Alright, this chapter is the first one that has to do with the chapters of desolation of smaug. This is where they go into that place, and the giant black bear, Beorn is their host. Then they'll head for mirkwood forest. Ok, here we go.
Up in the mountains, Elsa and Bilbo had to take a look around for an Orc pack. They then saw Azog the Defiler, riding his white Warg, along with a group of other Orcs. They stayed low so the pack wouldn't see them.
After a moment, the pack rode off. But then, Elsa and Bilbo saw something else.
They saw a huge black bear.
"We need to tell Gandalf and the others," Elsa said.
"Let's go," Bilbo said as they made their way down the mountain.
On the bottom, they caught up with Gandalf and the Dwarves.
"How close is the pack?" Thorin asked.
"Too close. A couple of leagues, no more," Bilbo said.
"But that's not the least of our problems," Elsa cut in.
"Have the Wargs picked up our scent?" Dwalin asked.
"Not yet. But they will do," Bilbo answered. "We have another problem."
"Did they see you?" Gandalf asked. "They saw you two."
"No, that's not it," Bilbo said.
"What did I tell you? Quiet as a mouse. Excellent burglar material," Gandalf complimented.
The Dwarves then started to chatter all over.
"Will you listen? Will you just listen?" Bilbo said.
"Shut it!" Elsa yelled.
"We are trying to tell you there is something else out there," Bilbo finally said.
"What form did it take?" Gandalf asked. "Like a bear?"
"Yes, but it was a lot bigger," Elsa explained.
"You knew about this beast?" Bofur asked Gandalf. "I say we double back."
"And be run down by a pack of Orcs?" Thorin said.
"There is a house it's not far from here, where we might take refuge," Gandalf said.
"Whose house? Are they friend or foe?" Thorin asked Gandalf.
"Neither. He will help us or he will kill us," Gandalf answered.
"What choice do we have?" Thorin asked.
Just then, they heard it roar loudly.
"None," Gandalf said.
The group then started to run, to get to the house. Trying to not run into the bear or the Orcs.
After a little while, they saw it.
"To the house! Run!" Gandalf yelled, as they all continued to run.
As they were running, Elsa had made everywhere behind them slippery.
"That's not going to help!" Gandalf yelled back to her.
"When they reached the doors, the Dwarves tried to push them open, but they were locked.
Gandalf looked back, then the bear jumped out of the trees running toward them.
"Open the door!" Gandalf yelled.
Thorin then used his sword to slide the lock and open the door. Once it was open, they rushed inside, as the bear was only a few feet from them.
The bear got up to the door, and the Dwarves tried to keep it shut.
After a minute, they finally got the door shut and locked.
"What is that?" Ori asked.
"That is our host. His name is Beorn. And he's a skin-changer," Gandalf said. "Sometimes he's a huge black bear. Sometimes he's a great strong man. The bear is unpredictable but the man can be reasoned with. However he is not over fond of Dwarves. "
"He's leaving," Ori said looking through the door.
"Come away from there," Dori said, pulling him away from the door. "It's obvious. He's under some dark spell."
"Don't be a fool. He's under no enchantment but his own. All right, now get some sleep all of you. You'll be safe here tonight," Gandalf instructed. "I hope."
"Sleeping in straw and with cows? Brilliant," Elsa said to herself, sarcastically.
Later that night, while the Dwarves were asleep, Elsa and Bilbo were still awake. They looked to see and make sure they were all asleep. When they were sure, Bilbo pulled the ring out of his pocket, and the two examined it.
While looking at it, Bilbo heard a voice coming from the ring.
"A voice," Bilbo said.
"I hear it too," Elsa said.
After a while, they both went back to sleep. And Elsa started to have a dream, back on the coronation.
"What did I ever do to you?" Anna yelled.
"Enough, Anna," Elsa said, walking away and holding her bare hand.
"No, why. Why do you shut me out? Why do you shut the world out? What are you so afraid of?!"
"I said, ENOUGH!" Elsa yelled, shooting ice from her hand.
A bunch of voices then flowed through her head.
"You must learn to control it. Fear will be your enemy."
"We'll lock the gates, we'll reduce the staff, keep her powers hidden from everyone. Including Anna."
Elsa then woke up, and started breathing heavily. The doors then opened, she and Bilbo looked to see a tall, muscular hairy man.
In the morning, Elsa and Bilbo were asleep still. When they woke up, they looked to see that Beorn had set up breakfast for them and the Dwarves.
"Thirteen Dwarves, a wizard, a man, and a girl with magic powers?" Beorn said, getting it correctly.
"So you are the one they call Oakenshield," he said, pouring Fili a drink. "Tell me. Why is Azog the Defiler hunting you?"
"You know of Azog? How?" Thorin asked.
"My people were the first to live in the mountains, before the Orcs came down from the North," Beorn replied. "The Defiler killed most of my family. But some he enslaved," he said, showing a broken shackle on his wrist. "Not for work you understand, but for sport. Caging skin-changers and torturing them seemed to amuse him."
"There are others like you?" Bilbo asked.
"One there were many." Beorn replied.
"And now?" Bilbo asked.
"Now there is only one," Beorn answered. "You need to reach the mountain before the last days of autumn."
"Before Durin's Day falls," Gandalf said.
"You are running out of time," Beorn said, knowing the truth.
"Which is why we must go through Mirkwood," Gandalf said.
"A darkness lies upon that forest. Fell things creep beneath those trees. There is an alliance between the Orcs of Moria and the Necromancer in Dol Guldur. I would not venture there except in great need," Beorn said.
"We will take the Elven Road. That path is still safe," Gandalf said.
" 'Safe'? The Wood Elves of Mirkwood are not like their kin. They're less wise and more dangerous. But it matters not," Beorn said.
"What do you mean?" Thorin asked.
"These lands are crawling with Orcs. Their numbers are growing. And you are on foot. You will never reach the forest alive," Beorn said "I don't like Dwarves. They're greedy and blind."
As Beorn was talking, Elsa looked to see a mouse near her hand. She quickly moved her hand off the table, and it ran.
"Blind to the lives of those they deem lesser than their own," Beorn said grabbing the mouse.
"But Orcs I hate more. What do you need?"
Ok, that's it for this people. Next chapter it'll bring in the elves. Which my best guess is some of you have been waiting for. Especially Legolas. I definitely know some of you have been wanting that to come in.
