She walked down the isle. She was beautiful, her long white dress trailed behind her. Her hair twisted ad curled around her face. A smile came as she walked towards the isle I stood there watching her, a smile on my face. This was a big day for her. I looked over at Luck, she smiled and waved. I didn't know why we could not stand together. No one here could see us anyway.
Cassandra walked up to Jaime who uncovered her face from the thin veil. I zoned out a bit, bored with this. I didn't see why it was so long at this part. I made a little snow storm above us. The snow gently fell unlike the furry I wanted to do. Luck glared at me, her fire power crackling the fire to the side of us. Jaime and Cassandra smiled at us. They could not see us, but they knew we were there. The snow and fire showed that.
After they had turned 18 we dispersed. I was a bit sad about it, they were no longer kids anymore. They had to grow up at some point. They were not guardians. I knew that when they had kids that we would protect them as we had their parents. I felt a hand on my shoulder, I leaned to it.
" I'm soooo bored!" Hood sighed. I smirked and nodded. Luck and Gaia giggled as they looked at us. They were talking about us, that I knew. I walked over and pulled a reluctant Luck in to a hug.
" What you talking about?" I teased.
" Let me go Jack, geez. " She struggled with her one hand. I still felt a little stab go though me when she tried to use the hand no longer there. She had done it thinking that Hood and I were in danger, that we were losing. We didn't have to worry about her losing to much blood she was immortal. We could do nothing to give her the hand she lost back. North as building her a paraplegic one.
All in all I would say that is was a beautiful ending. Even more I would say that it was a beautiful start. One adventure that I would love to see.
