The Lier of Greed!

In his room, Skullak sat on his favorite blue comfy chair with a chess board in front of him. He had the white piece in from on him and the black piece on the other side. All the piece of black and white were all scatter around the board with a few piece missed, since they were taken out.

Skullak removed a white pawn and said, "Hmm, to think that Bari could have lose." He put the piece of to the side with the few others. "I would thought his abilities would have been about to defeat or capture this Ichigo boy, but this Substitute Soul Reaper's powers are more different the I thought."

Skullak look at the board again and said, "Well, I guess it the Soul Reapers turn to make the move. Let see how the other four will deal with their opponents now." Then a knock on Skullak's door was hear and he said," Come in."

Coming in is a young teen boy with light blue eyes and shoulder length black hair. His mask remain was around his right eye and his Zanpakuto is a katana with a crimson blade, an onyx crescent moon shape guard, and a black hilt. He wears a customized uniform that a jacket with a long collar, but have a v-shape to it and a coat tail the goes to his knees. It had long sleeves and a zipper to it too. He also has a shirt underneath and his long pants were white with black outliner like the rest of his uniform and lastly black shoe with white outlines.

This is Kiiro Eclipse a powerful Numeros and a one of Skullak's best students. "Well, Kiiro good to see you visit me," said Skullak. "Come take a seat and least talk my comrade." Kiiro did with a smile and look at what Skullak has been doing and asked, "So what's with the chess board?"

"Oh this is just how things are going with what everything that has been happening with from the start of this war," said Skullak. "Wow, the amazing, sir," said Kiiro. "Everyone said you a master tactician that almost equal to Lord Aizen's level of genius."

"Oh Kiiro you flatter me, but I just doing what a good general would do when in a war," said Skullak. "Both side had a few lose so far with us looking members and the Soul Reapers losing battles. Now I'm wait to see how this humans will deal will strong Arrancars."

"You really think some human with powers can win against us Arrancars?" asked Kiiro. "Not sure," said Skullak. "I might not agree with Aizen with most things, but I do think we shouldn't underestimate this intruders or there powers either."

"Well, let me fight and I wipe the all out," said Kiiro. "Don't worry my friend," said Skullak. "You have your chance to fight someone powerful, but for now let others fight for now. Beside with all the teams we have with us, I called in another ones that would be a big help to us later too."

Then the door open and Kiiro look at five men came in Kiiro's eyes widen and his face become pale. "No, not them! You ask them to come!"

Stand in the room were the A.J.D or know as the Arrancar División de Justicia (Justice Division). They were a group of Arrancars that enforcing the law, and for that they have the power to act as Judges, Jury and Executioners. They mission is to go after Arrancars traitors that were still out their after the rebellion that Mordrath did and others that join him. Still they did enjoy doing the brutal methods of torture done on Soul Reapers too.

First is the oldest member of this group and the leader too, Taronu (Tarn). He is a tall and muscular, handsome man with dark skin, short purple hair, piercing cold red eyes, his mask remain take the form of two horns in his forehead that form a "V" and a skull-shaped helmet that he forged himself out of loyalty and respect for Barragan. He wears a purple long coat with black shoulder pads, a mesh black shirt, beige camouflage pants and black boots. His Zanpakuto takes the form of a large machete like sword

Next is Kainoru (Kaon). He is a tall and slender man with abnormaly long arms, red hair and a goatee. He wears a red vest over a white t-shirt, red pants and grey boots, but his most recognizable characteristics are his baggy, deepy and dead dark eyes and the large spikes in his shoulders. His Zanpakutos are two steampunk-style gauntlets.

Next member is Vossu (Vos). He is a petit and slim man with short black hair, golden earrings, who wears a black and white uniform with black fingerless gloves, large and black boots, and he wears a white cybernetic mask that covers all his face. The reason is his real face was hit make a strong Kido and was horribly disfigured. Also his real eyes were completely vaporizing, which rendered him blind, and his vocal cords was badly injured and he lost him ability to speak normal, but his new face help him speak, but in a robotic way, but he don't speak that much english and more ancient hollow, which only Arrancars can understand. His Zanpakuto is a large black iron staff.

