Disclaimer: Well here we are, another chapter started so I hope you guys enjoy and also hope you liked how I had Misty meet Anabel and how Lillie was also, introduced.
Now I have used some Japanese names for three new victims who are the three Miltank sisters from the episode, Tanks for the Memories, since the English names that I used kept coming up as grammar mistakes.
Not much else to add other than more girls will join and I know many are hoping ones like Cynthia and Dianthia, mainly as I feel they could be too old for Ash, but I am still deciding on if they should join since more girls Ash knows will join him later on in the story.
Chapter 10: Lumiose city falls
"Is this true?"
Oak was having a conversation with his grandson Gary, while grateful that the former Pokémon Trainer turned Pokémon Researcher has managed to avoid being infected especially with some aid from his Pokémon such as Blastoise, Umbreon, Dodrio, and Electivire, he still showed some concern for the younger man. "Yes, turns out things are starting to get from bad to worse from here" explained Gary with a frown as he was relieved to see Oak and Tracey were alright. "Especially as there's even more panic than ever with a majority of the population being, infected."
All Oak could do was sigh he was becoming afraid of this. "Tracey and I are doing all we can with help from the other professors especially my cousin Samson from Alola" he informed his grandson. "Unfortunately with Ash having gone missing along with one of his friends from Kalos and now Iris and Misty having gone to look for them, I'm not sure what I can say right now."
The news of Ash's disappearance made Gary worried; sure they were once rivals up till their match against one another at the Johto League, he at least wanted to make sure everything was fine with the raven-haired young man regardless of where he was. "Ash…" he said as he held his half of the rusted Poké Ball that he and Ash fished out back before they started as Pokémon Trainers… something which Brock and Misty had been initially unaware of until the Johto League Silver Conference. "I just hope he's smart enough to have some means of protecting himself."
"I'm sure he would, same with Misty and Iris" Oak reassured Gary as he remembered the conversation he had with Brock, Cilan, Clemont, Bonnie, Misty's sisters, and Iris earlier but didn't know of the fact Ash, Serena, Iris and most recently Cilanall became victims of the virus. "Misty was convinced by her older sisters to bring her best Water-Type Pokémon with her so she would be safe from harm."
"I see… let's hope the rest of Ash's friends knew to have their best Pokémon with them too."
"Yeah, and hopefully without Team Rocket getting involved since we already have enough to deal with as it is" remarked Oak since Brock, Clemont, Cilan, and Bonnie never once mentioned encountering Jessie, James and Meowth which was a good thing as there was a bigger problem to take on without the trio of thieves making it worse. "Huh?"
All of a sudden, he got a call, and he was quick to answer as he hoped it was someone bringing some good news. "Hello, cousin Sam?" he heard the voice of Samson Oak on the other end as his image appeared on the screen.
"Well it's about time you called, Samson" Professor Oak said to his cousin with the Kanto Pokémon Professor's Rotom floating next to him, glad that he got the message regarding the problem that the Pokémon World was already having. "I was starting to think that you too ended up a victim of the virus, like everyone else."
"Sorry, I've been a little too swamped on my end, cousin" Samson Oak replied with an apologetic expression as he had a lot to deal with in the Alola region but managed to find enough time to respond to Professor Oak's message from Pallet Town. "I've already let Professor Kuikui and Professor Burnett, know to lend us a hand to find a possible cure, trust me it's not easy getting some aid without running into hybrids everywhere you go."
Gary agreed he knew they needed all the bright minds they could get right now; they needed a cure to change the victims back and with each passing day. "I hope so we know that the virus can't stay contained."
Professor Oak looked over to his grandson as he was going to say something when Delia ran into the room with a look of panic on her face. "Delia, what's the matter?" Professor Oak asked looking to the woman.
Trying the best she could to catch her breath Delia looked at Professor Oak with fear on her face. "You need to turn the television right now!" She cried out in a panic as both Gary and Oak looked towards each other and nodded.
"My name's Alexa! I'm with the Lumiose Press," Alexa said as the others in the room knew who she was and knew that this had to involve the new of the virus. "Many of you know the reports of the virus that is slowly spreading across the region."
Many people in the crowd were worried and frightened, wanting answers on what they should do about this as they all looked to each other as the Champion of the Kalos region stepped forward knowing that the people needed to calm down.
"Look I know everyone is worried, but I want everyone to know we are trying to contain the virus as best as we can," Dianthia told the many people in the crowd, many of them all looked at each one filled with fear at hearing this news.
Dianthia could tell the crowd was getting restless now panicked, and she needed to make sure none of them did anything rash. "Look I know you're all frightened, but the virus and the once infected are still in the city it originated from, the borders of the city are, locked. Meaning no one will leave or enter the city you have my word."
Alexa nodded as she spoke once again. "What plans do you have right now in making sure none of them leave the City?"
Dianthia looked to Alexa knowing that many other regions were watching the news and people wanted to know what would happen to the infected. "Look, our best minds are looking for a cure right now; it's only a matter of time before they find one."
Many others all nodded looking at their champion knowing she's right they are safe here and the hybrids are mostly still in the city, in which the virus came from, and are happy to hear people are working on a cure.
However, they all soon heard a giggle from above as everyone present looked up to see it was a Butterfree hybrid smiling down at the humans before her. "Oh, why would we want to have this cure?" The Butterfree girl said.
Everyone else heard this as they looked up in fear seeing the hybrid girl who looked down on the humans with a smile. "Oh, you might be thinking how we got here?" She asked smiling seeing the looks of horror.
"We need to run!" one man screamed in panic as he turned around only to see a group of water hybrids blocking the way for anyone to escape.
"We got here thanks to the sea which thanks to our new bodies well the new bodies they got they were able to dive deep underwater that no one knew about it," the Butterfree girl said with a grin forming on her face as she looked at the humans.
"Please don't do this!" A mother cried out holding her Five-year-old daughter in fear what was going to happen to her wanting to keep her daughter safe from the virus.
The female Butterfree hybrid girl looked at the mother seeing the fear on her face and only offered her a smile. "Hey, we are here to free you from your human lives. Soon you will all be reborn into something better than you were before; this is not a curse but a blessing."
The people all looked at the female seeing the look she had in her eyes, and they were all worried, with many wanting to run away and leave the city. However, the problem was the hybrids that blocked the escape, and the people knew that they would soon become infected.
"NO!" One man screamed pushing his way out and made a run for it as both Alexa and Dianthia watched the man running, only for him to get tackled to the ground by a Squirtle Hybrid who acted fast biting the man on the neck.
The people soon watched as the poor man was both slowly and painfully transformed into a hybrid matching the one that had infected him he clothes destroyed as the transformation continued until it was over and once he was back on his feet he had a smile on his face.
The Butterfree girl looked at her fellow hybrids as she smiled at them. "Well, my friends time to show them why this new life isn't all that bad go and infect them show them the greatness of our new life," She said with a smile as the hybrids all attacked infecting as many people as they could.
Alexa slowly turned her head as she watched a man's skin toughen up, a long purple horn jutting out of his skull as he turned to the woman next to him. Her skin was currently turning a both blue and yellow, her body gaining weight as a large tail grew out of her back. Humans they were becoming Pokémon or at least starting to resemble them.
Knowing what this virus could do Alexa wanted to do nothing more than run away and find a place to hide, as all around her many others were changing into hybrids, with their clothes tearing apart as they transformed.
