutral. "Is he going to be a problem love?" she asked as her fingers twitched slightly at her side ready to draw her weapon in case the man turned out to be a threat to her or Natasha.
"Debriefed and decommissioned? The only one with that authority is-"
"The current S.H.I.E.L.D. Director and when the Director is not availble like Fury was not at the time, the President of the United States. Given the events that happened in Las Vegas it was deemed in everyones best interest by the President that I was retired. I gave my debrief, was given a commendation and medal for my service to our country & I left town after sending word by standard S.H.I.E.L.D. encrypted files to Jarvis with the data for your Iron Man suit upgrades and a message to Fury about my retirement decided by the President" Natahsa said cutting off Tony. Her eyes turned to Alexandria and softened pecking the younger witches lips. "No love, the shabbily dressed nimrod is someone I once worked with."
"When you were in the capacity of being a hero."
"Correct. Now that I'm not and I'm all yours hes not important" Natasha said shrugging a shoulder carelessly ignoring Tonys slack jawed expression. "Come, your dad and I have a surprise planned for you tonight."
Alexandria pouted slightly but relaxed her fingers at her side. If Natasha said the guy wasn't a threat she'd believe her but that didn't mean she wouldn't keep an eye on him while he was in the vicinity. "What is it with you two and trying to spoil me?" she asked as her arm around the redheads own squished the older womans arm between her breasts slightly.
"You deserve it. You are worth being spoiled. We love you so we can and will so its best to quit whining now." Each pause between responses was met with Natasha kissing Alexandrias pouting lips. "And lets not forget that as your wife its my duty to spoil you with love & showers of gifts to show my adoration for being the luckiest woman alive to be married to such a love filled soul like you."
Tony was shocked and disturbed at the scene playing out in front of him. He'd known Natasha Romanov as a bland borderline cold and clincally unfeeling woman; to say the lookalike of the spy he knew was offputting to him was being mild. When he heard the words married and wife his brain shut down for a moment. By the time it took it to click back into reality the pair had disappeared. Romanov couldn't be married, she barely got along with most of the Avengers and their allies on a good day. To be married and show so much care was beyond anything he would expect of the Black Widow he knew. The raven haired girl bothered him too. She didn't look older than sixteen at most and she displayed some of the same tendencies as a standard S.H.I.E.L.D. agent like her hand down at herside ready in an instant to draw & fire a gun she had concealed on her person. "Jarvis, scan the S.H.I.E.L.D. databases to verify what Romanov just told us. Also scan your mail box for the files she said to have sent you around the time of the Las Vegas incedent."
"Will do sir but I can tell you for a fact that the data from agent Romanov was talking about was deleted at your response during a fight with Hydra foot soldiers. I informed you of its arrival and the urgent sticker on the header. You told me and I quote 'I don't care if it was my mother telling me she needs me to help plan her sixth wedding, delete it! I'm busy here if you haven't noticed!' before you kicked a particularly well built one off the side of one building and making him crash head first onto the roof of the adjacent one" Jarvis replied, the AIs voice filtering through the bluetooth earpiece.
Tony frowned at that trying to think back to the fight in question. "Can you retrieve the data?" he asked digging through his slacks for his wallet. Who knows how long it would take for Jarvis to scan S.H.I.E.L.D. files to prove Romanov right or wrong and he needed something to keep him up after flying from Britain to the US so he could update Fury, something he argued with the dark skinned man could have been done over secure comms but the man was Director and his word was order, on the search and then fly back to Britain.
"Yes, let me just traipse through the trash bin over fours months back" Jarvis replied back with emulated sarcasm. "No I can't retrieve the data. When you programmed my AI you wrote it into my hard code any data I delete is permanently lost since it was deemed either by myself or you to be completely inconsequential."
Tony cursed silently at that. The data Romanv had stolen was anything but inconsequential!
Sirius Black was hardly surprised when the sound of two laughing female voices echoed up into his office. "Already time for easter huh?" he asked himself. Two minutes later his door opened up with Natasha carrying a flushed but more than content Alexandria on her back piggyback style with a tiny twist of a smirk on her lips. "You two seem awefully chipper" he said placing the paperwork before him down on the desk.
