At the right moment, before we start to speak again, the knob twists open and is almost wrenched off the hinges. Christina and I shoot each other a look and eye Shauna. Her round belly looks ready to pop, and her eyes are filled with annoyance. Her brown hair is hung in a pony tail, and she stands with her hands in her hips. Her eyes soften when she sees it is us, but a stronger annoyance fills them, almost like she was expecting someone else.

"Hey," she says tiredly, beckoning us in. Shauna and I have grown to become good friends, but there are times when she is better off talking to Lynn, or Marlene, for the advice she wants.

"We can't stay," Christina says apologetically, and Shauna nods knowingly," how's it going?"

"I'm find," she bristles at the question," why?"

"Well," I say as gently as possible," you haven't let go of the door knob, and you almost took the door off its hinges."

Shauna looks down accordingly and lets go,"Sorry about that, it's just," her face turns an angry red," Zeke was supposed to come back after training to go to stupid Erudite and get a stupid ultrasound for HIS," she points at her belly," offspring. But did he come by? No! He was gone the entire day, so Lynn went with me, but she didn't pay any attention and kept blabbing about Marlene." She huffed.

"Wow," Christina said," what happened to Zeke? I mean like, Tris,he was there at initiation, right?"

Damn, she put me on the spot. "Yes," I see Shauna's eyes bug out if her head," but I only saw him before I went to go change some knives, after that I didn't return to initiation." I look down at my shoes while Christina glances at me.

"Wait, why didn't you go?" Accusation is filled in her voice, along with some hurt. "You never mentioned that."

"I didn't think it was necessary," I say, choosing my words carefully," besides I didn't want to talk about it."

"You guys are going to Uri's party, right?" Shauna squints her eyes at us, holding up her phone with the tweet displayed on it.

"I don't have a choice," I answer.

"Well, if you see Zeke, tell him he ever wants me again, he better come up with a damn good explanation of why he isn't answering his phone, and why he didn't come by. Got it?"

"Why don't you come and bitch him out?" Christina asks.

Shauna sighs," I can't drink, and where there is Uriah, there is drinks."

Chris and I nod agreeingly, and I set Theo down. He smiles at Shauna, causing all the pain and anger in her face melt away, revealing an expression of happiness and love. "Sona!" He says happily, as he toddles over and tries to hug her, but ends up with an armful of her stomach.

Shauna laughs, a sound only a few people can make from her, and kisses him on his cheek. "Aww, he remembers me. You guys can go now,"she says, not taking her gaze away from Theo," I'm okay now."

She leads Theo in, and we wave goodbye. As we start down the stairs, Christina tried to get me to speak about where I went.

"So, if you weren't in initiation, then where were you?" She presses.

"It's not that important," I huff," and really, it's none of your concerns."

Christina gasps, and I wince. I knew those words hurt. If they do, she doesn't show it, she keeps pestering me. "If it's not, then why can't I know?"

"Because I don't want you to know." I say sternly.

"Fine." Christina says," I'll just ask Zeke or Four. Maybe they know where you went."

Before I can reply, loud upbeat music can be heard. So loud the sound is vibrating the ground we walk on. The smell of alcohol hits me so hard I feel dizzy. "Is that the party?" I ask, praying it isn't.

Christina nods excitedly and starts a fast walk in the high heels she is wearing. I sigh and jog after her. The thing that triggers me that it's Uriah's party is the sticky stairs and couples making out in the hall, before I enter the actual party. I wrinkle my nose at a couple, who are to deep into their kissing to notice us passing. Surprisingly, the door is shut, and when Christina knocks, Lynn opens the door, grimacing.

"Oh," she says, unraveling her frown," it's you guys." She opens the door wider and allows us to step in. I hear Christina exhale happiness, but I am too captivated to say anything.

