Chapter Nine

Observation Floor

He couldn't believe what he was seeing. This had to be a joke. Tho who would he know to do this sort of thing to him. Everyone he knew was dead or wishing they were. So how could this person be here, standing in front of him laughing and possibly peeing themselves. Which made Wesker laugh.

"Why are you laughing?" They asked Wesker.

"You peed yourself." Wesker points.

For the next hour or more, Wesker just kept laughing and pointing. Nothing could stop him. In fact the upset look on their face, made Wesker laugh harder. Until they yelled and pulled out a gun.

"Alright. This has been going on far too long and it's getting annoying." They shot just a few feet away from Wesker's feet.

"That almost hit me! What did I ever do to you!?" Wesker yells as he tries to look for a gun.

But he couldn't find one, so instead he just found a lot of pencils. When he turned around he was alone with his pencils.

Yellow Floor

"Tess! Tess!" Nick frantically looked the room before heading into the hallway.

"Nick wait!" Jill yells as her and Ada run after him.

Nick stopped after awhile due to the fact that he only had two rooms to search. Well mainly one. One of the rooms had a very large hole near the wall. Some of the dogs were still walking around, tho the majority of them fell with the floor.

"Should we go down?" Nick asks as he looks over at Jill and Ada.

"We have nothing else to do." Ada starts heading for the hole.

Following her, Jill kills any dog that comes after them. Moving slowly they managed to get down without getting hurt too much. Tho once at the bottom, Jill couldn't help but scream when she saw the head of Nemesis, kind of wink at her.

"What's wrong Jill?" Nick runs over to her with Ada behind him.

"Is that Nemesis' head?" Ada moves near the head.

"That's Nemesis alright. Just thought he was dead." Jill cautiously walks over to the head and kicks it hard.

"Who's there!?" A male voice is heard coming near them.

Looking around Jill's face goes from confused, to a little worried, to shocked the more she thought about where she heard the voice before, it didn't take them long to find out who and where they were.

"Chris!"

HUNK didn't recognize the organization that was setting up shot in the parking lot. They were well organized and clearly knew what they were up against. Tho part of him knew they had no clue the kind of things that were hidden under them. Sadly it wasn't Wesker who had planned out what was under the parking lot. And he was the one that had the control of releasing them. But he wanted to do it at the right time. And it wasn't now. Looking at the monitor, HUNK shakes his head, knowing if things had been planned by him, everything would be different. For one. They test would be harder, and they would fear him. None of this sissy stuff. Tho HUNK couldn't blame Wesker for everything. When you have been alone for as long as Wesker, not a great deal of things will make sense once you put all of your crazy idea's to life. The only thing HUNK didn't plan or know, was the outcome of all this. Nothing was going to plan and he didn't want to look in Wesker's office. Something told him, it wasn't going to be a pretty sight.

Pink Floor

Nothing. Nothing came as they looked around the room praying no more water would come in. But as time went on, the water level was starting to rise, and was getting colder. Talking amongst themselves, Carlos and David was trying to come up with a plan. But just like the computer, they had nothing. Until…

"Correct."

"Finally. You girls stay here and I'll go and check for the next question." Carlos was about to go in the water, but gets stopped.

"I'm okay. I can do this." Casie falls into the water, as her body is slowly starting to shut down.

As the others wait, Casie forces her body to go to the bottom, where she sees that the next question, isn't there. Trying to keep calm, she waits there. And just as she's about to head back up, the question pops up. While reading it, this weird and uncertain feeling hits her. Looking around, she can't find the source of this feeling. The area around her, starts to go dark. And there is a slight movement in the water, all around her. Unwilling to wait for it to attack Casie starts to head up, that is until something grabs her. Forgetting she was under water, Casie tries to scream for the others to help her, but all that happens is her getting a mouth full of ice cold water.

"Something's wrong." Naomi looks down as the black ink starts to show, drifting up.

Looking over at David, Carlos turns to Naomi. "Stay here. We will get her."

Before Naomi can object, the boys are in the water, and all she can do is watch in horror. The deeper they go, the darker it gets. At first they can't find Casie. There's no movement anywhere, and the cold was starting to get to them. But as David turns to Carlos, he bumps into this long black tentacle thing, floating in the water. Neither of them wanted to find out what it was, until the water cleared. Just enough for them to see Casie. Trapped. And convolving. They didn't have much time to get her out and to the surface, before it was too late. Swimming over, they boys do everything in their power to get the tentacle to let go. But nothing worked. It had her, and wasn't prepared to let her go. At least not any time soon. Fighting hard the tentacle just tightened it's grip on Casie. And then, as sudden as it came, it let her go. Not waiting for it to come back, the boys grab her and head for the surface.

Waiting, with tears down her cheek, Naomi's heart sinks as she see's the guys break the surface, with Casie in their arms. Unmoving.

"No! Casie!" Naomi is unable to contain her pain, as the guys try to revive Casie.

Red Floor

Looking up, Amy sees something that makes her jaw drop. She's unable to say or do anything.

"I found it!" Leon yells as he hold up the key, but as he looked at the others, his smile disappears as no one is cheering. "What-"

"Give me the key, Leon!" Claire grabs it out of his hand before he can respond to her.

