Erigor's winds became harsher. Both Natsu and Rachelle were doing their best to hold their ground. Especially Natsu, as he was trying to see and scowl at Erigor. "Natsu!" "Rachelle!" Both Happy and Lucky cried out. Erigor chuckled at their suspense, "Now do you understand flies? Your fire can never defeat wind! And you seem to having trouble holding your ground brat!" He gloated.
The two wizards tried to shield their faces. "This is intense, it's like standing in a typhoon." Natsu remarked, " A typhoon Lauryn makes when she's fighting angry." Rachelle replied. "It's time to blow you away and put your flames out for good!" Erigor declared, and his winds got even worse.
"Now! Storm Shred!" he went shooting bits of wind at them. Luckily they dogged the attack completely. Natsu flew up to Erigor with his flames at his feet, he tried to hit him with another 'Iron fist' but it didn't work. Erigor used more of his wind power, "Ragh, I have to brake through." Natsu muttered but he was blown back to the ground on the bridge.
"Natsu!" Rachelle ran up to him worried, "Are you okay?" She asked as she helped him up his feet. "Yeah, but. I can't even get close enough to lay a punch on this guy!" Natsu informed her getting irritated. "Feeling a little frustrated? Don't be too hard on yourself, you never had a chance against me!" Erigor boasted while laughing. "But don't worry I'm gonna put an end to this now! My 'Soaring Phoenix magic rips every thing to shreds! Emera Baram!" he summoned his magic to attack.
"That a really dangerous spell you two!" Lucky shouted, "What ever you do, don't touch it!" Happy added. Rachelle was getting ready to do a spell of her own, she just needed the perfect moment. "Goodbye! Fairy Tail Flies!" Erigor shouted as he attacked. "Now! Element Dragon Earth: Shield!" Rachelle cried as well.
Boulders and rocks from the neighboring mountains came to her and formed themselves into wall in-front of her and Natsu. As the wind attacked, she did her best to hold the shield and herself together. But, less then three minutes, the shield broke and she and Natsu were swept away against the tracks and over Happy and Lucky's heads.
Both critters looked behind them once the winds died down. Both of them were shocked to see Natsu and Rachelle down for the count. "Come on Natsu, you have to get up Hurry!" Happy urged, "Get up Rachelle! Don't let that creep win! Get up!" Lucky cried to her friend as she shook her shoulder.
Erigor was just flying there and laughed, "I'm impressed that their bodies are still in one piece after that attack. Though even more impressed that the brat's shield held out for a brief moment. Not too shabby for wizards so young." he exclaimed. "Natsu! Rachelle!" Both animals cried in worry.
"After I play a melody on the 'Lullaby' for those old guild fools, they'll be joining you two in your eternal rest." Erigor monologued arrogantly. Suddenly, two fists pounded onto the tracks. Shocking both Erigor and the and the two fur balls, then a small boulder hit Erigor in the gut (again). "All you talk about is that stupid flute!" Natsu declared as he ripped off his vest.
"Seriously, you've got to be one of the most annoying person I have ever fought. And I have a list." Rachelle inputted. She took off her hoodie and gently tossed it to Lucky since Pip was still in there asleep. "How a little critter like him can sleep through all this, I'll figure out latter." She said in her head. As they both stood up and faced Erigor, "If you want to kill the guild masters so bad," "Then you're gonna have to get passed us first!" Both Natsu and Rachelle said to Erigor, dead serious of what they declared.
"You tell him Natsu!" Happy said jumping. "Teach that blowhard a lesson Rachelle!" Lucky told her. "Oh believe me I will." Rachelle replied lowly. "Impossible, how are you two even standing!?" Erigor roared. "Like we would tell you!" Rachelle roared back. Natsu summoned fire to his fists again. "Enough talking it's time to start fighting, Come on!" Natsu yelled out as he jumped at Erigor. "I told you your wasting your time!" Erigor shouted back.