Everywhere I look: Dauntless members, red cups, sweaty bodies and people. Hundreds of people in Uriah's huge apartment. People sit on couches;most of them wearing next to none clothing, playing truth or dare and God knows what else. People stand in corners, whispering, kissing, laughing. And then there are people dancing. Well, not dancing exactly. They mostly swing side to side, or grind on guys. Most dressed in slinky dresses that are shorter than they need to be. From where I stand, the liquor seems to be coming from the kitchen and by the amount of people there are, it is a lot. I look at Christina. She seems happier than ever in this atmosphere.

"Drinks are in the kitchen!" Lynn shouts over the music, confirming my suspicions. "Uriah is here," she gestures to the crowd," somewhere, and if you see any initiatives, kick 'em out!" She winks then disappears in the crowd. I want to go after her, and ask her why she was upset, but I am frozen in place.

"Let's find Uriah!" Christina shouts, but before we can move, he appears behind us.

For an odd reason, he is shirtless. His chocolate coloured skin is smooth and soft, but I know under, his skin is taunt with muscles, which are exposed like a beautiful drawing. Too perfect to seem real. His eyes are filled with excitement, a thing I can only call Uriahness, and a grin spread widely over his face. His hair is mussed, and in his arms are two blondes. Wait, Two blondes? I frown at the tall girls with Uriah's arms around their waists. Feeling self conscious, I wrap my arms around my self.

"Hey, you guys made it!" He says, with surprise coolness despite the wild look in his eyes. " I wasn't sure you would come since it was so last minute! But either way if you didn't," he points a finger at me and winks," I would have to come over and do bad things that Stiff's disapprove of." The girls laugh, along with Christina, and anyone who is in earshot is laughing. I can feel my face flushing a bright red.

"Uri," I say as calmly as I can," you are drunk, aren't you?"

He laughs,"Am I drunk, Tammy?" He looks to the girl on the right, with a belly button piercing.

"Oh no," her high voice decides," your not drunk until the number you've had ain't on the clock!"

The girl on the left, with a tattoo on her waist, slaps Tammy's hand,"Your cheesy."

Tammy growls at the girl, the other girl bares her teeth. What are they, cats?

"Ladies, ladies," Uriah joins in," can you fight about me in the corner of the room? You are ruining the vibe."

The girls pout," Sorry Uri." They say in unison, and peck his cheek, leaving him grinning again. They leave, arguing about something irrelevant.

"Who were they?" I ask accusingly. Uriah and I may not be together, but him shirtless, with pretty girls, made me uncomfortable.

"Tammy and Tish," he says cheerfully," they brought a lot of the booze. And, they are my arm candy. Not that I am not enough eye candy," He grabs someone's drink as they walk by, and downs it quicker than he grabbed it," but those chicks are hot stuff

"Okay!" Christina shouts," you two, talk it out. There is so much sexual tension, your ruining my mood!" She complains. " I'm going to find Will, then we can all hopefully," she shoots us a look," play some kick ass games."

She leaves in a blink, making her way to the kitchen. Leaving me standing with a barely coherent minded Uriah.

"Why are you partying?" I ask," are you trying to forget what I told you?"

His eyes darken a smidge, then is gone in a blink. Almost as if I imagined it. "What? No! I'm not going to lie around grumbling, while I could be getting some action that is not," he points at me," in a closet. Plus, Marlene certainly doesn't care about me, so why should I pout? I'm getting laid tonight!" He whoops and he slaps a guy passing by on the butt. The guy gives him the bird but doesn't look back.

I blush furiously,"Uri, are you okay? Your acting unnecessarily."

"I'm fine!" He tries to assure me. Then, the Tammy and Tish come back. Their long blonde hair is at waist length, perfectly measured. And they walk in the same stride. The way to remember who is who, is that Tammy has blue eyes and Tish has brown. Wait, blonde? I groan. They look similar to Marlene. Well, only the hair, but that is as much proof that I need that Uriah misses her.

