Hey, sorry it's been a while since I updated this story,* but I hope that this new chapter will make up for it* so…NEW CHAPTER UPDATE GUYS~

Chapter 10: A New World/Spirited Away II
Previously In HEART OF SOULS:
"Is there anywhere else, that you and your parents might have gone in this place, Chihiro? Anything at all, that might help us be able to find your parents?" Riku asked, trying to help the young girl.
"Wait, what? You want us to help the kid?" Ichigo said, as he got into the conversation. "Do you really think that we have time to go search party hunting?"
"I think we can and besides, we might find Sora and the others…since you seemed to have forgotten this whole time that they weren't here…" Riku said as Ichigo didn't say anything as he realized that he didn't see or notice Sora nearby at all, this whole time.
"Um, I do remember that dad thought that we had found an abandoned amusement park, as he said that we should this place. While we walked we did cross a dry riverbed…" Chihiro said, trying to be of help in anyway, that she could.
"Well, then, let's go find the riverbed and maybe that's where they are…" Riku said, as she stood up and gently took Chihiro's hand, to lead her. "We can let big old mean Ichiy-Kun stay here and pout…"
"Hey, don't call me Ichiy-Kun, Riku!" Ichigo said, as he got a little mad at the 'nickname' that Riku would always tease him, as he ran after them, as the three started there search for the missing parents…
So, back with Sora and his group, they had been walking around for a while and saw area of wooden and decorative stands, like the kind you would see at a festival. They looked at the stands, taking notice of them as they were just there, without anyone running them at the moment.
"Wow, that's weird. There should be at least someone here to be at these stalls…" Sora thought, as they continued to search the area, as he noticed a big fancy like tall building, not to far from them. "Hey, maybe we should check there. We might find a clue or something, that can help us find our missing buddies."
Sora's group agreed with the idea, as they raced to the building, hoping that they would be right and find something to help with their missing companions….

Ichigo and Riku walked with the girl Chihiro, as they reached what looked to be a bridge that had a exquisite looking bathhouse building across the other side. Chihiro stared at the building for a few minutes, as she wondered why a bathhouse was here. They looked around for a bit, as they looked at the bathhouse building as suddenly Riku sensed a presence nearby. They all looked to see a young boy with short hair, who just stared at them in horror.
"Who's the kid?" Ichigo asked, wondering who he was.
"No idea. Do you know him Chihiro?" Riku asked Chihiro, who shook her head at them, not knowing who the boy was. Riku turns to the boy, as she looks at him with a curious-serious like look.
"Who are you?" Riku asks, as the boy seemed to ignore her question and seemed to just want to stare at them instead, before walking towards them.
"You shouldn't be here. Get out of here now!" The boy said as he went over to Ichigo, and Riku with the girl Chihiro. He started to push them away, trying to get them as far away as he could. But Ichigo stood his ground, not budging at all.
"What…what the hell for?" Ichigo said, being stubborn and not moving an inch until he got some answers from the kid. Riku rolled her eyes at his stubbornness, knowing that acting like this was useless. "Why don't you give us a reason, you stupid brat, instead of bossing us around!"
"Ichigo, you shouldn't say that to him, he's just a kid…" Riku said, as she gave him a little small hand slap across his head, for acting like that. As Ichigo was about to yell at both the strange kid and Riku, the strange boy turned his head to look at the sky, his face starting to get a bit of a tiny look of fear in his eyes.
"It's almost night…leave now, before it gets dark." The boy said as he saw shadows beginning to form. A few lamps were being lit as he gasped in horror. He knew this wasn't good at all…
"There lighting the lamps…get out of here! You've gotta get across the river…go! I'll distract them." He said as he gave them all one final push off the bridge. Ichigo gave the boy a staring look, Riku stopped him by putting her hand on his arm and shaking her head at him, as a way of saying to let it go for now. As the three raced away and tried to regroup with their friends, the boy watched them go, before putting his hand in the air and then blow something that looked like white shards into the air.
He just hoped that he could buy them some time to escape…

Sora and the others just came around the corner to where the bridge that led to the bathhouse, just missing Ichigo, Riku and Chihiro by a few minutes. Sora notices the boy and starts to go over to him, to ask him a few questions.
But before he could say anything, the boy turned around and saw the group, as he just pointed a finger at them, pointing to where the way that the others went.
"You should hurry up and catch up to your friends. You need to leave this place quickly." The boy said, as he stood there for a few minutes, before turning away.
"Wait, how do you know who we where looking for? And who are you anyway?" Sora asked him.
"Just go, now...and who am I, you ask?...Haku…" The boy, now known as Haku said, as he started to walk off, leaving Sora and the others to silently agree to with that he said and run off to where their friends had gone off too…
So, while Sora and his group where trying to catch up to the friends, Ichigo and Riku ran with Chihiro, as they were trying to help find her parents. She started to tell them about the last place that she saw them, as they were eating at one of the stalls that was making food….

