"If you ever do that again, I'm going to kill you."

Wally laughed as he sat up more in the hospital bed. "Sorry, dude, but I wasn't dead. My heart was just racing so fast it flat lined."

Dick glared at him before sighing and smiling. "Still, I'm glad you're okay."

"Thanks." Wally smiled. "How's Heartly?"

"Pretty banged up but he managed to hold on really well on his own. I think they said he would have to be on bed rest for the next couple of weeks to about a month. I think the Rouges are taking him home today and they said something about James staying with Heartly."

"Ouch, poor Heartly… James isn't exactly the best nurse there is."

"I bet. So, they said they'll let you outta here in about two days."

"Yikes, I rather be out now."

"Not yet. Maybe we can move you to the Mount or The Watch Tower."

Shaking his head Wally leaned back. "Nah, I'm fine. Just want to get back home to clean up the mess and get Bart and Thadd back home. I mean they probably freaking out right now… WHERE ARE THEY?!"

"Dude, calm down. They're in the play room with M'gann."

"Oh, okay. So two whole days?"

"Yep."

There was a long pause before Wally stated folded his arms. "Get me outta here."

"Pfft." Dick stifled the rest of the laugh for a few seconds. "I'll see what Bruce can do."

"Thanks." Wally said. "I gotta get home and pack everything and find somewhere else to live."

"No you don't." Dick smirked. "You've already been relocated."

Groaning Wally threw his hand over his eyes. "Okay… where did Bats put me?"

"Oh hell no!" Wally screamed. "You've gotta be kidding me!"

"Nope!" Dick grinned. "Welcome to Strawberry, Arizona!" (A/N: This is a true place. I have been there Google it)

"You can't be serious, Dick! It's too freaking hot out here!"

"This place is cooler than the other parts. Come on, Walls, it's only for a little while and besides it's a pretty small place, nice and cozy little house-"

"You better mean nice and big house,"

"-Complete with two rooms filled with all you can eat food and Bruce had made a never ending supply for you and your little speedster babies."

Wally groaned looking at the house. It was an okay size and diffidently bigger than the apartment he had so that was good. Ah, damn he would have to find another apartment when they got back to Central City when this thing blew over.

"Come on, let's got inside." Dick said. "You can check it out first before the rest of the team brings the little speedsters."

"Fine." Wally said walking over to the door before pausing. "Is there a bat trap or am okay to go in?"

"You can go in. I'll show you have to turn on the Bat traps after where down taking a tour into you're new and improved suburb house and that way you'll be a safe little stay at home mommy."

"Don't make me hurt you." Wally said before reaching for the knob when it shocked him. "Gaaaaah!"

"I guess I missed one." Dick snickered.

"Wally, I'm hungry!" Bart whined as a disgruntled Artimis quickly handed Bart off to Wally.

"I'll fed you in a second. What happened to you?" Wally asked looking at the girls wild looking hair trying to hold in his laughter.

"You're little brat found some hidden candies bars that someone had left laying around!"

Wally chuckled as he set Bart on his hip. "Sorry. Where's Thadd."

"He's here!" M'gannn said flying up to him handling him the blond. "I was trying to get him to come out from playing hide and seek. He's really good at it…"

"Thanks for bringing them home." Wally grinned. "Alright, it's time to eat!"

"Yay!"

"You guys wanna stay for lunch?" Wally asked them as he set the twins down and taking their hands letting them swing on his hands. "We're having heaping helpings of everything!"

The blonde archer tried to push her hair down but it refused to listen to her since it was still shocked about the mini tornado that was known as Bart Allen.

Wally signed as he finished another pile of paperwork. He hated paperwork a lot but of course when he was in hiding in their town of Strawberry and when Batman was you're current provider of sorts he had no choice but to work at home with the paperwork. Of course speed reading and speed typing where helpful it didn't make it any less boring. Not only was it boring but h knew that Batman was watching them. He had searched every nook and cranny and found multi cameras all over but he was sure that once he took them out more showed up and he was sure that they would be replaced the second he took the twins to the park or they went to the store.

