Site 010-B is built on the sea floor, 3 nautical miles from ******'****. It is to be staffed by thirty Level 3 staff trained in deep sea diving, ten brainwashed **** Sirens, two brainwashed **** Sea Witches, and no more than twenty Class D personnel, prefferably ones convicted for whale poaching. Staff and brainwashed **** are to be rotated every month, Staff are to be checked for [DATA EXPUNGED]. Staff found to have [DATA EXPUNGED] are to be incinerated
Site 010-C is to be built outside the ********** Mountains in southern *******. It is to be staffed by no more than thirty Level 3 staff from the Red Sands Province, 40 brainwashed ****** ** *****, and 40 Class D personnel. Staff and brainwashed ****** ** ***** are to be rotated four times a month and screened for paranoia, zealotry not towards ******, and [DATA EXPUNGED]. Staff exhibiting any of these are to be terminated - "Brainwashing zealots isn't heresy, we have 'divine permission' from their Hierarch" O5-**