"Uri, we kissed and made up. Are you done talking to her?" Tish points her thumb at me as she blinks sweetly.

Uriah looks at me, and for a second, the old Uriah comes back. He almost looks wistful, but hurt can be clearly shown.

"Yeah, I'm done." He says. Tish and Tammy smile and wrap their arms around him. "See ya, Tris." He doesn't take his gaze off me, even as I turn around to find Christina, I can feel his gaze burning my back.

I push through people dancing tightly together. To get to the kitchen the fastest way, was to go throught the dance floor. But right now, it is jam packed with people. Half of them aren't even dancing. They stand with their drinks in hand, talking. As I try to squeeze between a couple kissing, I gag and hold my nose. The smell of alcohol is too overwhelming for me.
While trying to squeeze around a gaggle of girls, a wet, cold, sticky feeling shocks me, and I reach up and feel my back. Someone spilled their drink on me.

I slowly rise up, furious at the coldness and at everything else, ready to punch that person. Yes, I am small but there is no reason for people to treat me any less.

"Oh, sorry Tris!" A familiar voice shouts in my ear. I turn and look, and I see Mia. Her white blonde hair is tied up in a wild pony tail, with strands escaping. She is wearing a dress. Short, and tight; hugging every curve on her body in all the right places. It has a sparkle that can blind spectators; too much sparkle. Thin hoops hang from her ears, and tiny earrings run along one ear up to her cartilage. Her makeup is done to perfection, the perfect amount of glitter and mascara; but everything is dull compared to the gleam in her eyes, and wide smile. She drops the red cup that spilled her drink on me, and puts a hand on my back.

"Let's go get you cleaned up!" She takes my hand and leads me to the bathroom. She locks the door, and turns on the tap. She pushes me into the toilet seat, and puts her hand on her hips. "Take of your shirt." She commands and I raise an eyebrow.

"Excuse me?" I cross my arms, feeling more exposed than ever. "I am not taking my clothes off for you!"

She rolls her eyes,"You need to wash your back, before it becomes stickier. Now, take it off."

I only lift it up to my neck, and she takes a wet cloth and swipes at my back. I stiffen at the sudden coldness. "Does the water have to be this cold?" I grit my teeth.

She laughs airily,"No, but I figured you could take it. Her fringed brushes over my Abnegation symbol on my back. "You were a Stiff?"

I pause before answering. I am well aware of the nickname everyone calls people in Abnegation, but I don't like to mock it. Either way, I am divergent and it will always be a home away from my home. I fit in there, and I fit in here. But I am not selfless enough to be there.
"Yes," I say finally," I was a Stiff."

Mia continues to wipe my back. "I thought you were Dauntless the entire time."

"No, I was in Abnegation until I turned 16," I say back to choosing day, and initiation seemed like an entire century ago. Everything has changed. The system, the people, etc.

"Alright, your done." Mia steps away and let's me pull my shirt up. She is unusually kind for Dauntless. As I straighten up, I notice that she has red all around her mouth. Almost like a child with candy smeared around her mouth. However, she manages to pull it off.

"Thanks." I say.

"No problem," she says, her smile wavers and her hand drops to her stomach. "Just don't tell Eric."

She shoves me aside, the strength of initiation she endured kicking in, and vomits in the toilet. The sharp smell of acid and food bathes my nose, I gasp and press my hand to my nose. But as soon as it happens, she gets up, wipes her face and rinses her mouth, shoots me a wink, and leaves me standing in utter silence.

I slowly walk out into the haze of the party. I need to find Christina and get out of here. I came, I am done now. There is no limit to how long I need to be here, I should have left after I stopped by Uriah to confirm that I came. I push through people again; trying to find Christina, and I see her immediately. Sitting on a couch, talking with Will. Their conversation doesn't look to serious, you can tell by the way Will looks at her: with an expression filled with love and amusement.

I walk over and on the way someone stops me,"Hey, your Tris, right?"

