A/N: Hi everyone! I hope you enjoyed the last episode. I started to play KH: 358/2 Days again, it made me feel so nostalgic I almost cried. Anyway, from now on, the story will be telled from Xion's POV. You could say it's the last episode from her POV. Enjoy!

Chapter 10

I woke up and I was beside Van. I was so happy we spent the night together. Even though we didn't do anything, I was tired. And... I needed to take a shower. If I don't take a shower by the morning, I can go nuts. I exited his bedroom and looked for the bathroom. I found it without much problem. I took my clothes off, I was only with my panties when Van came into the bathroom and looked at me with those yellow eyes. I was so socked that I couldn't move and he was looking at my body like eating me with his eyes. But he got out of there and closed the door.

"Sorry, Xion! Didn't know you were in there!"

"It's okay, Van! Could you get a me towel, please?"

"Yeah, hold on."

I let myself fall to the ground as soon as I heard his steps fading away. I started to remember the things we did on his bed. I knew that we'd probably end up doing it, but... it didn't happen. I was lost in my thoughts when Van knocked at the door. I opened the door and took out my head. It was Van handing me a towel.

"I brought a towel!"

"Thanks, Van. No peeping this time, okay?"

I turned the faucet on and stepped inside the shower. I could feel how the water running thru my body. I wonder what is like to take a shower with someone else, maybe with Van. I wish we could shower together. To wash each other body. It'd so amazing... What am I thinking?! I'm wasting Van's water. I should get cleaned soon. I turned the faucet off and dried my hair and my body. When I was done, I went to Van's room so I could change.

"You finished?"

"Yeah, I'll be at your room, okay? I need to change."

"Sure, I'll make the breakfast so take your time."

I got changed and rested on his bed. I was so tired that I fell asleep without telling Van. When I woke up I saw that Van was sleeping beside me, and... he was hugging me! Now I could die happily.

Unfortunately, I couldn't let him sleep anymore. It was already middday. And I was a bit hungry, maybe I could cook something for him. Or we could go shopping. I should ask him.

"... Van... Van... wake up, Van..."

He slowly opened his eyes and I got lost in them. Those yellow eyes that make shiver. He realized he was hugging me and slowly retired his arms and sitted on the bed.

"What... time is it, Xion?"

"It's already midday. We overslept..."

"Well... at least I slept well. What about you?"

"I slept well, too... Are you hungry? I can make something for us if you want or maybe we could go shopping some groceries or-"

"I think is okay if we stay here... I don't feel like going out."

"Yeah... sure..."

I knew why he was acting like that. He wanted to protect me no matter what. What if we ran into someone from Organization XIII? He knew it. We knew it. So, we went outside his room and into his living room. We seated on the same sofa and rested my head on his shoulder. He didn't seem to complain, but when he turned the TV on, there was a special report about the guy with the mask and Xemnas, the boss of the Organization, he got pissed off so quickly and stood up abruptly. He seemed to be very angry, so I tried to calm him down hugging him from behind. He relaxed.

"Come on, Van... let it go... I hate to see you like this..."

"Sorry..."

"At least we'll be safe here..."

"That reminds me, why Rojas isn't looking for you? And what about Naminé or your parents? Do they care about you?"

"They do care for me... I told them I was going to spend the night with Fuu and then I'd return after classes... do you want me to be here?"

He hugged me. "Of course I want you here, silly." We kissed again and sat down on the sofa again hugging and kissing. I cherished that moment, after all the things we've been through, we were finally together. That was happiness for me.

And so, the time flew and I had to go home. We both knew that this moment wouldn't fade that easily. We kissed one last time before I returned my place. I was about to turn the corner when I heard something than really caught me by surprise.

"I LOVE YOU, XION STRIFE!" I couldn't beleive he actually admitted it. I was so happy I almost cried, but I just waved him and turn the corner.

I walked down a street when I started to feel like I was been watched. I turned every corner I found in my way, but that feeling wouldn't go that easily. I went into an alley hoping whoever is watching me gives up. I was about to get out of the alley when a man came out of the nowhere and stood in my way. I saw the scar he had on his forehead.

"Saïx, why are you following me?"

"Xion... I don't have to tell you why, but... maybe he can."

"Who's he?"

Saïx stepped aside letting me see that there was someone behind him. I saw a spiky blonde hair that could only be someone's, Roxas'.

"Brother... why are you here?"

