Sky POV
Ring Ring Ring…
"Someone answer the phone" Mandy Yelled from upstairs. I rolled my eyes and picked up the phone.
"Hello, Skylar speaking" I said formally.
"Skylar Blue, Good evening this is Dr Cullen. Would you mind coming over to my house so that I can check on your scars." Dr Cullen said. I scrambled to get a pen and paper.
"Sure no problem Dr Cullen, just give me your address." I said. I took down the address in a hurriedly scribble.
"Okay, see you in a few Dr Cullen." I said into the phone and hung up. I ran upstairs and got dressed.
"Ryder! Alex! Let's go!" I yelled in command. They both came down the steps shrugging leather Jackets on. Alex got the keys and the three of us hopped into the jeep.
"Why are we going with?" Ryder asked looking at me from the front seat. I sighed and sat straight taking in a breath.
"Well, firstly I hate vampires so you guys are back up. Secondly we need to steal my medical file" I said. Ryder raised his eyebrows.
"Why are we stealing your medical file?" Alex asked smirking slightly.
"Well, people like Edward or Bella will get nosy and want to learn things about me. If they get my medical file and do a background check on me things will get bad" I said.
"What do you mean?" Ryder asked scrunching up his forehead.
"Well Ryder, I fell off the face of the earth when I turned 10 years old. Meaning I have no record of me anywhere between 10 and 14. If they figure that out it will raise suspicions and we cannot have that." I said. Ryder nodded understandingly followed by Alex.
We drove silently the rest of the way. We drove a long way and up some mountain. I laughed internally thinking about how Jacob is going to flip I went over here without him knowing. We finally came across this huge and I hate to admit really beautiful house. Alex parked in front of the house. He got out and waited for Ryder and I took come around. We walked up to the door, the boys in the stances behind me with their 'poker faces' on. I knocked on the door.
"Leah is going to so kill me" I heard Ryder mutter and Alex stiff a laugh. I bit the inside if my cheek to stop myself from laughing. The door opened revealing the one and only… Bella, Great this is just my day.
"What are you doing here?" she asked and gave me a dirty look. I smiled sweetly and took in a breath so I wouldn't laugh in her face.
"Well Bella, I don't know about you but I was attacked by a very angry wolf. My scars need some check-up and I think my doctor lives here" I stated. She rolled her eyes.
"Carlisle isn't here" she snapped. She looked behind me and raised her eyebrows at Ryder and Alex.
"Who are they" she asked.
"My posse" I said bluntly. Ryder and Alex snickered from behind me while I smiled at Bella. Bella was about to say something when a tiny vamp with pixie hair came to view.
"OH! You must be Skylar, Carlisle will be here soon. You can wait in the living room. I'm Alice" She said sticking her hand out. I took her hand and shook it.
"I'm Skylar, well you already know that. This is Ryder and Alex" I said motioning to them. Alice smiled at them but received a firm nod from both of them. Alice frowned a bit but shrugs it off and led us to living room. Once in the living room there was a blonde dude, Edward and Bella who I had no idea when she got there.
"Well you already know Edward and Bella but this is my jasper" she said cheerfully and Jasper put his arm around her. Edward looked a bit pained.
"Edward are you okay" Bella asked touching his face. Ryder looked at me amused and wiggled his eyebrows.
"It's just that-" he stopped what her was saying and glanced at Ryder and Alex.
"Don't worry about it fangy. They know about you guys, they're imprints too" I said with a shrug. Bella frowned at the word imprint.
"It's just I can't read any of you three minds like it is painful to even try" Edward said frowning. Alex rolled his eyes.
"Well then don't" Alex said monotone. There was an awkward silence after that after a few minutes Carlisle walked.
"Skylar, let's head into my office and check on your scars" Carlisle said motioning us to follow. I shot a smile at Bella who scowled at me. I laughed a little and followed Carlisle. We walked into office the first thing you saw was a brown desk and a dark brown chair. There were paintings all around the office and I looked at one of their paintings. It was of the volturi, I smirked at the picture.
"Okay let's have I look" Carlisle said. I shrugged my jacket off. Ryder stood in front of me as I took my t-shirt my back facing Carlisle and my front facing Ryder.
"Well everything seems good, but I advise taking this cream so it can prevent infections" Carlisle said and I put my shirt back on and took the cream. He was jotting things down in a file.
"What is that" I asked in a curious tone. Carlisle looked up at me and smiled.
"This is your medical file" Carlisle said. I smiled.
"Oh" was all I said and Alex watched intently as he put the file in the draw on the desk.
"Well if that is all Dr Cullen, I shall leave you to your family" I said politely.
"That is all dear. Have a good day." He said just as politely. I shook his cold hand. I walked out the house with Ryder and Alex in tow. We walk to the car our backs towards the front door. I tapped Alex twice. His eyes started to glow and he shook for a millisecond. He opened his jacket and I saw my file in his side. I smiled and turned around, I wiggled my fingers at Bella and she sneered in my direction.
"Good job boys" I cheered as we crossed the border to la Push.
"That was so awesome. I felt like a secret agent or something." Ryder said popping his collar. Alex hit his head and lost control of the car. My eyes glowed and my mind focused on the wheel and we regained control.
"Watch it Alex" I scolded and Alex mumbled sorry.