Looking around she was about to call for Dianthia for help, but to her horror, the Kalos champion was changing into a hybrid as well, and by the look, she had on her face she loved her transformation. Alexa knew she needed to run seeing the camera was still running she, and she knew that people needed to know that they had to leave the city. "Everyone run get out the City!"
As Alexa cried out to the people watching knowing they needed warning as she didn't know that another female hybrid behind her smiling with glee waiting for the right moment to infect Alexa.
"I think it's time she joins us to know how good this new life is, she'll love it once she's finished," The hybrid thought with a smile.
"Ahhh get off me!" Alexa cried out as she was bitten on the neck as she looked back to the female hybrid who smiled at the young woman she had infected. "No, no!" She screamed out with tears falling down her face.
The young woman collapsing onto the ground as numerous hybrids around her began to fuck and mate with the ones the loved, be they husbands and wives or boyfriend and girlfriend. Alexa had never been in such a situation before, yet it aroused her as the virus started to work as now Alexa was beginning to change.
Soon black scales starting to grow over Alexa's face, her tongue growing longer and forking inside her mouth, the black scales enveloped Alexa's back as a white mane of fur grew around her neck, deep purple scales covering her chest, as she ripped her clothes off leaving the reporter naked.
Her face was pushing out into a bat-like muzzle, as her nose sinking into her upper jaw as two large, crimson spikes of flesh grew out from above it, and Alexa knew she was starting to lose her humanity. "Damn this feels so good I want more..." Alexa said, but the moment she said that she shook her head. "No, I have to fight this!"
Alexa's face finished pushing out, while her ears are sliding up towards the top of her head, their size drastically increasing as they became round, dark green scales on the inside giving the appearance of a corrupt pair of speakers, giving Alexa incredible hearing.
Alexa could feel her arms extend and create three red claws at the end of her hands, but that's not all Alexa noticed as her human the arms began to develop a green membrane, like bat wings. "Oh no please make it stop!"
However, no matter how much Alexa wanted this to stop or even be a dream as a powerful spaded tail grows out of Alexa's spine, lashing about behind her as her legs swelled with power. Most of her toes merging into a pair of prehensile talons with a sharp claw at the end, her big toe migrating back onto the rear of her foot, giving her incredibly firm grip. Alexa soon tossed aside what remained of her clothes; she had become a Noivern.
With that, her transformation had finished as she looked at her new body with a smile and looked at the others around her many of which had also finished changing. "This isn't all that bad," Alexa said smiling as she spotted another Noivern hybrid this one was male.
Looking around her and smiling Alexa knew that there was still much more work for their face to grow and thrive. "Hmm, I think once we have the city I'll pay my sister a visit, she needs to be free like I am."
Elsewhere in the city and not knowing what was happening three sisters were about to leave Lumiose City they too heard the reports going on, but the three failed to watch the news report, so they had no idea the danger they are in right now.
"I think we should leave the region while we still can and head back home," Aki said with fear in her voice hearing how bad the virus was getting right now, and looked towards her sisters.
However, little did the three know something was watching the three sisters in the shadows having a smile on her face knowing the time to strike and infect them would soon be reborn. "Or I could find another way to infect them." The Butterfree girl said with a giggle.
The hybrid looked around knowing attacking the three wasn't a smart idea, looking to see what she could use the Butterfree girl spotted a tray with three glasses of milk. "I think I found a way..." She said smiling.
Moving over to the drinks the Butterfree she infected the three glasses of milk and left seeing the three girls walking as she began to fly away knowing it was only a matter of time for the three sisters.
Once the hybrid left the three sisters as the youngest was still trying to tell her older two sisters, they needed to leave Kalos. "Please we need to leave Haru, Natsu we could all get infected," Aki said as she and her sister took the drinks they had drinking them.
"What are you talking about, Aki I was…that's funny, I can't remember…" Natsu said, the beauty shaking her head. "What's going on? Oh no Haru what's happening to you!?" Natsu cried out watching her sister's change before her eyes.
Aki's eyes went wide, knowing what this was and cried out with tears. "No, it's that virus we've heard about its here!"
"Ahh…I-I feel so funny, but so good too girls I don't want it to stop I feel too hot inside," Haru moaned as she started to rub her breasts, the urge to do so burning within her. The eldest of the three cried as they began to grow before her very eyes, her younger sisters gasping as her dress' top tore open. Her breasts weren't the only things about Haru that were developing, though.
"Haru oh no fight it! Wh-What's going Ahh…?"Aki moaned as the same insatiable urge to start playing with her tits began burned inside of her. She moaned as she started to rub her smaller breasts through her dress before a scream of delight rippled through the air. The amber eyed girl was briefly able to steal a glance at Natsu; the purple haired girl was currently facing the same "problem" as she rubbed her growing breasts.
"Ahh…I-I feel amazing girls!" Haru cried out, the twin-tailed girl's eyes filled with lust as her transformation continued. Two small white protrusions poked out of her head, the horns gleaming as they caught the sun's rays from outside. Her ears shifted to be right beneath her horns before they started to expand outward.
They now resembled those of a Miltank, although they weren't the only parts about her that gave one the impression of the Milk Cow Pokémon: even her face was changing, hints of a bovine muzzle taking form as the girl's face pushed forward while her nose shrunk down to a small, black point.
"Soooogoooood!" Natsu practically mooed, the purple haired girl not very far behind her older sister in how her transformation was progressing.
The sound of shoes tearing open echoed throughout the city as the girls developed dark hooves, their toes all fusing into the hardened substance that now lay at the bottom-most points of their bodies.
"No I can't I have to, I have to Moo..." Aki cried out looking towards her sisters hoping they were fighting this off but saw that wasn't true
Aki moaned, bringing one of her hands to the top of her head as she felt a strange triangle of fur develop along her forehead: the very same triangle that Miltanks had atop their heads, she realized. The youngest of the sisters cried out as her now-well-developed body continued to change; even as black fur started to grow along the back of her head down to her neck, pink fur started to cover up her face, arms, and legs.
Haru moaned as her body experienced a similar change, light, cream-colored fur soon working its way down from her neck to her wet vagina, the Miltank girl crying out in pleasure as she pressed her breasts together in her lust. She hadn't expected to streams of milk to shoot out of her nipples, the eldest sister mooing in delight as they did so, it felt so amazing.
Natsu watched her sister finished her transformation the purple-haired hybrid moaned as she felt a few beads of milk dripping from her bountiful breasts. Even Aki, a girl who had once been so flat had the right look in her eyes as she played with her larger, milk-dripping from her breasts, the floors soon stained with their milk.
The three transforming sisters continued to moo and play with their big tits, their new libidos truly out of control as the horny sisters looked at one another with lusty smirks. Even now their changes were finishing up, tails ending in small black spheres growing from their backs.
"Let's goooo!" Haru said to her younger sisters, the two other hybrids nodding in agreement as the three sisters emerged from the back.
Aki and Natsu nodded knowing they needed to find a mate and from what they heard Ash was here in Kalos. "Hey how about we find Ash and mate with him," Aki said with a grin on her face looking at her sisters.
Haru and Natsu both giggled knowing that he had most likely become infected and agreed as they left the city hearing the cries of panic within the City, but that didn't matter to them they wanted to find Ash and mate with him. "Yes, he helped us he would make a worthy mate."
