NOW, IT IS TIME TO TAKE ON THE BASE, YEAH, THAT'S WHAT IT'S CALLED, JUST THE BASE, NOT THE SECRET BASE, JUST BASE, BUT IT IS A REALLY COOL AREA IN WORLD OF LIGHT, LET'S GET TO IT, DON'T FORGET TO LEAVE A REVIEW.
Super Smash Bros Ultimate: World of Light
Pac-Man and Mega Man had just caught up with the fighters, as they approached a spirit fighter, this one was Snake, and the battle was going to take place at Shadow Moses Island, and the battle began, Snake took out a grenade, pulled the pin and threw it, making it explode in front of the fighters, Mega Man shot a Crash Bomb at Snake, who simply dodged and pulled out his RPG 7, and shot a missile at Mega Man, which he barely dodged, Paper Mario ran up and tried to swing his hammer, but Snake rolled out of the way, right in the way of Pac-Man's attack, as Pac-Man threw a fire hydrant onto Snake, which sent him to the left of the stage, Pac-Man picked up the fire hydrant and threw it right at Snake, doing a lot of damage, and sending the fighter bouncing off the wall, and up into the upper part of the arena, Paper Mario jumped up to Snake's location, and grabbed him, before throwing him into the air, and letting him land down on a spike helmet the paper fighter wore. Marth jumped up to the upper level and did a sword uppercut move, doing some damage, and sending Snake up into the air, as he landed on Inky, who was summoned by Pac-Man, and was sent out of the arena. Once the fighters were done with the spirit battle, they explored more of the base, and went straight up north, coming upon some sort of laser gate, with the number 2 on it.
"Hm, 2, that should mean there are something with a 2 one it" Mega Man said, "Yeah, but can't we just walk through it, I mean, it doesn't look harmless" Pac-Man asked, as Paper Mario tried to walk through, though once he touched it, he got zapped with electricity, sending him back a few feet. "Oh, well, comment retracted" Pac-Man said, as the fighters started to turn around, only to be met by a laugh, "You guys are so stupid, just walking straight into the laser gate" the voice laughed, the fighters got in fighting stances, as they looked around for the source of the voice, "Who are you" Marth asked, "Why, it is I, prince of all evil, prince of awesomeness, and king of kicking butt" the voice said, as a spotlight appeared in front of them, revealing the next unawaken fighter, "Bowser Jr." Bowser Jr. said. "Oh, it's just Bowser's kid" Pac-Man said, dropping his stance. "Hey, I'm just more than Bowser's kid, you remind me of that stupid yellow ball with that star above it, gosh, I hate that thing" Bowser Jr. growled, as he pressed a button in his clown car, and out popped two boxing gloves. "Any way's, this is the end of the line for you, why, because I'm going to beat you up" the prince of the koopa army said, as he charged towards Paper Mario, and punched him, and with that, the world turned into Isle Delfino, and the battle began. Paper Mario got up of the ground and ran towards Bowser Jr. and started to preform a few jumps, doing a little bit of damage, as Bowser Jr. used a fork to stop the paper fighters jumping attack, and the unawaken fighter used the clown car's propeller to attack, and doing some damage. Paper Mario preformed a ground pound attack once the unawaken fighter's head was showing, doing some damage on Bowser Jr.
"What do you have in there, a bunch of bricks" Bowser Jr. growled, as he shot a cannonball at Paper Mario, the paper fighter dodged the attack and slammed his hammer down onto the head of the unawaken fighter, doing a lot of damage, "Stop going for my head" Bowser Jr. yelled, as he floated into the air, and pressed a button on the clown car, as the propeller popped out a drill, and it drilled down onto the paper fighter's head, "Now you know how it feels" Bowser Jr. laughed, until he realized he wasn't drilling Paper Mario anymore, probably because he saw the paper fighter, charging up a K.O hammer, he succeeded with the hammer attack, and Bowser Jr. was knocked to the far left of the stage. "I YIELD" Junior yelled, as his eyes returned to their normal color, and he collapsed to the floor, and the two fighters transported back to the base. Paper Mario cautiously made his way over to Bowser Jr., who was still out cold, "Let's leave him, he's a villain, he's probably going to run off and do something really bad, and get us killed" Pac-Man said, "But, we may need him, that clown car of his may come in handy at one point" Mega Man said, "Yeah, it will come in handy of helping us to our death, let's leave him guys" Pac-Man said, Paper Mario wasn't listening to the other fighters argue and took out a 1-up mushroom, and promptly giving it to the son of Bowser, waking him up instantly. "Ow, my head hurts, where am I" Jr. grumbled, getting off the koopa clown, and looking around, "Great, he's up, yippee" Pac-Man sighed, making Bowser Jr. turn around to see the fighters, "Oh, it's just you guys, go make yourselves useful and help me get out of here" Bowser Jr. said, walking behind a wall, "No offense" Bowser Jr. said, peering out of the wall he was behind.