"Nat lost a bet on the train back and had to carry me home Kings Cross" Alexandria said with a twinkle in her eye.
"I would have carried you regardless you dolt" Natasha chided slapping Alexandrias leg lightly. "Who exactly do you take me for? You wrapped around me is something I'll take any day of the week."
Sirius chuckled at the playful 'spat' the two were having as he leaned back in his chair. "As much as I love seeing you two be all lovey dovey sickly sweet togeher, can I help you with something? I was in the middle of some important House paperwork regarding some of our financial investiments.".
Alexandria pouted slightly at being chided even if it was entirely and purely playful like she knew it was. "There was something Nat and I wanted to know. Its been puzzling us for the last month or so" she said letting her legs go loose and dropped to her feet though she kept her arms around Natasha. "Remember how Draco attacked me in broad daylight and you were seeming there in an instant?" she asked.
"I think I know what you're going to ask. You want to know how I was able to get to you in an instant and probably how I knew you were being attacked" Sirius said crossing one of his legs at the knee. "The answer is simple and complex at the same time."
"Use small words if you have to dad.I know they are your preferred means of communication" Alexandria teased with a good natured smirk. Sirius' pout made her giggle softly for a moment before apologizing. "Sorry, try to explain it best you can."
"Remember when I blood adopted you as my daughter and you had to have those three runes magically tattooed along your spinal column?"Sirius asked. When she Alexandria nodded her head and dropped one hand to her spine absently he continued. "That was blood magic being used to link you and me. The first one would flare up if your health was in dire straights and let me know. The second lets me be made aware of if you are in any form of danger."
"Whats the third one do? I've seen the runes myself but none of the texts I could get my hands on had anywhere thev complexity of it"Natasha said finding herself intrigued by the sidebar. Alexandria had told her about the ceremony and about the little she did know about the runes, it hadn't been much, but to hear it was blood magic made her raise an eyebrow. As far as she knew blood magic was outlawed in Britain like branding magic was.
"Ancient House of Black ward breaking rune that allows for the parents of injured or sick children to be able to get their kids if they need too no matter where they are. Honestly I had my doubts about it but" Sirius rollded his sleeve revealing a tattoo of the same rune on his forearm "my father had sworn by it and used it himself once or twice to get me out of some really bad situations. I thought a little extra pre-caution never hurt anyone" he finished dropping his robe sleeve covering the tattoo. "Anything else ladies?"
"Well... There is one.. Make that two tbings" Alexandria said hesitating for a moment.
"Oh for the love of... We practiced this love" Natasha said palming her face. "Theres two orphan first years in our little group Alex wants to adopt as our children. Not something that we would bring to you since they would legally be Potters by name but since Alex is your heir they would be brought under the umbrella of the Black name as well. She wants your blessing to go ahead with tbe ceremony. Before you say it Sirius, yes we both know shes barely older than them herself but you haven't seen how these two look her. You haven't seen how she is with them. She might as well get a shirt that says 'These are my kids, mess with them and risk bodily harm at my hand' "
Sirius' lips drew into a thin line as he laced his fingers in front of his face. Natasha was right, Alexandria was barely older than them but the way his daughters eyes lit up when the redhead made mention of how these two kids were around her gave him pause to saying no. "How do they act with you two?" he asked.
"Jane is.. Shes this sweet loveable puppy of a girl. Well mannered, polite, respectful. Around us and the other kids we look over shes a little ball of energy & light. Great sense of humor, brilliantly sweet personality, loyal, caring, devoted to those she cares about." Alexandria paused as her lips pulled into a small smile thinking of the eleven year old. "Her twin Michael is just as well mannered, polite and respectcul. Hes a little more blunt than Jane is but not is a crass or disrespectful way. Hes a lot like Buckbeak, not afraid to stand up for his sister or his friends. He reminds me a lot of you minus the flirty playboy tendencies" she said.
