Chapter 10 – Day 36

Kaoru sighed and let the book he was reading fall into his lap. He had been over at Kyouya's house studying with the man for the last little while. Exams were coming up and he had to study, but knew it was useless over at his own estate. Hikaru would be too distracting. Therefore, he came over here. Kyouya's house was much more sane and relaxing. There was some Mozart playing in the background as they studied their require texts. They had been going at it for the last two hours, and Kaoru thought they deserved a break.

"Ne, Kyouya-senpai," Kaoru said, looking over at the dark haired man, "Do you have anything to drink?" he questioned stretching his arms over his head and resting his arms along the back of the couch. Kyouya looked up and adjusted his glasses.

"What would you like?" he questioned hitting a button on the phone, probably summoning one of his many servants.

"Ah," Kaoru thought before shrugging, "What do you have that will make this study session funnier-"

"More fun," Kyouya corrected before a knock on the door signalled the servant was here. Kyouya got up and walked over to the door, he spoke quickly to the man that was at the door before heading back over to the couch and sitting down. "It'll be here shortly, in the mean time, go back to studying, that's why you are here isn't it?"

"Yes, there wouldn't be any other reason," Kaoru state flipping the page in his text.

"Is that some sort of remark about spending time with me?" Kyouya asked, sending a dark look over at the ginger haired boy. Who just waved his hand?

"Of course not, you are the best person to hang out with when I'm bored," Kaoru said, sarcasm hanging on his words. Kyouya's look darkened. He was not about to defend how fun he was, because that would inevitably make him look as if he was trying to seem fun. However, he did not really care about that.

It was silent in the room, until the servant came back with a bottle of wine and two wine glasses. He placed it on the table and left. Kyouya lifted the already uncorked wine bottle and filled the wine glasses. He picked one up and started to drink it, slowly of course. Kaoru had no qualms about drinking, lifted the other glass up, and started drinking.

Once they finished the bottle, they were feeling slightly tipsy, but Kyouya ordered another wine bottle up and they began the second bottle. Half way through that bottle, they were getting drunk. Well not getting there, they were drunk. The books soon forgotten, lying on the table and they were talking in slurs to each other. Though they could not understand the conversation soberly, they were so convinced it was a smart and deep conversation drunk.

Kaoru moved closer to Kyouya and tossed his arm around the back of the couch. "Y'know that comment I made about ja being unfun?" Kaoru slurred looking at Kyouya, "I didn't mean it, yer pretty amazing, did ya know that? No ya didn't, we are all really big jerks to you."

"No, no! Kaoruu, Imma big jerk to, you!" he said looking over at Kaoru with a frown, then leaned up and kissed him. Rather drunkly as well. Kaoru back up a bit and stared at Kyouya for a moment, as if trying to focus on him. Then smashed their lips together. Exploring each other's mouths. Kyouya faintly heard the sloshing noise as one of the glasses fell and spilled droplets of red wine everywhere. However, he was too busy exploring Kaoru. His hands roamed over his body and he pushed Kaoru so his back touched the couch.

This went on for quite a while, the two kissing and touching each other's bodies, drunk with wine and lust. However, they did not go any further, as if some barrier stopped them from doing so. Eventually the energy that had blasted through their bodies depleted and the two of them shifted on the couch. Kyouya stroked Kaoru's head as the younger snuggled into his chest. Both of their cheeks reddened by the alcohol and lust that was chugging sluggishly through their bodies.

The study session had gotten more exciting and twice as fun, just like Kaoru had wanted.