Watching from Team Rocket HQ were the various member of Team Rocket, they all remained silent as they saw the majority of the Pokémon World becoming Hybrids. "What do you think is happening out there?" one Team Rocket Grunt asked his comrades.
"No clue, but as long as it's not us then we're good."
"I'll say" added another Team Rocket Grunt, not caring what becomes of everyone in the Pokémon World either way… something that his fellow Rockets shared. "I wouldn't be surprised if Jessie, James, and Meowth were among those infected."
But this got the attention of the others, especially two familiar members who weren't exactly pleased to hear the names of their fellow Rocket members. "Why did you have to ruin our good mood by mentioning those three losers?" asked Butch, having not forgotten how those three in some form or another messed with their efforts.
"And just when things were going well too" added Cassidy as she was hoping that following their last encounter with the trio at Sinnoh would give them the chance to relax while they planned their means of assisting Giovanni in his conquest. "You know, now that I think of it… we might be able to make this work to our advantage."
"Oh?" wondered one of the Team Rocket Grunts, becoming curious as to what Cassidy had in mind regarding what she said about making the infection affecting the Pokémon World work to their advantage… although in a way, they still had enemies from various regions and competition which added to their troubles. "What exactly did you have in mind?"
"Yeah, I'm dying to know myself," said Butch as he started grinning, intrigued that his partner had an idea to help them against anyone who stood in their way. "Tell us, if you would be so kind, to do so?"
"Okay, now listen and listen well…"
As this was going on, Jessie's Seviper and James' Mime Jr were overhearing what was being, discussed which made them even more worried since their humans and Meowth might become victims sooner or later something the two Pokémon cringed at the thought of even if there's no proof it would affect Pokémon.
'I hope that Yanmega and Carnivine get Woobat, Frillish, Yamask and Amoongus soon' remarked the female Psychic/Fairy-Type with a frown on her face since it won't be easy in either getting Delibird to assist them or reach Jessie, James and Meowth in Kalos. But on the other hand, it's going to be difficult getting to the four Unova born Pokémon that were, previously given to Giovanni. 'We don't know how long it would be before Delibird eventually shows up since the two of us alone won't be enough to catch him by surprise.'
Speaking of which Jessie, James, and Meowth were still trying their best to evade the hybrids and knew they needed to find a place to stay as well as a phone to use to contact Team Rocket HQ. "See anything, Growlie?" James asked of his faithful companion as the male Fire-Type Puppy Pokémon was sniffing around in case there might be hybrids in hiding that they were aware of at this moment.
'So far, nothing at this moment' he replied to the purple-haired male Team Rocket member and especially as he still carried the weight of failing to protect his parents back in Kanto. 'However, we can't be too careful just to be on the safe side.'
Both Jessie and Meowth stayed silent, watching as Growliestayed on guard though they couldn't blame him since usually they encounter him whenever Jessebelle was involved so it was a first to see him present and there's no sign of James' ex-fiancé anywhere. "Say, James…" the magenta-haired female decided to ask of her partner in crime.
"Oh, what is it, Jess?"
"Are you sure it's a good idea to have Growlie stay with us?" she asked again, knowing how James was attached to didn't want him to suffer the same fate that the three usually suffered every time they tried to perform a crime only for Ash and his friends to intervene regardless of which region they're in, and Jessie didn't want that. "I don't have anything against it but…"
"I didn't have a choice; he wanted to stay with us last I checked and especially since he feels like he needs to redeem himself not that I blame him" answered James, still feeling the pain of learning about his parents being victims and turning into hybrids. "I mean Arbok and Weezing would've wanted to help as well if they were here. Same with Dustox."
"Damn it!" growled Jessie, not needing to remember the moment where Arbok and Weezing were released to protect the wild Ekans and Koffing that Rico had imprisoned in cages at Hoenn or about the fateful event where she bid farewell to her Dustox so she could be with the shiny one in Sinnoh. "Why would you ever bring something like this up?! Plus if memory serves, you were upset when you had to let go of Victreebel, Chimeco, and Cacnea."
It didn't take long before James' eyes widened in realization. "Oh crap, you're right!" he exclaimed, while he had no idea where Victreebel was following the trio's encounter with the Magikarp Salesman in Johto before the Johto League Silver Conference let alone the events with those three poachers at Mt. Silver but he knew that Cacnea and Chimeco were, being looked after in Sinnoh and Kanto respectively which made him worried even more than ever. "I have to make sure Chimeco and Cacnea are okay!"
"Well, there's not much we can do at this point" Jessie replied, simply as they were still in the middle of nowhere without a proper place to stay and hoped to Arceus that luck would be on their side. "Unless we find a payphone and you know the numbers for their current locations then you're out of luck!"
This remark made James look even more depressed than ever, it was bad enough he lost his parents to the infection, but he would be damned if Chimeco and Cacnea ended up hurt by those who had become hybrids. "I don't know what to say," Meowth remarked, knowing it was best that he and Growlie stayed out of it.
'Me neither.'
Soon Wobbuffet popped right out of Jessie's Poké Ball as he did countless times in the past during Johto, Hoenn, the Battle Frontier, Sinnoh, and early Kalos. "Wobbuffet!" Psychic-Type Pokémon cried out upon appearing.
Once this happened, Jessie looked back to her Pokémon and sighed, as she took out her PokéBall and called him back inside of it. "I don't have time for this return."
Pikachu and Piplup glanced at their fellow Pokémon; they were hoping that there was a way they could find their humans soon, but with the outbreak spreading worldwide it would hinder their chances of doing so. 'Poor Glaceon…' muttered the male Mouse, he, Piplup and Bunneary saw how upset she had been over her human mother May being, infected and especially since it put what happened at the Wallace Cup in Sinnoh look like nothing.
'Yeah, I never expected her to see May as her mother'remarked the female Normal-Type yet she never expected to see Pikachu close to her, which in a way made her a bit jealous. 'Then again, any Pokémon that hatched from an egg in the care of a Pokémon Trainer would see them as their parent.'
The Electric-Type Mouse Pokémon nodded his head in agreement since it wasn't the first time he saw that in some form or another. 'It's like how Togepi acted when she hatched in Misty's arms during the latter portion of our travels through Kanto and how Manaphy hatched in May's care during the events with the Phantom' he remarked as he could still remember those moments like they were yesterday. 'It was also saddening when Misty had to let Togepi go in Hoenn following her evolution into Togetic.'
The news caught Piplup and Bunneary by surprise, especially hearing how Misty used to have a Togepi that evolved into Togetic. 'Wait, is this true?' wondered Bunneary out of curiosity which made Pikachu nod his head to confirm it wasn't a lie.
'Yes, sure Misty at some point before the Battle Frontier got an Azuril and she was adorable, but it seems nothing will ever replace Togeticas she had a special place in Misty's heart.'
Both Piplup and Bunneary lowered their heads, taking in everything that Pikachu told them. 'I had no idea…' commented the Sinnoh born Water-Type starter Pokémon with a frown forming on his face as he didn't know what else to say after that.
'Me neither, then again Quilava sees Dawn as her mother ever since she hatched as a Cyndaquil back in Sinnoh' added Bunneary, knowing that Dawn knew what it's like to be the mother of a Pokémon on her this continued with their temporary reunion with Ash in Unova even before the Pokémon World Tournament Junior Cup took place and before Iris caught her Dragonite which confused Bunneary. 'If anything, she knows how Glaceon is feeling right now even as we speak.'