"Yes,"I answer slowly," what do you need?"

He looks down at my empty hands,"You don't have a drink! You can't come to a party and not drink!" He disappears behind the bar crowded with people, and returns with a glass full of punch. "Here," he hands me the drink," it tastes really good. And I'm rooting for you in the divorce." He winks at me, and I stand very still. How does he know about that. Before he leaves I grab his arm, sloshing his drink, and pin it against a wall and shove my hand under his chin. "Hey," he starts to complain, but I hold my grip on him.

"How do you know about that?" I hiss.

The boy looks like his heart is about to stop, and I can feel it on my arm, pounding furiously in his chest. "I-It's what everyone is talking about. Some girl told me."

I release my grip,"What girl?"

"I don't know her name," he confesses," but I know what she looks like. She is actually here."

He points in the direction of a couple making out on a wall. The boy has a mohawk, and the girl has one side of her hair longer than the other. She has her hands gripped on him, and he keeps pulling her closer, though there is no space closer than what they have already. I squint, they looks so familiar. Then I see some stitches on her leg, a stab wound no doubt. It is Lynx and boy keeps talking, despite my silence.

I down the sweet punch and push through people to get there. And when I do, I wrench them away and use the same hold on Lynx.

"Why?" I demand," Why are you telling people about Four and me?"

Lynx's hand comes out to defend herself but I am too quick. I grab her hand and pin it down. She is completely helpless.

"Don't act like no one knows," she hisses back," everyone know what happened, but your too clueless to know anything."

"You have no idea what I can do to you," I threat," I can, and am not afraid to hurt you." To make my point I push harder on her throat. She squeaks and I let her fall to the ground. But by know people start to watch and phones are coming out.

"Don't make me an enemy, Lynx." I warn. "That's not the smartest thing in the world."
I turn to walk away, when I hear her speak one more time.

"Stiff," she taunts. I stand so still, I can feel the blood in my fingers flow. The crowd is silent now, and I can see Christina and Will at the corner of the make shift circle in the room. Christina's eyes are wide open, and I can see Uri standing with a cup, not looking concerned. The music is turned down, the focus is entirely on Lynx and me. "Your just a Stiff in dauntless clothing! Do you actually think, the Great Four," she laugh harshly," actually would like you? I'm pretty sure half of Dauntless was shocked when he married the Stiff, like look at you!" She points at me," you dress and play the part, but you won't ever be Dauntless. And it's no wonder he cheated," she spits the words at me and comes closer, articulating each word," you are a Stiff, and your afraid of sex," in the corner of my eye I see Uriah frown, and Christina ball her fists," who would want you? Is Theo even yours? Or did you get some weird Erudite baby sac thing? Actually I don't want to know, because I don't care." She creeps closer, like a snake slithering, waiting to attack," you," she is within arms length now," are nothing but a," I tense, waiting for the word to cut like a knife, but she doesn't say it out loud,no, she tilts her head down and whispers in my ear, her breath hot and smelly against my neck," Stiff."

"Oh shit," I heard someone say. I think it is Christina.

I turn, the fastest movement I have made the entire day, so fast it hurts, and punch her nose. A sick crackle fills the air, along with Lynx's screams. People start to cheer, but I am too enraged to pay attention. All I can think is of hurting Lynx, wanting her to pay for her words. Normally, I would walk away, but she said too many things I can't let go off. I punch her again, and again, and again. Not satisfied with leaving her after each punch. Remembering the way I beat up Molly, almost the same motivation. Only this time, there is no one to stop me. It is almost as though Lynx forgot everything we taught her. Her moves are slow and sloppy, and she doesn't guard herself. I hit her thigh, exactly where her stitches are, and she goes down, clamping her thigh.

Stiff!, Lynx taunted, I don't even aim, I just hit her.