As Natsu came close for a hit, the wind pushed him back again and put out his flames once more. When he landed back down he looked at Erigor with such scorn, while the man just laughed at his failure. "Hey pal, don't go laughing when I'm still here!" Rachelle yelled as she charged at him. "Element dragon Earth: Iron-rock fist!" She cried out. stones, minerals and other metals formed over hand and arm. Erigor didn't have time to move as she slugged him in the face.
"Yeah! Right in the kisser!" Lucky cheered. "You little brat!" Erigor roared but was hit again. "Consider this a lesson to you when you underestimate me and when you mess with my sister." Rachelle said to him casually. Then she felt Natsu's heat from behind her, "I can't take it any more! I have to beat him!" He yelled furiously as his whole body was engulfed in flames.
"Oh wonderful, he's throwing a tantrum." Lucky flatly complained. Rachelle went to her and Happy's side and noticed that Natsu's fire was getting more intense then before and with that the winds current was changing from the heat. "No this is good, I think we can work this to our advantage." Rachelle said to the fox. Happy started to see what she meant by that.
"Wow, he's really doing it. He's changing the direction of the wind." Natsu roared as he snapped the melted track bar, his fire getting stronger. "Flames of emotion? But how could that be? It's an ancient magic, where did this kid learn how to use it?" Erigor questioned out loud. Then something dawned on him, "What the it's drawing my wind towards him?!" and he wasn't wrong.
"That's it!" "This might be the advantage we were looking for!" Happy and Lucky theorized. As Natsu was yelling, "Natsu!" Happy yelled at him. Natsu turned to look and, "You stink. Just give up and let Gray handle it cause your never gonna win." Happy flatly told him while waving his paw and giving off a dull face. "Your acting like a baby throwing a tantrum. I bet Gray would have nailed him by one hit, but you? Please." Lucky so rudely added as she looked away with her paw crossed.
Natsu's flames stopped and he looked at them in total shock. As if time just stopped at that moment, "You two have better hope you know what your doing." Rachelle remarked in her head as she sweat-dropped on what she just heard herself. If Natsu made an irk mark, they would be all over because right then he burst into more last time and they were ten times stronger. "What did you say?!" he shrieked.
Then Erigor was surprised, "His flames are blowing away my 'Storm mail'!" he told aloud. Natsu roared louder and Erigor's self-wind barrier was gone. "Curse you." He growled at the wizards. "Did you guy's just use basic weather science to figure this guy out?" Rachelle questioned the two. "Pretty much." They both plainly replied.
"I'm gonna take you down!" Natsu yelled at Erigor. Then he got into a pounce position and charged at Erigor ramming his head into the guys gut. "Hey save some of that guy for me too!" Rachelle yelled. As she came in on the action to, "Fire dragon!" "Element dragon: Earth!" Both wizards prepped Erigor for the attack. "Land-slide!" "Sword- horn!" streams of stone and fire launched Erigor sky-high and he was out for the count.
Erigor landed in the tracks head first and his feet were twitching. Natsu finally calmed down and his fire was out. "Did you like that Happy?" He asked his friend, "Did that please you Lucky?" Rachelle asked the fox, "Oh yeah, I bet that creep is gonna feel that in the morning." Lucky chortled. "You showed him that if you mess with the 'Salamander' your gonna get toasted." Happy joyfully cheered.
Natsu gave him and Lucky a doubtful look, "You two weren't too sure of me earlier." Both Happy and Lucky went into a n innocent faze. "Cat's have a bad short-term memory you know." Happy excused. "Yeah and you know my mouth sometimes runs on it's own." Lucky said the same.
"You two said that I'll never be able to beat him and I should leave it to Erza or Nicole or something like that?" Natsu replied as he turned to them. "Whoa your memory must be worst then mine, I said Gray not Erza." Happy retorted. "And neither of us brought Nicole into the conversation but you." Lucky replied in the same tone.
"Guy's it doesn't matter now. We won, so can we just be happy about that." Rachelle stated to them, Natsu gave one last glare at two then looked straight up to the sky with a smile. "You bet we did, though I'm not really sure how I pulled off that last attack?" he questioned still smiling putting his hands behind his head. "Guess your just that awesome." Happy replied flying, "I guess so!" Natsu laughed.