Pikachu didn't know what to say; he had all but forgotten that Dawn's Quilava was very much like Togetic and Glaceon when it came to seeing their humans as mothers; then again Ash's Donphan and Scraggy saw him as a put the raven-haired young man from Pallet Town on a similar boat to being a parent despite him not noticing which could prove to be something to tell the male trainer once they found him and the others?'I see…' he spoke sadly, wishing there was a way he could help both Glaceon and Quilava at this point though unfortunately there was not much they could do.
'Plus with how May's mind is right now and Serena suffered the same fate too, so that means that...' Pikachu began knowing it was only a matter of time before it happened to Dawn Ash and Sherry. 'Ash...'
Meanwhile, Sherry looked out at the sky and started to shiver at the fact she would lose her humanity entirely much like May and Serena did, something that hadn't gone unnoticed from Ash and Dawn since they knew how she had been feeling about the situation. "I wish my Pokémon were here right now?" she said to herself with a sigh as she hated feeling helpless.
"Ash…" began Dawn, knowing how upset Sherry was especially after revealing her having killed Paul when it wasn't her fault. "She looks down ever since we arrived here."
"Yeah, I know, and I understand how she's feeling" added Ash with concern forming on his face especially remembering what he and Dawn learned which made them more worried about their fate sooner or later. "I still can't get over what happened myself or what might happen if we don't find a cure fast."
Dawn nodded feeling her mind slipping away now and then, and Dawn knew it would be a matter of time before she ended up like May and Serena. "Maybe I should tell Ash how I feel before I lose my human mind."
Dawn shook the thoughts from her head Dawn looked over to Ash and smiled. "Come on let's go and talk to her; I think she needs it, Ash."
"Huh?" Sherry noticed Ash and Dawn were approaching her which made her curious on what they wanted since she would've thought they'd be in bed by now. "Ash, Dawn, what are you…"
"We just wanted to see how you were doing" Dawn replied to their friend, still hoping that they would do their best to help cheer her up somehow despite their problems.
Sherry was glad to see that the two cared for her, it didn't change the fact that their Pokémon instincts would eventually take over sooner or later. "Thank you, but I'm not sure if there's anything that could help me feel better at this point," she said sadly.
"It's about your friends isn't it?"
Hearing Ash, say this made her eyes widen in surprise. "How did you know?" she asked the male hybrid, she still had to admit he was kinda cute though quickly dismissed it as her Pokémon side making her think that way.
"A lucky guess" Ash replied simply, part of him knew that feeling well given his friends were elsewhere, and he didn't know how to find them at all. "I should know, Serena and I got separated from our friends, and that was before we found May and Dawn."
Speaking of which the three wondered what May and Serena were doing, most likely making out with one another and revealing their past experiences with Ash, although with the latter it could've been better if it happened when there wasn't a problem occurring throughout their world.
Ash soon had a determined look on his face looking at Dawn and Sherry. "We'll save them, and the others."
Brock, Clemont and Bonnie were hoping that they could get in touch with Professor Oak via the former Pewter City Gym Leader's PokéGearsince it's clear the ones in charge of the barricade weren't going to let them or any of the others with them, including the new girl Lillie, in without some proper convincing from someone. "I just hope things are well at Pallet Town," remarked Clemont as he and Bonnie kept watch in case the hybrids were waiting to jump them.
"That's what I'm hoping as well" responded Brock, waiting for Oak or Tracey to answer his call since they needed to get everyone with them to safety fast. "Besides, if anyone's going to talk some sense into those guys it's Professor Oak."
Clemont nodded his head, knowing it was for the best and then turned to see his younger sister and Dedenne glancing at the blonde-haired girl from Alola. "Bonnie?" he asked which caused the little girl to be surprised at the sound of her brother's voice.
"Oh? What is it?"
"You seem to be looking at Lillie for sometime ever since she joined us," said Clemont as it was clear that his sister was curious to know more about the region, she came from even if it wasn't exactly the good time to find out given they were trying to get away from a group of hybrids, which Iris was part of now, after them. "Is something wrong?"
"I'm just worried..." Bonnie said with a frown on her face knowing that the Hybrids were still after them, she was about to say something else when they heard a panic.
"Quick turn on it on something happened!" A voice cried out as the others all looked to see what was going on from where they are stuck.
The television was, quickly turned on as many people all looked at the news reporter who had a look of fear on his face before talking to the many people watching. "I repeat Lumiose City has fallen,"
Hearing this both Bonnie and Clemont looked at each other as the reporter continued talking. "As you know this infection is deadly and our champion Dianthia was in the city when..." He began, but he stopped, knowing many have lost loved ones.
Clemont was horrified while Bonnie was crying hearing their home had been, lost while the reporter went on to tell them and showed them a clip with both Dianthia and Alexa, everyone watching saw the Kalos champion change as did Alexa.
"Damn…" Brock gritted his teeth, not liking the look of this one bit as it was clear the infection was becoming far worse than they originally anticipated plus he kinda wished he had met Alexa and Dianthia at one point while he was in Kalos though it may have to wait until they deal with the problem threatening their world.
Suddenly they heard someone through the PokéGear with Brock immediately recognizing who it was. "Hello?" came the voice of Professor Samuel Oak from the other end, causing the former Pewter City Gym Leader to respond to the older man quickly.
"Professor Oak, it seems we have a lot more problems than we originally thought."
"Yes, I heard about what happened at Lumiose City falling to the infection….," Oak replied from the Pokémon Lab at Pallet Town as the news was being shown all over the had a feeling Clemont and Bonnie were already devastated at learning what happened plus Professor Sycamore possibly being a victim himself due to his lab being there would hinder their efforts in developing their cure significantly. "It seems this problem is indeed getting worse by the minute."
Brock nodded his head, then remembered why he called the professor from Kanto in the first place. "Oh that reminds me, we currently reached a blockade with the people we managed to save… the problem is the one in charge isn't allowing any of us through even if it's for our safety" he explained their current situation, although there was, unfortunately, something that needed addressing. "Unfortunately, that's not the only thing you need to know."
"Oh?" wondered Oak as he was having this bad feeling inside his body since it was already bad enough that Iris had left Johto to come to Kalos but Misty taking off from the Cerulean City Gym to try and find Ash didn't make things any better at all. "What do you mean?"
Staying silent for all but a few seconds, Brock wasn't sure if he should tell the Professor the news regarding Iris and Cilan. "Brock, are you there?" he heard Oak asking him out of concern as he prayed nothing horrible happened to Ash, Serena, Iris, Cilan or Misty at this point.
"Yes, I'm here..." he spoke, taking more time to think on his decision though gave a small sigh as it needed to be said. "It's Iris and Cilan; they were both infected when we were making our escape from the Pokémon Center…. Well actually, Iris was already infected beforehand, and Cilan sacrificed himself to ensure we make it out alive."
"I see…" Oak frowned from his end, yet Brock could tell that he was truly saddened to learn the terrible news not that he blamed him given how Brock still couldn't' get over Cilan having tried to keep the Hybrids back by if he did have his Pokémon helping him with that task which made him wish he and Clemont had been able to convince him otherwise. "What about Misty? Is she with you?"