"Were not leaving" Pac-Man said, "Okay, fine, I'll leave by myself" Junior growled, "Maybe you should stick with us, it's kind of dangerous out there, you'd be safer with us" Marth said, "Safer, with YOU, nice joke" Junior chuckled, "See, this is why we should have just left him, the only thing he cares about is himself, isn't that right" Pac-Man said, "Uh NO, I care about other people to, my dad, the army, the koopalings, I had a whole adventure about it, and I learned to care about people" Junior retorted, "I don't believe it, look, if you want to stick with us, fine, if you want to leave, also fine, just don't die alright, Bowser would kill us if we told him that your dead" Pac-Man said, walking the other way, "Look, just stick with us for right now, we'll take you to your dad, and then you can do whatever you like" Mega Man said, as he joined up with Pac-Man, the other fighters followed, Bowser Jr. stood there for a few seconds, then following a little bit after, stopping to get his clown car first. The fighters approached some sort of meeting area, as they saw some sort of computer, well, it looked like a huge see through capsule, but it had a keyboard and everything, they were about to access it until they were approached by a spirit fighter, this one was Kirby, and the battle was going to take place at Golden Planes, and the battle began, Kirby was at least a little bit taller than the fighters, and he would jump around and occasionally punch after a while, Bowser Jr. started to rapidly punch Kirby, and sending him to the left of the stage, Mega Man shot a few pellets, then doing a slide attack, which Kirby got hit, and was promptly destroyed, then, a larger Kirby came into the picture, doing the exact same as the Kirby before, jumping around and occasionally punching, Paper Mario used a hop slipper battle card, and repeatedly jumped on the Kirby, doing some damage on jump at a time, Marth did a few sword jabs, before using his dancing blade move, and ending the battle with the second Kirby, the next Kirby came into view, this one was a larger ne, and it would attack by turning itself into a rock, and slamming down onto the stage, Pac-Man did a few punches once Kirby got out of his rock form, then threw a cherry at Kirby, sending the fighter to the right of the stage, letting Bowser Jr. use a saw that appeared out of clown car's mouth, and damaged Kirby a little, and Mega Man sent out his leaf shield, then using a slash attack, and a crash bomber, doing a lot of damage, and ending the battle.
The fighters proceeded to activate the computer, which made it turn blue, and deactivate the laser gates with the number one on them. "Well, great, it's the wrong, number, we need the second one" Pac-Man said, the fighters turned around and explored more of the base, finding the next computer, this one had four keyboards, and it took all four of them so that it could work, it did, and the laser gates with the number 2 opened, the fighters headed back to the area, only to be confronted by a spirit fighter, and two more laser gates. The spirit fighter turned into Waluigi, and the battle was going to take place at Wrecking Crew, and the battle began. Waluigi started off with a hammer, and was also with Mario in a builder outfit, Paper Mario ran up to his counterpart and whacked him with a hammer, but Mario dodged and did a leg sweep, followed by a few fireballs, then a kick, doing some damage on the paper fighter, Pac-Man managed to attack Waluigi and steal his hammer, and using it against him, doing a lot of damage, and sending the fighter to the left, for Marth to charge up a sword jab, and stab Waluigi in the back, sending the spirit fighter out of the arena, Paper Mario and Mega Man were about to finish the other spirit fighter off, as Mega Man did a slide, and Paper Mario used his hammer to slam the spirit fighter right into Mega Man's uppercut punch, ending the battle. The fighters headed back and went to the west this time, heading to a more open area, with a spirit fighter right in front of them, this one was Infinite, and the battle was going to take place at Gamer, and the battle began. Infinite shot a few blasts from his hands, then rushed in and did a few punches, sending the fighters a few feet back, Bowser Jr. pressed a button and his clown car sprouted wheels and two exhaust pipes, and he rushed in and knocked Infinite to the right of the stage, as Mega Man charged up a blast from his arm cannon, he fired the blast, which Infinite seemed to dodge and summon some cannons, which fired at the fighters, Mega Man was hit by one of the cannons, and Paper Mario took out a tail battle card, and sprouted some ears and a tail, and simply sent the cannon ball back to Infinite, who wasn't ready for the attack, and got hit right in the face, doing a lot of damage, and knocking the fighter out of the arena. The fighters moved on encountering the next spirit fighter, this one was Wario, and the battle was going to take place at Tortimer island, and the battle began, there were three Wario's for this battle, and they would crawl over towards the fighters and do ground attacks, Paper Mario made this easy, by charging up a few hammer swings, and knocking the fighters out of the arena, the fighters saw another computer up ahead, this one was guarded by a spirit fighter, this one was Sonic, and the battle was going to take place at Suzaku Castle, and the battle began.
