ORIGINAL CHARACTER CASTING:
MONROE CHAMBERS (Joshua Bowman) – He will be taking the role of Mike as Kurt's human suitor, though like Mike he will mainly be a background character who shows up every so often.
Also there is of course my original vamp character:
SAWYER (Alex Pettyfer) – he's Quinn's mate and though he hasn't had a huge role in the story so far he as well as the other Smythe's will start to be featured more prominently from here on out.
YOU LEFT ME HERE ALONE (CH.10: That's The Deal)
Kurt woke with a start from the dream he had just endured. It involved Blaine and a small child, and yet something seemed off. It was then that he realized Sebastian was gently shaking him awake. At the first sight of Sebastian the human's heart filled with love as well as some hidden shock.
"You're really here?" Kurt asked the vampire that stared at him with a loving smile
"Of course I am babe, and I always will be, we're going to spend eternity together. I love you so much Kurt." Sebastian replied just then there was a knock on the door and it was then that Kurt realized he was laying in Sebastian's room in the Smythe's home in Forks. They were back, all of them and it warmed Kurt's heart as Emma walked in and quickly brought Kurt into a tight hug.
"I'm so happy to see you Kurt, thank you so much for bringing my sons and daughter home safe and sound." Emma whispered
"I didn't have a choice Emma, I love you guys way too much. I missed you so much." Kurt replied as he hugged the woman back. It was then that Emma pulled back but before she could speak Sebastian was answering for her.
"Kurt we only left because I thought it would keep you safe. I never meant to hurt you, none of us did. Please believe me babe, I love you so much and I'll spend the rest of our time together making it up to you." Sebastian pleaded as he pulled Emma from Kurt and replaced her arms with his and kissed every inch of the human he could reach.
The words held nothing but sincerity as well as Emma and Sebastian's eyes but Kurt still held onto to the action
"I want to believe you Sebastian, I do but it was so easy for you to leave."
Before Sebastian responded Emma excused herself and told the couple that the family would be waiting for them in the living room. Once the door was closed Sebastian kissed Kurt with as much passion as the vampire could summon. Turns out the absence of their kisses and the meaning Sebastian was trying to rely was well received until they had to part for the human to take a breath. As soon as Kurt was okay Sebastian was speaking again.
"Babe, leaving you was the hardest thing I've ever had to do. It hurt me just as much as it did you and yes I caused our pain but I promise you I will never fail you again." Kurt knew that if Sebastian could cry he would be and the love in the kiss and his lover's eyes was enough for Kurt to truly believe. Their lips once again locked in a heated make out session till another though entered Kurt's mind forcing him to part from Sebastian's lips.
"What is it Kurt?" Sebastian asked as Kurt began to lead Sebastian down the hall towards the stairs where the couple descended into the living room where the Smythe's were waiting. Once Kurt stopped in front of the whole family he faced the love of his life.
"If you really mean that then you will do something for me."
"Anything just name it." Sebastian instantly responded
"Turn me, make me a vampire." Kurt's answer caused a couple gasps and Sebastian's eyes to widen to great length. After several seconds Sebastian came out of his shock and addressed his boyfriend.
"Kurt you don't want that."
"Yes I do Sebastian, please you promised." Kurt pleaded yet it seemed Sebastian had gone from shock to building a wall of authority and stubbornness.
"Babe, I can't." Sebastian replied yet his answer didn't deflate Kurt's drive to get what he wanted, turning to the Smythe's he addressed the family he loved and hoped this would work in his favor.
"You all know I love Sebastian and I love all of you with all my heart. It would mean everything to me to became one of you for all of eternity, not to mention the Volturi expect it. Yet me boyfriend says he'll do anything for me yet he refuses to do this, well that won't stop me from turning if one of you does it for him."
Kurt's speech was quickly stopped by Sebastian rushing in front of the human and gently grabbing his arms.
"Kurt what are you doing?" Sebastian asked
"Doing what needs to be done Sebastian, I will be one of you whether you like it or not. We will spend all of eternity together whether you change me or not, so how about guys? How about a vote to see who agrees to me being changed?"
Sebastian was about to protest but then Will's hand was on his son's shoulder and looking around at his mom and siblings Sebastian knew this vote was going to happen whether he wanted it to or not.
"That sounds like a good idea Kurt, I'll start off first by saying yes to you turning and if Sebastian doesn't want to do it I will be happy to and call you my son." Will said and before Sebastian could protest the others were voting.
"I vote yes to you turning." Quinn said
"As do I." Sawyer answered which was followed by Lauren.
"Hell yeah, he's going to be one of us."
"Of course I agree to you turning." Mercedes said
"I say yes." Sam replied following Mercedes
"Of course you are going to change Kurt, we love you!" Brittany answered
"My vote is yes as well, I love you little brother!" Puck announced after that it was Santana's turn
"Kurt I love you but I agree with Sebastian that you don't know what you're signing up for I'm sorry but my vote is no." Santana said with guilt in her eyes, finally the last vote was Emma's who quickly embraced Sebastian.