"No, not since it was, revealed she left the Cerulean City Gym to look for Ash," said Brock as he was praying to Arceus that Misty didn't meet the same fate, Iris, a majority of their world did since she's one of his closest friends and companions plus he cringed at the thought of what her sisters would say if anything ever happened to her. "I just hope she's okay."
"Well I hope that she hasn't reached your location yet," Oak said with a worried look on his face, as none of them knew how close Misty was to them right now or the danger coming towards them. "Look, Brock, keep a lookout okay we have no idea if the hybrids are moving to attack the blockaded."
Brock nodded knowing that the professor was right. "I will Professor Oak," Brock told him with a serious look on his face before hanging up the PokéGear. "I just hope we last that long."
Deep within the forest, Iris was moaning as Cilan mated with her, while some distance away from a large group of hybrids, and were making plans to attack the blockaded. They still needed to wait so their army could become big enough to take the group at the humans so they could set them free from the human bounds they are trapped in as would the whole region.
Jack smiled looking around knowing it was only a matter of time now; he wasn't stupid, crazy yes, but not stupid. "For now I need to wait for the other two while the finishing their mating," Jack said with a smile hearing the moans.
Iris continued to moan in the distance happy to have her mate with her at long last. "Yes Cilan please keep going until I'm pregnant with your child," The Zoroark girl cried out looking to her mate with lust and love.
The male Zoroark Cilan nodded with an animal like smile and continued to have sex with Iris wanting to ensure their new race grows. "I will Iris you're my mate after all..." Cilan grunted wanting to keep going with his mate.
Iris smiles with love in her eyes as she looked back to Cilan as she moaned even more. "I know then we can see if Ash was infected or not," Iris said with a smile knowing that all humans needed to be set free.
Cilan agreed with Iris as the other hybrids knew that they had heard this name somewhere, but for now they would leave that thought until later, they still had a group of humans to turn.
Jack, on the other hand, was thinking when he heard them say the name Ash think about the Lucario hybrid he saw and how he was, mentioned. "That must be the one I saw back in Seafoam City," Jack said silently.
It didn't matter to him or the others the human was changed, and once the two finished their mating, he would tell them about their friend. "For now we need to attack the camp, we all leave in an hour," Jack said with a mad look in his eyes.
The other hybrids around Jack nodded knowing it was best they built up their numbers before attacking. Once more of their kind arrived that's when the attack would happen, and they would make sure no human would escape.
The male Vaporeon nodded the most knowing he wanted to leave and find the one he wanted to mate with, Misty. "Okay, but it better be soon I want to find Misty and make her my mate."
When Iris heard this, she looked to Cilan both finishing mating with each other, for Iris she heard that name before, but the former dragon trainer couldn't place where she heard it.
Cilan, however, did hear the name. "I think I know who she is Brock mentioned her back in the Pokémon center before we left."
The other hybrids all looked to Cilan, none more so than the male Vaporeon who had taken an interest in what Cilan had to say. He stood to his feet and walked over towards the pair of lovers wanting answers from the two. "Alright, I want you to tell me what you know!"
The two only looked at him knowing he wanted to find this Misty and Cilan wondered if it was the same girl Brock told him about once. "Why do you want to know?" Cilan asked the male hybrid thinking it could be another girl with that name.
Smiling the Vaporeon Hybrid only looked at the two. "Well, I want to make her my mate, is that so wrong, you have yours, and I want her to be my mate, no matter what it takes understand?"
Iris and Cilan looked at each other once again. "Well, there are many girls with that name, so we have no idea if any of them are the Misty you're talking about," Iris said she didn't like this male at all and moved closer to her mate. "I guess you just have to see when we attack the camp."
As Anabel was speaking with Looker on their current situation, Misty managed to contact the Cerulean City Gym and relief filled her face when her older sister Violet answered. "Oh thank god you're okay, Misty" the indigo-haired girl spoke with the weight now lifted off her chest. "Daisy, Lily and I were starting to get a little worried ever since you left the Gym."
"Yeah, besides you three recommended I bring some of my best Water-Type Pokémon with me after all."
Violet nodded her head, remembering when she and the other Sensational Sisters spoke with Misty as the orange-haired girl was preparing to head out despite knowing she could be infected. "That's true, still… you need to be careful, as the news just revealed that things are getting much worse for the entire world" she informed her little sister as she, Daisy, Lily, Dewgong and Azuril previously saw the broadcast regarding the fate of Lumiose City along with those who resided there. "I mean we heard that a place called Lumiose City had become a victim."
Misty's eyes widened in shock, she heard from Professor Oak about how Ash and Pikachu were at Lumiose City when they first arrived in Kalos with Alexa. "Are you serious?!" she exclaimed, starting to wish she had been at Pallet Town instead of being left to look after the Cerulean City Gym more than ever before.
"I wish I were making this up; unfortunately, I'm not" Violet replied with a sad frown on her face, keeping Azuril close to her as she could tell the baby Normal/Fairy-Type wanted to see how her human mother was doing not that she blamed the female Pokka Dot Pokémon. "Tracey informed us, well technically he informed Daisy who then told Lily and then me that Professor Oak is making contact with Gary and someone named Samson Oak from the Alola region... since Professor Oak mentioned needing all the help, he could get if he's going to make a cure."
Misty remained silent, not knowing what to say since she was still surprised that one of her older sisters was with Tracey of all people, but at the same time, she was happy for him and Daisy. "Oh yeah, that reminds me…" Violet almost forgot to ask her baby sister about something else. "You found your boyfriend yet?"
The comment made Misty fluttered the moment her indigo-haired sister mentioned that. "Ash isn't my boyfriend!" she snapped, knowing now wasn't the time for her to getting teased when they had a bigger problem to deal with right now.
"Oh really, little sister…. I'm only messing with you" said Violet with a slight smile, knowing that Ash and Misty did have some form of feelings to one another yet both were too stubborn at admitting this, but she hoped one day the two would end up some form or another which kind of made her feel bad about the decision she, Daisy and Lily made in having to make her look after the Cerulean City Gym while they traveled around the world following the Tomboyish Mermaid's travels with Ash and Brock in Johto. "Anyway, did you find him?"
"Sadly no" answered Misty, shaking her head and wished she had some good news though there was something she could at least share which might help in locating Ash. "I did find meet someone who knew him, back when he was taking on the Battle Frontier."
"Oh?" Violet asked of her, becoming a bit interested now on who the younger girl just met. "Who might that be exactly?"
"Her name is Anabel and..." Misty began to say as she was about to say more to her sisters when they interrupted her.
"So another girl that might like Ash then huh?" Violet said with a smile on her face looking at her little sister. "You know Misty if this keeps going you're not going to stand a chance in winning Ash."
Hearing her sister say this caused Misty's face to turn red, but she knew that her sister was right, she was sure that many of the girls Ash meet on his adventure would have fallen for Ash. "Maybe they are right," Misty thought frowning.
Violet looked at Misty and knew she made a mistake and quickly smiled at her sister. "But hey I know none of them will stand a chance you and Ash have a connection to each other, and I think its sweet."
Misty said nothing she was still worried about the situation than telling Ash how she felt."Look you know with everything that was going on we don't have time talking about my love life!" Misty cried out.
All three sisters nodded knowing Misty was right; this wasn't the time to talk about this right now with what going on in the region. "Okay Misty, still I wish you would come back home," Daisy said with fear on her face.
Misty could tell Daisy was worried about for her safety, but Misty couldn't leave her friends. "Look I know it's not safe for me, but they are friends Daisy."
