Fitz returns to his Law practice working cases and winning them during his lunch break he calls Olivia invites her for dinner she accepts provided she's home early. He shops his favorite grocer for a few items gets everything he needs arrives home carries the bags into the kitchen. Fitz stirs the vegetables to keep them from burning and flips the steaks he answers his daughter's question.

She waits for his invitation to come inside Fitz welcomes her inside takes the bottle of wine from her set it aside letting his eyes travel over every curve as she walks toward the living room. Olivia wore her favorite pink mini dress with white heels showing off her very tone brown legs. Her dark hair softly curled around her face her make up soft and light she was a vision of loveliness to him. " Hey something smells good she said walking toward the kitchen. Fitz said, " You hungry ? I have everything ready hope you like it. He placed the wine on the table looks through several cabinets for wine glasses nothing was where he placed it since Carrie and Don started washing dishes.

Fitz said, " Yeah sure. He finds the wine glasses and 2 plates handing them to Olivia to set the table she puts the plates on the table along with the wine glasses. Fitz takes the skillet holding the steaks places a medium well steak on Olivia's plate and medium rare on his along with season vegetables. Olivia grabs the basket of butter rolls brings them to the table she takes a seat while Fitz pours the red wine they each take a glass propose a toast takes a sip. Fitz lights the candles on the table they say a prayer before eating. Olivia cuts into her steak takes a bite savory the taste " This is a great steak just the way I like it how did you know ?
Fitz said, "Simple. I called your brother Benny well actually I called for you to find out how you prefer your steak. Benny answered you didn't so he told me how to cook your steak.
Olivia takes another bite so what else did he tell you ?
Fitz said, " That's all the rest I'll find out myself looking up from his steak to give her a sly smile and knowing look.
Olivia said, " We'll see about that Mister so tell me about your kids she notices their photos are everywhere in the house.
Fitz puts down his fork take a sip of wine places the glass on the table looks at Olivia " My kids are my life I have a 16 year old name Carrie and a 9 year old name Susie they stay with my ex-wife Gloria. My wife and I fell out of love with each other somewhere in our busy lives she got full custody of the kids leaving me with only weekends. Carrie left home or should I say was kick out because Gloria found out about her pregnancy and her boyfriend so they are living with me until Don leaves for boot camp he's going to Vietnam.
Olivia puts down her knife and fork pushes her plate away take a sip of wine thinking about the hurt Fitz must feel about his daughter's situation.
Olivia said, ' What is Carrie going to do when he leaves for Vietnam ? I'm sure she must be frighten with a child on the way. Fitz finished meal pushing his plate away he leans back in his chair " Carrie's getting married on Sunday at the justice of the peace. I would love it if you accompany me to the wedding. He leaves his seat walks over to Olivia takes her hand gently lifting her to her feet placing his arms around her waist his lips with in kissing distance. " Well what do you say ?
Olivia said, " Yes. I'll come stand by your side if you want me. She felt his lips on hers gently absorbing his kiss letting the warmth of his body embrace hers. He pulls away long enough to change the music to Nat King Cole soon the silky sound of Nat King Cole fills the room with " Unforgettable ".
