Okay, so here's an update. Writers block gone! So, I just wanted to quickly answer a few review questions before we continue the story.

Alice Gone Mad: This is what happens next.

Mistra Rose: Okay, this is sort of a spoiler but I'm keeping the the plot line of the movie... Yes, that means Hide is going to die. (Wow, that sound REALLY bad on how I phrased that.) As much as I hate to say it, it's important to a little character development for Echo. I'm sorry, but it has to be done.

Disclaimers: I do not own transformers. All rights go to Micheal Bay and Hasbro

Chapter Seven

The whole ride I followed behind the other Autobots, I tried to keep my processors blank and empty. If I didn't I knew I'd start thinking about Jazz. Just my luck though. I thought about him and a pang went through my spark. I can't believe he's dead. Shaking my head, I tried to dislodge the thoughts but it wasn't working. Instead, it made things worse.

Images started to flood from my memory banks. All of them included Jazz. The first was when we were still sparklings. We would goof off and annoy all the other bots around. As we grew older, we became more mischievous and started to do little pranks. I suppose those were the good times. Unfortunately, they didn't last long.

Before anyone knew it, Cybertron was at war with its self. Friends and family were turning on each other, taking sides. They'd be fighting one another to the death. Once great cities were turned to ruins, and homes were destroyed. The Civil War between the Decepticons and the Autobots was slowly killing our world.

Out of the two of us, Jazz was the first one to choose to fight. He joined the Autobots. It was probably about a stellar cycle till I saw him again. When I did, he convinced me to join too. Despite the circumstances, we both were excited that we got fight together.

Over the next vorn, Jazz and I worked our way up to different positions and became more comfortable with the life of a soldier. In that time, I had met both Ironhide and Ratchet. Ironhide and I immediately clicked, and he treated me as if I was his little sister. Ratchet? Well that was a relationship that took time. At first, I had made a nasty habit of visiting the med-bay on the base I was stationed at. Ratchet just happened to be the CMO. I'm sure half of the dents in my armor were formed from his wrenches. But despite how I seemed to annoy him, he began to become my friend.

"Erin." Sam's voice pulled me from my memories. I looked up at him, and saw that we all had stopped.

"Yeah?" I blinked, shaking the memories at the same time.

"We found the cosmonauts." Nodding, I opened my alt-modes door and stepped out. When I did, I caught the guys looking me up and down. Rolling my eyes, I walked towards the bar the cosmonauts went in.

"Boys, don't we have a job to do?" Simmons was the first to come back to reality. Blinking for a second, he nodded.

"Right." He lead the way as we walked through the seemingly abandoned building. We walked through the dim hallway till we came to a steel door. Simmons knocked on it, and a little slide opened.

"Do svidaniya."

"That means goodbye." The man on the other side corrected the formers agents Russian. Simmons shrugged at us. Rolling my eyes, I walked up and knocked again. This time when the man opened the slide, I smiled coyly.

"Kak vy dumayete, vy mogli by pozvolit' moi druz'ya i ya v? Pozhaluysta ?" While I said this, I pulled a twenty dollar bill out of my bra. As I did, I saw his eyebrows raise.

"Dlya krasivoy zhenshchiny, kak ty? Konechno." He took the money and opened the door. While the others walked in, I quickly kiss the man's cheek.

"Spasibo krasivyy." He simply nodded. Catching up with Sam, my friend gave me a curious look.

"When did you learn Russian?"

"Gde ya uznal vse yazyki Zemli, moy dorogoy drug. Vsemirnaya pautina." I smirked, laughing internally at the look on his face.

"What?" He looked at me, now shocked. "Never mind."

Quickly catching up with the others, I couldn't help but notice everything around me. The music was loud and there were plenty of women all dressed in very provocative ways. Seeing that, I couldn't help but shudder. Some times I find it hard to believe human females will lower themselves to do such things as this. Shaking my head, I turned my attention to Simmons. He was walking up to the Cosmonauts.

"Dutch, give me something tough." The formers agent's assistant searched through a Russian dictionary, trying to find a phrase. I couldn't help but roll my eyes.

"Nam nuzhna informatsiya." I spoke before he could say something stupid.

"We speak English." The ginger one said, giving me a slight smile. I returned it before gesturing to Simmons to sit. Just before he did, however, I heard him whisper to Dutch.

"Dutch, you suck."

"It's a cyrillic alphabet. It's like all the little buttons you don't push on a calculator." Needless to say, we all ignored him.

