I tried to go back to sleep for five minutes after she left, but without her scent I couldn't do it. How I've managed to do so until now in life is unfathomable after that short nap earlier. Her warmth and body was like coming home, something I never truly understood I suppose.
Giving up on sleep until I have her back, I went to go see if she was telling the truth about helping her sister. Frustratingly enough, she was. Though, instead of intercepting her sister time, I just watched her teach like it was second nature. It was incredibly adorable.
"Nee-san!" Peppy teleported in shouting. "It's time for practice, they'll be here tomorrow for you know what. Come on now, Miki is waiting."
"Do I have to be there? It's you three who are doing it."
"Suu can't do it today, and you know all of it by heart. So Come On!"
"Fine. Fine. Ami, do you think you can handle it from here?"
"Yeah sis, thanks!"
"Good girl. Okay, let's go."
They headed towards the studio from earlier and disappeared into the changing rooms. When they came back out, they were wearing matching dresses with wigs and different animal masks.
"Do I really have to do this?" The one in green asked, so I assumed it was Amu.
"Yes sis, now shut it and work it." Blue said with a smirk.
"I don't even sound like Suu, so why am I in her clothes?"
"Yours aren't ready yet, Joker-san."
"Spade, you have serious issues, I hope you know that."
"No, Clover has issues, otherwise she would be here." Red said in a mock serious voice.
"Shut up Heart." Both blue and green said after a pause.
Then they headed towards the recording room, where there was a strange man waiting for them.
"Hey Nikaido!" Red said happily while the other two just nodded at the man.
"Hey girls, where's my Suu?"
"Busy, but she sends her regards." Green said.
"Amu, why are you wearing Clover's clothes?"
"Apparently, Joker is on temporary hiatus. Right Spade?"
"Yup, her colour is hard to get, so I have to wait a bit before I can finish her dress."
"I see, well just grab Dia so she can learn the dance steps."
"K k." Red said.
"Which one we doin anyway Miks?"

And then it finished with one last measure of the upbeat music, with their dancing. They also ended with a cute pose.
Panting, Amu said, "I thought that was good, what about you Ikuto?"
I froze.
"We know you're there, you forgot to hide your presence man." Red said.
"I didn't, by the look on your manager's face."
"Nikaido is an owl, he always has a startled looking face."
"As offensive as it sounds, it's true."
I just shrugged as if this subject hardly mattered.
"Well?" Amu asked again, while still dressed in the green outfit.
"It was very cute?"
"Thanks." Was their mutual reply, though the tone differentiated.
"Are you guys gonna change? Amu looks uncomfortable."
"Fine." Blue said.
"You were about to make me wear this longer than needed weren't you?" Amu asked with her eyes narrowed. When did she take off her mask?
"Maybe," Blue said with a small smirk.
"You leave me with no other choice then." Amu said.
Then she pulled out a camera and took a picture of Miki. The girl didn't look bothered though, but where did she get that camera from?
"Great, I can't wait to show Yoru this," Amu said while looking at the shot she took. Now Blue looked disturbed by the picture.
"You wouldn't."
"Maybe."
"Fine, I won't force you into any more clothes this month."
"You do know I could mail this right?"
"Fine, I won't unnecessarily force you into any clothes."
"Thank you." She said before going off to change.
When she came back, she asked, "Why aren't you sleeping?"
"Because I missed your warmth," I whispered in her ear.
She turned red and glared at me, but she didn't say anything. Possibly out of fear of her sisters hearing.
"See you later girls, I'm gonna go for a run." Amu said.
"Can I come?" Red asked.
"No." Blue said.
"Why?" She whined.
"Because I need to start on your next outfit, and you are growing."
"Fine," she sighed, " Later Amu."
"Later sis."
"Bye guys," she said with me following her.
In the hall way she tried running again, but with her short legs it was easy to catch her.
"Let me go and quit following me you stupid pervert!"
"That isn't something nice to say Amu." I said while carrying her in the direction of my room again.
"Can't you just take a nap without me? I'm pretty sure you've done so before." She continued with her pleas.
"I have, but I get bored easily, and you're very entertaining."
"I hate you." She pouted.
"Sure you do."
"That's it." She then nipped me.
I just picked her up from under her arms, and gave her an inquisitive look.
"Did you just bite me Amu?"
"Of course not, but I did kick you." She said while doing just that.
Considering she put her full strength behind it, I was surprised into dropping her. She managed to land on her feet and took off running.
As soon as I got a good five meters ahead of him, I teleported another thirty before heading to the castle gate. I guess the guys were waiting, because Kukai and Daichi were just lounging against the wall. Oddly enough, to pass the time they were thumb wrestling.
"I guess you guys were really bored." I said.
"Hinamori!" They said while jumping apart and turning red.
"Where's Ran?" Daichi asked.
"Being tortured by Miks. I managed to get away by blackmailing her."
"Poor Ran." Daichi pouted while looking towards the studio.
"Anyway, let's go." Kukai said while trying to get the tension out of the air.
"Yeah, before I get caught again," I added under my breath. And we took off around the castle grounds.
"Hey, let's get something to eat while we're here."
"Gross Kukai, I'm not getting blood on my comfortable clothes."
"Yeah, cause that's what needs to be worried about in normal circumstances." Daichi muttered.
"Hey, I'm a Wolf, of course I won't be like other species who blanch at the sight or mention of blood."
"Not to mention she's a top ranking officer in our military." Kukai added on her behalf.
"Thanks Kukai," Amu said high-fiving her older brother figure.
"Still, a normal girl would be put off on the idea of hunting in general, it's usually the guys who do it."
"That's so sexist."
"It's true though! I mean could you imagine Ami, Dia, Miki, or Suu hunting?"
"I could imagine Suu if she's mad enough."
"True, but what about Ami, Dia or Miki?"
"Okay, I get your point, Ami and Dia aren't hunter material."

"She's an anomaly, you never know what she's truly capable of."