Next there is Rerekis (Helex). He is a large and bulky man with shoulder-lenght green hair with violet highlights, mask remain that resemble a soldier helmet, and purple tear like marks underneath his eyes. He wears a purple long-sleeved jacket with green camouflage marks, white pants and black shoes. His Zanpakuto is a large battle axe with a scorching hot blade.

Lastly is Tessa Russu (Tesarus) or Tessy, as his teammates call him. He is a towering, muscular man with green eyes and sandy brown hair. He wears a beige uniform similar to Yammy's with red fingerless gloves, black boots, and and a white scarf covering his mouth and nose. His mask remain take the form of a X in his forehead. His Zanpakuto takes the form of a huge butcher knife with a serrated blade and the blade moves and works like a chainsaw.

"Taronu is good to see you and your team be about to arrive," said Skullak with Kiiro hiding behind him. "How has you job been going?"

"We've been fine," said Taronu in a calm and smooth voice. "We have punished and kill almost all the traitors the join with Mordrath during his rebellion. All that is left on the list is Mordrath himself, his lieutenants, and a few other soldiers."

"Good, but I have to ask you and your team to put on that hold for a bit," said Skullak. "You hurry what has been happening right?" "Indeed," said Taronu. "I don't think this five intruders are not too much of a threat."

"I agree, but your team haven't had fun with Soul Reapers for a long time and can when we don't need this intruders anymore and have all the info we need after defeat them," said Skullak. Taronu and his team all grinned, since it has been a long time, since the used their torture methods on Soul Reapers and they seen to look forward to it.

Taronu look at Kiiro and said, "You don't need to be scared of us. We are on the same side, unless you do something that force you on your list." Kiiro look at them and said, "I'm not, it just your methods and you twisted way you enjoy killing." He point at each one of then and said, "You about to talk your victims to death, you are like a living electric chair, you force others to wear your face, you like to melt you victims down fully or halfway, and you grin you victims all or halfway into piece of nothingness."

The team look at Kiiro a bit impressed how you know about their methods, but seeing they are not needed now. They left to the guest rooms for them to stay and wait when they are needed.

Kiiro glared at them as the left and ask, "Are you sure in wise to have them?" Skullak smiled and said, "Yes, all have been gather in Las Noches. Let our enemy make the next move and we counter it and win this war in a glorious battle."

With Uryu, he was holding his bow and look around at the surrounding of pillars. His opponent was fast and seen to keep himself hidden too. Everytime Uryu seen to get a lock of his opponent's reiatsu, he already gone and has to look again.

"Why are you hiding from me Arrancar?" asked Uryu. "I though you came here to fight me." It was quiet for a few moment before Saido said with an echo thought out the room so Uryu could not fine him, "This is my fighting style. I might not be strong, but I'm fast and I use stealth to win."

Uryu thought you found Saido and fire several arrows at a pillar to destroy it, but saw Saido was not behind it. Then a bala came at Uyry as he jumped out of the way for the blast.

Then Saido sonido behind Uryu with his saw bladed sword ready to strike. Lucky, Uryu was about to dodge it, but was cut a bit on his shoulder. He turn to fire at Saido, but he sonido and vanish again.

Uryu landed, look around and said, "So that your strategy? I think this is a crowd way to fight." "You can said that as must as you like," said Saido. "It make style and I've been called that enough to ignore it. I have a mission to take you down and I plan on doing it, but my way."

With Rukia, she was running up some stair and sense both Uryu and Chad were in battle. Then she reach the end and look surprised. She was on a bridge to a palace, but look up to see a sunny blue sky.

"What's this? How can their be a blue sky here? All I did was follow my path and now I'm outside," said Rukia. Then a voice behind her said, "Would you like me to explain it to you?"

Rukia turn to see no one behind her, but saw an Arrancar appeared before the door of the palace and said, "Come with me."The Arrancar walk into dark palace and Rukia followed.

Inside the door closed behind Rukia as the masked Arrancars stood above Rukia and said, "Ah, good. I can finally relax now. Sorry, but I simple cannot stand the sunlight out there. It don't not reach inside the palace. Allow me to take of my mask and introduce myself to you. My name is Aaroniero. Espada #9, Aaroniero Arruruerie."