Sirius took a moment to ponder Alexandrias response. He wasn't as concerned about the children per se but rather knowing Alex was thinking clearly about this. "And you understand the seriousness of what you're asking?" he asked sitting up straight.
Alexandria let go Natashas arm as her face fell into a serious mask. "Completely. I ran head first into a field of landmines when I first came into magical society. Nat and I have helped steer the six of them away from the mistakes I made, most of them anyway. Jane and Michael are special, I just know it. Jane reminds me of myself when I came in; naive, innocent, hopeful. Michael is so much like you and what you described dad to be like around his friends. That is my birth father James Potter may he rest in peace" she said clarifying for Natasha who raised a finger in confusion. "These two kids have been the fire undet my arse to bring what Nat likes to call my 'moma bear instincts' to full roar and I will not apologize for it. I want your blessing but understand that even if you don't give it I will go ahead with this."
"So stubborn, just like your mother" Sirius said as he kept the contemplative expression. "So even if I say I don't support you doing this and that you're doing this way too young you'll do it anyway."
"Yes I will because its being done for all the right reasons" Alexandria said standin her ground.
"Then when can I meet my grandkids?"
"I d- Hold up, you're going to cave in just like that?" Alexandria asked with shock coloring her voice.
"Cave like that? Hardly pup, who do you take me for?" Sirius asked with a scoff. "I wanted to make sure you weren't just making this decision purely on emotion but that it is truly being asked for with the right reasons in mind." He relaxed back in his seat and raised an eyebrow at the shocked raven haired girl. "So I ask again, when can I meet my grandkids? If they're to truly become your kids they need to meet grandpa Padfoot."
Natasha braced her hands on Alexandrias shoulders and squeezed. "I told you that you were worrying and stressing over nothing" she said in a soft voice as she kissed her wifes cheek.
"Uh. We can bring them here at the end of the year to do the ceremony?" Alexandria said though her shock made it sound more like a question. She hated being tested by adults but she'd let this one slide since Sirius had not only agreed but seemed entirely onboard with being a grandfather already. "I uth.. Think I'm going to lie down for a nap. Suddenly feel a little dizzy." She separated from Natasha and walked away to their room.
"She going to be ok?" Sirius asked with a look of concern.
"Its shock. She adores those kids nearly as much as she loves you or me. To hear you onboard with it is a load off her shoulders. Shes ben stressing for a possibility of you being against it and making a big fuss about it. I told her it was a very microscopic schamce but you know here, shes too stuck as a believer of Murphys Law being the rule and not the exception even if I am chipping away at that" Natasha said. "I'll make sure she lays down fine and I'll make us some drinks, anything in particular?"
"Cupa would be nice if its not too much, splash of milk no sugar.".
Natasha rolled her eyes but chuckled softly. "The Queens English slang never ceases to amuse me with how lazy it is to make talking far shorter than it already is. How hard is it to say 'Cup of' instead of 'Cupa'? I swear sometimes you Brits are lazy" she aaid with a cheeky barb.
"Well you married one so we can't be too lazy now can we? Not with how physical you and Alex are" Sirius said with an equally cheeky barb.
"No, I suppose some aren't but not that its any of your business what happens between my wife and I.." Natasha leaned forward slightly "we still haven't taken that step yet you dog. I'm waiting for her to be ready on every level before she asks me. What kinds of wife would I be if I pushed her into something she wasn't ready for emotionally, mentally, spiritually and physically?" she asked rhetorically.
"You know if some people with less scruples knew that they would fight that you two are not really married then. You know this right" Sirius said hiding his surpise that the pair had yet to be that intimate after all the months they'd been married.