Rachelle just shook her head, then something caught her eye. It was 'Lullaby' she went and picked it up, as soon as she did she instantly felt the Willow-Wisp tree spirit calling for help. "Don't worry I'll get you out of there soon." she ensured it. Then she heard the sound of an engine. She looked to see the 'Magic Mobile'. "Natsu! Rachelle!" They heard Lucy shout.
"Hey, you guys just missed us beating Erigor!" "Aye!" Natsu and Happy joyfully proclaimed to them. They all got out of the vehicle, Gray just huffed a little irritated that he didn't do it himself, "Deal with it Gray, besides there's always the next villain." Nicole told him, patting his bare back. Lucy was helping Erza out the vehicle, "You gonna be okay Erza?" she worried, "Yes don't worry about me." Erza assured her.
Kageyama was shocked that his guild member was beaten. Then he saw a glow coming from the flute that Rachelle was holding. "I can't believe you had such a hard time with this guy. I bet Rachelle did most of the beating." Gray provoked. Natsu went all offensive, "I never said that! I took care of him didn't I?" he asked with pride. "Yeah but with Rachelle's help. He, she gave that creep a good knuckle sandwich." Lucky inputted.
"I bet that tasted terrible for him." Nicole replied as she laughed a bit. "Whatever." Gray said, "You look pretty stupid wearing a scarf when your half naked." he flatly brought up. "Like you have room to talk." Both Natsu and Rachelle retorted to him back. Natsu turned to Lucy, "Hey Lucy give me your clothes." he simply demanded.
"In your dreams!" she seethed at him. "Natsu." Nicole glared at him at he shivered in fear. Erza just laughed, "Anyway, well done you two. Thanks to you, all the guild masters will be safe now." she said happily. Lucy nodded in agreement, so did Natsu, Gray, Nicole and Rachelle.
"It was nothing, besides if I had to listen to that guy's 'Oh my wind is so powerful you can't beat me' a minute longer, I would have had Rachelle buried me alive just to get away from him by now." Lucky complained. "Yeah, I mean sure his wind was good but compared to Lauryn's it was a cake-walk." Rachelle added, everyone laughed.
"Did you get him good for me?" Nicole asked her sister. "Big time, he couldn't believe that he was getting beat by a kid." Rachelle answered with pride. "Good girl." Nicole bought her hand up an Rachelle high-fived it. "While we're here, I think we should make sure to stop by the guild masters conference to tell them what happened and ask them how we should properly dispose the 'Lullaby' flute." "I couldn't agree more." Nicole replied. "Might as well since we're so close to Clover." Happy stated.
All of a sudden Rachelle was grabbed and was in the air. Everyone else got out of the way as Kage took off with her, the mobile, and the flute. "Kage?!" "Rachelle!" Erza and Nicole cried out, "What do you think your doing?!" Gray shouted. "Lullaby is mine now! Shouldn't have let your guard down flies! Here! You can have your brat back!" As the mobile lands back down, Kage uses his shadow magic to toss Rachelle back at them. Both Gray and Natsu catch her.
"You okay kido?" Gray asks, "Yeah, I'm just fine." she tells him. They all watch Kage drive off in a fit of laughter. Everyone was shell-shocked. "That jerk!" Yells Natsu, "This is how he thanks us for saving his life?!" Lucy shrieks. "That ungrateful punk!" Nicole sears. "After him!" Erza orders. They all run down the tracks and hope that they will get there in time.
"Rachelle, get ready to face the Lullaby, cause I have a feeling we're about to deal with it soon." Nicole informs her sister through their thoughts. "No presser huh?" Rachelle sarcastically says. But deep down she hopes that she'll pull off the task.

As night fell, they reached a hill-side not too far from the conference hall. From there they spotted their master with Kage. "There he is." Says Gray, "Gramps!" Natsu and Rachelle cried. "Master!" Nicole and Erza worried. Then, Master Bob came up to them to get them quiet. "Shhh, we're just about to get to the good part." he exclaimed.