You won't ever be Dauntless, her words haunt me like a ghost. I don't need to prove myself, but I need to show Lynx. I hit her again, ignoring the numb feeling in my fists. I hear people hooting and hollering, and laughing, but no one stops. This is what the Dauntless believe in, fighting till your problems are eliminated, when I feel hands on my waist pulling me off Lynx.

I try to wriggle out, but these hands are strong, and I am too focused on hurting Lynx to pay attention to the bearer.

"Get your hands off me!" I yell, and Christina comes and faces me.

"No, you need to calm down. Tris, look at her." She points at Lynx, who is lying in the ground, still. Unnaturally still. Realization hits me.

I stop resisting, I almost fall limp and let them drag me from the party into a room. Christina sits me on the bed, and I look up. "Did I... Did I," I can't finish the sentence, I don't want to.

"No, how could you think that? That bitch was asking for a traditional ass whooping, and she got one! She is fine, you just knocked the lights out of her." Christina reassures me. "That was almost like initiation, when you beat up Molly, remember?"

I smile weakly,"Yeah, I remember."

Then all the feeling comes back into my hand, as I study it. It is almost a purple colour, marked with bruises, though later it will bruise more deeply. The stinging is almost welcoming, I need to feel something. I don't want to be a monster.

"Your not a monster, Tris." Will says, grinning. Oops, I said that out loud. "Lynx, is too cocky for her own good, she deserved what she got. And," he pulls out his phone and shows me a clip for a video, my hand mid punch," it is all over social media."

I groan and put my hands on my head," Who did that?"

"A lot of people," Will confirms," I have it on video too, but I never posted it up. Damn, that was interesting."

"Why were Ethan and Lynx practically doing it on a wall?" Christina asks curiously," like that's kinda hot, kinda not. And I'm pretty sure they hate each other."

"Yeah, well, when you are under influence, you'll do anything," I say bitterly, thinking back to my own experience," Dauntless liquor is so strong it makes you lose control."

"Ooo, trissy's thinking 'bout Uriah!" Christina sings. She starts skipping around, repeating those words. Then she starts to sing about something that sounds like it includes me, Uriah, and a tree.

"Tris and Uriah sitting in Amity Tree," she starts again, breathless from too much laughing," F-U-U-U-U-C-"

"What's this I hear?" Of course, Uriah walks in, still shirtless, though without his 'arm candy'. "No one can talking about screwing if I'm not there."

"Or me," Will tries to add on, but Christina runs over to him.

"Don't think for a second, that you can't screw without me," she giggles, poking her finger in his chest," cause if you do, I'm going all Tris on you!"

With that, her and Will collapse on the floor, a bunch of arms and legs;nothing more, laughing. I look closely at Christina. Her once perfect makeup was smeared elegantly, her dress strap torn, and her hair was a bit tangled.

"Are you drunk, Chris?" I ask, hoping she isn't drunk.

"Who me? No! Why, what makes you ask that?" She tries to stand up, but falls back into Will's arms, who willingly catch her.

"Well, you laugh at everything someone says, and you can barley stand." I state dryly.

"Oh, there is this new type of Vodka called Grey Goose,"Uriah pitches in helpfully," it has a whole bunch of side affects because it's so strong. Obviously, I had to get it for the party," he puts a hand on one hip and talks in a high pitched voice," what did you expect? I'm Uriah."

Christ falls over, again, and this time Will let's her fall. As she hits her head, her eyes go wide, filled with disbelief, pain and ...tears.

"Will!" She sobs out, tears streaming down her face, ruining her makeup," How could you do that? I'm your girlfriend, not Uriah!" She points at Uriah, frozen in place. Christina never cries, a few exceptions, but this is unlike her. "I thought you loved me, but you don't. Your such a liar!"

She runs out of the room into the bathroom, still sobbing. None of us make moves to go after her. No one knows what to do.

"That is another side affect," Uriah says after a few moments, chuckling," Denial, doubt, it almost acts like a drug."