"Agents Seymour Simmons, Sector Eight, formerly Seven." He stated his title, and sounded just a little too proud to me. "We know who you are, Cosmonaut Chicks."

The bald one just glared at us.

"So what?"

"You were suppose to travel to the dark side of the moon, then," Simmons gave them a disappointed look, letting me finish the thought.

"It all got shut down."

"The question is why." He added, a serious look on his face. The lady beside the ginger Cosmonaut asked him something, that I couldn't catch, before she started to shout at the lady behind the bar. They were yelling so much that I had no clue what they were saying, but I knew it wasn't good. So I altered my holoform and a gun holster was on my thigh in a second.

The yelling got worse till guns were pulled out and pointed at us. The man who let us in drew his gun on me, and I quickly pulled out my own.

"Ne peremeshchayte."

"Ukus menya." I growled right back.

"Okay." I heard Simmons say as he stood up. The lady in the fur coat had her gun at his nose. She started to threaten him in Russian, and I just gave up with wanting to know what she was saying. Not like I cared anyways. "I'm willing to die for my country, are you?"

He responded. She just yelled at him. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Dutch turn around and the look on his face was creeping me out. The lady pointing the shot gun at him started to yell, and in a split second he turned and hit her gun to the ground and knocked her out. With her gun in hand, he pointed it at some one else.

"Dutch, back in the cage." Simmons ordered, his hands in the air. Actually, my own hands were like that too. What surprised me was when the German man pulled out another gun. "Halt Dutch, halt!" He tried again.

"Control your boy, okay? Control your boy." Sam sent him a glare and I slowly made my way over to Dutch.

"Dutch, stoppen. Beruhigen Sie sich und stoppen!" I said firmly, glaring at him. He looked at me for a second before he started to calm down. His arms shook and he dropped the guns.

"I'm so sorry, that is the old me." He apologized. Shaking my head, I dropped my hands and re holstered the gun.

"Let's everyone just calm down." Simmons suggested, trying to get things under control. "Let's lower the heat, lower the guns. World war two is over."

He continued, glancing at me. I nodded and looked at the Cosmonauts.

"We just want some information on something."

"You are about to see one of the biggest soviet secrets." One of the Cosmonauts explained as we followed the two of them through a dark and dusty hallway. "America is first to send man to the moon, we were first to sen camera."

He threw down a file as Sam sat down. I stood right behind him, so what ever information I could immediately get it to Ironhide.

"It land in nineteen fifty nine, to take picture of the dark, the shadow side." The ginger one started to explain. "Sees nothing."

No surprise. I nodded.

"But in nineteen sixty three, it sees-"

"Strange blocks." His colleague cut him off, holding pictures in his hand. "Around the ship. Hundreds of them."

He hands Sam the picture, and we both look at it. As soon as I did, my eyes widened.

"With some, drag marks." In piles, there were pillars, the ones Sentinel created.

"Sam."

I looked at him, and he nodded.

"I've seen these before," He started to explain to the cosmonauts. "They're not rocks, they're pillars." As he continued, I turned around.

"I'll meet you by the cars." I mumbled to Simmons, rushing to get outside. Thankfully, I was at my alt-mode in no time.

::Hide, I got an update.::

::I'm all audio-receptors.:: (Ironhide)

::I know where the other pillars are.::

The comm. link was quiet for a moment.

::Where?:: (Ironhide)

::With the 'Cons.::

As soon as I said that, I felt tension through the link, and I knew why. The worst case scenario was going through both our processors.

::They've had them the whole time!:: (Ironhide)

There was a growling tone to in his words, and I subconsciously nodded.

::And they're going to need Sentinel to activate them.::

I reminded him as I saw the other three leaving the bar. Sam was already talking on his phone. He must have come to the same conclusion, due to his body language, and was calling Mearing.

::Okay. I'll let Optimus know.:: (Ironhide)

::Just don't tell him I told you. Something tells me I need to stay hidden a little while longer.::

I quickly told him.

::All right. Be safe.:: (Ironhide)

::I will. Till all are one.::

:Till all are one.:: (Ironhide)

We repeated the old Autobot saying, knowing things were about to get interesting. Pushing myself off my alt-mode, I walked over to Sam.

"So, protecting Sentinel?" He nodded and we looked down the road. Sure enough the old prime was making his way over.

"Yeah. We need to meet Optimus." Sighing, I took a deep breath.

"Okay. Let's do this."