"Yet they do not now do they?" Natasha asked turning to walk out the door. "Sirius, when I look at Alex I see many things. I see the tragic hero many have tried to make her be. I see the scarred angel with the biggest heart I have ever witnessed in a human being. I see my best friend and eventual mother of our children." She paused as her hand rested on the doorframe and her eyes searched the portaits along the wall for something. "Being someones Lover doesn't strictly apply to sex and physical intimacy in my eyes Sirius. As far as I'm concerned, everything Alex and I have been through so far has met the qualifications in my book for us to be equally called lovers as much as any couple who fucks normally like rabbits in heat. We becames friends and then we fell in love, truly in love, with said friend. There isn't anything I don't love about her Sirius." Her head turned so their eyes met and there was a fierce protectiveness in them. "So bring on those who would challenge my right to be sun in her sky as much as she is my beautiful raven resting in the shade of my embrace. I'll leave a trail of bodies in my wake if I must. I love her and she loves me, sex isn't the factor thats important."
"You don't have to tell me that. I already know it Natasha. I see it when you look at her. But not to sound ignorant here but how do you plan on-
"Magical and mundane advances in fertility sciences have made it possible for women like Alex & myself to have children without needing a mans... Lets call it a donation. Of course so far the only children to come out of these advances have been female and I told this to Alex when I promised her a family of our own. She couldn't have been happier. Those children will be just as loved as we have been with Jane and Michael"Natasha said. "Cup of tea, splash of cream no sugar."
"Yeah, just one more thing before you go check on Alex" Sirius said stopping Natasha. "I wasn't too sure how well you two were going to work out in the beginning. I honestly had my doubts about you two making it out of Vegas alive. I hate being wrong about a lot of things but I want to say thank you for proving me wrong about you two. I want to thank you for proving me wrong about you."
"What can I say when I found an angel offering me her heart? Of course I would protect it with every means possible ands show her the love she deserves. Her shaggy mutt took some getting used too but" Natasha faintly smiled during the pause "he grew on me like family." Her eyes closed for a moment as her head turned back to the hallway. "I'm only too happy to have proven you wrong Sirius. For her, no cost is too expensive to see her smile light up the room." Pushing off the doorframe she was gone from the office in a moment.
-Riddle Manor-
Screams of agony punctuated the halls as a new Death Eater recruit was subject to the Cruciatus administerd by Voldemort. The news of Draco Malfoys fate had finally reached the manor and to call the dark lord more than a touch upset was an understatement. Draco had been his key to getting his hands on the Black fortune was he murdered that idiot Sirius Black but no! The boy attacked the bloody girl who lived like some damnable Gryffindor idiot, suffered the brand of House Blacks highest punishment and put on trial where he was ruled gulty of his crimes & had his magical core sealed! "Incomptent fools! DO ANY OF YOU KNOW HOW TO DO ANYTHING RIGHT?!" he snarled at the shiviering men and women as their commrades bodie ceased to spasm altogether even though curse continued.
"My lord, despite the many...setbacks, we have been giving a good bit of information about tthe thorn in our.. Sorry my lord, I mean your side" Bellatrix said amending her comment quickly so not to be the target of the next Cruciatus.
Seprentine red eyes looked at Bellatrix with dangerously narrowed eyes daring to keep wasting his time by not getting to the point and see what would happen.
"We can't go after her spouse and use her as a lure as we would say Molly Weasley if we were after something of value her husband Arthur had. But we do know from what was said at Dracos trial there were some muggleborn first years Potter and her wife were seemingly protective of."
-Black Manor-
Walking into the room Alexandria was first met with just how inky black and dark it was that for a moment her old phobia sprang up. Then she felt the gentle touch she had become so accustomed too gently brush her raven locks away from her neck before soft lips planted feather light kisses there. Try as she might soft moans escaped her lips as she relaxed back into the arms of her wife feeling her fear melt away. It was only the dark and it was only dark because of the black out curtains being drawn shut. She was safe, she was no longer a child tortured by the Dursleys.
"Come out of your head and lay down" Natasha said quietly as she nibbled gently at the soft cartilage of Alexandrias earlobe. "We're home, we'll have our kids with us this time by scholastic years end and even if there were monsters in the darkness out to get you they'd never make it past me."
Alexandria shivered a little even as a small goofy grin came to her lips. It made her heart swell to hear those words escape Natashas lips and know it wasn't just the sentiment of calling them their kids she meant. "I know love" she said turning in her wifes arms so they were nearly face to face, Natasha having the inch or two over her in height. "I was just thinking though that... I think I'm ready."
