Mechanical Romance ch. 10

Nicole: I think this chapter should be rather interesting if I do say so myself

Naruko has been hanging out with Sasuke a lot lately and he seems like a really nice guy. He would always show up at her place with bouquet of flowers which was really sweet of him. He would ask her about her day while giving her a foot massage and he was really good at it. Sometimes Naruko would forget what she was talking about when Sasuke does it.

They were always at Sasuke's place because Naruko didn't want her dad to know that she was kind of dating. She wasn't too sure of where she told with Sasuke. Naruko liked spending with Sasuke but she didn't know he felt the same as she did about him. They have been hanging out for about a month now. Naruko was with Sasuke at his place watching a movie… well Sasuke was watching the movie.

She laying her head on Sasuke's shoulder with her arms around his. Naruko was inhaling Sasuke's scent which was Ax deodorant.

"Hey, are you asleep?" Sasuke asked smirking.

Naruko turn her head towards him and smiles. Sasuke smiles back and kisses her a little on the lips. Naruko was surprised by the sudden contact.

"Sasuke-kun, I need to know. Where are we in our relationship? I know that we're friends and all but if that's all, please tell me that" Naruko said almost pleading.

Sasuke was surprised by the question. He thought Naruko knew about how he felt about her. He should have told her. To him, they weren't just friends. He never felt this way about someone but Naruko makes him that he can do anything. Sasuke lifts Naruko's chin so that she was looking him in the eyes.

"Naruko-chan, we're more than just friends. I never felt this way about anyone in my life but when I'm with you, I feel like I can do anything" Sasuke said capturing her lips with his.

Naruko was overjoyed that Sasuke was returning her feelings and she really wanted to be with him. She kisses him back with all the passion that she has. Sasuke slips his hand under Naruko's shirt and gropes one of her breasts. Naruko gasps at the sudden contact and she wasn't expecting it. She grabs Sasuke's hand and removes it. Sasuke was confused on why Naruko had stopped him but she could see the hurt in her eyes. She wasn't ready for something just yet and Sasuke felt like a total jackass.

"Naruko-chan, I'm sorry. I didn't even ask if you want it" Sasuke said feeling horrible.

"Sasuke-kun, I never felt this way about anyone before but I want my first time to be special and when I'm ready. I'm not ready to do it and I have known you that long to just do it" Naruko said covering herself with her arms.

Sasuke felt lower than dirt. He shouldn't have Naruko into something that she wasn't comfortable with and oblivious she wasn't comfortable. He pulls her into a tight hug.

"I understand and I really am sorry. I'll wait as long as possible until you're ready" Sasuke said serious.

He never wanted to make Naruko feel this way again. He wasn't used to girls not wanting to do it with him. Girls used to throw themselves and he has had his pick of girls that he slept with. It's how he's gotten so good at what he does. Oh by the way, he's grown a new pair and they were way better than his last pair.

Don't ask how he gotten them. Naruko knew that Sasuke was really sorry and is willing to forgive him this time. She smiles at him and kisses him on the lips. Sasuke kissed her back and wasn't too sure of how long he'll be able to hold himself but for her, it'll be worth it. It was late and Naruko that her father was probably getting worried about her.

"I have to go but I'll call you later tonight" Naruko said sadly.

Sasuke nodded. He didn't want her to go but it was late. Naruko slipped on her shoes and left. She walked home and was surprised to see that her father wasn't hoe yet. He was always home except when he was working.

"It looks like he's working late. If I knew that, I wouldn't have stayed at Sasuke's a little bit longer" Naruko thought frowning.

She was about to walk to her room when she saw the mail on the floor by the mail soot. Naruko picks it up and looks through it. It belonged to her father until she came across one that caught her attention. It has her name on it. Naruko opens it and it's a letter from someone that she doesn't know.

Dear Naruko,

You may not know who I am and you probably won't believe me if I told you. I am your birth mother and I have been looking for you. You were stolen from me when you were only a few minutes. A nurse that worked there had told that you had a little bit after you were born and I was devastated by it. When you were born, I was so proud to be the mother of identical twins.

You have a brother that same age as you. I'm sorry that I wasn't there for you over the years but I held onto some hope that you might be alive. It turns out to be true. Please believe that I'm your mother because whoever has been raising you has been lying to you. Naruko, I love you very much and I've missed you so much that it hurts.

I would like to meet and talk to you if it's possible. My name is Kushina Uzumaki. I've written down all of my contact information if you want to contact me. Please contact me.

Naruko didn't know what to believe. If this was really her mother then her father has been lying to her for the last 24 years. If this isn't her mother then she opening a whole can of hurt that Naruko wasn't sure that she wanted to open. She always wondered about her mother and what she was like. This might be her chance but Naruko is afraid.

It could go horribly wrong. She was afraid, scared, confused and angry. She couldn't believe that her father might have lied to her. Why would he lie to her? Why would he steal her away from her family? Did he ever love her at all? Why would he raise her like his own? Naruko needed answers and she was going to get them. She pulled out her cell phone and dialed the number on the letter. It rings for a few seconds before an older woman answered.

"Hello?" the woman answered.

"Is this Kushina Uzumaki?" Naruko asked nervously.

"Yes, this is she. Who is calling?" Kushina asked curious.

"Um my name is… Naruko. I got a letter saying that you're my birth mother"
