#$Memories Destroyed$$&

The answer hit Harry harder than a brick to the toes, 'I mean…not all of it… but little by little, her memory's decaying into herself. If Voldemort comes any time now, she'll be defenseless. That's another curse she carried all her life. Hatred helped her remember you because how much she hated you. But I think Hatred is becoming weaker. She's not protected. Forbid is almost in total control now.'

'But isn't that a good thing?' Harry asked, still confused.

'No, Harry you see, I mean it's good in the way that Voldemort can no longer use her as a source of power, but it is also a bad thing when Voldemort fights her, she's so weak now, if Voldemort gives her a direct attack she'll take in severe damage physically and psychologically or die, and she may even have amnesia forever…' Laurence explained.

Now Harry was even more stunned that he ever thought he could get, 'Isn't there a way to retrieve her memory even if it is completely lost?'

'Yes, but that's if it happens.' Laurence looked at Ateva, 'Right now lets just hope beyond all living souls that it never does.'

Suddenly, it seemed like a lightning thrashed past Ateva's head, she slammed both hands onto her ears.

'What is it?' Harry asked, concerned dawning his face as he ran towards her with a hand on her back.

'INHALE…wh-wh-where am I? Where is this place?' Ateva asked, releasing her ears and looking into Harry's eyes.

AFTER A LONG TIME, THEY GOT BACK TO THE CASTLE GROUNDS.

'Where is this place?'

First she looses the memories of the people that she hates, then locations, people she loves, and finally…everything…Harry recalled what Laurence told him.

'This is the castle of Hogwarts.' Harry explained.

'Wow…it's beautiful!' Ateva cried, running closer towards it.

'Yes, it is…isn't it…?' Harry said absentmindedly.

'C'mon! I saw a really beautiful lake just there!' Ateva said, pointing to the direction to the edge of the Forbidden Forest. And without a word, Ateva placed her hand onto Harry's and squeezed it, pulling him towards the lake.

As they closed in on the lake, they slowed down from their run. As Ateva kneeled down, Harry followed. They looked deeply into the lake as they water drifted past them and little fishes glided past the water.

Much suddenly to Harry's shock, surprise and many different emotions at the same time Ateva lifted her head and kissed Harry's cheek softly. Her lips slided across to Harry's ears as she whispered a soft, singing thank you.

Harry suddenly jerked his head away in embarrassment, he literally felt his skin burning. He couldn't look at Ateva, he simply looked to the ground like in a moment a galleon will appear.

Ateva giggled beside him. Harry flushed even more.

'Let's go back.' She said, looking straight ahead, yawning, 'I'm…so…tired…'But as Harry turned to look at her, he saw nothing, instead he felt a sudden weight on his lap. As he stared down he saw a sleeping Ateva.

Smiling, he patted Ateva's soft, silky, royal blue hair and lifted her up.

'C'mon!' Harry said as he placed her right arm across his shoulders and walked her back to the castle.

THE HOSPITAL WING

'You OK?' Hermione asked; concerned, seeing Draco shift position.

'Yes, I just wanted to have a better view at seeing you.' Draco answered.

IN THE GRYFFINDOR COMMON ROOM

Harry slowly placed Ateva onto a comfortable couch next to the fireplace, and then walked up to bed, after all, they do start classes again tomorrow.

AT THE GREAT HALL

'Everyone,' Due to recent events we have two new guests in our school. They will accompany Gryffindor sixth-graders but it will not be in their formal classes! They are Miss. Ateva Lozil a former sixth grader,' Ateva walked onto the stage, 'and Mr. Laurence DoAn, who has finished all grades.' And Laurence did the same thing. The entire hall started to murmur, 'To prevent any comments, our guests will both be seated next to I, the Headmaster at meal times.'

Harry overheard some comments anyway from other students, 'Hey, I hear that Ateva girl killed her parents and people say she was also the reason her sister disappeared.' Some guys went, 'Gee, look at her, I hear that she has many curses and marks. Too bad, I could've bet you I'd get her to date me for a galleon. I feel sorry for the one to marry her.