Still looking confused, Claire jumps into the water and starts heading for the middle. Praying that she can make it, before the case disappears along with the key to the collars. Trying her best, Claire avoids the sharks attacks and uses their noses to throw herself at the case. With just a few seconds left, Claire holds her breath as she reaches in and somehow unlocks it. Now that the case was unlocked, no one was prepared to find opening the case was going to be the hardest part of it. But in Claire's panic state, she manages to get the case opened, grab the key and make it back before the sharks decided to take another bite at her.

"I'm really starting to hate this place." Claire says as she tries to slow her heart down.

Looking back, Claire smiles as she shows the others the key. Cheering, both Amy and Steve wait for Claire to get back with their freedom. It didn't take long for the collars to come off.

"It looks like there's something on the inside of the collar." Amy looks inside of hers, to find six different colours.

"Isn't that the same colours as the others?" Steve gives Amy this worried look.

"What others?" Leon starts to get worried.

Both Amy and Steve take a deep breath. "The other lights are our friends that are trapped in here as well."

"We need to find another way to get to them...that is if we can find our way around this place." Claire lowers her head as the thought is complete.

"Don't worry Claire, we've been through worst." Leon smiles at her. "I think I might have a plan, but it all depends on one thing."

"What's that?" Amy looks over at him, as Steve and Claire try to come up with a use of the collars.

Leon points behind him. "That's the place where we all got thrown in here, right? So I'm thinking that we could somehow either climb back up or, hot wire the elevator thing to bring us back."

Taking a look herself, Amy walks over and examines it. "I don't see the elevator thing, and it's too dark to see anything else." Looking down, Amy tilts her head, just a little.

"You…..help….Can't…."

The voice was weak, and it sounded familiar. Whoever it was, they were both in trouble and in shock.

Blue Floor

"Chris!"

The voice was familiar, close by, and yet seemed to be everywhere at once. Chris starts to look around, only to stop dead in his tracks at the sight of Jill Valentine. Along with two other people he didn't know. But the only thing that was in his head, was the pain Billy and Eric felt right now.

"Oh my god! You're alive!" Jill hugs him tight, only to get nothing in return. She pulls away. "Chris what's wrong?"

All Chris can do is look at her, unable to say a word.

"Who are you?" Eric walks over to them.

"I'm Jill, that's Ada and.." Eric interrupts her by pushing her aside.

"Nick! Where's Jess!?" A look of worry crosses his face.

"I don't know. One minute she was there, the next she's gone." Nick looks around the destroyed floor. "Where's Sarah?"

"Who's Sarah?" Ada walks over to the boys.

Eric looks down at the floor, unwilling to look him in the eyes. "She's….she's." He takes a few deep breaths, but it doesn't help.

"No...she can't." Nick doesn't need to hear him say the words to know what he means.

Looking back at Chris, Jill sees Billy in the corner. Throwing up. "We'll make Wesker pay for this Chris."

"I'm gonna kill him." Billy heads for the hill, leading to the yellow floor.

No one said a word as they made their way, slowly up the hill. Once on the top, the faint sound of the dogs can be heard. As well as three that somehow got out. Watching them as they head for the elevator that brought Jill and Ada down.

"Will this work Chris?" Billy asks as they reach it.

Chris thinks about it. "If I can find the controls, I'm pretty sure, with Ada's help, we might be able to get it to work."

Ada looks over at Chris, with a worried expressions. " Let's find it." Was all she said before heading into the dark room.

Trying their best, they use their hands to feel the walls, looking for a hidden panel that might be for the control it. They were about to give up when Chris finally comes across it.

"Holy shit! I found it!" Chris somehow sounds both surprised and sarcastic at the same time.

Opening it up, both Ada and Chris' mouth drops at the sight of what's in it. Unable to move or do anything, they just keep staring at it. Causing the others to walk over and end up just like them.

Green Floor

Standing up, Jessica walks over to the area where the odd spot was. The closer she got, the clearer it got. Looking around, there wasn't anything they could use to boost themselves up. At least not without help from the others.

"Jason. Kevin?" She tried her best to remember his name.

"Yes, that's my name." Kevin smiles at her.

"I found a hatch in the ceiling." Jessica points to the ceiling above her.

Looking up, the guys smile at the sight. But before they could take a single step forward, something large hits the door. Trying their not to scream, they give each other looks, right before running over to Jessica. Jumping up, Kevin manages to open the hatch door. It's dark in the new area. They have no choice but to risk entering an unknown area.

"Jessica, your first." Kevin says as he interlocked his fingers, creating a step for her foot.

Moving quick, Kevin boost her up and waits for her to climb the rest of the way, before helping Jason up. By the time, she was inside the door was about to fall apart.

"Ready?"

Jason nods his head, and looks up. And there is Jessica. Ready to help him out. It doesn't take him long to get up. Slowly starting to panic, Kevin waits for them to get into a good position to help him get up. And time was running out for him, before the Garrador was in the room with him, the others got him up to safety.

"That was too close." Was all Kevin said before they all took a look around the room.

All each of them searched around an area, they found nothing that would help them. That is until the lights, that are nowhere to be seen, turn on. Blinding them.

"Where's that light coming from!?" Jessica yells as this engine starts up.

And just before anyone could respond to her, a hidden door opens up above them.

"Hello?"