His sudden appearance made Gray, Natsu, and Lucy jump. Then master Bob started to fawn over the boys, much to their discomfort. "Well aren't you boys yummy, so adorable." Gray and Natsu held each other in fear. Lucy hid behind Erza and Nicole. Rachelle just stood there and sweat-dropped over the whole scene.
"Who the heck is that guy?!" Lucy asked the women in front of her. "Master Bob." Erza answered as she stood there. They watch as Master Bob bump the boys away and looks at the girls. "Erza honey you've really filled out. And Nicole you've gotten even more gorgeous since the last time I saw you." He comment the two women. Lucy flinched, "Your telling me that weirdo is the master of the Blue Pegasus guild?"
"Yes. Good to see you to master Bob, your looking well yourself." Nicole replied back kindly. "Oh stop you." Bob gushed. He turned to see Rachelle, "Well if it isn't the birthday girl. Seems like only yesterday when you where a child. Your still as cute as a little lamb." he remarked.
Rachelle cringed, she loathes being called cute in any shape or form, but suck it up and took the compliment. "Thank you master Bob." she said through her teeth. They went back to watching master Makarove. They saw Kage bring the flute to his mouth to play. Erza, Natsu, Gray, and the Lightgails freaked. "Oh No!" said Erza.
"Could you guys keep it down over there. We're just about to get to the good part." Exclaimed Goldmine as he just showed up. "He's with Quatro Cerberus!" bewildered Lucy. "That's their master Goldmine." Erza told her. "Hey Gold." Rachelle greeted, He turned to her and nodded, "Hey kid, Happy birthday by the way." "Thank you." "Master Bob, could you please put the boys down?" Nicole urged the floating man who was holding the boys with him.
They listened in on the two people, as Kage was planning to play the 'Lullaby' Makarove turned to him and said with a straight face, "Nothing's going to change." That shocked Kage and made him lower the flute. Makarove turned his back to him as he continued, "You can not change the fact that those who are weak will forever remain weak now maybe it's just me but I don't think that's a bad thing. I mean we humans are weak creatures by nature our insecurities are the reason that guilds even exist, and their why we have friends." he turned his head to Kage, Everyone minus the masters were surprised and moved Makarove's words.
"When we're surrounded with allies it's easier to stay positive about the future. Think of it this way, if we're clumsy we may stumble and bump into things but as long as we have faith in our future we continue marching forward. Our strength emerges on it's own, but we have to choose that path and pelage to live our lives to the fullest. Don't let that silly flute get in the way." he finished with a smirk and stood there in front of Kage. They both stood there for a moment and stared as a gentle breeze went by.
'Lullaby' was dropped to the ground, the group watched with smiles as Kageyama fell to his knees. "I surrender." he lets out with his head down. "Master." Erza and Nicole cried, "You stopped him." "Good job Gramps." Natsu and Gray said happily. "Nice going." Rachelle said.
Makarove was surprised as they surrounded him, "Wha...how did you kids end up in Clover?" He asked, "Would you believe it was to save you and the other guild masters?" Nicole answered with a question as she went down and hugged him. "But it looks like you handled things, so yeah." Rachelle remarked as she smiled brightly.
"Master Makarove," Erza brought him into one of her hugs, "Your words touched me so deeply that I was almost moved to tears." "Owww." he said as his head made contact with her armor. The Lightgails laughed, Natsu repeatedly patted masters head as a 'good job', "Well it looks like we got here just in time to see Gramps talk his way out of another one." Gray proudly exclaimed. "You can say that again." Lucky sighed.
Nicole used her thought conversation to the master, "Renee tipped you off like I told her to right?" Master chuckled a bit and nodded, "Yes, when you learned of Eisenwald's real plan and told her. She wasted no time to contact me here. Good work being prepared." he gave her a thumbs up, and she gladly returned it. Then Rachelle felt a shiver down her spine, "Uh, guys? I think we should save the relief and hugs for later." Everyone turned to her.
"Why?" The boys asked her, They suddenly heard the sound of evil laughter from the lullaby. "I've grown tired of you cowardly wizards and your antics!" it yelled as smoke and magic emerged from it. Everyone cringed and gasped, "Something came out!" Happy exclaimed, "No Really?! We can see that!" Lucky shouted in his ear, baring her teeth.