While others commented about Laurence, mostly girls, 'OMIGOD…I hear he was the most popular boy in the school after James Potter! And oh God is he HOT!'

Harry saw Ron roll his eyes, Draco shivering and Hermione just silently giggled.

The rest of the meal continued smoothly.

AT POTIONS

'Professor, isn't the Wrap Fondle's Wings found in the darkest natural habitats?' Hermione argued as Snape said it was in the Unicorn's Horn which only contains the most pure Findles.

'Are you unable to hold your tongue during a teacher's lecture? 15 points off Gry-' Snape started.

'But Professor Snape, it is true, it is told very well in your textbook page nine hundred and forty-six that a Wrap Fondle's Wings are found in the Darkest Natural Habitats.' Ateva pointed out.

Although she sometimes looses her memories extremely fast, her memories of the magical world's things are almost unforgettable.

Everyone turns their books to page 946 and finds the truth.

'But the problem is that she wasn't able to hold her tongue during a discussion.'

'But since it is a discussion as you have said, then isn't everyone a chance to participate?' Ateva again argued.

'What about talking back at a teacher?' Snape snapped.

'The ability and will to speak at all?' Ateva said back, soft, yet firm.

'You have detention for a week!' Snape declared.

'How is it possible? We are not in your class, we are not here to learn, because we've known it all and we are not here to see our house points being dropped to zero because of mistakes that has been pointed out by those who know the truth!' Laurence snapped right back, gesturing toward Hermione.

Snape pointed at the both of them, but because they were not wrong, he couldn't do anything.

Snape went right back to teaching like nothing happened while Laurence and Ateva Hi-5ed.

When it was the end of classes, everyone in Gryffindor were congratulating Ateva and Laurence on their efforts, but mostly for Laurence from the girls.

At the Great Hall a shadow loomed over Ateva as it whispered into her ear. The next minute Ateva's eyes became dull and light didn't reflect from it. Her face was blank but nobody noticed.

AT THE BOYS DORM

Harry couldn't sleep again, he was wearing a grey set of pajamas, like a T-shirt and too long pants. He looked out of the window as it rained harder and harder but not before he saw a white gown crossing the grass fields just beneath the tower, as it stumbled Harry ran down the stairs, to the Great Hall, and out of the castle.

'Wait!' Harry shouted as he ran over to the white cloak.

As it stopped and turned, Harry saw a pair of dark royal blue eyes, showing no light, the face, covered in cuts and bruises smiled an evil smirk at him.

'A-Ateva?' Harry asked.

'Kill Harry Potter!' She shouted her voice foreign. She raised a long sword, dipped in blood stains, its handle decorated with beads and diamonds, aimed it at Harry.

Harry didn't know what to do, or rather, what he CAN do. But he knows that the feelings he developed of her from her horrible attitude and suddenly to that kind, loving Ateva, he knows that for once, he loved her.

He didn't know, when or why but now that he thought about it as she started to charge up to him, he loved her.

As he snapped back to reality he saw Ateva's body in a blur, charging to him with the sword aimed at his heart.

He didn't know what to do, at her speed there was no way of slowing down. He placed his hands before him and almost saw his life fast forwarding before his eyes before he heard the stab, the sound of sword to flesh.

Was it too fast? He cannot feel it. He opened his eyes and lowered his arms to see the sword pierced through Ateva's stomach.

'Must-not…kill-Harry…!' She cried into the night, her voice returned. She pulled it out, a deep hole formed in her stomach, blood dripping out mixing in with the rain. As she fell down to the floor, Harry ran over to her. He took her in his arms, crying and wishing it was a bad dream, but it wasn't. The sword dropped beside her, just far enough that she can't reach it.

As her eyes opened, they returned to normal but still dull. Her back was draped over Harry's lap. Her hand reached over trying to grab something as rain battered down on her wound, she grimaced.

