Bonnie hit the surface of the water like she was hitting concrete and then she quickly started to sink. She panicked when she realized she couldn't breathe and began to struggle. Her lungs were burning and she could feel the pain and pressure on her chest and when she couldn't take it anymore her mouth open.

Bonnie realized what was about to happen and started to swim as fast as she could even if she didn't know if she was headed to the surface; all she knew was that she needed air. She could feel herself start to faint. Her lungs screamed their need for air and when her vision started to fade to black she broke the surface of the water and deeply inhaled.

Caroline was still holding Bonnie in her arms when Bonnie's body rose on it's on as she took a deep inhale as a burst of power shot through her and out like a bomb. Bonnie was confused as she looked into the night sky above her and yelled, "Henrik", before collapsing back into Caroline's arms unconscious.

They were waiting by the cars when they heard Bonnie scream out a name they haven't heard in such long time that Kol and Elijah forgot to make sure to hold on to Klaus. Breaking free from his brothers Klaus raced to where Bonnie was. As he tried to step closer to her and his family he was repelled backwards and was slammed into a tree with so much force that the tree shattered. Easter felt the power of the unborn child pulsing.

Bekah stood up and took a protective stance in front of Bonnie and her friend while his mother and his brother Finn stood alongside her. When he righted himself he saw that he brother Elijah and Kol had caught up and stood behind the girl who had Bonnie in her arms.

"Is this how you all going to be? You can't stop me from being with her or stop me from what I want to do. And what I want I get!"

Bekah stood her ground, "That may be true, Klaus, but tonight you will learn that all spoiled brats get what they deserve as well." At her final word she rushed at her brother and the fight was on.

As their bodies collide Caroline quickly gathered Bonnie closer to her and stood up. They had walked to the woods from her house and she knew that was a safe and closer place to take her. She watched as the older blonde vampire and the asshole that bite her friend fight. The blonde had anger on her side, but Care could tell that the male was much stronger. Just as the woman was losing her ground she watched as one by one the others got into the fight.

Care started to back up and knew that she had to get away from them and fast. The witch that had helped save Bonnie came to her, "You must leave now. Go take your friends and take her somewhere safe. There are people searching for her, help is on the way."

Nodding at her in understanding Care spoke out loud knowing that Tyler would hear her, "Take Matt and meet me back at Grams. We need to get Bonnie home."

Running off Care moved fast, but not as fast as she would have liked because she feared that if she did she would hurt Bonnie more and the pregnant girl was already hurt enough. As she ran she sensed other people in the woods the closer she got to her destination and recognized one of the scents as Grams'.

Quickly making her way to the group she slowed her pace as she was able to get closer to them and called out, "Grams".

Shelia stopped in her tracks, "Care, what's going on. What happened to Bonnie," she asked as she looked towards the girl and the limp body she was holding in her arms.

"He attacked her," was all that Care could get out.

"Who attacked her," Shelia asked.

"It was the Great Hybrid," Caroline answered as more tears started to trek down her face.

Seeing her daughter unconscious in the young vampire's arms Abby stepped forward and laid her hand over Bonnie's heart. The beat of her heart was slow, but strong. Abby allowed her power to start to flow through Bonnie when she was repelled backwards. Shaking her stinging hand she looked towards her mother for answers.

Shelia shook her head lightly and then said to Caroline, "We need to get her to the house and now."

Nodding her head Care started her pace again back towards the house. She had seen the people with Grams and she knew who they were based off what Bonnie had told her, but she still had questions of why they would show up now.

What only took minutes, but seemed like hours Caroline was able to rush Bonnie up to her room that was in her grandmother's home and laid her on the bed. As she made sure that Bonnie was comfortable she started a metal checklist in her head in what needed to be done and started getting hot water, first aid supplies, and clean towels. By the time that the others made it back into the house and up the stairs she had already started on removing Bonnie's clothing.

Sniffling Care said, "I need help Grams."

Shelia seeing the state of her grandchild and friend went to the bed and began to help Care take care of Bonnie. When they were able to finally get her down to her underwear both woman began to check over her body for any damage. As Shelia went to inspect Bonnie's legs she heard a gasp. Turning her head she looked towards her daughter and saw that she was staring at Bonnie with her hands over her mouth.

"She's pregnant," Abby stated as she looked at her daughter's stomach that was showing the signs of a woman entering onto her second trimester. "That's why I was repelled back. Her child is protecting her."

Shelia just nodded her head in answer and went back to tending to Bonnie. After she and Caroline finished washing Bonnie she asked the men to leave so that they could finish undressing Bonnie's limp form and put her into fresh garments.

"There are no wounds. No signs that she was even hurt. How is that," Care asked as she went to Bonnie's pajama drawer and pulled out a loose fitting shirt and short and then moved to the underwear drawer to pull out some panties.

"It's the child. Not only is he a witch, but he is also a werewolf and vampire," Shelia explained.

"He's healing her," Abby stated as she finally moved over to Caroline to take the garment she collected. "May I," she asked.

Caroline's nostrils flared as she stared Abby down. She didn't want this woman who abandoned Bonnie when she was a baby to help in any way. She was beginning to back away from her when Abby added, "Please." Caroline turned her head to Shelia who nodded her head at her and reluctantly she handed the clothing over to Abby.

"Thank you," Abby said.

Caroline she crossed her arms over her chest as she watched the older woman walk over to Shelia and Bonnie and began to dress her daughter as Shelia murmured to Bonnie's plump stomach, calming the child within as his emotions started to flare out again. As she watched the scene pay out before her she prayed that her best friend and sister would just wake up, but as she prayed Bonnie just laid there unmoving and she closed her eyes to block it out.