Once it started, a hostile Assist Trophy appeared, this one was Sukapon, the Assist Trophy twirled around the stage, grabbing the closest fighter, which was Marth, and throwing him over to Sonic, who preformed a homing attack, doing some damage on the swordsman, Bowser Jr. shot a cannon ball at Sonic, who took a little bit of damage from the attack, Pac-Man grabbed Sukapon and threw him to the left, before throwing a cherry, and then turning into a head and chomping up Sukapon, doing a lot of damage, but not enough to send the Assist Trophy out of the arena, Paper Mario charged at Sonic and preformed a hopslipper jump, but Sonic moved out of the way and preformed a spin dash, doing a little bit of damage on the paper fighter, Mega Man shot a few pellets at Sukapon, then throwing a metal blade at the Assist Trophy, and then a slide, doing a lot of damage, and enough to send the Assist Trophy out of the arena. Sonic kicked Bowser Jr. right in the head, and then preformed a punch, which sent the fighter to the left of the stage, Marth used his dancing blade move, which did a little bit of damage to Sonic, and sent him to the left, as Paper Mario used up one of his thing cards, and the whole arena changed to some huge passage way, as a gigantic bone came into the picture, Paper Mario grabbed it, and threw it behind Sonic, and then pointed at the bone, as a huge gigantic chain chomp rolled in and grabbed the bone, and doing a lot of damage to Sonic, and ending the battle.
The fighters pressed the third computer, letting it light up, and making the fighters able to cross the gates with the number 3 on them, "Okay, now just one more" Mega Man said, as they ventured back to the middle of the base, and went south, heading over to the fourth computer, they activated, but, it didn't unlock the last laser gate, instead, it unlocked another one, "Great, another wrong one, this just keeps getting better and better" Bowser Jr. said, first, he had to work with these guys, then, he had to use these weird looking computer things, and now, it's the wrong one. The fighters traveled through the base, and finally, found the last computer, Paper Mario started to walk up to it, but got blasted out of the way from an explosive on the ground. "Typical fighters, don't know what's going to be ahead" a voice said, as the next unawaken fighter appeared, "Snake" Marth asked, as this unawaken fighter was Snake, "Snake, as in war soldier, and a fighter from the third tournament who was also apart of the subspace war" Mega Man asked, "I see you know your history of Smash" Snake complimented, "Okay, now that you're here, you can join our team, so hurry up" Bowser Jr. said, "Listen, I'll make you a deal, two against one, same rules, if you win, I join you, if you lose, you join he radiant one" Snake said, "Ugh, really… we've got to fight you so you can join our team" Junior grumbled, as he stepped up, "Ah well. Bring it on" Junior said, "I'll go too, I don't want my face to be clawed off by Bowser if I tell him your dead" Pac-Man said, as the area changed into Final Destination, and the battle began, Snake immediately pulled out his RPG-7 and shot a missile, Bowser Jr. shot a cannon ball at the missile, which made it explode, Pac-Man shot created a dot chain, and followed the chain, which attacked Snake, doing a little bit of damage on the fighter, Snake kicked Pac-Man, then pulled out a regular RPG, and fired it, doing some damage on the fighter, Bowser Jr. snuck up from behind, and pressed a button, the clown car spout out two drills, which drilled the side of the unawaken fighter, doing some damage, Pac-Man threw down a fire hydrant, and then proceeded to kick it, sending it over to Snake, who dodged it and rolled over to Pac, doing two punches and then a kick, doing a little bit of damage, Junior shot a cannonball at Snake, who dodged it and threw a grenade, as Bowser Jr. grabbed it and threw it back, letting it explode on the fighter, and for Bowser Jr. to shoot another cannonball, this time Snake was hit by it, and was knocked to the left of the stage, and Pac-Man finished it off, as he threw down another fire hydrant, and kicked it over to Snake, which hit him right in the back, and ended the battle, "I YIELD" Snake yelled, as his eyes returned to their normal color.
The three fighters were transported back to the base, as they were greeted by the other three fighters. "We turned off the final laser gate, now we can access that area" Mega Man said, "Great, we should wait for Snake to wake up though, he can be help us out" Pac-Man said, "Oh no, I'm not waiting forever for this guy to wake up" Bowser Jr. said, as he digged through the clown car, and found a mega phone, and pointed it towards Snake, "WAKE UP, WE HAVE TO MOVE" the koopa yelled, making everyone cover there ears, "God, why the hell did you do that" Snake yelled, "Because I was not waiting for you to wake up, now let's move" Bowser Jr. said, as he hopped in his clown car and drove off, "Sorry about that, we'll explain on the way" Marth said, as they caught up with Bowser Jr., the group had finally made it to the area where all the laser gates had blocked them off, only to be met with a laugh.