"Hi, sis. Long time no see. How was your night? Did you sleep well? What about Fuu? How were the classes today?"

"Brother... I..."

"What is it, sis? You usually speak a lot when we're talking. Or spending too much time with Fuu got you?"

"Why...? Why... are you... doing this?"

"Do what, sis? You're the one who's not behaving like usual. By the way, have you seen Zexion today? Did he go to school? Even though he's older than me I'm at college, so ironic, don't you think?" He got close to me.

"...Stop it... please..."

"Stop? Stop what, sis? Oh, I almost forgot. You forgot your cellphone at Nightbearer's place."

I quickly looked for my cellphone in my pocket, but it wasn't there. When I looked at my brother I saw he had it.

"What happened, sis? Worried about something... that's strange. Don't you remember you left your cellphone at home because it had no battery? Why so nervous, sis?"

"I... I..."

"STOP LYING TO ME!"

I was so afraid by his reaction that my legs started to shake.

"WHY, SIS?! I WANTED TO PROTECT YOU! YOU LEFT ME NO CHOICE! WHY WOULDN'T YOU LISTEN?!"

"Brother, I..."

"STOP CALLING ME LIKE THAT! YOU DON'T DESERVE IT, SIS! YOU DON'T DESERVE TO BE CALLED A STRIFE! YOU DON'T DESERVE TO LIVE!"

"Brother, I..."

He slapped me so hard on the face that I felt to the ground and the blood started to flow out of my cheek. I started to cry, not because of the pain, but for knowing that the Roxas I used to know was gone forever.

"I don't want... to see your face again... sis... if I see you anywhere around here... I'll... kill you..."

I was speechless and crying. I couldn't beleive that my own brother threatened me.

"If Cloud and Tifa ask for you, I'll simply tell them that you ran away with that Nightbearer. Good-bye, sis... forever... Now, Saïx... let's go. There's a Nightbearer we need to get rid of. Sorry for keep you waiting."

"Don't worry, I enjoyed the show."

They drove off letting me alone crying in the alley. I heard footsteps, but I was so tired I couldn't even move no matter how much I try it. But I heard a familiar voice from behind.

"I'm so sorry it had to be this way, Xi. I tried to stop him, but I couldn't."

"... Axel... ?"

"I couldn't stop him, but I can help you. Take this." He gave me a train ticket. "I already packed your things and they're already on the train. Don't lose the train or you'll lose your stuff, got it memorized?"

"Why... are you helping me?"

"I wished nothing bad to Vani-boy, but Rox is like my brother, and so you and Naminé are like my sisters. And... I don't want to see a brother killing his own sister. Go away, Xi. Start a new life. Start anew. I know you can do it and... stay away from here. Good-bye, Xi."

Axel left and I saw how he disappeared in the streets. I gathered my remaining strenghts to get up and go to the Train Station. It was two blocks away and I made it somehow. When I got there I saw someone who wasn't the defitinion of a friend, but still a friend. Larxene, Axel's girlfriend. She had my stuff.

"Why-?"

"Don't! Don't say it..."

I smiled her and with the last strenghts I had I got into the train and waited for its departure. I still didn't know to where I was heading.

"The train to Destiny Islands is about to leave. Please, make sure you don't forget your package and if you're with any children make sure to..."

Destiny Islands? Very funny, Axel. To start anew, huh? Maybe I could do it. I rested my head on the seat and fell asleep.

...

"Hey, Van... I want to tell you something..."

"What is it, Xion?"

"I love you."

"I love you too."

...

I woke up and saw there was no Van beside me, no yellow eyes that make me shiver, just... the blue ocean.

The first thing I neede was to find a place to spend the night. The sun is setting and I don't know if the money I got could be useful to start anew here. I went to the closest hotel to the Train Station and asked for a room. Once inside the room. I opened my luggage to see what stuff Axel packed. There were a few clothes, clean underwear andsome sneackers. On top of all, there was a letter from Axel.

'Xi, I know I told to start anew, but you can't do that so easily. I'm giving a few dollars so you can spend the night in a hotel, but you need to earn your own money. I have a friend there, his name is Reno. He's the owner of a cofee shop. I already told him about the situation. You sould look for him to get a job. I'll go visit you when I can. Good-bye, Xi.'

I took a quick a shower rested on the bed looking at the ceiling. I finally fell asleep and waited, no too excited, for tomorrow. A new life... without him... it's not worthy...
