Hey folks, sorry it's taken me so long to get this out, but I think one more chapter and this story is over. Thank you all for following this story.

Four Months Later

After all of Aunt May's estate was settled and the children were left hefty trust funds in addition to the money their parents had left them. And after the apartment sold for a hefty some, the newly cemented family moved into a large home on the outskirts of Paris in the 15th arrondissement. It was close to their school and it was a great neighborhood in the southern part of Paris.

Aunt May's death had occurred before the holiday's and to say that they were a bit somber is understating the situation. They got through it with friends and a lot of love from Olivia's parents.

Her Dad settled into his new job with such ease that it felt like he had been working there for years. They had new friends from his job and something miraculous happened to her father and the boys. The boys were so used to Fitz being the father figure in their house, but with Eli moving in and him taking time to be with the boys on their own. Fitz realized as well as Teddy how much they had missed without having a father figure in their lives. Eli surprised himself in realizing what it meant to raise boys into men. He thought he had nothing to contribute to Fitz especially, but he was wrong. It was the little things that he found that Fitz had either picked up from his friends like shaving the wrong way or not being able to tie a tie. With Maya's encouragement Eli started to have guys time and one on one time with the boys so they could talk or ask questions they were unable to get answers to.

Claire benefited more from being closer to Olivia and Maya. She started to blossom into the beautiful young lady they knew her to be. Her popularity in school started to blossom also. She had a new friend Eric as they called him so her brothers and Eli would give him a chance before they jumped down his throat.

Life marched on for the new family and the last spring dance for Olivia and Fitz were upon them and their friends. Everyone had a bit of melancholy about the dance because it meant that one month from then it would be all over for them all. They all hoped to be in the same east coast corridor or closer on a campus together. Stephen was the only one they were not sure about. His parents wanted him to come home to England and go to Oxford like his parents. He was torn because he wanted to please his parents after they let him board away in Paris, but he didn't want to lose his friends as well. Fitz was like a brother to him and as an only child he wasn't ready to give up that bond. All would be mute because all of them had asked for delayed decisions for college so everyone would know where they were going the following month.

"Stevie did you apply to Princeton?"

"Yeah mate. I'm not holding my breath though. I waited to the last minute to send my application in."

"Bro, I can't believe you man. We had a plan. I know your parents are putting the squeeze on but we are going to undergrad and med school at Princeton, then our own practice together."

"I know man! My parents sacrificed a lot to let me go here. I owe them Fitz!"

"Sorry Stevie. I wish my parents would be hassling me right now about college. We can still implement the plan in Med school."

"Don't give up the ship yet mate. I still haven't heard from Princeton like the rest of you guys."

They gave each other dap to let the other know everything was cool between them as always.

The spring dance had come and gone and they were left with college decisions to start rolling in. They decided that they would open their letters together at Aunt May's cottage. That was the one thing that Fitz was adamant about not selling. He wanted to keep the place where he and Liv first made love. He hoped to bring her back in the future as his wife.

The cottage was small but everyone brought a sleeping bag while Liv and Fitz would take the loft bed. After everyone got situated from getting the food and bags put away they all sat around the coffee table looking at the stack of letters.

"Who should go first?" Abby asked.

Harrison piped up and said, "since it's Fitz's house he should go first."

Fitz shook his up and down and looked for his letter from Princeton. On a whole everyone knew he got in, but this was just the formality of it all.

Fitz ripped it open and smiled to confirm what everyone knew. He turned and kissed Olivia. She picked up her letter just to get the ball rolling and the same smile escaped her lips as well. They would continue the Fitz and Livy show to Princeton.

After their exchange Olivia said, "Ok, big mouth lets see where you got in Harrison."

Harrison had four letter. He had told them that he needed to figure out which school would allow him to share his essence the most, so he had applied to Harvard, Stanford, Berkley, and Arizona State. He couldn't leave out party central hence his application to ASU.

He opened all four and laid them face down and asked three of his friends to help him turn them all over at once. As much as a clown Harrison was he was actually their class Valedictorian. He got into all four schools.

"Well what's going to be Har? Olivia asked.

"Harvard of course! Girl this man ain't no fool. Plus I would miss you guys to much and this way I'm a couple hours drive from annoying you guys."

They all pushed him for being so sentimental, but they were happy he was staying on the East coast.

Huck and Quinn were next. They both applied to MIT and nowhere else. It was MIT or bust for them. They both opened their letters at the same time and put them face down. They kissed each other and turned them over. Quinn was the first to react and jump on top of Huck and kissed him to the floor. Although Huck didn't have time to react, he had gotten in also.

"Sweet! Huck can still do my math homework!" Harrison yelled out.

"Sorry Bro, new leaf turning when we get to Boston."

"Damn you man!"

They all fell out laughing. Once everything had settled down it was down to Abby and Steven.

Abbey had applied to Princeton and Yale. She opened Yale first and was happy she got in. It would at least put her on the East coast, but she really wanted to get into Princeton and she wasn't sure her grades had been good enough. She slowly turned it over and after she opened her eyes to peek at the letter she jumped up and started to do a little dance on the table. Once she calmed down.

"Well roomy we ride again!"

Olivia high fived her and then hugged her.

"I'm so glad you got in, I didn't want to room with anyone else."

Now it was Stephen's turn. He had only applied to Princeton because of Fitz. He wasn't sure he could break his parents hearts. So he slowly opened his letter. The air in the room was so intense that everyone seemed to be holding their breath while he read his letter.

"Wait listed guys."

It seemed like the bubble of happiness in the room had popped. No one was ready to hear that. So the decision had been made for Stephen. It was off to Oxford in the fall.

"Look guys it's not like I won't be seeing you guys. I can come to America on occasion. There is this thing called a telephone or Skype. Please don't get sad for me. I'm so happy and proud of all of you."

Everyone got up and hugged and wished Stephen well. After the initial shock of Stephen not getting in they returned to their old selves and started to kid around and broke out the games.

About an hour later Fitz stood up and eyed Stephen and pointed his head toward the door. They both walked down the road in silence for a few feet before Fitz spoke.

"I'm really going to miss you bro. You where there for me when we first arrived. I've never said thank you, but I don't think you realize how much you helped me keep it together that first year. You'll always be my brother man and thanks again."

Stephen couldn't even comprehend how much he helped Fitz until then. He appreciated him telling him and he was really going to miss him too. Expressing their feeling only went so far. Stephen just nodded his head in response. After walking a few more yards they started talking about the usual things like girls and soccer. What needed to be said was, and now they had to move on.
