A/n: I'm sorry, to all of my readers, I haven't had the time to update. I just had to do two projects on, (Both A's thank God) and a lot of other things, So sorry.

By the way, I have a new story called, Unexpected Conclusion, as for pokeshifters, i'm in a writer's block.

I am taking tomorrow off from school, (Mom is letting me skip for some reason) and When i get home i will, write everything i have planned out so far, but i'm not going to rush, because like my handwriting, when i rush, it gets sloppy. (By the way again, for a short time, I changed my pen name to Sana Raid, but i changed it back to stop any confusion.

Chapter 10

Struggling to get up, so tired I felt like I was gonna collapse. I felt my four legs, aching the worst part, my ankle still hurt, a lot now. I felt like I was holding up 2 tons. I walked around the campfire which had burnt out. Kathy, Sam, Cyndy and Carly were asleep. "One thing that I noticed about Carly is she I didn't talk at all yesterday, and I was sure she overheard Sam and Kathy talking about "my not so secret, secret." Storm, where was Storm… I looked around the camp, and then walked a bit down the route about a 400 yard radius of the campfire. I walked up to the entrance of the cave and so him standing in front of it.

"What's up," I said limping a bit.

"We are not going in there are we," he asked shivering, when does a fire fox get cold?

"Yeah, why?" I asked.

"I don't like it," he said. "I almost drowned in there."

"Don't worry Kathy will protect you with her life, even if it mean jumping into rapids." I said trying to comfort him.

"I'm happy then!" he said jumping up and down. Oh great, I said to myself.

"Well I'm gonna ask you something! What happened to Nash?" he said. "I think he should suffer." I guess he was asking questions from last night's story.

"I don't know, but I don't aim my total anger at him, more upon his boss." I said.

"What bout Darren?" he asked.

"I'm not a fortune teller, hopefully he ran from the organization or the organization shut down." I said. I started calling it the organization because it seemed to be bigger than just some lab. Finally we decided to walk back. It took a minute or two but that wasn't long. By the time we got back everyone was up. Sam was packing his sleeping bag, Kathy gathering everything else, Carly looking sick, Cyndy, lying around, and Machop in his poke ball.

"Hello, Caleb," Carly said, I'm guessing someone told her if she didn't hear yesterday.

"Hey," I said, most of the time I say hey, because to me when you say 'hi' it sounds like your meeting someone for the first time.

"Uh, Caleb," Cyndy said, her voice. "I overheard you last night in your dream, whats gonna happen?"

"Why are you spying on me?" I asked.

"I woke up," she said.

"It takes a bomb to wake you up!" I said.

"Just tell me," I said.

"I don't know I mean come on it is like everyone is interested with my life all at once!" I yelled, I was sick of it.

"Sorry," she said, I sighed.

"Whatever," I replied. We left at what I want to say around noon, taking a few minutes to get to the Cave. I was still limping, which hopefully, would be better in a day or two. Once we got there, Sam pulled out some light sticks, for his backpack.

"Put these on everyone so we know where everyone is," he said. He broke the light sticks and put them on everyone. the lamps had strings with them so we could put them around everyone's neck. The he pulled out a camping lamp. Before we went into the cave Kathy picked up Carly who you could tell wasn't feeling too well. She must have not wanted her to get lost, Carly wasn't exactly walking fast. I think she caught a cold or something. We checked everyone and began to explore the path thru the cave.

Nash looked had set a flashlight aside, so he could load the tranquilizer. Six darts were all he needed. He had spent four years in the military, before running away. He was a mercenary now, where ever pays. He had second thoughts on the Pre-teens he was about to tranquilize, he sighed oh well. The first dart, the Jolteon, the second, the girl, the third, the boy, the fourth, the Vulpix, the fifth, the quilava, the six, the Buizel. The tranquilizer was semi-automatic, perfect."Click, Click", the darts went as he loaded the gun. He picked up some night vision goggles, and turned off the flash light, they will be here in two or three hours, but he didn't want to miss them, he grinned he never misses.

"It's freaking freezing in here!" I said, the place was so cold there was no need to limp my whole body was numb.

"Quit whining," Kathy said, I had finally decided to just speak English unless we were in front of someone else, everyone would understand anyways. We had be in the cave for about an hour, and would be in there for another hour. The lamp had burnt out half an hour ago so we were relying on Cyndy and light from when she "erupts" the problem, she could only hold it for a minute or two until she had to recharge.

"Pitch black again," Sam sighed.

"Here is a far out idea, why don't we light something on fire?" Kathy said. Cyndy lit up to give them a few seconds to look. She began looking thru her backpack, same as Sam. "Err, we should have went to get Hm Flash."

"How about this," Sam said, showing her a small roll of paper napkins and some small twigs.