Rukia look completely shocked and couldn't believe who she was seen and said, "No Kaien?" He is youthful, young man with aqua green eyes and spiky raven black hair.

Which Chad, he was fighting Gantenbainne, who charged at him with is fist glowing with orange reiatsu. Chad crossed his arms to block the strong punch, but was send back as Chad almost fell into the one the holes in the floor.

"I'm over here Fool," said Gantenbainne running at Chad and punch him the stomach and other punch in the face, which send Chad crashing into the wall.

"That wasn't good enough to be a work up exercise," said Gantenbainne. He turn this back thinking the fight was done, but Chad fired two energy blast at him, but Gantenbainne jump out of the way.

Back with Rukia and Kaien there were a quietness between the two. "It can't be...Lieutenant Shiba?" said Rukia as Kaien remain silent. "Answer Me! Please Answer Me Kaien! This is... This that really you Lieutenant?" asked Rukia. Then she remembered about the past the Kaien Shika was killed because she killed him herself.

Kaien smirked and said, "Yea, It's been awhile. You're looking well, Ruika." He then jump down to the ground level. "This tight clothes are really hard to me around in."

"Lieutenant Shiba?" asked Rukia. Kaien look at her and said, "Huh, Hey what's with the puzzled look on your face? Come on, are't you glad you loving Kaien Shiba is alive and well?"

Rukia look at him being goofy and believed in was him. Then she thought she saw Kaien drawing his sword, but quiet Rukia was about to draw her, but saw Kaien holding to wooden swords instead.

"Here take it," said Kaien as to tossed one to Rukia. "Its has been a long time, since we trained together." Soon Kaien clashed with Rukia and she blocked most them time as she was still confused and Kaien strike and knocked Rukia in the wall.

Rukia charged at him, but he knocked the wooden sword out of her hands. "If this have been a real battle you would have been dead by now." Kaien then patted Rukia on the head and said, "Well, at least you gotten stronger."

Rukia smiled and he said, "Haven't changed have you? Still the same Rukia. Whenever I beat you, you look like you about to cry your eye out." "It really is you Kaien," said Rukia.

"Well, look like you finally believe me now," said Kaien. He the when over to the wall and open and hidden room of things. He grabbed some cushion seat and said, "That a seat, you and I have a lot of catching up to do."

When they were seated, Kaien started to talk. "That last night my physically body become to crumble right after the battle and later when I finish say my goodbyes to the Shiba home, I disintegrated. That hollow was one of Aizen's test subjects. After being destroyed, it return beck to Hueco Mundo and regenerated itself. Appeared that is how it was designed."

"I can't believed it," said Rukia. "The hollow that fused it body with me regenerated and come back in my physically form," said Kaien. "It all probably with according to their plan, but for some reason after the regeneration completed my mind was in control of our combined body. Basically, I guess, my iron will power was beyond their calculation and through a wrench in their work. Haha, How great am I? They never saw anyone like me before."

Rukai blinked and said, "Lieutenant, I thought we were having a serious talk?" "Oh yea, we were," said Kaien. " But I... you were looking so down."

"That was because I was taking this seriously," said Rukia. "Ok, Ok," said Kaien. Don't get so upset. Anyway, that the story of how I got my body back. I killed one of the Espada and too his place. After that I've been wait to get make change to get revenge on Aizen. Outside you saw the blue shy? Aizen created it on Las Noches' celling. Everything the light touch in under Aizen's watchful eyes."

"Is that the reason you brought me in side here?" asked Rukia. "Rukia, I just glad it was you who end up in here. I've been with this Arrancars over 20 years and learn they were no that different from the Soul Reapers. They more like us then we thought. They train, hang out, and do their own personal things. I'm made friend among the Espada and what you have done now is a big crime."

"What do you mean?" asked Rukia. "You have broking into Las Noches our home Rukia," said Kaien. "A crime that is worthy of death. However, unlike your friends, I can help you our on your trial. The leader of the Espada wish you all either dead, but most catch and pay for what you all have done now. I can help you, but you must trust me with it."

Rukis nodded and Kaien continue. "I have a plan and I think your the only person that can help me with it successfully. A group of us are not with Aizen and you can help us out greatly. Let's move somewhere else and meet up with the group," said Kaien getting up. "I think they will trust you. Now come and fallow me, Rukia."