Magic appeared in the sky, "I can no longer hold back. I shall come fourth to devour you my self!" the magic flashed and a giant wooden monstrous creature appeared. "I shall feast upon your pitiful souls!" it roared. "It's so big!" Lucy shrieked, "Way to stated the obvious!" Happy retorted to her, "You don't get to talk about the obvious Happy!" Lucky sneered at him.
"What is that thing?! Erigor never said anything about a monster!" Kage dreaded. "That's not just any monster." Nicole said in a low dreaded voice. "We're in a pickle." Master Bob said not sounding that worried. "Your right Nicole. It must be a demon from the book of Zeref." Goldmine assumed.
"Why did the flute turn into a monster?!" asked Lucy, "That's 'Lullaby's true form looks like in the flesh. It's forbidden black magic, living magic. One of Zeref's specialty." exclaimed Goldmine gravely. "Living magic?" Erza questioned in slight fear. "Who's Zeref? Wasn't he some ancient wizard?" Gray asked, "He's the most evil wizard the world has ever known. He was very powerful in his day, but in my wildest dreams I never thought his dark legacy would pop back up again." Master Bob told them.
"Now then, which of these delectable souls shall I dine on first?" Lullaby asked itself. The group got ready for the fight, "Delectable huh? Do you think souls are really that tasty?" Natsu asked Gray in a cheery tone. An irk mark appeared on Gray's head, "How should I know what they taste like?" he retorted. "Always thinking about eating." Lucy added. "When food is mentioned that's all he ever thinks about." Lucky bluntly said. "Natsu! Not the time!" Both Lightgails shouted at him.
Erza turned to the boys, "Natsu and Gray get everyone to a safe place." She ordered them, The boys weren't happy. "Quit barken orders!" seared Natsu, "Yeah your not the boss of us!" Gray said the same. Nicole shook in anger as her patience was running out with the two. She turned to them with a furious gleam in her eyes, "Both of you just do it now!" She roared.
They both ran off holing each other in fear, "Aye, Aye!" and they did what they were told. "Another bad 'Happy' impression?" Lucy sighed She turned to Rachelle and whispered, "Remind me not to get your sister mad." Rachelle just shrugged, "You don't have to worry. You don't strike me as the person who would do that." she assured her.
Off in the distance, the Fiore army was there. "No giant wooden demon is gonna scare off the Fiore army! Charge!" Yelled the captain, "Yes sir!" the men shouted. Rachelle sweat-dropped, "Why do I get the feeling they're no gonna be much help?" she asked herself. "Maybe because ever since old G.F retired they never were." Lucky snidely answered her. Lullaby turned to the army. "You doubt my power?! I'll prove it to you!" it roared as it opened its mouth and blasts a mountain near the army. The men were in shock, "Captain, are we scared yet? one of them asked. "Now men! Retreat! run for your lives!" The captain cried. they turned tail and flee, "Are you kidding me?!" both sisters seethed.
"I have no need for those pathetic humans. I prefer the taste of a wizards soul and will consume all of yours!" Lullaby loudly stated. Natsu took a stand and fumed at it, "Oh yeah I like to see you try! Bring it on big guy!" he challenged. "Yeah! What he said you overgrown pipe!" Rachelle did the same.
"Good luck!" All the wizard masters said from the side lines. "Aren't they supportive." Lucky grunted. Lucy looked worried, "Can those five defeat Lullaby on their own?" she questioned. Happy popped up and asked, "You should help them." in a cheery voice. Lucy just turned to the side, "Normally I would, but none of my celestial spirits are available right now and I'll probably just slow them down." she replied, "Good excuse." Both Happy and Lucky said. "Don't judge me hair balls!"
Before anyone did anything, Rachelle quickly ran up to Makarove. "Gramps, I have a favor to ask you." He looked up to her, "What is it child?" he asked. She reached into he hood and pulled out Pip. "Can you watch over him while I fight with the others. He's been able to sleep through all the events today but I'm not taking any chances with this one."