'No, don't move! You're already injured.' Harry urged, as he turned his head, he saw her still trying to reach for the sword.

'Gotta…kill you…gotta…kill The Boy Who Lived…' She said, not stopping.

Harry's heart tore, in this state, she still wants to kill him. As she still helplessly reached for the sword she had just tore from her own body, her body soaking wet, her hair moved down, and it was that instant that he saw a blinding blue earring clipped hard into her ear, making the surrounding area red. A drip of blood came out of the earring.

Harry lowered his head while Ateva was still getting the sword and started pulling on the earring with his teeth. Holding her around her back, he tried hard to pull the earring off, but it was on really tight. As he started to succeed in doing so, he heard a voice coming from the ring, 'Kill him… kill him now!' With one final bite, Harry ripped the ring off her ear without breaking it.

But despite that, when he looked back up Ateva was still reaching for the sword. He slowly let go of her from the back and grabbed it just before she did, and placed it into her hand with both of his, he felt her hand tremble but she clasped it tight and Harry felt her hand so very cold.

'Then kill me, go on, you have the strength. Destroy what is left of me!'

He lowered his head towards her lifting her up again with both his arms, and slowly, he kissed her lips. Her eyes opened wide, the sword raised to Harry's back, ready to push it closer to the target any time.

She felt warm lips upon her cold ones, warmth coming from the body before her and the warmth extending to her back, and a hand embracing her hair. Her other hand gripped the handle of the sword as the other one trembled and threatened to drop it. She forced against it, but it didn't help, she felt strength draining away from her but the lips upon her held her life. That feeling…she would've bet her life on it that she felt it before.

It wasn't the drainage of strength but by her own will, she let go of the sword before her vision faded to black, but not sooner than she heard a soft, distant call, 'Ateva!'.

As she woke up, she saw boy sleeping next to her. His sleeping form looked so sweet and innocent. He looked so peaceful. She lifted back the sheet, looked down at herself and saw that she was wearing a large T-shirt and loose pants. She raised the shirt up a little to feel her wound from last night, only, she felt her skin, as smooth as ever.

She was about to let out a little, 'Uh!' but out came nothing. She placed a hand on her lips, but only remembered the events of the night before. She looked around and saw four other boys still asleep in the bed, one including her sisters' boyfriend.

She laid down again onto the bed, not making any noise. Once again, she saw the boy's sweet, sleeping face. Who is he? She thought. She remembered vaguely some things from the night before like holding the sword and piercing herself, but not the boy. She remembered her sister's boyfriend, but what was his name? And what was the feeling she had last night?

She couldn't understand, her frustration made her head spin. She pulled the blanket closer to her and turned her back, pulling the blanket even more, and causing the boy next to her to wake up.

The boy stirred, not knowing what was going on.

HARRY'S POV

I woke up, not remembering anything at first, and wondering what was the figure with long royal blue hair doing on my bed, then I remembered everything again.

When Ateva fainted, and her blood was running low, I tried to heal her myself with a new spell I learned from Dumbledore once. I didn't want Madam Promfrey to worry again, so I carried her up to the dorm and we slept there. Nothing happened of course, I made sure of that with another spell.

I placed a hand on her shoulder and pulled my head up, moved it forward and lightly rested it on her shoulder to see what she was up to.

NORMAL POV

Ateva flinched at the sudden weight on her shoulder. She turned, surprised. And by accident, her lips crossed Harrys' cheek. To be sincere, she seemed to give out the biggest surprise of all time. She flipped her arm around, then jumped off the bed.

'What is it?' Harry asked, confused.

She opened her mouth to ask, 'Who are you?' but nothing came out. She trembled, unable to understand the matter. Her head began to spin even faster, it went crazy, she didn't understand why she was in bed clothed with this boy, and she can't remember the name of her sister's boyfriend, no. Now she can't even keep in mind the name of her own sister, something or another –kino. No, she has forgotten that too! What's going on!

Everything seemed to blur. She saw someone, or rather, something running toward her before…