"I know you don't want this right now Sebastian but I know you'll change your mind so I'm sorry if you think I'm betraying you but I say yes to Kurt being changed." With that the votes were tallied up and Kurt was thrilled that he was indeed going to be changed. Sebastian's reaction was not one of happiness though but one of despair, looking at Emma the vampire broke his silence.
"Mom why are you doing this to me? You know what this means." Emma only held her son again before speaking to the entire room though it was addressed to Sebastian
"Sebastian I love you, and you've decided not to live without Kurt, this is the only way I get to keep two sons I love more than anything." The red headed woman replied.
Thirty minutes later Sebastian was driving Kurt home, the human explaining that he wanted to wait till after graduation so it would be easier on his family. Just then Sebastian slammed on the braked while grabbing Kurt to make sure no harm came to the human as Kurt found what had caused the sudden action. There in the middle of the road stood a shirtless Blaine who motioned for Kurt to follow him before taking off into the forest.
"Give me a minute to talk to him." Kurt said to his boyfriend before exiting the car and walking in the direction Blaine had gone. Not a minute later he was face to face with his friend who seemed to be checking him for injuries.
"Still alive I see." Blaine said with a glare though it didn't seem directed as Kurt, it was more towards whatever was behind the human
"Blaine here thinks I've been keeping you away from him." Sebastian's voice replied behind Kurt before the human could reply Blaine was shaking with anger.
"You stay the fuck out of my head asshole." Blaine's angered response however wasn't met with hostility from the vampire
"Blaine, before you say anything I want to thank you for keeping Kurt safe when I couldn't." Sebastian's words however only seemed to annoy Blaine
"Fuck right you didn't and neither was it for your benefit." The werewolf snarled
"Still I am very grateful, yet you need to know I am back and not planning to leave unless Kurt says so." Blaine was becoming angrier and angrier by the minute and when Sebastian turned to walk away Blaine snapped.
"Hey fucker, don't you forget about a key part of our treaty!" Blaine shouted and that caught Kurt's curiosity
"What part?"
"If one of them bites a human, our truce is over and all bets are off." Blaine replied though his eyes never left Sebastian. It was then that Kurt realized what Blaine was saying and anger entered his veins.
"That is none of your business Blaine! This is my choice, just leave it alone!" Kurt shouted and the werewolf's attention was brought back to Kurt.
"I won't fucking allow Kurt, you're not becoming one of them!" Blaine reached out and gripped Kurt's arm and tried to pull him towards him. It was then that Sebastian intervened and pushed the werewolf off the human and jumped between them. Once Blaine had recovered he began growling and shaking uncontrollably. It was then that Blaine transformed and began snapping at the vampire.
"Kurt get out of here." Sebastian's voice held authority one that wasn't meant to be taken lightly but the human wouldn't allow the love of his life and his best friend to kill each other. Before he knew it he had jumped between them and was begging them to calm down.
"Stop this right now!"
"Kurt I'm serious." Sebastian tried to reach for him but Kurt shook him off
"NO! You guys can't hurt each other without hurting me don't you see that? Please stop this!" Kurt pleaded with watery eyes it was then that Blaine settled down but before Kurt knew what was happening the werewolf had taken off into the woods, Kurt called for him but to no avail. The human stood staring into the distance before his boyfriend's voice was pulling his attention towards him.
"He's right about one thing, you shouldn't became what I am." Sebastian said staring into the human's eyes.
"I can't do this alone Sebastian and I will be turned whether you like it or not."
"Then give me three years."
"No Sebastian, I can't wait that long, please try to understand I love you, I never want to be without you." Kurt answered pulling the vampire into another heated kiss and with whatever passion flowed through their bodies as the kiss continued it seemed to send a message into Sebastian's mind as the vampire pulled away he had a beautiful smile on his face.
"Alright Kurt, I'll turn you but on one condition." Sebastian said laughing as the human jumped into the vampire's arms.
"Anything, just name it." Kurt said as he pulled away and then shock set in as Sebastian got down on one knee.
"Marry me." Those words brought shock but that only lasted for a minute before true happiness entered Kurt's heart and his eyes began to water.
"Yes, Yes, Yes I'll marry you!" With that another kiss forged their fate and the vampire swung the human around as their laughter filled the forest, neither realizing that their happiness was breaking a werewolf's heart not far from them.
AN: Okay guys there is the last chapter! Like I said the Eclipse sequel A Storm Is Coming will be up between June 5th and June 10th. I am working on about 5 other fics, one a Hunter/Kurt Hunger Games fic called Odds In Our Favor. The first two chapters of that will be up by tomorrow so check it out and don't forget to review!
