Jaden: So who's going to duel with who?
Aurasoul: Well I decided to let you duel with Strauss.
Jaden: Yes! Finally I can duel again!
Aurasoul: Oh calm down someone do the disclaimer.
Sega: I'll handle it Aurasoul doesn't own Yugioh GX only her OCs while Rakaia and the others belong to Rakaia the Dragon Duelist.
Aurasoul: Thanks Sega so on with the story!
Chapter 10
Jaden and the guys watched Light as they went to find the others they were worried about her considering what just happened Light sensed it and sighed. "Something wrong Light"? Strauss asked worried.
"You guys are whats wrong. Stop thinking I might blow up", she said facing them.
They all grew wide eyed then to the guy's surprise Strauss chuckled. "So like you Light, to act mighty and tough in these situations", he said.
"Im not really I'm just trying to keep a cool head on it", Light sighed.
"Like in any crazy situation you've ever been through sweet one", Strauss smirked.
"Oh shut up"! Light hissed, yet had a smile.
"Whats up with that nickname by the way"? Rakaia asked curiously.
"Nickname"? Light asked.
"You mean 'sweet one'"? Strauss asked.
"Yeah that one", Rakaia nodded.
"I've called Light that for years since we met since she was always so sweet and kind so it really stuck", Strauss said.
"Even though I kept telling you not to call me that", Light sighed.
"Hey you got used to it after a while", Strauss defended.
"Yeah, yeah, look there are the others", Light said pointing.
They walked to the others and explained what happened while introducing them to Strauss once finished. "I cant believe the nerve of those people"! Sega growled.
"Those snakes! Horrible dirty rotten"-
"Ok lets stop before we all get sailor mouth", Light said stopping Rose.
"How can you not be mad at this Light"? Atticus questioned.
"I am believe me I already made an outburst back at Sheppard's office now I'm calm", Light explained.
"So what are you going to do"? Ken asked.
Light sighed shrugging. "I'm still thinking so I need a bit of time, but for now I just want to at least forget it for the day", she said.
Strauss understood seeing the agitation and uncertainty in Light's green eyes then got an idea. "Say Jaden you're a tough duelist right"? He asked.
Jaden looked at Strauss surprised. "Yeah I'm strong", he nodded.
"Then how about we duel"? Strauss suggested with a smile.
"Seriously"?! Jaden gaped.
"Strauss don't scar Jaden", Light scolded.
"I'm not I just want to have a duel with him", Strauss said.
"And your duels usually scar your opponents, so I heard", Isabella said.
"They overreact", Strauss said.
"Tell that to all the duelists you beaten that run out the stadium", Sega said.
"Go easy on Jaden", Light said.
"Alright will do. So you ready Jaden"? Strauss asked.
"You bet! Get your game on"! Jaden grinned.
Strauss smiled as he reached in his bag getting out a slick black duel disk putting it on. "Lets duel"!
"I'll go first draw! I summon Elemental Hero Avian in Atk mode"!
And the winged elemental hero appeared on the field with a flap of his wings.

"Then I place a card facedown and end my turn", Jaden said.
"Then its my turn draw"! Strauss said.
Strauss looked at Light with a smile then faced Jaden. "I summon Magician Jack Frost in Atk mode".
Appearing on the field was a cheerful snowman elf grinning.

"Now Jack Frost attack Avian! Frost Breath"!
Jack Frost blew out a freezing wind destroying Avian.
Jaden's LPs: 4000 - 3700
"Now I activate Jack Frost's special ability when he destroys an opponent's monster he returns to my deck and is replaced by another Magician, so come back Jack Frost"!
Jack Frost left the field with a glow and Strauss placed the card in his deck as it shuffled and a card slid out of the deck. "Ninja master of the wind blow all of your opponents away! Appear Magician Jiraya"!
Wind blew and appearing on the field was a frog like ninja with a mask.
Magician Jiraya

"Jiraya one of Strauss's trump cards the ninja master of the wind", Light grinned.
"I remember seeing that one in that one tournament giving him a good win", Sega said.
"Because I summoned Jiraya by Jack Frost's ability he cant attack so I place a card facedown and end my turn", Strauss finished.
"Then its my turn draw! I activate the spell card Pot of Greed! With this it lets me draw two cards", Jaden said drawing those cards.
"Great! Now I use the spell Warrior Returning Alive! This lets me add a warrior type monster from my graveyard to my hand so I chose Avian but that doesn't end there next I activate the spell card Polymerization to fuse Avian and Elemental Heroes Bubbleman and Sparkman to summon Elemental Hero Tempest"!
The monsters fused together as the fusion monster appeared on the field.
Elemental Hero Tempest

