Guuuuyyyyysssssss! QAQ I'M SO SORRY I HAVEN'T UPDATED IN WEEKS! I've been really busy with school and the musical coming up. And no, before any of you ask, I'm not in the cast of the musical. I would be, but I'm no good in front of crowds. I stay behind scenes, painting the backgrounds and walls n stuff. I paint some props, I mix paint, I wash brushes, I tape stuff, etc. And I've had a lot of homework, and it's no fun. T^T Today was like, the one day since I last updated that I actually had some free time.
Thank you guys so much for sticking with me so far, and hopefully you will all stay with me until the end.
^_^ Well, ON TO DA STOREH! XD
Well.. everyone needs a new beginning at least once.
Bunny and Katherine just got theirs.
Jack grinned, "Aw, come on Bunny! Quit sobbing!" He laughed. Bunny glared.
"Sh-shut up, ya drongo!" Kat just laughed. She felt truly happy. A huge burden was just lifted of of her shoulders, and she couldn't feel lighter. She patted Bunny's head.
"Come on. Let's go to Santoff Claussen. I'm in the mood for some eggnog." She grinned. Jack laughed as Bunny kind of made a disgusted face. Kat laughed and flew up into the sky, happily shouting: "Last one there is a rotten egg!"
Bunny just gasped as if what she said was taboo, and Jack laughed hysterically. Jack flew up and beside Katherine. She grinned at him, just barely hearing what Jack said.
"I think Bunny is frozen in shock of what you said!" He chuckled. She cackled.
"Well, then I guess he'll have to be the rotten egg!" She exclaimed, flying faster. Jack tried to catch up to her. but she was evidently using her powers of the wind element to greatly slow him down. He pouted.
"Hey!" He shouted. "You're cheating!" He called after her, not thinking she would here him. Oh, but she did.
"There are no rules!" She shouted back. He looked a little shocked.
"How did you hear me?" She giggles.
"Don't you remember? I told you before, I hear everything you say when you're using my wind." She explained, most likely not for the last time. He rolled his eyes.
"Yes, I remember. I still find is surprising. Does that mean you've been stalking me my whole existence?" He asked, smirking. She blushed deep red.
"I wasn't stalking!" She replied, but he decided to tease her a little.
"Oh really? Hm.. You hear everything I say.. does that mean you know everything I do?" He chuckled. She shook her head.
"No.. I only hear what you say when you're using my wind. And by the way, you always called me 'wind'.. why didn't you ever bother to ask me my name?" She changed the topic of conversation. To be completely honest, she was curious as to what his answer would be... if he answered. He should.. she didn't think it would be a hard question to answer.
Maybe it was.
"W-well.. I don't know. I never know you controlled the wind, I guess I always thought the wind had a personality of it's own, I never knew someone controlled it." He spoke honestly.
She allowed him to speed up on the wind so he could fly beside her. She looked at him. "Honestly, no one ever told you I control the wind?" He shook his head. She frowned a little. "That's disappointing." She remarked. He shrugged, taking her hand. She blushed lightly and looked at him. He smiled at her.
"I'm glad I met you the way I did. I seriously was not expecting anyone else to be at the South Pole and then.. well, there you were." He chuckled lightheartedly. She smiled, blushing a pale pink.
"I'm glad I met you too.. other wise, I may still be alone in the South Pole." She admitted. She giggled nervously and squeezed his hand lightly. He squeezed her hand back. They smiled at each other, their eyes meeting.
They both stopped moving, once again being in their own little world, where everything around them disappeared. He pulled her close happily, his arm snaking around her waist and his other hand cupping her cheek. She blushed lightly, both of her hands resting on his chest. He looked at her lovingly, and she did the same.
For the moment, only the two of them existed.
Everything was perfect.
Well.
Almost.
Of course, we all know who shows up to ruin the moment.
As he always does.
The Nightmare K*coughcough*ing.
He's not really a king.
We all know that.
He simply gave himself that title to seem more frightening.
It's really not scary.
In fact, the guy himself isn't even scary. He just looks like he hasn't slept or seen the sun in a thousand years. Which... is probably true.
Anyway, like I was saying. Mister Not-so-scary-but-somehow-manages-to-make-kids-afraid has once again, shown up to ruin everything.
He cackled evilly, "Oh, how sweet." He said mockingly. "My little daughter with her first true love... and her last." He smiles at first, then glares at the two.
They both glare back at him. Jack is about to confront him, but Katherine beats him to it. She smiles harshly. "Hello, bastard. I'm getting sick of dealing with you. Ready to die?" She laughs manically. Jack looks at her, a bit shocked that she sounded quite... insane.
Pitch laughs, "Watch yourself, you don't want to scare frosty away, do you?" Katherine ignores him and charges at him with Dark Light igniting from the palms of her hands. Pitch barely manages to dodge, since Katherine has incredible speed.
She speed steps behind him and punches his spine as hard as she can, which is pretty damn hard, especially with her Dark Light backing her up. Pitch shouted in pain, losing grip of his shadows and falling. Feeling temporarily satisfied, Katherine takes Jack and leaves, once again tucking away her powers until next she'd need them. They took off to their original destination before they were rudely interrupted.
Well, to Santoff Claussen they go.