"To be their mom? We knew that for mont-"
Alexandria raised her hand and silenced the redhead with a finger to the lips. "No, we already knew that fof a long while now" she said as she leaned up on her toes and planted light kisses on Natashas jaw. "You have been a saint my love. So patient, gentle and perfect for me in every way that I can't help feeling blessed to call you my wife & my best friend. But thats not the ready I was talking about. I think... I'm ready for us to take that final intimate step."
Natashas lips parted as she went to say something but no sound escaped as she processed the declaration. "Are you sure? I haven't pushed you because I want you to be certain you're read-"
"Yes I am sure. I just hope you won't find my singular request too..odd" Alexandria said as a hint of shyness tinged her words. The shyness was at odds with her recent stretch of boldness at Hogwarts and she knew that. She was naturally a bold person around most people but around her wife she couldn't help finding a blissful surrender in going with what she wanted most of the time like when she addressed how she would be expecting to be kissed after the first time they truly kissed. She hadn't had a problem with it then and didn't to this day.
Natasha raised an eyebrow at that and the shyness in Alexandrias voice. It was rare to hear her raven haired lover so shy, as endearing and cute as it was, so she was intrigued to hear what this request was. "Alex we've been over this a million times. I don't care what you want to do or be done to you, nothing is too odd strange or out there if its something you truly wish done" she said with a soft tutting tone. "So tell me what it is and I'll do it for you."
A dark blush erupted upon Alexandrias face and she was glad the darkness of their room hid it. "You know that I'm usually bold and out there when we're around people & when its just us I usually let you make most of the bigger decisions because of a combination of reasons" she said tracing her tbumb across the skin of Natashas stomach lightly. "I'm ok witth it because I know you won't steer me wrong, won't let me get hurt by anyone et cetera et cetera.. Well..." she bit her lip "I want to transfer that to the sexual parts of us too... I want you to be dominant one out of the two us. Not just now but.."
Natasha silenced Alexandria with a light kiss as her fingers encouraged with gentle motions for those bright loving and trusting green eyes to close. For a minute she let the kiss last, her tongue finding dominance in Alexs mouths as she surrendered it without a fight. "So you want to be my little love slave?" she asked panting lightly though their was a coyness to her tone as a snap of her fingers sparked the candles in the room to life showing the blush coloring Alexs cheeks. "Is that what you want from me sexually love? To guide it by my whims?"
Alexandria bit her lip at the use of the term 'love slave' finding it had the effect on her she'd often heard girls giggling and whispering to each other about at Hogwarts in the library when describing secret rendevous with boyfriends or girlfriends in the broom closets. "For the most part, yes. You are... Everything beautiful, gorgeous and erotic in my eyes Nat. I don't know much about sex or what it means to please the one you love that way. Submitting to your hand guiding me to understanding just whag that means is-"
Natasha shook her head and put a finger to Alexandrias lips telling her to quiet. "I don't have that much experience either, sorry to shock" she said with a tiny teasing smirk that seemed to help Alexandria relax completely against her chest. "I've dated some people in the past but those were guys and I didn't sleep with them. So how about a compromise then? We'll experiment to see what each other likes and when we know that you can start looking at me as your sexual goddess when we we're alone in bed and you can be my adoring little love slave I will forever & always cherish til we die, sound good?" she asked.
"I can live with that." Alexandria kissed the spot above Natashas heart and smiled softly at the redhead before walking over to the bed. "Now shoo, my dad will probably think you got lost on the way to the kitchen to make him a cupa like you said you would" she said climbing in under the covers.
"Lazy Brits and your 'cupa'. I swear you all have an allergy to speaking in full sentences" Natasha said through a chuckle. She lingered for a moment in the doorway watching Alexandria get comfortably curled up into her side of their bed. "I'll be waiting for you after your nap sleeping beauty. Don't keep me waiting long."
"Wouldn't dream of making you wait long for me. Even though I know you would wait eternity for me" Alexandria said as she yawned a little. Tossing over to her other side she looked at Natasha with the most adoring gaze she could muster. "I don't know who or what pushed us together Nat but I thank them everyday. I love you so very much."