"Ok," said Rukia getting up to follow Kaien. Then Kaien smirked and draw his sword and slash at Rukia. She dodged it and slid back, but had a cut on her cheek. "Well, well, you improved more then I thought you would have Rukia," said Kaien.

With Gin, he was in one of the surveillance rooms and messing around. "I'm here for an update," said a voice. "Has anyone reach one of the Espada's palace yet?" Gin turn to see Ulquiorra in the doorway.

"Hmm, sorry for ignoring you, but is so unusually for you to speak to me, " said Gin. "I alway thought you disliked me like most of the other do."

"Of course not," said Ulquiorra. "Really? If that the case, then let make an offer to be nicer to each other for now on," said Gin. "I've been so lone, since no one like to talk with me."

Ulquiorra look at him for a moment then at the controls and said, "What is this?" "Oh isn't it fantastic?" asked Gin.

"Controlling the passageways?" asked Ulquiorra. "Oh, come on. Would I do something that mean like that," said Gin. "It just that, I enjoy happy endings."

Back with Kaien and Rukia, he said, "What's wrong? You have that puzzled look again Rukia. This make me so happy, back in the day that attack would killed you right away. Its very great to see my student grow."

"Kaien tell me. What's the truth?" asked Rukia. "How much is really truth?" "What do you mean how much?" asked Kaien. "All of it! Did you think I was a fake? What is there something strange about this? Why I try to kill you. You haven't forget have you? I am Kaien Shiba. I'm the former lieutenant of Squad 13. Here in Hueco Mundo because I was fused with a hollow and you, you are Rukia Kuchiki. You the one the that took my life. Do you understand now? Why I want to kill you. Come now Rukia, you haven't forgotten have you. That feeling when you stabbed me."

"No, I haven't forgotten," thought Rukia. "He's telling the truths." "Are you prepared to be killed by me Rukia?" asked Kaien. "I'm asked if you are prepared. Prepared to atone for your crime and sin at the hands of the man you murdered."

"Yes, I am," said Rukia. Kaien looked neutral, but was a bit surprised inside. There was a silent in the room, until Rukia said, "However, not right now. I need you to wait. I had to run away, but no matter how far I run I didn't think that this sin would have ever go away. No matter how many years pasted, but if killing me take away the burden grudge you have against me. I would gladly offer up my life, but first I came to Hueco Mundo to bring Orihime back home. I came here to save my friend. No matter what you say or how I feel, until I save Orihime and return her safely to the World of the Living. I can't give you my life."

There was a silents between the two as Kaien or rather Aaroneiro thought, "She's a clever one. I believe this was be easy, but seen like she make it a bit tricky. Willing to give up her live to me, but not until she save the human girl here. Hmm what should I do now? Just we continue to play the part of Kaien and see what will happen next."

Kaien smirked and said, "Relax. I was all a joke." This surprised Rukia. "I was just kidding around. You deserve to die for killing me, but I would do some as silly as killing you for my personal revenge." Kaien walked up to Rukia and patted her on the head. "I told you I have a plan that you can help with."

Rukia narrowed her eyes some as Kaien continue on. "If you really want to make up for the terrible thing you once did to me. I have some you can do for me now Rukia."

"Something... I can do... for you," said Rukia. "Yea, I want you to being me that head of your four friends," said Kaien, which make Rukia gasp. "Your familiar with all their abilities and weakness. So you don't need to worry about getting hurt and help with your trial against you crime for breaking into Las Noches. It should be that hard at all to catch them off guard. If you do this we will wipe the slate clear between us and forgive you for killing me. Heck, I think you be about to leave Los Noches and return to Soul Society too."

Rukia clutched her fist as Kaien continue on more. "You see pretty simple huh? I would say it's an offer a small price to pay for taking my life. Don't you think Rukia? Well," He saw her not doing anything and asked, "What's wrong Rukia?"

Rukia stood and grabbed Kaien's hand on her hand and pulled it away. "Don't you dare mock Kaien Shiba!" Kaien back away some as Rukia continue. "There no way you can be Kaien Shiba. The lieutenant Shiba I know would never make jokes like that to test his subordinates. The Kaien I knew would never force someone to choice between their friends and themselves. No Matter What! The Kaien we all know in Squad 13 was nothing like you." Rukia even shed a tear too. "Even after I stabbed him. As his lungs filled up with blood and he could barely breath anymore, but put up with the pain. Just so he could be to me one final time."

