Please forgive me for how long this took! I have been so out of words for writing. I apologize. Hopefully the wait was worth it. I promise the next chapter will be up by the end of the weekend. Since I made you wait so long this time.

Tara's head was so fuzzy. She could barely remember what happened the night before. All she knew was she had a splitting headache and could smell something musty and hear voices in the distance. Both frantic voices set her on edge. They were her kids.

"Abel.. Jenna.."

Both kids whipped around at the sound of her voice.

The second she saw their eyes, she remembered. It all came back like a movie and she struggled to shove herself up. She had to get her kids out of here.

"Mom, slow...be slow.." Abel said, grabbing her arm and Tara felt tears blur her eyes as she gently grabbed his face.

"You called me mom.."

Abel shrugged awkwardly, smiling. "No big deal.. it's what you are, right?"

Tara brushed a happy tear away as she nodded. Even in the middle of all this hell she had a family.. and Jenna had a family. That made her happy beyond belief.

With the kids help Tara was able to stand, slow and steady, but she was. However, the blinding pain that shot back and forth over her forehead told her she had a hell of a bruise somewhere on her face.

"Where are we? Do we know?"

Both kids shook their heads no.

Tara nodded and slowly walked over to the window, leaning up she looked through the tiny square of the window and saw nothing but what seemed like desert land.

"I don't see anything."

"We have to fight to get out of here." Abel said simply. "If we don't - we'll die."

When Tara turned to look at the kids, he explained everything he had heard.

Jax's entire body practically jumped as they drove past the border of Vegas. He wasn't sure how he had got here. How one second they were getting ready for a wedding and the next they were trying to get a mobster off their trail? How had it all happened? Who had set him up? Why had they set him up? How had they known Jax was in Vegas?

Something in Jax shifted in an awkward way and he realized something he hadn't before.. someone in this van with him had set him up.. but why? He knew damn well it wasn't Opie. There was no if's, and's or but's about that. He knew it wasn't David.. Bobby or even Chibs. That left Juice or Tig. Both of which seemed as impossible as the others.. but he didn't trust either of them nearly as much as he did the others.

"Op, pull over." Opie looked at Jax for only a second before doing what he asked.

Jax slid out of the front seat of the van, opening the sliding door and yanking Tig out by his throat. He tossed him into the dirt and turned back toward the van.

"What in the hell, Jax!" Opie cried as he jumped out of the van after his friend.

"Someone in this club set me up.. I don't know how or why.. but someone did. Think about it? Only a select few people knew we were in Vegas.. only a few would've known about Korzha. It was either Tig or.." Jax turned yanking at Juice and tossing him on his face into the dirt next to Tig.

By now Bobby, Chibs and David were climbing out of the van, all three seething at the prospect of a rat brother. Of a traitor in their midst. David especially. Because his pregnant girlfriend was out there with crazy people because of it.

David stepped forward, pressing his foot into Tig's throat. "You always said I was like my dad.. wanna see how much?"

Tig's eyes popped open as David pressed his foot against Tig's throat, crushing out the air.

Tig grasped weakly at the foot on his throat, his entire world spinning as the air all but left him.

With David taking care of Tig this left Jax to bend down with his knife in hand to Juice's throat.

"Tell me if it was you.. if it was.. you can help fix it and I'll let you live.. far away from Charming but I will let you live.." Jax said, looking into Juice's eyes.

"It wasn't me." Was all Juice said. And weirdly enough Jax believed him. Juice hadn't wavered… hadn't flinched. He was telling the truth. That left Tig..

Jax stood, moving over to Tig, grabbing him up off the ground as David's foot left his throat and Jax threw him toward the van, pressing his knife against Tig's throat.

"Did you set me up?"

Tig's eyes stayed focused on Jax before he smiled.

"I did and I'd do it a hundred times more. Hopefully that old lady of yours goes first."

Jax pulled the knife back and slammed it into Tig's leg. Tig howled in pain, trying to get away from Jax and his knife. Jax's grip on Tig never loosened.

"You better hope she doesn't or you're going to hurt for years to come.. I'll keep you alive just to make you suffer that long."

Tig laughed, his eyes hazy with pain.

"Fuck you, Teller. Do what you want.. but I won't help you.. any of you. You voted to kill my friend."

Clay. Of course this was about Clay. It didn't matter that Clay was a monster and was dragging the club and everyone he loved down with him. All that mattered was Jax and the club had voted that he needed to meet Mr. Mayhem.

"If I remember correctly you voted for it as well."

Tig laughed. "I only voted so you wouldn't see me coming. I knew Clay would die regardless of what that vote was.. and with his blessing I came up with this plan. It just worked out better than I ever imagined. I didn't want it to take this long.. but boy was it worth the wait. Your entire fucking family is gonna die."

Jax grasped Tig's face shoving him into the van, face down. After taking Tig's gun, he told Bobby and Chibs to watch him and they all got back in the van to leave.

Jax was gonna take Tig straight to Korzha. Let him have him and if he didn't take Tig as a bargain he'd kill every single person who fucked with his family. Either way he'd get his family home safe and sound.

"Abel, take off your jacket.." Tara said.

Abel stared for a second before nodding and doing what she said.

Tara wrapped the jacket around her hand.

"We need to be prepared.. if I break this window and they hear it.. we have to be quick.. okay?"

Abel simply nodded, picking up one of the broken legs of a chair they had all broke just seconds earlier.

"And if they don't come down.. we're gonna attach the broken glass to the end of the chair legs and use it to get out of here."

Both kids nodded as Tara pulled her hand back and busted the glass. The pain from hitting the glass wasn't horrible, but enough that Tara sucked in a hiss and blew it out as heavily.

They all sat in silence, listening for feet, but none came. They hadn't heard.

Tara used the jacket to pick up a piece of glass and stick it in the end of her chair leg before doing the same thing to the other two legs.

"Go for the neck. That's the quickest way to kill someone.. if you can't get to the neck- go for the stomach." Tara said as she handed her kids the makeshift weapons.

"Jax, I don't know about this.. the house is so quiet." Opie said, staring at the opened gates of Korzha's normally guarded mansion.

"He's tempting me.. my family isn't here. But he wants me to come in there.. so that means I'm going inside." He yanked Tig up by his hair, shoving him forward.

"Than we're coming with." Opie said as the guys followed behind him.

They wouldn't leave their president to die. They'd always have his back. No matter if that meant dying themselves. The loyalty was deep in the club. It was one of the things Jax loved most about it. Hell, even Tig was loyal to the death for Clay. In his mind - his president.

"Korzha?" Jax called, holding the front of his gun against Tig's back.

"Jackson," Korzha said, slowly making his way down his grand staircase. "I see you've returned to talk."

"No, I know who really killed your brother.. and it's this rat right here. I give him to you and you give me my family."

"That's gonna be most difficult.." Korzha said, his brows meshing together. "My men killed all of them an hour ago."