"Wait," Will pauses," she doesn't think I love her?"

"Dude, she is your girlfriend. I don't know, it's not like we have sleepovers and eat tubs of ice cream, and gossip. I'm kinda busy having one night stands with Tris, and oh yeah, controlling Dauntless." He grins madly.

Will raises an eyebrow at us, then goes to look for Christina, leaving me with Uriah.

"Who created Grey Goose?" I ask finally.

"Candor and Amity actually. In large amounts it can supposedly make you spill things you wouldn't want people to know. It also acts like the peace serum. They were trying to make these Candor members say something, but I guess the way to get it was through slipping something in the guys drink. So then some Erudite scientists got into it and bam! Grey Goose." He claps his hands.

"Oh," I say, unsure of what to say next, when Mia, hand in hand with Eric come in.

"Hey," Mia says, raising her hands up above her head," why are you in here alone? Going to get your party on?" She wiggles her eyebrows at me and Uriah knowingly, and I sigh frustrated.

"Does anyone not know that I slept with Uriah? It seems this compound knows everything about each other!" I complain.

"Yeah, no," Eric says, crossing his arms," everyone knows, about you,Four, and Uriah."

Uriah sniffs," You guys make me sound like a slut."

"Well, you are a man-whore," Mia adds. "We should all hang in here, this party is blowing. We'll be back."

With that, her and Eric leave, promising to return, and Christina come back, carried by Will.

"What the fuck happened?" Christina groans and puts a hand on her head. " I feel like I hit my head."

"You did," I inform her sternly about Grey Goose," you need to control yourself when it comes to this alcohol. Or else something might happen when you don't have anyone with you."

"Please, like I'd party without you guys," Will places her on Uriah's bed, and she stretches out. "What are we doing now?"

"I have an idea, but you guys can't know until the game starts." Mia's voice rings out from the door way. With her is Eric, and Zeke. In Zeke's hands is an extra large glass bottle filled with bright red liquid.

"Are we all here to?" Zeke slurs, Eric grabs the bottle out of his hand before he can drop it. "What is going on?"

"Everyone sit down," Mia commands," or at least get comfie. I locked the room, so no one can get out." She smirks. "I suggest we just sit here and get drunk and talk, so you," she points at me," can't leave and go sobbing about your cheating husband."

I am shocked. Mia and I are friends, why is she speaking to me like that. Mia takes out a bunch of the red party cups and hands them out. "Don't worry, it's just punch."
They pass the bottle around, and when it comes to me, I sniff it. It smells like strawberries and something sweet. Reluctantly, I pour some into my cup, and pass it to Will. This is going to be a long night.

-A Few Drinks Later-

We are all laughing. I don't know what is funny, but their expressions make me laugh.
Uriah's face scrunches up like Theo's in the most adorable way, whereas Will looks like he might die. Damn, Uriah is so cute. Wait, I thought I was over? Tris, get your shit together!

"Pass the punch," I say to Mia, who is lying on Eric, giggling. "That stuff tastes so good."

"Drink up," she pours the juice all the way to the top, spilling a bit. I squeal as the cold liquid spills on my arm, and pull it back. I pour back some of the juice down my throat, and stop when it is half empty. "This stuff tastes like candy."

"Easy Tris," Christina rolls her eyes as she drinks some of her juice," and you said I have a liquor problem."

"I lick my lips,"What are you talking about?" I try to look stern, but everyone looks so funny when they are concerned. Why are they so concerned? Maybe they need more juice to make them feel light and happy like me.

"Tris, this is literally strawberry punch, spiked with Grey Goose." Mia explains. "You thought this was just juice? We aren't little kids."

"Oh," I think for a second. What was so wrong with Grey Goose?

"You know Tris is drunk when she forgets to be responsible!" Uriah laughs, causing everyone else to laugh. Including me. This time though, when I swallow the Grey Goose, it burns my throat. Like I drank fire, and I feel light headed. Not so that I need to lie down, but as though I'm floating on air. It's a nice feeling, not to be tied down.