Rukia grabbed the hilt of her Zanpakuto. "No wait Rukia. Of course I'm Kaien. What are you talking about?" "DON'T YOU DARE SAY THE NAME AGAIN!" yelled Rukia. "Dance, Sode no Shirayuki!" Rukia released her shikai.

With Renji, he had been running alone for quite a while and feel like he was not going anything. He stop for a moment and he sense something not right.

Rukia striked down at Kaien as they both were in a sword lock. Kaien pushed Rukia back as her flew up and land on the wall, but jump off it and charged at Kaien again. This time she was about to push Kaien back a bit.

"Some no mai, Tsukishiro! (First Dance, White Moon)" Rukia appeared behind Kaien as a white circle appeared beneath Kaien' feet. However, he jumped out of the way. "You're not getting away from me!" said Rukia.

Rukia chase after Kaien as he ran from her. He stop was Rukia got him trap at the wall. "There no were left for you to run," said Rukia.

"You think so," said Kaien. "What?" asked Rukia. "You are forgetting. I'm the one that taught you how to fight in the first place," said Kaien. "I'm so disappoint. You got a little better, but not much. You should be stronger by now."

"Say that again if you get away from here," said Rukia. Kaien when forward and flash step passed Rukia. He strike her from behind, but she was barely about to dodge it. "Why You!" Rukia continued to strike at Kaien, but he was about to block them all.

"Your very ambitious," said Kaien. "Try to kill the same man twice." "Don't say that!" said Rukia. "There no way you can be Kaien Shiba Impostor!"

They got into another sword lock again. "You more stupid then I remember," said Kaien. "Don't worry you understand, while we are fighting. Maybe when you cut me you finally get it. Like you did last time."

This shocked and anger Rukia more. "YOUR THROUGH!" She hit Kaien with a blast of her reiatsu and send him flying back. "Tsugi no mai, Hakuren! (Next Dance, White Ripple)" Rukia fired an ice blast at Kaien, but he ran down the wall to dodge it.

"That fighting style is typical of you, but you can't defeat me like that." said Kaien after he land on the floor. He turn to Rukia and started to burst out laughing.

Back with Renji, he sense Rukia fight, but know he didn't have time to worry about her. He continued on down the long hallway unknown about where he was going.

Back in the Espada palace, the room with filled with a mist as Kaien wait and smiled for Rukia to make her move. Rukia flash step before him to strike, but he flash step to dodge her strike. He appeared behind and strike, but Rukia jump and flash step away, but Kaien fallowed. Both clashed as Kaien seen to have the upper hand on Rukia.

Rukia fellow to the ground as Kaien tried to stab her. She rolled out of the way as Kaien continue to stab down at her, until she hit the wall. Kaien laughed out as he lift his blade up to finish Rukia off. Rukia was lucky to be about to get up and dodge the strike. She strike at Kaien again, but blocked it.

They were in a sword lock, but Kaien over power Rukia and pushed her sword back. Rukia pushed back to get free and flash back some and charged at Kaien again, but he did to as the two strike and clashed blades with together again.

Kaien the jump back and vanished into the mist out of Rukia's sight. Then he came down, but Rukia dodge his strike. Still Kaien knock Rukia on the floor too, since he was fight with one hand, while Rukia had both of her hands of her sword's hilt. He strike, but Rukia block it and Kaien jump back again into the mist.

Kaien came down for another strike, but Rukia said, "Some no mai, Tsukishiro!" Her pillar of ice was created, but Kaien dodged it and said, "What's wrong Rukia? Is that it, is that the extend of your power?"

Kaien land before and Rukia stood over him and looked down at him. "This first dance is Tsukishiro and second is Hakuren," said Kaien. "I know them move very well. Who was it who help practice those moves? Me if you remember. I watch you work them both out right down from the very start. Come on, do you really think they would work against me Rukia."

Rukia try to remember herself the them man before her wasn't Kaien, but then she sense both Uyru and Chad having trouble against their opponents.