She handed him the little sleeping Kapa. "He's in good hands." he assured her. She nodded and just as she was about to join the others. Master grabbed her wrist, she turned to look at him. "Nicole told me everything on what you going to do, and I'm here to tell you be carful." he emphasized that last part in all seriousness.
Rachelle gave him a kind smile. "Don't worry gramps. We got this." with that she ran to the others. Lullaby's eyes glowed and started to roar. Lucy and the other masters groaned in pain from the sound, however Makarove just smirked. Erza brought out her sword and Nicole summoned her water. "Ready?" they asked the boys, "Oh yeah!" they replied. "Lets do this!" Rachelle cheered. They went off to fight Lullaby.
Erza used her magic,"Requip!" and she changed into her 'Heavens wheel' armor. "The Knight!" she flew off to the side of beast. "Now, Element dragon: Water wings!" wings came out of her back and she turned to Rachelle, "Ready bug?" she asked, Rachelle took a deep breath in and looked at her older sister straight in the eye. "Ready." she replied.
The twelve year old got on her sisters back and they were off in the air. Nicole flew up behind the giant and placed Rachelle on the spiked part of its back. "Be sure to avoid our attacks." Nicole told her, "No duh." Rachelle retorted. Gray gathered up all his ice magic, and prepared to make a blow. "Ice make; Lance!" he said and a fury of ice hit Lullaby's front side. It roared in pain.
Natsu brought his fists together and summoned his fire, "Now it's my turn." he took off with his fist a blazed. "Fire dragon! Iron fist!" he came up and punched Lullaby in it's face. "Time to put my new powers to good use." Nicole said as she stopped in mid air and summoned her magic, but it wasn't water this time. "Element dragon: Light special technique," a great ball of light formed in her hands. "Solar flare!" the ball of light flew off and rammed itself at Lullaby's neck.
"And Element dragon: Water Roar!" streams of water came and blasted in its face. The guild masters down below were in awe, "He just punched the demon with fire!" "I didn't know ice magic can do that!" "And that girl can requip her armor!" "I wasn't aware that element magic can be that powerful, let alone be two!" Master Makarove himself was impress. "Hmmm, I'll have to remember to ask Nicole when and how she got her light element." he says, while rubbing his chin.
He looked up to Lullaby's neck, "I hope your doing well on your part Rachelle." he lowly whispered. With Rachelle, she was still on Lullaby unscathed. "Ok, just focus." she told herself, as she placed the palm of her hands on the wood. She closed her eyes and concentrated, a green aura surrounded her as she looking for soul energy of the willow wisp-tree. Meanwhile, as Lullaby was still unaware of the little wizard. It was getting irritated of the other four.
They all landed on a near by mountain top, "You are making me angry!" It yelled as it swiped its claw to hit them by they moved out of the way before it could. They all launched another round of attacks. Erza slashed at it, Gray made a giant ice cross-bow and shot a sires of ice at it. Natsu bounded his fists again, "I'm not finished with you." he said, he charged at the beast, "Fire dragon! Wing Attack!" Nicole was in the and summand up her magic for a big one, "Now Element dragon: Water. Monsoon!" Rain clouds formed and started to swirl above her, it came down like a tornado and blasted itself at Lullaby.
The crowed below were amazed, "That's incredible! Their combination attacks are so powerful!" Kage said. "And they're in sync." Lucy stated in awe. "Aye" said Happy. "This is why you don't mess with Fairy Tail." Lucky pridefully exclaimed. Lullaby let out another loud roar, looked up to the sky and started to use its magic to use the deadly melody.
"This can't be good!" "Here comes it's song!" Lucy and Happy panicked. "Some how, I get the feeling this wont be as scary as it looks." Lucky said tilting her head. While Lullaby was absorbing the life out of the plants, Rachelle was making progress with her end of the situation. "Come on buddy, you can do this. your almost there." She said in a huff. In her mind, it was like a black space of nothingness, then she saw a bright and gentile light. "There you are!" she exclaimed proudly when she opened her eyes.