"Why do you carry around twigs?" I asked him.

"They are herbs," he replied. Kathy still looking thru her backpack finally pulled out a bowl, a few bags of dried berries and a plate. I saw were they were going with this. Put some of the dried berries, twigs, and paper napkins in the bowl, then on the plate then light it, the plate would make it so when the bowl gets hot, we can still hold it, the extra berries, twigs and napkins would be used to refuel. They did just what I thought of and had Storm use ember. The bowl fire made a bigger light than I thought it would. The cave was eliminated by the light.

"Why isn't Machop out of his poke ball" I asked Sam.

"I usually keep him in it," Sam said. "He likes it in there or so it seems." I nodded; I was limping along beside Kathy trying to keep up. We had passed a few streams running thru the cave. We had stopped to get water, which was even colder than the cave. Kathy sat the "Fire bowl" down then went to get some water out of the stream. I bent down on the bank which had wet sand on it. I kneeled lower and started drinking, after the ice cold water ran down my throat, I walked over to the "Fire bowl" and warmed my muzzle. Storm walked up beside me, we had become pretty good friends.

"Do you hear that?" he asked me, I listened for a second, I could hear better than my human body could, A very, very faint echo, going 'Click, Click,'

"What do you think it is," I asked him he shook his head telling me he didn't know. We decided to stay by the stream for an hour sharing stories and resting. Kathy ad Sam talked about where they came from. Sam said he had been from Goldenrod City. Kathy told, stories about school, some of which I remembered some I haven't. I didn't notice it till now, but we had been better friends than I remembered. Then she spoke of that time… Embarrassment.

"Then what happened," Sam questioned her.

"Ok so Caleb had been absent when they announced who all would be giving speeches, so on awards day-"I interrupted her.

"That's another story for another day." I smiled sheepishly.

"Well when they called him up on the stage and asked him to make his speech, he uh well ran off the stage," She smiled, my anger was growing.

"And that is funny because?" Sam asked.

"He tripped on the steps and went full on face plant," she said and started laughing. Sam started laughing too.

"I can't help I'm shy and timid!" I yelled blushing but trying to laugh it off.

"It was so hilarious!" Kathy yelled.

"What about when you got embarrassed," I said, she turned serious she shook her head no. "So she was called up in class to recite the pokemon 150-200-"

"You're dead now!" she yelled and began chasing me; I started running around the "fire" I was too fast.

"Well she totally froze and forgot 151, who can forget Mew, it's the basic legendary," I said catching my breath. "Well she started hitting her head on the wall, trying to remember and forgot she was still in class. Then she hit her head so hard she had to go to the nurse, went home that day." Kathy stopped chasing me. It wasn't as funny as mine I guess.

"And when I got back to school there was a rumor I had to get brain surgery," She smirked.

"One of my finest works," I mocked her, times were good, I felt so human again, it wasn't funny. I wondered, how long it would stay like this, I wondered.

Nash looked down at his watch. He cringed; they were supposed to be passing here two hours ago. He picked up his stuff it was time he go looking for them.

"Ok, it is your turn," I said looking at Sam, we had spent an hour more than we expected ,but we were having fun.

"My gym pants fell down, the end," he said.

"That's original," Kathy said, we began to change the subject, now we were talking about favorite foods and games and other things. Storm walked up beside me.

"It must be fun to have memories," he said fake smiling. I switched language to pokespeech, I felt he wanted this to be private.

"You have memories too don't you?" I asked.

"No, I don't remember anything before the day I went exploring this cave," he said.

"Nothing, at all?" I asked he shook his head.

"Not even your family?" I asked He shook his head tiring to hold tears back. I probably shouldn't have said that. He paused.

"Do you hear that?" he asked again. I heard footsteps, but when I looked around, no one was walking. I was happy to have these ears though much easier to eves drop, Sam was talking about catching Machop. I heard another click.

"So that is a cool-,"Kathy stopped, or more was interrupted. I had heard a swoosh the second before. Kathy dropped to the ground. I rushed over.

"What's wrong?" I said.

"I don't know," Sam said as he walked over. I was looking for an explanation, and then on the side of the neck I saw it. A small dart with two Pidgey feathers on it had penetrated the skin of her neck.

"It's a dart, protect yourself!" I yelled, too late, just as I finished Sam was hit on the arm. Then he passed out. Instinct told me to run, but I wasn't leaving my friends, my friend. "Cyndy, Carly, Storm, run." More swooshes they were hit in the neck exactly the order I called their names.

"What the-," I was interrupted by a laugh then the sharp pain in my neck. I tried to yelp, but nothing came out. I tried, paused then collapsed on the ground. My head hurt it was whirling, and then I slowly drifted off, just like Jirachi does, Jirachi.
