Wow…. it's been HOW long since I even visited this site?! so so sorry to all the readers who actually wanted me to continue this, I actually created a chapter that will appear pretty soon, but I wasn't sure how to get to that chapters, I always end up writing the fun action scenes first and then I have to fill the blank spaces with plot and drabbles haha Hope you like this short chapter, it's not much, but there is more to come, I promise!

The next morning Cruz was the first to awake. Yawning as he stretched his arms over his head he briefly checked his surroundings. The fire showed signs of being long burnt out, Blade was snoring away, Eve was sprawled out on her back with drool hanging out from the side of her mouth, Gido was propped up against a larger rock with his arms crossed over his chest, still deep asleep and lastly his sight fell on Aruka, who was peacefully sleeping on her side.
Letting out a long sigh he forced himself to stand up, making sure to crack his back a few times in the process. Feeling a bit more awake he walked over to the horses and began to feed them. While running his hands down their long noses he began to mumble to himself out loud.
"I have to lose them."
"You know they'll figure it out sooner or later." a voice suddenly interrupted his thoughts. Looking up Cruz saw that strategically sprawled across the backs of the three horses was Yuuta. He was using them like a bed.
"Yo." Yuuta waved at him before jumping down to stand beside him.
Cruz sighed again and looked back over to his sleeping friends.
"It might not be as bad as you think; once they find out I mean." Yuuta began.
Cruz didn't want to respond. No one would understand his crazy reasoning. To build yourself up after all these years, only to to be reminded that you're vulnerable all over again.
"You know, it's okay to share the burden." Yuuta spoke, as if reading his mind.
Cruz lightly chuckled. "I know this, it's common sense. It's what is taught to every single one of us from the very beginning."
"Then why do you ignore them all. From what I can tell they all care for you a lot and you all seem to have known each other for a long time. What's stopping you?"
A long pause followed before Cruz looked Yuuta in the eyes. "You're not one to talk it seems."
"And what is that supposed to mean?" Yuuta inquired back at him.
"You put on that happy-go-lucky facade, when it's obvious that you're harboring something too." Cruz said with finality before walking back over to his sister to begin waking the rest of them up, not catching the amused look in Yuuta's stare.
"Aruka" Cruz softly whispered while placing a hand on her shoulder. "Aruka it's almost noon." he tried again. But with no success. An idea popped into his head as he gave it one last attempt.
Standing up straight again he cupped both his hands around his mouth and shouted, "FREE FOOD AND BOOZE!"
And just like magic everyone who was still asleep awoke with a jolt. Blade and Eve started wrestling each other trying to get to wherever they thought the food and booze were first. Gido was still groggily stretching and Aruka instantly sat up due to the yelling. Cruz laughed at his friends' actions until his gaze rested on Eve and Blade who were now playfully glaring at him.
"That's not something you joke about, kid. Now come 'ere!"
Blade and Eve suddenly launched themselves at Cruz and were about to wrestle him to the ground when Yuuta stepped before them and held out a "stop" motion with his hand.
"He only did it to stop your obnoxious snoring and to save her from drowning in her own drool." Yuuta spoke in amusement.
Blade and Eve rolled their eyes and ran at Cruz again, but were surprisingly easily dodged. Cruz cleared his throat and tightened his knuckle gloves.
"It's about time we start on our way, guys. Let's go find those freaks."
Aruka stood up and nodded. "Yea, let's get moving."
"Wait a minute, you all don't plan on confronting the enemy with empty stomachs do you? There's a town not too far from here actually." Gido said as he started tracing a path on the map he had unfolded from his bag.
Eve, Blade and Yuuta agreed simultaneously while Aruka and Cruz only nodded in agreement.
Yuuta chuckled under his breath after seeing their similar responses. "Like sister like brother."