"Misty, please look I know you're worried for them, but please come home, for all you know they could already have become infected," Daisy said knowing it was highly luckily.
Hearing this from her sister Misty knew that Ash and the others could very well be Hybrids right now, but this wasn't going to stop her she needed to know at least.
Daisy, however, could tell what Misty was thinking and she wasn't going to have her sister do this as she started to frown at her younger sister. "Misty please, I want you to stop this and think!" Daisy yelled as both Violet and Lily were both shocked at hearing this.
"Daisy..." the two said as Misty was also shocked looking at her knowing and seeing the look in her Daisy's eyes.
Misty was about to say something when Daisy quickly stopped her. "Look I know you are worried about them Misty, but we've seen the news on what happens if you become infected Misty."
Misty looked at her sister and knew all too well what she was talking about Anabel had told what happened to anyone infected with the virus. "I know Daisy; someone told what will happen to me if I get infected."
"And that's why you need to come back home where you're safe," Daisy said looking at Misty and hoping to get her little sister. "So please, come home where it's safe."
Misty continued to look at Daisy and the others, knowing that they were right maybe she should leave and head back home. "Maybe you're right Daisy, I mean if Ash is infected and..." Misty began thinking on the others that were in the city.
Seeing the look on Misty's face, Daisy knew she was thinking about something and Daisy. "Misty..." the blonde began looking at the younger redhead.
"Oh, sorry I was thinking is all Daisy," Misty said frowning know deep down she wasn't as good looking as May, or many of the other girls Ash meet.
As Misty was, currently thinking she and the others in the camp had no idea on what was about to happen. "Misty, look you should try not to think about it okay I'm sure that Ash cares for you."
"Thanks, Daisy look I'll stay here to make sure no hybrids leave, it's my duty as a Gym leader," Misty said with a smile on her face.
Daisy could only look at her sister and knew in some way Misty was right; they needed to hold the hybrids back. "Okay Mist, look just be safe okay and know that we love you."
Without saying another word she smiled at her sister and nodded, Misty soon hang up her PokéGear knowing that she needed to talk to Anabel on what they should do next but was still worried about Ash and the rest of her friends.
Once Misty said her goodbye to her sisters she gave a deep sigh still knowing that if she was this close to where the outbreak of this virus started. "No, I can't give up I know it's not what Ash would do," Misty cried out, as she left the tent to go look for Anabel.
Luckily, she knew where the lavender-haired female was, given her new friend was talking to Looker about what he discovered regarding the situation. "Huh?" she asked herself the moment her Psyduck came out of his PokéBall… again. "Psyduck, will you stop doing that?!"
Psyduck simply held his head with confusion on his face, causing the Tomboyish Mermaid to groan in annoyance as she wasn't really in the mood for him to do what he did at a time like this. "Quite a handful isn't he?" the two suddenly heard Anabel's voice as she appeared before Misty alongside Looker.
"More than you could ever possibly know…."
Anabel didn't blame the young Water-Type Pokémon Trainer as she initially knew all about the other girl from what Ash mentioned when he took on the Battle Frontier and if she was honest, she found him cute when they first met. "You're still thinking about him aren't you?" she asked of Misty, knowing via her Psychic abilities what was making her worried. "About Ash I mean."
Misty slowly nod her head silently, being aware that Anabel could read her mind which also meant that not only had the lavender-haired female's abilities improved gratefully following Ash's Battle Frontier challenge but she might also know of the conversation between the four sisters this made Anabel even more worried than ever."Look, I know how you feel, I mean I wish I had a way to keep in touch with Ash after he defeated me" she spoke to Misty with some sadness.
Espeon turned towards Looker, and the two nodded to one another. "We'll leave the two of you alone" informed Looker before he and the female Sun Pokémon took their leave so that Misty and Anabel could have their conversation in private.
'Come on, Psyduck…' said Espeon, knowing that she needed to bring Psyduck with her and Looker just to be on the safe side if he wasn't going to be going back into his PokéBallthen at the very least the two could keep an eye on him so he couldn't cause any trouble.
The yellow Duck wondered where Espeon was taking him, though it would be good to spend time with a Pokémon that wasn't a Water-Type, aside from Azuril who could evolve into a Water-Type if she was, raised well, and it couldn't hurt to leave Misty alone for a while.
"Anabel…" Misty started to speak as she never actually expected to hear that Anabel had a liking towards Ash herself, then again there are not that many girls who ever actually liked him a lot. "Is it true that you like Ash?"
Anabel remained silent, nodding her head to confirm that it was all true. "Wow, I didn't see that coming…" Misty muttered to herself, noticing the blush that the former Battle Frontier Brain had on her face which made her even more unsure what to say.
"It's a bit embarrassing, I know but what can you do?" Anabel spoke after figuring out what to say as Misty was the very first person whom she ever told her secret to and yet, part of her had a bad feeling it would end up being a huge mistake. "I've never really told anyone this, especially not Looker given the circumstances and all."
Misty only laughed as she nodded her head agreeing with Anabel. "Yeah, I meanI've always known there was something about Ash, and I think that's what made me slowly fall for him," Misty said with a smile on her face. "I think that I... No I know I love Ash."
Anabel nodded knowing a feeling the love that Misty had for Ash since it was the same love she too had for the trainer she had faced a few years ago. "I guess we both love him then, don't we?" Anabel asked Misty smiling as the redhead nodding. "But we need to hope he is not infected."
"Yeah me to Anabel," Misty said as she looked up into the sky. "Me too..."
At the Ketchum residence, Delia was horrified when watching the news and especially on Lumiose City falling to the infection. "Oh my god…" she spoke, becoming more and more fearful than ever since her only son was in the Kalos region with no information of what became of him.
Nearby, Mimey stood outside the living room and saw what happened on the TV as well which made him hope that a miracle happens and soon. Before he could say anything, he and Delia heard the phone ringing which caught their attention.
"Huh?" The two approached the ringing phone, and Delia answered it, having a feeling it was Professor Oak and prayed to Arceus there was good progress on the cure for everyone infected. "Hello?"
"Delia? It's Professor Oak."
"Hey Professor Oak," she said to the older man, wanting to get her mind off what she saw and hopefully on her fears regarding Ash's fate in the Kalos region but at the same time, couldn't help but also showed concern for Misty over leaving Cerulean City to look for him. "How's the cure coming along?"
"Unfortunately progress is still slow on it, even more so after what happened to Lumiose City and its inhabitants, including Professor Sycamore" Oak replied to Delia as he wished he had some good news to share, but then realized there was which he could tell her. "Brock is okay at least, same with others who were with him. They're outside a blockade as we speak."
"Well that's a relief," said the female Ketchum as she had been grateful to hear one of Ash's closest friends were safe and sound, at least for now. "What about Ash or Misty?"
"Sadly I'm still not certain where he is, as for Misty… Brock mentioned he hadn't heard from her ever since hearing she left the Gym in Cerulean City" answered Oak, knowing the next news wasn't going to be as good. "But there's something else that needs addressing."
"Oh?" began Delia,
There was silence coming from the phone; however, it didn't take long before Oak spoke. "It's Iris and Cilan, Brock told me that they sadly became victims to the infection," he told Delia sadly as it was already bad enough that Ash went missing along with Iris and Cilan now infected, he was having that terrible feeling throughout his whole body that it may happen to everyone else the young trainer knew.