"Ha are you worry about something?" asked Kaien "You friends are fight against highly skilled opponents. One fight a member of the Exequias the execution squad and the other is fight an Arrancar that in the range of the Espada."

"Still they are not Esapda," said Rukia. "Why are you so relieve?" asked Kaien. "Even thought they are not Espada, they are still have the skills of train assassins and such shouldn't be take lightly. One of you friend was about to defeat a member of the Exequias, but not with consequences. He pay a heavy pays for his victory. You can sense his distress can't you?"

Rukia knew something was wrong with Ichigo. "It seen I didn't need you help with bring me your friend heads," said Kaien. "They all be dead or catch soon to be on trial and dead after that. One way of another you'll see."

Rukia rise her sword, but Kaien said, "You think you're going to be a hero Rukia? There nothing you can do."

"Tsugi no mai, Hakuren!" Rukia unleashed a wave of ice, but Kaien jump out of the way with a calm look. Then Rukia strike him, which was a bit of a surprise to Kaien, but block it. "What a clever idea using Hakuren to distract me and then attack me. Good, but not good enough!" Kaien push Rukia make and she hit the wall and fell to the floor.

Rukia stood and Kaien continue. "You still don't get it do you? You don't have the experience and power to defeat me." Kaien held his Zanpakuto up and said, "I'm tried of this. Rage through the Sea and Sky, Nejibana!"

Kaien holds Nejibana upside down and begins to twirl it in his hand as it glows, transforming it into a cross between a trident, a bishamon-yari (a Japanese spear), and a ji (a Chinese halberd) with a crystalline appearance. Like the ji, it bears a horsehair tassel, although it is blue instead of the traditional red; similarly the two side blades are straight with concave edges as opposed to the usual crescent blades of the bishamon yari. The end of Nejibana turns into a corkscrew/drill shape. Water flows freely from both the trident and the end.

Rukia just look in shock see the water type Zanpakuto before her now. "Does this bring back memories?" asked Kaien. "How?" gasped Rukia.

"Your finished Rukia," said Kaien make a stance with water flowing around him. "Here I come. Take your position."

Kaien striked first and Rukia block, but Kaien continue this attacks as he spun his shikai a bit before striking. All Rukia could to his block his strikes or jump out of the way too. Rukia analyzed his moved and the way he fight with the shikai. She knew these were Kaien's techniques, even if you heart refused it, but her eyes and mind are tell her that the man before her is the real Kaien Shiba.

Kaien strike more as Rukia blocked the best she should. Still Rukia continue to talk to herself and try to believe that his was not Kaien not matter what she would see or hear.

Then Kaien's trident got a hold of Rukia's Zanpkuto and was knocked out of her hands and tossed aside.

With Ichigo, he recovered from his battle, but also sense something wrong with Rukia too. However, for now he had to caring on to save Orihime and be ready to fight any Arrancar that appeared before him.

Rukia was not disarm, Kaien said, "You loss Rukia." He was about to strike, but Rukia held his hand in front of his face and said, "Hadō #33, Sōkatsui (Blue Fire, Crash Down)" A blue energy blast was fired out of Rukia's hand, but Kaien dodged it.

Rukia was surprised she missed as Kaien said, "Kido without the incantation? You've improved and I must admit I'm impressed, but it wouldn't be enough to defeat me."

Then a hole in the wall was make as sunlight shined in. Kaien jumped away to a high platform and back into the dark. Rukia was confused why he ran away, since she was wide open and he could have killed her. She started to think about all the thing he said from the beginning made no any sense at all. Even when he said why they had to fight inside. Still she believe all he say were lies, but asked herself why did he invite her in before removing his mask. She still didn't believe he was tell the truth, but it was worthy test out to see what is really going on.

"Bakudō #4, Hainawa! ( Crawling Rope)" Rukia generated a crackling yellow energy rope within her hands, the practitioner throws it toward at Kaien. The energy winds around Kaien's arms and body, immobilizing him.

"What are you think you doing Rukia?" asked Kaien. "Stalling for time? Weak moves like this won't get your anywhere!" Then he heard Rukia say an incantation. "Ye lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! On the wall of blue flame, inscribe a twin lotus. In the abyss of conflagration, wait at the far heavens."