"Yes! Jaden now summoned Tempest"! Syrus grinned.
"And it has more Atk points then Jiraya", Rakaia smiled.
"Ok Tempest attack Jiraya! Poerhouse Plummut"! Jaden yelled.
Tempest flew and was about to attack. "I activate the trap card Negate Attack with this the attack is negated", Strauss said.
A shield appeared in front of Jiraya and shielded him from Tempest's attack. "The I'll end my turn", Jaden finished.
"My turn then draw! I summon Priestess Saki in attack mode", Strauss said.
And appearing on the field was a golden blob that had a smiling face.

"Now I activate Jiraya's effect by sacrificing a monster on my field I can special summon a monster with the same title from my deck", Strauss said.
"The same title"? Blair said confused.
"For example I sacrifice Saki Mitama".
Wind was then blown around the monster in a cyclone. "Now Saki Mitama's title was priestess which means I can special summon a monster with the priestess title from my deck and I know just the one", Strauss smirked.
Then fire began blazing from the cyclone. "Appear majestic and graceful goddess of fire! Priestess Konohana - Sakuya"!
And the flaming cyclone exploded to show a beautiful women wearing pale pink and white kimono battle wear holding fans that had sakura marks on them she had long black hair and gold eyes with a sakura pin in her hair.

"She's gorgeous", Luna gasped.
"One of Strauss's other trumps Konohana -Sakuya", Light said awed.
"Now then Konohana -Sakuya attack Tempest! Fire Amp"! Strauss yelled.
Konohana - Sakuya then flapped her fans shooting flames about to hit Tempest. "I activate my facedown De-Fusion! With this Tempest is defused to the three monsters that were used to summon him and are out in defense mode", Jaden said.
Tempest then glowed and disappeared replacing him were Avian, Sparkman, and Bubbleman.

Strauss looked impressed. "Not bad but this wont stop my monsters from attacking! Konohana - Sakuya attack Sparkman! And Jiraya attack Bubbleman! Wind Shuriken"! Strauss yelled.
Konohana - Sakuya flapped her fans the flames destroying Sparkman while Jiraya launched his shurikens that were laced in wind destroying Bubbleman. "And I'll end my turn which activates Konohana Sakuya's effect at my end phase I gain an extra 300 LPs".
Strauss's LPs: 4000 - 4300
"Alright then my move draw"! Jaden said.
"Jaden's in a tight spot", Rose said.
"yeah but he'll be fine its Jaden after all", Rakaia said.
"Alright I activate the spell Double Fusion! By giving up 500 LPs I can fuse twice so I fuse Avian on my field with Elemental Hero Burstinatrix to summon Elemental Hero Flaming Wingman"!

"Next I fuse Elemental Hero Heat and Elemental Hero Lady Heat to summon Elemental Hero Nova Master"!
And the second fusion monster appeared beside Wingman.

"And next I activate the field spell Skyscraper"!
The field then changed to the skyscraper city. "Now Flame Wingman attack Jiraya"! Jaden yelled.
"But why?! Jiraya has more Atk Points"! Strauss gasped.
"That's where the field spell comes in", Ken said.
"That's right when an Elemental Hero attacks a monster that has higher Atk points than itself it gains an additional 1000 Atk Points", Jaden grinned.
Elemental Hero Flame Wingman
Atk Points: 2100 - 3100
"Impressive", Strauss remarked.
"Thanks now go Flame Wingman! Skydive Scorcher"! Jaden yelled.
Flame Wingman then swiftly launched the attack destroying Jiraya.
Strauss's LPs: 4300 - 3600
"Next Wingman's effect activates! When he destroys a monster you take damage to half of your destroyed monster's Atk Points", Jaden grinned.
Strauss's LPs: 3600 - 2400
"That's showing him"! Hasslebarry cheered.
"Now Nova Master attack Konohana - Sakuya! And with the field spell he gets a boost".
Elemental Hero Nova Master