"We should play something!" Zeke says, fluffing a pillow for his head.

"Yes! But not Candor or Dauntless, that's too first year." Christina points out.

"Okay, now I can tell you what we should do. We should have someone record us," Mia catches her breath; she was kissing Eric," and we should all confess one thing. And not like, something stupid, like something that if everyone know we would be screwed. All in?" She raises her cup, and I surprise myself to lifting my cup with her.

"Let's do it." Uriah shrugs, and everyone else lifts their cups. We all move to sit ina. Circle of some sort and I hold my phone that is recording everything.

"Okay so I'll go first cause I fucking suck at these things." Zeke chugs down his drink, with red dribbles of juice pouring down his chin,"So some of you may not know that Shauna is going to have a kid—"
"No, we thought this entire she was just some fatty who needs to lose weight," Eric interjects, and we all laugh, Zeke especially.

"No, dude, I'm just getting started, calm your dick, Mia, tell your sick husband to calm himself and to keep his ass comments to himself." Zeke slurs out, raising his hand, gesticulating each movement, like he is trying to emphasize. "So like, after awhile Shauna wanted a kid and I was all :um okay whatever Shauna. But then she started getting serious, and she stopped."

Will, Eric and Uriah groan in understanding, there is nothing for Christina, Mia, and me to groan about, we aren't guys.

"Dude, you never told me Shauna stopped putting out," Uriah smacks his brothers back,"what happened?"

"She wanted a 'family'," he raises his fingers in quote marks as he says family. " and I was like: Shauna, you have me, Lynn, Mar, Four, Tris, Uriah, etc,who else do you need? But she was so set on having a kid that she just stopped."

We all sit in silence, embracing the story. Zeke seems newly distraught, and the once fun atmosphere turns a bit sober.

"So anyways, Shauna stopped unless we were going to try for a kid, and I was on withdrawal. So I went to a party, and I came back extremely drunk,no, we came back extremely drunk, and she made me promise that if we did sleep together at that moment, then it would be for a kid." He bursts out laughing for a minute, wiping tears from his eyes. "The funny thing is I never, even promising anything. The reason Shauna is pregnant is because I forgot to use protection."

The laughing starts as soon as it ended: almost immediately. I laugh so hard, my body shakes and tears run down my eyes. Zeke's scrunched up face makes everyone gaps for air.

"Let me get this straight," Christina wipes her eyes," you banged so much you went on withdrawal? That's crazy!"

"It's a Pedrad thing." Uriah states.

"Okay, I'm next." Mia drunkenly staggers up into the middle of the circle. Everyone cheers as she takes a bow in acknowledgement, giving everyone a generous view of her cleavage.

"So I went to the bathroom with Tris, because I spilled my drink on her totally hot tatts," she points at me," and then I actually puked my guts out."

"Ewww, Mia," Zeke groans, and Will mutters comments about drunk women and habits of puking, but Mia waves them off.

"So, anyways, I told Tris not to tell anyone, because I don't want to know. Hell, I've thrown up hundreds of time, but this? I could feel it, it was some drunk throw up. It felt like before I had Adam," she laughs and points to her stomach," I'm probably pregnant, but I don't want another kid. They are so much work like you can't swear in front of them, or well- I can't say the other one," she grins lazily at Eric," but I just was happy with how things are. So here I am," she points to her cup," drinking my worries at a kick ass party. Now someone else to do we won't talk about it." She moves and plops down on Eric's lap, and begins kissing him.

I am not surprised Mia is having a new baby,by the way she acted with Eric in public, I'm not surprised what happens behind closed doors.

"Uriah, go. I want to hear you confess something." Mia chortles from Eric's lap.

"So, apparently everyone knows Tris and I slept together—" Uriah starts but Eric cleared his throat.

