Hello everyone! I hope you have had a good week so far, mine is alright. Hope your week will be better (Lolz) Before we do anything. I've noticed how every time I post a chapter relevant to Po and Tigress, I get much more (positive) feedback than OC, Or other characters I made. I'm a little disappointed. Because, there is so much fanfiction out there that carries plenty of TigressxPo moments. This story provides Po and Tigress romantically, but the most realistically. Well, I'm trying to keep it realistic - It's hard. I would like an audience that would accept more intelligent writing about other characters than just Po and Tigress (Together). If you like TigressxPo, you will like this story, but simulation is not always the most desirable.

Thank you for those who respond to EVERY Chapter!

Chapter 10

The Preparation.

~~(Tigress's POV)~~

What I don't understand about Po, is that, He seems to forgive people quickly. Because, When he and Shen were on the boat, Po felt as if to forgive him and let Shen come to our side. Of course, that never happened. I just don't understand him. He's a nice guy and I understand that. I don't love him as he thinks I do, or the other furious five members. I find him as a good friend, but some people take our friendship too seriously. I'm annoyed. He's just my friend, a good friend, he's probably my best friend. Not everyone has to be a couple. I admire him, but in a friendly way.

However, If I had to choose a soul mate that would fill my slot for a companion. Then Po would fill completely. Undeniably, He would be my best option. Yet, there are others who can fill this slot as well. Not just Po, Of course, what I mean is that I can meet other people and have a better relationship than Po. I don't know who that could be, i'm not worried and it's none of my concern. I just need to focus on my real task. Finding my parents, for decades I've always just been a Kung Fu master, that's it. Just a kung fu master, nothing has ever interfered with my ability to learn anything else besides that. How selfish am I? Only caring for the art of Kung Fu. Never anyone else, just my self. How could I be so stubborn?

~~(No POV)~~

Tigress needed to encourage Master Shifu to let herself and Po go on the quest. She doubted Shifu would think it could be accomplished successfully, but she wanted to keep it nice and simple. Considering the fact, Shifu is Tigress's foster parent. It could be awkward to begin a conversation relevant to kin of Tigress with Master Shifu.

The feline knew Master Shifu was only meditating in the Jade Palace. The red panda had a tendency to meditate when time was slow or no tasks available. She happened to be marching up the steps to the Jade Palace, the sun was setting, and it wouldn't be long until they all had to departure for bedtime. She hastily strutted each stone step and finally reached the top of the stair case. She ran to the doors of the structure in a flash of light. She took a deep breath, opened the door, and strolled inside. Tigress promenaded towards Shifu, though no gestures were ever given by the red panda himself.

She stopped and sat down on the floors of the palace, waiting for Shifu to acknowledge her unexpected arrival. She knew he didn't desire to be interrupted while meditating. It wasn't long until Master Shifu sighed and broke the silence.

"What is it, Master Tigress?" He questioned. The red panda never turned around to see her. Tigress gulped and responded slowly. "I have a request," she said, "I would like to…." The rest of the sentence was never constructed and outputted to the conversation.

"You have a request for?" Master Shifu interrupted. She hesitated, she knew he would be disappointed to lose her for an unknown estimate amount of time. "I would like to travel somewhere, far from here." She announced. Shifu was silent, he grunted. "I understand, you may do so." He said. She smiled, but more meets the eye. "I also want Po to come along as well." She said. Master Shifu was a bit confused why he would need to go as well. Po was the Dragon Warrior. You only can have one at a time, it's not like you can have a vice president or co-king/queen for a Dragon Warrior. Master Shifu allowed Tigress to have Po come along as well.

Tigress thanked Shifu, left the Palace, and was on her way to bed. She would discuss this with Po in the morning. Luckily, Master Shifu granted her request so that she was able to travel all the way to the central areas of China where her parents may be.

~~Village of Wang~~

Longwei laid on his bed, the tiger was exhausted from forging weapons for customers. He had been pounding, smelting, straightening, and crafting all day, But the customers were happy. Which is what Longwei cared about the most. He was thinking about what Ming told him, the feminine tiger, and what happened at Gongmen City. The peacock, Lord Shen, was also a mystery to him. However, nothing will ever be so exhilarating than what happened to his home and most importantly, his wife. He would never forget what happened to his soul mate. Luckily, the daughter of their relationship was able to be free from those hostile kind.

~~Longwei's Memory (Longwei's POV)~~

The smoke from the entrance of my hometown was the symbol of genocide. Our guards were just not enough, I don't understand. Why would someone attack a peaceful village. We get bandits all the time, but this is tripled the pain. I gather my iron armor and of course of my sword. As i'm looking out my window, I can see more guards rushing towards the entrance. Other villagers were fleeing in the opposite direction the guards were going. My chest armor was intact, my boots were good. Perfectly fine, my shoulder guards were only leather, but chain covered my neck area.

My heart was pounding, I wanted to defend my hometown, and I had to this now. I gathered my items, placed them in a sack, and searched for my wife and my daughter. Of course, they were in the kitchen hiding. I couldn't see them like this, and I didn't want to.