Then used her Earth element dragon magic to guide the light to where she is. Once the light surfaced, "Don't worry, I'll get you out of there. And then you'll finally move on." Rachelle took out the knife that Erza gave her, and carved out the wood that the light was in. Once she was done, she ripped that piece off with no effort. "Gotcha!" she held on to it tight. "Nicole! I got it!" She yelled in thought.
Nicole flew down to her and grabbed her before Lullaby could suspect a thing. "Great job bug! Remind me to make you some pumpkin-bread when we get home." she proudly told her sister. "Oh I definitely will." Rachelle replied, they flew down to the crowd below. "Just one note and your souls will be mine!" Lullaby exclaimed as it ready itself to play.
When it took a stand to play, but all that was heard was low toots and whistles. Lullaby was in shock, so was everyone else. "What happened?!" "Nothing happened!" Lucy and Happy said. Lucky made a smug huff, "Huh, called it." Rachelle sweat-dropped, "Uh? Why were we worried?"
"I don't understand! Why can't I play my melody of death?!" it shrieked as it still tried to make a sound. "It must be because of all those attacks!" Kage assumed, "They punched so many holes in that thing, it totally messed up it's sound!" Lucy figured. "Well flutes are made with a number of holes to play, too many and it'll go off key." Nicole carelessly said, folding her arms with a grin. "Yeah, everyone knows that." Rachelle commented.
"All that build up for this? Talk about going out with a whimper." Lucy shrugged off. "I almost feel sorry for it." Lucky stated with slight sympathy. "Yeah, Flutes are pretty lame to begin with." Happy claimed, "That's your statement Happy." Lucky retorted. Lullaby irked, "You dare mock me?!" it roared and kicked a mountain.
"You three just had to say something!" Nicole yelled at them. Lullaby looked at them, it's eye's began to glow getting ready to blast an attack. Some of the guild masters were scared, but Gray got there just in time to save them. "Ice make!" Rachelle joined him, "Element Dragon Earth!" Lullaby launched it's attack.
Lucy and everyone grimaced but nothing happened to them, Lucy looked and there was Gray and Rachelle still standing, "Shield!" they roared. A Shield of stone and ice was made in front of them. The masters were impressed, "Oh wow!" "That boy's 'Maker' magic is spectacular!" "And that little girl combined her Earth magic with it so effortlessly!"
Rachell pouted, "I'm not little, I'm just a very tall midget." she mumbled. Gray chuckled a bit and ruffled her hair. "What's 'Maker' magic?" Lucy asked. " It's users can give magic energy a tangible form. However, there's another tip of magic that can destroy it." Happy explained. Lucy didn't know what to say.
"I will kill you all!" claimed Lullaby, the fire went to Natsu as he ate it. And giant boulders came at Lullaby. "Oh yeah?!" Natsu and Rachelle said. "Now I got a fire in my belly!" Natsu stated, "Get ready to be dust!" Rachelle yelled. "Your not human! Your a monster!" Lullaby punched the spot where Natsu stood, but he jumped and started to run up it's arm.
"Oh like you can talk!" Natsu yelled back. "Stop climbing me!" It said. "Requip!" Erza transformed into her 'Black wing' armor and flew straight at it. The guild masters went 'ga, ga' at her. "Her armor is lovely." "It's called 'Black winged armor! And It amplifies the power of her attacks!" Lucky gave them a dull look, "Perverts." she whispered.
"Ice Make, Saucer!" Gray yelled and the ice formed a buzz saw like weapon and it took out lullaby's side. It yelled in pain, "Sea Nymph!" Nicole cried and she took her magic's form. The gawked at her too, "That's her 'Sea Nymph form! It allows her to take her water magic to a whole new level!" She summoned all the water that was in the air and what she had with her. "Whirling Riptide!" she roared. And streams of water attacked Lullaby at all sides. Erza sliced part of it's face and it screeched in agony.
"Natsu!" "Rachelle!" "Now!" Erza, Nicole, and Gray yelled. Natsu pounded his fists together as Rachelle crouched down and gathered energy from the earth itself. "We got this!" they said. Fire light in both Natsu's hands, "The flames of my right hand and the flames of my left! Put the two together!" he smacked his hand and formed a giant ball of fire. "With the strength and power of the earth that we stand. Summon it up to the surface!" The ground started to shake greatly.
