You can slap me now. I've procrastinated too long with writer's block. Go on... Oh wait... I don't think your hand fits through the computer. So I'll slap myself. BAD MORGAN!

so here's what you've all been waiting for... I'll try and update weekly which will be on Wednsdays.
After fighting off a dozen skeletons, Alex was tired. She just had to keep going though. They had gotten into the castle and made it through six or seven corridors with no luck.
"Alex," Cole said, catching up to her. She'd ran ahead of them for some reason. "How do you even know that..."
"I just do!" Alex snapped. She turned away. "Please just trust me. We need to hurry. The sooner we find him the sooner we leave."
"Alex, are you all right?" Zane asked, sensing something more was wrong.
"Seriously, I'm fine," Alex assured them. "We just need to find Lucas."
"You don't seem okay," Kai muttered.
"Kai, lay off her," Lloyd said. "We're all a bit worked up from fighting."
"Yeah," Jay agreed. "We just need to stay calm and..." They went around another corner. "How many corridors are there here?!"
"Seventeen," a shy voice said. "The number of the Underworld." They turned to see a girl, about Alex's age, who had bleach blonde hair tied back in a bun. Her skin was pale and her eyes were light blue. She wore an icy blue ninja suit. She kept her distance for a moment, but then took a few steps forwards.
"Oh... Uh..." Zane stumbled to find the words. "Its nice to know there's someone down here to navigate. We're..."
"The ninja," the girl cut in. "Cole, Jay, Zane, Kai, Lloyd, and Alex. You're here looking for someone, but I couldn't see..." She frowned slightly.
"Lucas Garmadon," Alex said. "We're looking for Lucas, do you know where he is?"
"Yes, but Alex you should calm down," the girl warned. "Getting worked up will make things worse."
Alex's cheeks turned red as she looked at the ground. "You don't know anything about us," she mumbled.
"But I do," the girl corrected. "My name is Zoey Julien. I'm a seer."
"What do you see?" Jay asked.
Kai slapped Jay in the back of the head. "Dumb question," he snapped.
Zoey smiled a little. "No, it wasn't. A seer is someone who can see the future, but I can also see the past and other occurrences in the present." She paused for a moment. "Now back to looking for Lucas. I know I should've recognized you." She looked straight at Alex. "Lucas mentioned his sister a few times."
"Great," Alex mumbled. "Where is Lucas?"
Zoey hesitated. Her eyes turned pale white. "Skeletons," she said, monotoned. "A... t-test."
"What's that mean?" Cole asked.
"We need to hurry," Zoey said, her eyes turning back to normal. "Just follow me."
They took off down the corridor. They turned down another, and then another, and then another. Zane tried to keep track of where they were going, but there wasn't anything marking the corridors. They all looked exactly the same. Finally, Zoey slowed to a stop at an intersection.
"The skeletons will be taking Lucas down that corridor from that one," she mumbled to herself, pointing at the path to the right and then in front of them. "So we head that way." She pointed towards the corridor on the left.
"Uh, shouldn't we go that way?" Alex asked, pointing ahead. "You know, the way the skeletons and Lucas are coming from."
"There are too many for you guys to fight," Zoey said. "We go to the left and wait for them to pass... The follow my lead from there."
"Why won't you fight?" Lloyd asked.
Zoey didn't answer. She just signaled for them to follow as she ran into the left corridor. They waited for what seemed like forever until the guards walked by with a boy, a few years older than Alex. Like Zoey said, they went down the other hall. Once they were out of sight, Zoey signaled for the ninja to follow them again. They ran into the corridor to their left. A few moments later, the guards returned and went into the opposite hallway. They ran down the hallway where he boy was taken.
"So, how did you end up down here?" Cole asked.
Zoey ignored his question and stopped at the end of the hall. "Okay, it's right here," Zoey said.
"Zoey, how come you keep avoiding our questions?" Zane asked calmly, placing a hand on Zoey's shoulder.
Images flashed through Zane's mind of Zoey in the prison tower with his father. They were brief, but he froze for a few seconds. When he could focus clearly, he saw Zoey with a horrified look on her place.
"P-please," she stammered. "Never touch me."
Everyone stared for a moment. Then Alex stepped forwards. "We got it," she said impulsively. "Where's Lucas."
Zoey knelt down and pushed a button on the lower part of the wall. There was a creak and the other ninja backed away. The floor opened up. "Luke?" Zoey called.
"Zoe?" a voice called back. The boy jumped up and grabbed onto the side of the hole pulling himself up. "Zoe what's..." He turned to see the ninja. It got very silent for a moment, but Alex's gaze never left the boy. His maroon hair was shaggy and his carmel colored eyes were dull, his skin was also deathly pale. He wore a dark teal ninja suit which had a couple tears, holes, and stains on it.
Suddenly Alex ran over to him and wrapped her arms around him. "Lucas, I missed you so much," she said in almost a whimper.
"Alex?" he asked. "Wow, you've grown more than I expected..." Lucas looked down at his sister. "I knew your stubbornness would lead you here."
"Actually we came because..." Cole nudged Jay, cutting him off. Jay rubbed his arm. "Ow..."
"We know the reason you came," Zoey said. "While I believe we shouldn't trust you..."
"Zoe knows as well as I do that no matter what the reason, we're leaving with you," Lucas told them. His eyes flashed teal for a moment. "Right, I almost forgot. My name is Lucas, but I'm sure Alex has told you all about me."
"Nope, just that you're her brother and that you could tell if Tove's lying or not," Kai said.
Lucas frowned. 'You didn't tell them the true reason?' he asked Alex, telepathically. 'You couldn't have known...'
'I knew this was my only chance,' Alex told him in thought. 'I never would've been able to come by myself. There was never a cleaver way of convincing them to come. I couldn't bring myself to tell them the truth...'
Lucas nodded. "So... I guess it's time to..."
"No!" Zoey yelled, her eyes were white. "The guards are coming. You don't stand a chance! We need another escape route!"
Lucas left Alex and ran to Zoey's side. "Hey," he said calmly, putting his hand on hers. "We're not alone this time. We'll be fine."
The ninja turned as the first wave of guards appeared. "Ready?" Cole asked.
"As ready as we'll ever be," Lloyd said.
"Ninja-Go!"
Review! (Also in the new Ninjago season I reserved the right to say I told you so... I TOLD YOU SO! Well maybe not you but... I told other people. Pythor was the mysterious villain... Though I did NOT expect the whole "he was actually digested by the Devourer" and whatnot.)