Knowing and fearing that it's becoming more likely that Ash, was now infected by the virus, maybe Serena as well, it was a thought Delia didn't care to think about she could only hope Ash was safe. "Ash..."
Tracey was elsewhere at the Lab, looking after the Pokémon that resided there which included the ones left in the Professor's care by Ash and Gary respectively. "I wish Misty hadn't gone out there," he said to his own Pokémon, all three of which were let out of their respective PokéBallsso they could spend some time with their trainer and help with the other Pokémon.
'I'm sure she has her reasons' explained Marill, assuring her trainer that the Tomboyish Mermaid could look after herself since it was proven when the two traveled with Ash and Misty back in the Orange Islands. 'I mean, she managed to find a means to help you and Ash get better when you got sick.'
"But that was different," Tracey told the female Water/Fairy-Type with a frown, while she did make a good point, but this wasn't the same as what he and Ash been through, which ended up leading to Misty getting her ironically that same Water-Type would evolve much later in the Johto region first into Poliwhirl and then again into a Politoed. "She managed to find a cure to help both me and Ash."
'Even so, you should try to put in more faith in her and, in the others... They'll be able to make it through in the end.'
'I have to agree with Marill on that one" added Venonat, deciding to speak up and hope that Tracey would see that everything would be fine in the long run, mainly as Oak was already at work getting all the help he could, possibly get in order to produce an antidote for everyone turned into hybrids. 'Misty's sisters may be worried for her but knew that she would be okay since she was given some of her best Pokémon to accompany her.'
Tracey took in everything his Pokémon was telling him; they were again making a very valid point on the matter even if it didn't change the way he was feeling towards his friends being out there. "I understand that but…" he tried to speak only for another one of his Pokémon to interrupt.
'But nothing, I mean in the worse case, you've been chosen to meet with Gary and see if you could try to find Ash and Misty plus we'll do all we can to help'Scyther spoke, still a bit surprised to see his former rival Charizard at the lab instead of being at Charific Valley.'If Daisy was the one who went missing; you would be more than willing to find her no matter what.'
The comment about Daisy made the young assistant from the Orange Islands blush, especially as he initially never expected to be in a relationship with anyone following his decision to stay at Pallet Town to help Professor Oak. "Well yes, but don't you think that…"
'But nothing, Misty loves Ash, and that's why she decided to go out despite her sisters' protest' explained Marill with a stern expression on her face. 'She has her PokéGear much like how Brock has his so they'd be able to keep in touch with us just in case something happened.'
Venonat nodded in agreement. 'That's right, besides aside from the hybrids the only other thing they could worry about would be Team Rocket though it's highly unlikely those three would want to attack Brock or Misty when there's an outbreak going on' he spoke, part of him missed Jessie, James, and with their efforts in trying to steal them or any of the other Pokémon this included Pikachu himself.
"So what's the plan then?" Misty asked as she looked at Anabel knowing about the blockade that was set up knowing that it was meant to stop people from entering the infection zone.
Anabel looked at Misty knowing what she meant and gave a sigh knowing she needed to tell Misty what they needed to do and why even if she hated it herself. "Misty, look you need to know why we set up the blockade."
Misty looked to Anabel seeing the guilty look she had on her face knowing something happened or she did something. "Wait, Anabel; is the blockade meant to stop people also leaving Seafoam City?"
"Look you need to know why we have to do this Misty, with the whole City infected," Anabel said with a sigh as she looked to Misty. "Not only that, but we still know very little on the virus, so we need to make sure any survivors from the city have the virus lying dormant inside them."
Misty nodded understanding why Anabel did this. "Still do we have any idea who caused this?" Misty asked since
Anabel only shook her head sadly. "No, we don't, and that's why we need to be careful Misty for all we know the one who caused this could be hiding with the survivors."
In the meantime, Brock and Clemont decided to try their luck with the one in charge of the blockade again ever since getting in contact with Oak earlier. As this was going on, Bonnie and Dedenne were continuing to glance at the new girl Lillie with some concern on her face ever since discovering her home was now completely infected. "Excuse me" began the new girl, feeling sad for the little girl and wanted to see if she could cheer her up.
"Oh?"
"Are you feeling okay?" asked Lillie as she saw that Bonnie was upset and was holding Dedenne close to her chest the whole time.
The younger sister of Clemont sadly shook her head, knowing what occurred recently may as well have been a traumatic experience not that Lillie blamed her. "It's about what happened to Lumiose City isn't it?" she asked again, causing Bonnie to only nod her head without saying a single word.
However, this made Lillie even sadder for Bonnie, knowing that with the infection spreading across the whole world it would make sense that sooner or later her home would become a victim. "I know how you're feeling… I'd be like this as well if I learned it happened to my home" she spoke again, reflecting on her mother and her brother. "Hopefully my brother and mother are okay."
It was then that Bonnie looked at Lillie, she never really mentioned her mother or her brother but regardless hoped there was a way they would be allowed in. "Lillie…" she said, trying to find the right words to say since they both were, saddened about being separated from family, in Clemont and Bonnie's case it was their father Meyer who was in Lumiose City during the infection.
"Hmmm?" said Lillie, noticing the little girl started to speak and started to wonder what she wanted to say although it was good that the two were going to be having a conversation in hopes it would get their minds off the infection for now. "Yes?"
"What's your home region like?" Bonnie asked looking at the girl they saved in the woods knowing she was safe with them, at least for now, and she had no idea how long this would last.
Lillie only smiled as she began telling the young girl about her home region, wishing she had stayed there now, maybe Lillie might have been safer there, but if what she heard was true then soon her home would no longer be safe from the virus.
However, little did they know that the hybrids from the city they had gathered their numbers and are ready to attack the camp as they looked at the humans. "Okay, we should do this fast infect as many as you can," Jack said with a smile knowing they would all be reborn.
A few other hybrids nodded knowing they needed to wait while looking at the humans with the guns as they looked over to Jack who still had a crazy smile on his face. "What should we do about the ones with the guns?" a female Rapidash Hybrid asked.
Jack looked at the female hybrid with a grin. "Well, we try to turn them, if not kill them we can't lose anyone in the attack it would set back our plans."
"I don't care I only want to find the one I'm after," the male Vaporeon said with a frown hearing the humans talk about what they needed to do as Looker moved over to the soldiers.
Jack looked to them and knew his fellow hybrid needed to wait, the attack would come, and all the people there would be reborn. "Look, you'll get the one you want but going in without a plan will get out kind killed so wait!"
The Vaporeon male only nodded looking in the direction on the camp, and soon he saw the female he wanted Misty walking out the tent with Anabel.
"I see…" Professor Juniper frowned as she and her father heard the terrible news regarding Iris and Cilan from at the Pokémon Lab in Nuvema Town as if what happened to Professor Sycamore and everyone else at Lumiose City wasn't already bad enough. "I had wished something like this would never come…"
"Well it happened, and the only thing we can do now is work harder than ever in creating the cure."
Oak's image was on the central computer along with that of Professor Birch, Professor Elm, Professor Rowan, Samson Oak and Professor Ivy from their respective regions, even Dr. Fennel was in the conversation given her importance on the task at hand. "To think that the virus was spreading even quicker than we originally anticipated" commented Professor Elm as he hoped that nothing else would go wrong before the cure was, completed.