Stretching Wally stood yawning before turning off his computer before standing up rolling his arm back. It was stiff but that normally happened. Walking across the room to where Bart and Thadd had been playing with their toys he smiled. Exhausting they we're but totally worth it.

"Hey, guys, what are you up too?" He asked.

"Wally, look!" Bart smiled brightly. "We built a fortress!"

"With a moat," Thadd added.

"Nice." Wally said leaned down. "It looks amazing! I don't think I even seen such a great fortress before."

"Wally, we're hungry." Bart said jumping up to tug on Wally's shirt. "Can we go out and eat? Please?"

Thadd slowly got up before latching onto Wally's shirt. "I'm hungry too,"

"Well, since we have this nice little card," Wally whipped out a card. If Bats and Nightwing where going to keep him on mostly lockdown he was going to use their money. "We shall GO EAT AT THE ALL YOU CAN EAT BUFFETS!"

"YAY!"

"Alright, let's see who can get ready in ten seconds. Ready? Set? Go!"

Whoosh!

Wally laughed before he grabbed at his stomach wincing. Damn this sickness. It just kept getting worse and running had somehow speeded it up. Hear a whoosh he stood back up seeing the two little kids smiling up at him and so Wally smiled brightly before scooping them up and running out the door at a normal pace.

"Let's go! Whoooooooo!"

It was freezing.

The fire had died an hour ago leaving Bart shivering as he rubbed his hands together before balling up in the blankets that were old, torn, and had long ago lost their colors. He was starving. So hungry that he dind't know wearther he should running around in he small cave so he warmed up until he passed out or if he should just stay in the blankets until he passed out form hunger.

Bother where bad but maybe passing out from hunger being warm was better. Just before Bart could start to run around he was suddenly scooped up and pulling into a familiar strong arms that held him tightly and hands rubbed his hands, back, arms and his legs for a couple of seconds but when those seconds where form the fastest man alive, aka, the Flash, it warmed Bart up quickly and he clung back to his cosine.

"Wally," Bart happy cry was lost in the others chest. "I missed you."

"I missed you too, Bart." Wally smiled and wrapped the blankets up against the. "I got a surprise for you."

"Really?"

"Yep." Wally pulled a bag out form behind his back and pulling two little things out. "These are called pears."

"Pears?"

"You bet." Wally handed him one. "You eat it. Eat around the core."

Slowly Bart took a bite before he took three more bites nearly crying at the sweet taste. He ahd never had something to sweet and now he knew what sweet tasted like! Swallowing Bart took the second pear handed to him before devouring it too trying to stop the flow of tears that fell down as the hunger pains vanished.

"Here you go, kid." Wally smiled. "One more left."

"What about you, Wally?" Bart asked feeling ashamed he had already eaten two of the pears. "Aren't you going to eat?"

"I already did," Wally smiled reassuring. "Come, buddy, eat up. We don't know when there'll be anymore pears and besides it might go bad if you don't eat it."

Smiling Bart took it eating it slowly savoring the taste but after the second bite he stopped and held it up to Wally.

"I'm full now, Wally… and I'm tired."

"You sure?" Wally frowned. "Alright, nap time Bart but I'll save the rest for you."

Shaking his head Bart pressed the food up to his cosine's mouth. "No! You eat it or it will go bad, remember?"

"You're right." Wally laughed a bit. "You got me there. Go, you go to sleep and when you wake up we'll get some more fire wood and go scavenging, okay?"

"Okay, Wally," Bart cuddled closer closing his eyes. "Night, night."

"Night, night, Bart."

A few seconds later Wally took the last two bites of half eat peat finishing it up with a sigh of relief as pain melted away from his stomach and laid back rubbing Bart's back.

Those two pieces of fruit where the first thing Wally had eaten in more than a week.

Bart moved closer wondering how far Wally would be able to last when his cosine was giving him all the food all the time. 'Next time,' Bart though. 'Next time I will get you food, Wally.'

Wally fell asleep a few seconds later.

'I'll be a good boy, Wally and get you food just like you get food for me.'

The next day Bart left to find food for Wally…

And they saw him.

Thadd was balled up against Wally's back as he held his ears trying to block out Bart's terrified screaming as Wally tried his best to console him.