"So I hear your man is going to his other women's grad party that started 3 minutes ago" Ryder teased wiggling his eyebrows.
"Keep talking pretty boy and I'll spill to Leah where you've been." I challenged. Ryder narrowed his eyes.
"Shut up" Ryder said and rolled his eyes at me. We stayed quiet the rest of the way to Emily's. Ryder humming to songs from time to time turns out he is a pretty good singer.
"Hey" I said as I walked in, Alex went over to Annabelle and wrapped his arms around her from behind while Ryder walked over to Leah and started poking her while she glared at him.
"Hey Emily, so what did you think of the place?" I asked once in the kitchen. She looked up from icing cupcakes and smiled excitedly.
"Well, that huge room at the back, we can turn that into the kitchen and knock off the actual kitchen to create more eating space." She said. I thought about it, it would make the diner really bigger and with a new paint and things it will look good as new.
"Yeah it could work, wanna know what I want to name it" I said wiggling my eyebrows and grabbing a cupcake.
"What?" Emily asked raising an eyebrow.
"Wolves Den Diner" I said and the pack that was present burst into laughter.
"Really?" Emily asked with an 'are you serious' face.
"Uh huh, it would be totally cool" I said ad shoved the cupcake in my mouth. I looked around a noticed half the pack wasn't actually here.
"Where's Mandy?" I mouthed to Andy who was playing cards with Brady.
"Paul" he mouth back. I smirked and leaned back into the couch. Suddenly my head started spinning. I got up and went to stand on the porch.
"Sky" a voice whispered in my head. What the hell is happening?
"Jessica?" I thought back and images of an army with blood red eyes ran through my head. A clearing in the forest popped in my heard, snow everywhere along the ground and far away from both towns.
"You have the information, now do something" Jessica voice boomed in my head, all the buzzing was gone and I fell to the ground. The fog in my head cleared up and I linked my teams mind together.
"Everybody home now!" I commanded. The boys and the twins came out and wordlessly got into the car and we drove home. Mandy was standing leaning against the front door arms crossed and she looked pissed.
"What the hell is so god damn important?" she asked. I gave her a stern look and she shut up.
"Okay follower me." I said tensely. They followed me silently as we walked into the forest. I could feel their agitation as we kept walking deeper, higher into the forest. Finally we made it to the field. I turned to them and they stared at me confused.
"There is an army of new-borns coming here soon." I said looking around the clearing. They looked shocked and nervous.
"Are we fighting?" Ryder asked. I chuckled hushly.
"Nope, we can't it's not time yet for them to find out about us." I said dismissively still looking around the clearing.
"Let's get to work" I said clapping my hands. They looked at me like I had grown an extra head.
"What are you talking about?" Katie asked scrunching up her face as she scanned the area.
"Okay, we are going to make sure that this army does not cross a 3 mile radius from the clearing, if they do, we come in and snatch those ones." I explained.
"Okay Amanda put up a shield 3 miles from the clearing" I said, her eyes started to glow a bright blue. A clear force came spreading out of her hands, as it got bigger Amanda became stronger. The shield was up and blended with its back round.
"Now Mandy will know who enters and who leaves." I said as we begun to walk back.
"When is it?" Andy asked. I shrugged.
"I don't know all I got was a heads up. Oh and Mandy ,Alex and Ryder, you three will be hiding out and making sure that vamps don't cross our border.' I said.
"Yes boss" Ryder said with a smirk and I glared at him.
"Whatever, lets head back to Emily's" Amanda said clearly annoyed with everyone.
"So joyful" Ryder muttered which earned him a thump on his head. I rolled my eyes and we got back into the car this time taking two and headed to Emily's. When we arrived I was yanked out the car and wrapped into strong warm arms and smushed against a chest.
"Uhm J? Can't breathe" I muffled into his chest. He loosened his hold but didn't let go.
"What happened?" I murmured. He rested his forehead on mine and then kissed my forehead.
"There is an army of vampire new-borns coming after Bella." He said. I stared at him with disbelief; this whole mess of an army is because of Bella. Right now I want to kill her myself.
"And?" I asked knowing there is more to this story.
"The pack is going to help" Jacob said. The pack is fighting, sure they are built for this but these are new-borns, they are stronger, faster and reckless other than vampires that have lived for a while.
"Hey, if we don't fight then they might cross the border and hurt you. I won't let that happened." He said tensely, jaw tight. I gave him a brief smile and put my head on his chest.
"Just be careful. Okay" I whispered to Jacob. I hugged him tighter around his waist and squeezed my eyes shut.
"I promise. We are meeting the Cullen's tomorrow to strategize." Jacob said. I nodded dismissively and thought of an idea.
"Andy. Ryder. We are going to listen in" I thought.
OMG! ITS BEEN A LONG LONG RIDICULOUS WHILE ... I KNOW I'M SO SO SO TERRIBLY SORRY...
MY EXPLANATION. WELL YOU SEE I PLAY TOUCH RUGBY FOR MY PROVINCE AND THAT WAS LIKE FOR 3 MONTHS.
I KNOW STUPID REASON BUT I HAD TO PUT EVERYTHING INTO IT EVEN THOUGH WE LOST WE LOST WITH DIGNITY. AND WHEN WE WERE DONE WITH THAT TOURNAMENT I HAD TO PLAY FOR MY ACADEMY. WHICH WE CAME 3RD TO YAY!