"Actually, no one knows. When I said everyone knew about you, I meant the cheating thing." Eric explains." But do tell, how is Tris is bed?" Mia gives him a look, and Christina wrinkles her nose. I can feel myself blush.

"Yeah, but none of you know how many times, or how it happened," Uriah's mischief look is back as he eyes everyone," so shut up and listen."

We sit attentively, waiting for Uriah to continue, but first he pours everyone the last of the Grey Goose. "So, after I like totally ruined Four's ability to have kids," I cough, and Uriah glances at me," Trissy and I went to get really drunk, we were supposed to go back to my place and talk," he grins at me," but Tris has very different meanings of talk."

"Maybe I should go over and talk with Tris more often," Eric whispers. Mia punches him, and he cracks up.

"Yeah, yeah, it's everyone's biggest dream to sleep with Tris," Uriah blabbers," so we sat on the couch... And I kissed her."

The girls exhale softly, I roll my eyes. They didn't know how heated that kiss was, no matter how Uriah puts it, the memory is burned into my mind.

"And then she kissed me back." Uriah finishes.

"Then?" Mia prompts," what happened?"

Uriah laughs,"I'm sorry Mia, I didn't know you were looking for a porno, but here it goes. We kiss, I take of her shirt, she takes off mine, I kiss her-"

"Uriah," I say, and he looks at me expectantly," shut up."

"Fine." He says in mock hurt. "But I'm just telling them that first time we had-"

"Okay, my turn." Will comes to save me.

He turns and looks at Christina," I've kinda been keeping something from you, so I'm just going to say it." He takes a deep breathe and steps into the circle. He doesn't his drink, and shakes his head from the burn. "I accidentally got kissed by this girl who works with me as a guard."

Christina licks her lips and shrugs,"And? What, I've kissed Eric before, during initiation, before," she shoots him a meaningful look," he hung me from the chasm."

Will sighs in relief,"You not mad? Thank god, Chris. The moment it happened I felt so guilty. I still do."

"Nah, it's fine," Chris takes a sip from her cup," as long as that hoe is gone, then I'm fine."

"She is," Will promises," I made it clear that I'm with you." He furrows his eyebrows," wait, you kissed Eric?"

"You kissed her?" Mia laughs at Eric," am I that bad?"

"If I say what I want to right now, everyone will never look at me the same," Eric nudges her chin with his. "Besides it was meaningless."

"You thought it was meaningless? That's not the impression I got." Chris laughs to herself.

"Okay, my turn." I say before everyone starts killing each other.

"I can confirm those rumours about Marlene," I say after taking a shot with the last of the sweet drink in my cup. Everyone's eyes widen in shock and denial. "Marlene is pregnant, and I know the father."

"Uri?" Will points slowly at Uriah, who is motionless and staring into a blank space.

I slowly shake my head, a bitter smile appearing on my face,"It's Four's."

They gasp, is surprise. "Are you kidding me?" Zeke spits. "I was just with Four, and he never told me about this."

" I heard Marlene say it," I insist," I followed them after I left with those knives, and she told him."

Zeke gets up," I am going to kill Four."

I snort,"Get in line."

Zeke stands up, apparently he wasn't joking. But when he tries to stand, his legs wobble. A small smile, almost peaceful sets on Zeke's face. He falls and the bed cushions his fall. But he hits Christina on the way down. Both of them are out , I think numbly, I have to go see if she is okay.
I try to get up, but a cold feeling rises up my legs, and I know that I can't walk. Too late, I am standing, trying to reach the bed. My vision is blurry, with black spots appearing when I blink. I hear a thump. No doubt, everyone is trying to get up and not succeeding. I don't mean to, but my head feels so heavy and I feel faint, that I tilt it, and the only thing I see after that, is the room from a sideways view. Then, everything turns into a delicious black, filled with warmth and the softness of a baby's skin. I let myself go.