"For now it's only Kalos that's being affected the most though unfortunately, it would change over time…" added Professor Ivy, becoming even worried more than ever and especially towards her former assistant Brock, which made her pray to Arceus that he's okay. "How long before the rest of the world suffers that fate, I'm not sure."
It was then that Oak realized something, turning his glance towards Professor Birch. "That reminds me, you heard from May lately?" he asked of the Professor from Hoenn, he remembered the last time he saw the girl and her younger brother back the two traveled with Ash and Brock during the former's Battle Frontier challenge in Kanto.
His response was Professor Birch shaking his head sadly. "Unfortunately, there's not been any word from May lately not since she mentioned to me how she met Ash, Brock, and Dawn in Sinnoh and about her experience at the Wallace Cup" he replied, wanting to remember to speak with Norman and Caroline on the matter… maybe Max to see if they heard anything from her.
"Speaking of Dawn… she told me about that as well as about her reunion with Ash in the Unova region" Professor Rowan was the next to about hearing of how things turned out in its entirety following the conclusion of Dawn's travels with Ash and Brock in Sinnoh along with her time with Ash, Iris, and Cilan in Unova up till the end of the Pokémon World Tournament Junior Cup. "Past that though, I haven't heard anything from her."
"Huh? Nothing from either May or Dawn recently?" Oak asked both Professor Birch and Professor Rowan; the latter two shook their heads again as they were becoming worried for the female trainers in question. "Not even about what's happening on their end, with the infection going on?"
"No, I mean even Sawyer hadn't contacted me in a while," Professor Birch told Oak, referring to the newest trainer who started his journey as a trainer at Littleroot Town and remembered the day he set off with his starter Treecko which added to the worries the older man from Hoenn had. "Now that I think of it, I haven't heard from Harrison or Brendan either. I'm sure you remember Harrison since he was at the Johto League Silver Conference, Professor Oak."
Professor Oak nodded and was growing worried, for all he knew they could have become infected, or they might be hiding. He only hoped that none of them are infected and were at least hiding somewhere safe away from the virus.
"I still wish we could do something Anabel," Misty said with a frown on her face as she looked at the young woman next to her, but she knew Anabel was right they had no way to tell if someone was infected.
Anabel nodded as she looked at Misty this was something she hated doing too but knew they had no option right now until they were sure that any survivors are not infected. "I know, but with all that's going on I fear we may all end up like the ones who are now hybrids."
"Yeah, I just hope that if so then..." Misty began but she soon stopped know and hoping Ash would be the one to infect her, at least that way she knew she would be close, but Misty also knew she couldn't let that happen.
"I know, but if it comes to it, we may all have to leave the Kalos region, speaking of which how did you get here from Kanto?" Anabel asked as she looked at Misty knowing she must have used one of her Water Pokémon to get here.
"Well, it's a long story" Misty replied to the former Battle Brain then something occurred to her given how Anabel got to the Kalos region, knowing she couldn't have gotten there by herself even if she was Looker's superior now. "Now that I think of it, how did you manage to get all the way here?"
Anabel looked at Misty with a smile on her face, before telling Misty how she arrived in Kalos since she had a mission to do her in Kalos making sure that this infection wouldn't spread to the other regions.
"Oh come on!" screamed Jessie as she mentally cursed at the fact she and her partners in crime managed to find a phone booth and there was no answer from Team Rocket HQ at all, not even from their boss Giovanni when it's clear this was an emergency.
"Still no word from da boss, Jess?"
"What do you think?!" yelled Jessie as she angrily slammed the phone back onto the hook and was becoming more frustrated than ever, since it's already bad enough they were struggling to survive while the virus was at work infecting everyone who didn't have the means of protecting themselves but not getting any word from their boss was making things worse.
"I swear if it weren't for bad luck we wouldn't have any luck at all!"
"Don't remind me" muttered Meowth, remembering all the times he and his human parents usually got sent blasting off during their attempts to commit a successful crime in every region that they've ever been to up to Kalos which wasn't something he could get over.
It was then he turned his attention towards Growlie, who was interacting with Wobbuffet, Pumpkaboo, and Inkay since it's quite rare to see him interacting with anyone other than James. "Say, James," the male Scratch cat asked of the violet-haired male Rocket member.
Hearing Meowth's voice, James turned his attention towards his two partners. "What is it?" James asked being, focused on seeing Growlie becoming friends with the Pokémon that himself and Jessie currently had on their respective teams that he almost got distracted.
"I know this is hard, knowing what's going on but we still need a plan mainly what to do if one of us gets infected?" Meowth asked looking at James seeing he was already thinking about this.
James, however, couldn't help but sigh he wasn't sure what they should do if he or Jessie became infected. "I'm not sure Meowth if it happens to me then I want you and Jessie to run away and leave me."
Meowth looked at James knowing that he would make sure that both Jessie and he were safe even if it meant he sacrificed his life and humanity to make sure nothing happened to his friends. "I will James; you have my word."
Misty and Anabel were still talking to each other both being a reasonable distance from the blockade, so Misty had no idea that Brock was close by, but they didn't know about threat all of them are going to face soon.
Anabel only laughed hearing the story of the time Ash dressed up as a girl. "Whoa, I can't believe that he did that," she smiled as Misty told her the story of when Ash dressed up as a girl.
Misty only nodded at this, but she still smiled at this as she laughed at the good old times she had with Ash. "Yeah it was something, I mean this one time I..." Misty began, but soon she and the others all heard a scream in the distance.
When they heard the screams the, two looked at each other not liking what they had just heard as fear slowly crossed their faces followed by more screams in the distance. "No, you don't think..." Misty began as she looked to Anabel.
"I don't know Misty," Anabel said as she looked to the girl standing beside her until they moved forward seeing a man running towards them before he fell to knees.
Before their very eyes, the two watched as the people around them transformed, one young man panting wildly as the dark fur of a Mightyena began to match his form. "Oh, god..."Misty said looking at the transformation that was happening.
A look of desire filled his eyes as his cock transformed to suit his new form better, the hybrid letting out a howl as he mounted a well developed Manectric girl. Fear briefly shone in the still changing blonde's eyes as the fleshy red member penetrated her slit before that too was lost to the lust that surged through her like electricity.
Both Misty and Anabel heard more screams around them seeing more people transformed into hybrids as they looked at each other knowing that the blockade has fallen and both girls knew they needed to run or they too would become infected.
Hearing the screams around them both Anabel and Misty looked at each other as they soon heard a laugh, and both looked in the direction in which the laughter had come from; it was the Male Vaporeon hybrid who smiled down on the two females. "I found you, my mate," he said looking at Misty with a smile.
A/N well few sorry this took a while a lot has been going on in real life which I won't go into or bother anyone with at this time, I just want you to know I am sorry it's taken this long to update, I do promise I will try to update faster next time.
Now as you can see the hybrids have attacked which I will show in more detail in the next chapter and just a heads up it will become dark with a few deaths happening I can't say who lives and dies, but it's needed.
Anyway I also know may want to know when Misty will become a hybrid since some want her to well mate with Ash, but it will happen. I promise everyone that, and so will Anabel I mean she will also become one of Ash's lovers, but I do hope you liked who else will join Ash's Harem.
Well, I still hope that you liked the chapter and once again I'm sorry it took so long, as I said before I will try my best to update faster next time, until then please leave me a review.