"Now go! Nova Blast"!
Nova Master then shot out a fiery nova blast destroying the priestess monster.
Strauss's LPs: 2400 - 1700
"And when Nova Master destroys a monster I get to draw a card", Jaden said, drawing a card.
"You'll need it cause I activate my facedown card! Fools Passage"! Strauss yelled.
"With this when you destroy two or more of my monsters I can special summon two monsters with the Fools title".
"Here they come"! Light gasped.
"Appear user of lightning knower or truth! Appear user of flames knower of death! I summon Fool Izanagi and Fool Orpheus"!
Lightning crashed down while fire burned as two monsters appeared on the field one was a man wearing a stark gray mask with glaring gold eyes, wearing a black trench coat, black pants, boots, and silver sword in his claw like hands next to him a man with black hair and blue eyes wearing a white toga, gold sandals, gold wristbands, a laurel, and holding a golden harp.
Fool Izanagi

"Strauss's partners Izanagi and Orpheus"! Isabella gasped.
"They cant be that bad", Itsuki said.
"Don't let the fools title fool you", Light warned.
"Yeah I've seen them in action plus theres Izanagi and if he gets that card", Sega said.
"What do you mean"? Atticus asked.
"I guess I end my turn", Jaden finished.
"Then its my turn draw"! Strauss then smiled.
"This was a fun duel Jaden but I must end it. I activate Izanagi's effect! When I have 2000 or less LPs I release Izanagi to evolve him"!
"Evolve"?! Everyone, except Light, Sega, and Isabella, gasped.
Izanagi then glowed a bright gold disappearing. "Appear! World Izanagi - no- Okami"!
Then the gold glow disappeared to show Izanagi but different instead of black and silver his clothes were white and gold his mask a different shape and wielded a double neck sword.

"You wanted me to give you all I got Jaden so here you go! I activate Izanagi - no - Okami's effect! When he's been summoned by not letting him attack all your cards are destroyed", Strauss said.
"Seriously"?! Jaden gasped.
"Go! Myriads Truth"!
Izanagi - no - Okami spin his sword making a circle of light and the light shot out destroying Jaden's monsters and field spell. "Now Jaden's field is wide open"! Alexis said stunned.
"Oh man", Atticus gaped.
"Orpheus attack Jaden directly! Inferno Note"! Strauss yelled.
Orpheus strummed his harp and flaming music notes appeared attacking Jaden. "Ugh"! He cried out.
Jaden's LPs: 3200 - 300
"Jaden still has some LPs", Rakaia began.
"It wont matter", Sega said.
"I activate Orpheus's effect now when he deals direct damage to you, you take 300 points of damage for every monster from my graveyard", Strauss said.
"Hold it so there's Jiraya, Konohana Sakuya", Syrus began.
"Izanagi and Saki Mitama", Alexis said.
"That's a total of 1200 points of damage", Alexia said.
"And Jaden's doomed", Chazz said.
"Chazz"! Blair scowled.
"Lets end this Orpheus! Song of Yomi"! Strauss said.
And Orpheus played the sad and horrifying song causing Jaden to be flung back by the shockwave. "AHH"! Jaden cried out.

"Man that was a duel"! Rose gasped.
"That's to be expected by Strauss Akaban he's a pro", Itsuki said.
"Making Light lucky to know him", Ken said.
Strauss walked to Jaden holding out his hand to him. "That was a great duel Jaden", he said.
Jaden laughed as he took Strauss's hand getting up. "Yeah totally an awesome duel Strauss one of the best", Jaden grinned.
"Yeah and that Izanagi was amazing", Hasselbarry said.
"Thank you Izanagi is a special card", Strauss smiled.
Light smiled of understanding seeing Izanagi's spirit beside Strauss. "What did you think Light? Cool duel"? Strauss asked with a smile.
"Totally", Light grinned.
Strauss ruffled Light's hair then a man walked to the group. "Mr. Akaban its time to go", he said.
"Ah I see I'll be there in a moment", Strauss said.
The man nodded and walked off. "Looks like I have to go it was great meeting you all", Strauss smiled.
"Same here man", Jaden said.
They all voiced their agreements as Strauss smiled and faced Light. "Come with me sweet one we need to talk privately", he said.
Light nodded walking with Strauss almost to where his helicopter was. "Listen Light no matter what you cant let your grandparents get that Will you cant let them win for your parents' sake let Jaden take you in", Strauss said gently yet firmly.
Light was silent eyes covered by her hair yet she nodded Strauss sighed and hugged her. "Its going to be ok you have friends by your side", he said.
Light had a small smile. "Yeah your right thanks Strauss".
Aurasoul: And there all done.
Jaden: About time too!
Aurasoul: Sorry! I had my hands full so next time Light gets adopted and will meet an unwanted guest so until then.