"I know you do my precious Raven" Natasha said as her lips flashed a tiny loving smile. "Just as I love you so much I think my heart is going to burst out of my chest one of these days. Sleep well, dream of us and come find me when you wake."
"Promise." Emerald eyes fluttered shut as the door closed quietly.
-The Rook, Otter St. Catchpole-
Luna paused mid brush stroke as a sense of something struck her from out of nowhere. "Daddy, question for you" the blonde witch said as she carefully laid her paintbrush down on the pallete.
Xenophilius Lovegood looked up from his final edit for next weeks edition of The Quibbler. For Luna to have a question of him was not an odd occurrence. Being a Ravenclaw like him and her mother before her the older blonde wizard knew his daughter was a curious bird to excuse the pun. There was something in her voice though that suggested this question was not one of the ordinary ones she asked often. "And what would that be my genius little bird?" he asked after picking up his mug of tea and having a swallow to soothe his dry throat.
"In accordance to British magical law, is our House of high enough rank to have vassals?" Luna asked as silvery blue eyes turned to look at her father. She could see the shock register in his eyes at the questions. "I just had a bad feeling hit me and if my gut is telling me right it involves some muggleborn first years Alexandria & her wife Natasha are quite fond of. Two of them are no doubt to be adopted as their children but its the other four I'm concerned for."
Xenophilius' eyes narrowed for a moment in thought. Though the House of Lovegood was only two generations Noble, it did allot them the right to five vassals as long as they were willing. He personally was not a fan of the vassal sytem but if these kids were as important to Alexandria Potter as Luna was to said raven haired girl who adored his daughter like a sister he could bite his tongue. "I take it you wish to make them vassals, at least in appearance to offer them protection" he stated rather than ask as Luna nodded her head. "It is fortunate we are alloted under the laws as second generation Noble House five vassals then."
Relief showed in Lunas eyes as she turned back to the painting she had been working, a mural of everyone she considered to be part of her family. Her parents and herself sat at the center of it while others began to appear around them in their own spaces. Alexandria and Natasha with the brother-sister pair, the other four first years & three other kids, two girls who looked a perfect mix of both women and a boy who looked the spitting image of of Alexandria when she was recognized as 'Harry Potter', occupied one corner. Various other friends occupied another. The bottom did puzzle her as instead of more people there were words traced out in such a delicate yet curvy script she did not remember painstakingly making the tiny strokes to make look so elgegant. 'Abide the storm of futures past. With clutch you sought to make things last. Thunder approches so draw your shield. Remember the vow to never yield' stared her in the face. "What the bloody hell does that mean?" she whispered to herself.
Xenophilius said nothing as he caught sight of the script painted upon his daughters canvas. While she would not recognize the heaviness of the words he did since those were the words his wife Pandora, a seer who passed when Luna was only nine years old, had said would play a keen role in their daughters future. "It means your mother was right."
Lunas head snapped back to look at her father. "What do you mean it means mother was right? What was she right about?" she asked confused.
"That you need to learn to fight. You weren't paying attention to your canvas a lot of the time you were painting were you?" Xenophilius asked.
"No not really, I never do daddy and you know that" Luna said as a frown came to her lips.
"Look carefully at the subjects of your painting. They're all people you consider close to you or close to people you hold dear." Xenophilius paused as he grimaced completely discarding his edit for The Quibbler and stood. "Though it was vaguely said as things Seers say, that was was something your mother said the first time she held you in her arms. I could only surmise it meant you would be caught in a situation some point in your life where you would be fighting with or for the people you cherished. This just proves it. Its time we began your duelling training. I don't doubt there will be others to fight alongside you in the confrontations to come, you have to be able to hold your own."
Luna turned back to look at the painting as her lips pulled into a thin line. "If it means protectings the people I care about why are you standing there still talking about starting?"she asked standing and placing the pallete down as a steely resolve entered her eyes. "Lets begin." She walked away behind her dad towards the basement where she knew the duelling room was.