"Please, you can't stay here. It's not safe" I tell them. My wife nods, she's holding our precious kitten in her paws. "I might not return, so head North on the path of Dao-ming." I tell her. She makes a shocked face, "Please, just come with-" She was interrupted as our door was banged on, as if someone was attempting to knock it down. I drew my sword, ready for attack. "Stay back." I tell my wife. She nods and heads back into the kitchen. I took a deep breath, readied my stance, and waited for the target to come in. It wasn't long until a wolf had smashed down the wooden door to our home, It shouted something as soon as it came in. "Ostanovka pryamo zeeds!" The wolf was speaking in some other language I wasn't sure of. I didn't care, I lunged at the intruder and was able to cut deep through his neck, splashing blood all over it's armor and the floor. The wolf responded by lunging at me with it's mace, I dodge it and shove my sword through its chest. Killing the wolf at that moment. It dropped to the floor, creating a pool of blood with it.

My wife stares at me in fear, I noticed that she covered our kitten's eyes in her chest, thank goodness. The fear in my wife's eyes was incredibly depressing. I couldn't look, but I had to. I simply nod, she nods back and follows me out the back door of our now abandoned home. Which will be wasted by the invaders.

"Longwei, you must come with me!" She worried. I looked at her in the eyes. "I have to defend the village for a little while, I will meet you on Dao-ming…I promise." I promised. She gave me a hug and I kissed our a little daughter's fury cheek. They two were away from the village before I knew it.

I turned towards the battle, guards rolling in to resist the invaders, yet there was so little they could do. I joined them in the fury, I sprint towards the gate like there's no tomorrow. My heart feels as if it's going to jump out of my chest. The adrenaline was something that I couldn't describe.

The invaders were rushing in the gates, some made it through in which I took care of them. The guards couldn't take them, as I try to take out more invaders. I notice behind the gate, a large dragon, cannon looking object about twenty-five meters away from the gate itself. I didn't know what it was, was it just a transport? Couldn't be, It looked like a weapon of some kind.

My thoughts were rushing, sword swinging, heart pounding, but I assumed the worst was going to happen as it did. The guards next to me, cower in fear. I found one of my friends that's a guard as well, "Longwei, you gotta' get out of here!" He yelled at me in fear. The rather small, but noble rhino dropped his mace and ran for his life. I didn't realize why until…

KA-BOOM! The weapon blew the gate down and invaders rushed in quickly. I decided to do what my friend did - Run. I withdrew my sword. A bit of armor and ran as fast I could. The extra armor slowed me down, I didn't look back. I just rushed to get away from the village as soon as possible.

~~(2 Days After Invasion)~~

"I hope our daughter will be okay. I just hope she'll find a home." My wife worried. I let out a sigh and hold my wife tightly as we sit on a rock, waiting for our transportation to arrive. Me and a citizen of our village had plans to meet up here in case of an emergency. The river flowed silently as my wife's tears did, I could only hug her and tell her it would be okay. It never worked. We had no place to take our daughter, Food was slim, and water? Well this river filled up my canteen.

The chill of the air rushed through my fur, it was a little cold. However, we still waited. I felt a nerve inside me though, as my wife held my paw ever so tightly. She opens her mouth as if she was going to say something. I just wait for her to say whatever.

"Longwei?"

"Yes?"

"Where are we headed? Or our plans?"

"Well, Me and a friend already had setup a plan to move North."

"Isn't that where the invaders were from?"

"It's actually safe where we're going. Don't worry. We'll get Tigress after this conflict goes away."

"Good, Can I ask you something?

"Of course."

"Who are those people who-"

My wife's eyes increased sized. I heard a smooth, cut noise, but unaware of what it was. I didn't know what was wrong with her. But my heart sank as I noticed a steel arrow piercing through her chest. Blood pouring out so quickly. I panicked, my mind was blown, I didn't know what hit her. Yet, behind us. There was a wolf with a bow and arrow. I only did what was best. The archer aimed at me, but I drew out my sword, Sprinted and lunged towards the archer.

The wolf tried to dodge, however, I managed to stab it in one of it's lungs. The archer screamed and kicked the back of my knee, which stunned me for a second. I crunched down and attempted to grab it. Yet, it only cowered away into the forest that was behind us the whole time.

I snarled for a moment, it wasn't necessary. So, I decided to see how bad the arrow hurt my wife. I threw down my iron sword, which clashed along the side of the river. I tumbled over to my wife by accident. She was breathing too fast. I told her to calm down.

"Longwei? Can you get it out of me?"

"I can, it will hurt though."

I raised her up a little bit. Drops of blood ported into my paw. I grab the arrow by the stick or stem, and pull as hard as I could. As it was going through, my wife screamed undeniably. Soon, a large, SOOP!, caused the arrow to be free of my wife's body. I only toss the arrow into the river without care.

"Longwei? It's not good."

She cried. Tears rolling down her tiger striped cheeks.

"You'll be fine."

"No, I'm not gonna' make it. You'll have to go without me."

She cries into my chest, as I hold her tightly. I also try to bandage her wound, it wen't through her whole chest, it would be quite difficult for someone to survive a strike like this one."

"Listen, Longwei, Get Tigress when you can, will you promise me that?"

"I promise."

"Thank you. I love you Longwei."

"I love you too. Jia Li."

My wife's eyes closed, her heart began to deplete. And the final tear slumbered down across her cheek. That was all of her breath, then. Anger and Deniable factors filled me so quickly. I didn't know what to do, Cry? Or Scream? It was both.

~~End Of Longwei's Memory~~

The tiger rolled over in his bed and tried to take a nap. It didn't want to ever think of what happened to his wonderful and wise wife he had. The only hope for his family was his daughter. He hasn't checked the Bao Gu Orphanage in years. It was time he did so.

That's all for this chapter, I'll get another chapter (Hopefully) by the end of this weekend. Thanks! Review! And take care!