"You guys had made it this far, I'm impressed, not really" the voice chuckled, and the fighters got in fighting stances. "Who's there, show yourself" Snake said, "Of course, mercenary, for it is I, the great and powerful server for the radiant one" the voice said, as a paper person appeared, "MR. L" Mr. L announced, once Paper Mario heard the name, he jumped in front of the fighters and took a fighting stance, "Mr. L, pretty corny name, if you ask me" Snake said, "Shut up, anyways, we meet again, Mario, how long has it been" Mr. L said, "You know this… weird looking paper Luigi" Mega Man asked, Paper Mario nodded, "Yes, we do know each other, we have battle when he was trying to recover the pure hearts" Mr. L explained, "But, we finally meet again, but this time, I have a full proof plan, this time, the radiant one has supplied me with a robot that is bound to crush you to your demise" Mr. L said, as he pressed a button, and a rectangle fell from the ceiling, "Have fun dying by the newest invention by Mr. L" Mr. L yelled, before jumping away, "That guy shouldn't refer to himself in the third person" Pac-Man said, as the rectangle formed into a Rhino, and let out a horrifying roar. "Ah great, this thing again" Snake growled, "Why, what is this" Mega Man asked, "Galleom, he was one of the robots involved with the Subspace incident, Red and Lucas had fought it before" Marth explained, as Galleom shot some missiles, which the fighters dodged, Snake took out his RPG-7 and shot a missile, which hit the robot and did a little bit of damage, Paper Mario ran up and used his Eek hammer battle card, which did a little damage one whack at a time, Galleom turned back into a rectangle and used his rocket boosters to charge at the fighters, who jumped out of the way of the attack, Mega Man shot a crash bomber at Galleom, which hit him and did a little bit of damage, Pac-Man shot an orange at Galleom, and Marth used his dancing blade move, both doing some damage, Galleom grabbed Marth and started to squish him in his hands, Snake shot a missile at the hands, making Galleom let go, and for Marth to drop to the ground, Paper Mario used a hurl hammer, which hit Galleom right on the head.
That was when Galleom started to stomp the ground a turn red, before shooting out a few missile and then trying to punch the fighters, they all dodged the attack, Paper Mario ran up the fist once Galleom tried to punch the fighters, leapt into the air, and slammed his hammer down onto the head of the robot, doing a lot of damage, Snake threw a grenade, which exploded at the feet, leaving noting but a few wires there, Marth finished it off as he jumped and stabbed his sword right into an opening, cutting through most of the wires in the robot, causing it to exploded, and leave nothing but pieces falling to the ground. The fighters celebrated their victory as Mr. L came back into the picture, "Hm, you have bested Galleom, you smashers are full of surprises, but your surprises stop here, as I, the great and powerful, Mr. L, kill you" Mr. L said, as he started to throw bombs at the fighters, they dodged it, Paper Mario ran in for a few jumps, which did only a little bit of damage, Snake set down a C4, and waited for Mr. L to step on it, Pac-Man threw a cherry at Mr. L, who grabbed it and threw it back, doing some damage on the fighter, Bowser Jr. came in and used some ball chains to attack, it did hit Mr. L, but it only did a little bit of damage, Snake pulled out an RPG-7 and shot a missile, which hit Mr. L and sent him to the left. "Ugh, no fair, you guys shouldn't be able to use weapons" Mr. L said, as he quickly ran up and stole everyone's weapons, "Ha, what are you going to do without your pre-" he was at the right spot, as Snake pressed a button, and the C4 blew up, and Paper Mario jumped up and did a ground pound, sending Mr. L down into the ground, weakening him. "You… are quite something, it would be shame to use all my effort on you, until we meet again" Mr. L said, as he disappeared out of thin air. And with that, the entrance portal turned blue, and the second shield was destroyed.

"YOU WHAT" Galeem roared, "Master, I apologize for my failure, the smashers, they are way too strong, they destroyed Galleom, and they bested me" Mr. L explained, "Your job was to destroy them Mr. L, you have failed us" Dimentio said, snapping his fingers, and Mr. L turned back into a spirit and floated away. "That was your minion Dimentio, you should be punished" Galeem said, "Lord Galeem, forgive me, my expectations on him were foolish, but I've got a good idea" Dimentio said, as he snapped his fingers, and light erupted from a cremes, blocking a path for Mario's group, "They can't get to the third portal if they can't get to the island" Dimentio said, "Dimentio, you are forgiven" Galeem said.