"And this is what you get!" They cried, "Fire Dragon! Brilliant Flame!" Natsu tossed the fire at Lullaby. "Element Dragon: Earth! Seismic Wave!" Rachelle swung her arms and the ground literally acted like a wave and went straight toward Lullaby to.
Both attacks made their mark and took down the demon, it cried one last time before a light shoot to the sky and it's magic dispelled and was back in it's flute form. Makarove stood there proud of his wizards. "Well done" he said, "Your amazing." Bob cooed. "You kids make defeating Zeref's demon look easy." Goldmine remarked. Lucy laughed joyfully, Kage was amazed, "I can't believe how strong they are."
The smoke cleared and the wizards stood there triumphantly. "Wow, are all the Fairy Tail wizards as powerful as these five?" Kage asked. Lucy got excited, "There's no doubt about it! This is the strongest team!" Happy jumped up, "Aye!" Lucky smiled, "Enemies beware." she teased. "We're an awesome guild aren't we?!" Master Makarove proudly stated.
"Great work out there guys!" Lucy congratulated. Natsu shrugged it off, "Thanks it wasn't a big deal." "Yeah piece of cake." Gray added. "Speak for yourselves. After using my light element, I'm ready to hit the hay. "Nicole dramatically sighed. Everyone laughed, till Natsu got the gears in his head working as he just realized what Nicole just said.
"What?! You got your Light element?! Since when?!" He shouted. "Have you been hiding under a rock this whole time you moron? What do you think she used as her first attack on Lullaby was? A firework?" Gray mocked. "Did you not listen to her talking about it back on the train?" Erza questioned. "You knocked him out during that remember?" Lucky retorted.
"I can't exactly say I know what just happened, but it's obvious that we owe a big round of thanks to the Fairy Tail guild." Goldmine said to the other masters. They were contemplating on that, "We do?" "Even so I must say,"
Both Erza and Nicole looked behind them in realization, then Gray, Natsu and Rachelle looked. "They went over board!" The masters announced, as there was a giant crater where the conference hall was. "The conference hall's been destroyed!" Lucy gravely stated, "Aye! There's also a couple of mountain tops missing." Happy pointed out. "What do you expect from the most destructive team in Fiore?" Lucky grunted.
Makarove went limp, and then acted as is soul flew out. "Master!" "Something came out!" "No Duh!" Natsu just laughed wholeheartedly of the whole scene. "Ha, Ha! We really made a mess with the place huh?!" He kept laughing till both Lightgails pounded him on the head. "It's not funny!" they bared their fangs.
The masters were infuriated as they started to yell at the group. "Please forgive us master!" Erza pleaded at the flying Makarove soul. While everyone was busy, Nicole slipped into the crater while no one was looking. Rachelle fallowed, "Do you have?" "Yep." "And are you gonna?" Yep." Nicole answered as she reached into her duffle bag and pulled out an orb.
She placed it in the middle and whispered a few words. It began to glow. "That should activate in just a few minutes." Nicole solemnly stated while clapping the dirt off her hands. "I take it we should leave?" Rachelle asked. "Yep." Nicole answered again.
When they climbed out, "You guy's trying to catch somebody? I'll do it for you." Natsu absent-mindedly told the masters. "For once can he shut his mouth?" Nicole sighed. "That's asking to much since it's Natsu." Rachelle plainly stated. The masters roared in anger, "Your the one we're after!" They yelled. "Oh! Yeah, that's right!" He realized and laughed.
The group started to flee, Erza held Master on her back as he was still out of it. As they ran, Nicole leaned in to the master's ear. "Don't worry sir, as soon as we're out of their sights. The time orb will be activated by then." she kindly assured him.
Makarove came to and was in tears of relive. "Bless your mother's brother for creating those things." he groveled. Rachelle was thinking and stated to laugh as wildly as Natsu. "All and all, this is the best birthday week ever!" She cheered and started to wonder what tomorrow had in store for them.