"…My parents and I had found this area of empty food stalls that was nearby from the tunnel that we came through. My dad smelled the scent of food being cooked in one of the stalls, so him and mom both sat at the stall and started eating the food. Dad said that I should have some, but I told them no, because I guess, I was to nervousness and afraid that we shouldn't eat any of the food, or we might get in trouble….."
She stopped running for a second, as she looked at the ground, feeling herself wanting to cry.
"…But dad wouldn't listen and both he and mom just continued to eat the food. Why did they do that? They should have just listened to me!" Chihiro said, as Riku started to feel a little sad for the girl, as she went over to her and put a arm around her shoulder, trying to comfort her, if only for just a little bit.
When Chihiro had calmed down a little bit, they started to get going again, trying to find Chihiro's parents…
"That boy…what's up with him?" Chihiro asked, thinking about the boy.
"You mean that kid we met at the bridge? Who knows…" Ichigo said as he shrugged his shoulders. Riku let out a small sigh at Ichigo's comment. They kept running, until suddenly, Ichigo found himself in a dead end area, without Riku or Chihiro. He thought that they were all together and he didn't remember how he got to where he was by himself.
"What the hell…hey, Riku, Chihiro? Where did you guys go?" Ichigo called out, hoping to get an answer and know if they were close by. But no answer was said back, as he called out for them again. "CHIHIRO! RIKU! WHERE ARE YOU?!"
Again, no answer was called back, as he was starting to get the feeling that something was very wrong. He started to get moving as he run through the area, hoping to find them soon.
While Ichigo was looking for Riku and Chihiro, Chihiro lead Riku to where her parents were she left them last….

"…They should still be at the food stall area, that's where I last left them." Chihiro said as she and Riku ran to where the area that Chihiro said that they were at. Riku had noticed a bit ago that Ichigo wasn't behind them. But she didn't say anything to Chihiro, not wanting her to panic. As they were close to the area, which turned out to be an area of wooden and decorative stands, like the kind you would see at a festival, Chihiro went straight to one of the stands, as she saw her parents still eating the food that was at the stand. But as Riku went over to Chihiro, see sensed that something was a little off about Chihiro's parents.
She didn't know much about the people in this world, but most parents that she knew, didn't always look, that big….
"Mom! Dad! Come on! Quit eating! Let's get out of here!" Chihiro said as she went over to her dad, trying to make them stop eating. Riku looks at the food stall area and seeing two pigs at the stall eating the food, instead of not seeing Chihiro's parents.
"Um, Chihiro…I don't think, that's your parents. I think those are..." Riku said, but never got to finish her sentence, as one of the pigs turned around and squealed at the two girls.

"PIGGGGSSSS!" Riku yelled, kinda freaked out, at there behavior. The pigs looked at them both, as they let out the squealing sounds again, as Chihiro let out a small scream, as she started to back up a bit, trying not to let the pigs touch her. Riku grabbed her arm and pulled her away, pulling her close to her, as she drew out a kunai knife, ready to use it if she had too.
"Back the hell off, right now!" Riku said to the pigs, as they looked at her for a minute, before a ghostly like figure appeared behind the counter and hit both pigs with a wooden rod. Riku saw it as a chance for them to make an escape, as she motioned for Chihiro to run. "Chihiro, run!"
"But, Riku…why are there pigs…" Chihiro started to say, but Riku cut her off, knowing that they needed to run now.
"Just, run…now!" Riku said as both girls ran away from the food stall and down the street, trying to get away. Chihiro started to get a little panicky like, as she was totally freaking out at what had just happened…
"Mom! Dad! Where are you?" Chihiro said as she kept trying to find her parents, with Riku right behind her. "Mom!...Dad!..."
"Chihiro, I think, that was your parents…" Riku said, as Chihiro looked at her with wide dark-colored eyes, thinking that she was talking crazy like and didn't believe what she was saying.
"No, that can be true! It just can't be!" Chihiro said, shaking her head in disbelief, not wanting to believe that this was actually true and that she wasn't imagining it. As she was trying to get her mind and emotions under control, something moved right by them, that kinda freaked both Riku and Chihiro out a little bit. What they saw looked to be a black spirited like being figure, with blankless like expression on its face.
"Ahhh! A ghost!" Chihiro said as she grabbed Riku's hand, holding it in a tight strong grip, as she was a little bit afraid of seeing the black like spirited figures. Another spirited figure appeared, as it seemed that this setting was for spirits to be around and that it was a grounds area for them.
"I don't think there ghosts, Chihiro. I think…they might be spirits." Riku said, trying to explain them to the frightened Chihiro. "They look to be harmless, so as long as we don't bother them, I don't think they will attack us. But if they do, I'll beat them up, alright, sweetie?" She looked at Chihiro, giving the girl a smile to help cheer her up. Chihiro tried to smile back, but she was still kinda afraid of what was going on, but she didn't say anything for now.
They kept on running as they reached the area that had the path that would them to wear Chihiro knew of the tunnel area was. But as they were getting close, something had changed that would make there way of existing the place a little difficult…
In other words, the way of the exit had been sealed off…
And was replaced with something else…

"Water?!" Chihiro exclaimed as she was up to her waist in water, water in which in its place which a field of grass should have been. The very same stone steps that she had walked earlier with her mom and dad, had disappeared like they had never been there at all…
"This was all wrong, just horrible wrong…" Her mind was telling her, as could feel herself starting to panic a bit. She didn't know what was going on, but something seemed to be going horribly wrong and wanted this to just to be a dream and that she would wake up soon…
"I'm dreaming! I'm dreaming!" She said as she was starting to freak out. Riku went over to her, putting a comforting hand on her shoulder, to help her calm down. But her helping her trying to calm Chihiro down, wasn't gonna work this time because she was too emotionally freaked out to calm herself down.
And it was just gonna get worse…
As Chihiro was now realizing that there was no longer a way back home to the Human World, her emotions and mind had it there limit and then for some reason, something inside of her seemed to snap…
"NO! THIS CAN'T BE REAL! THIS IS ALL JUST A DREAM!" Chihiro yelled outloud, as she couldn't take much more of this. She falls to the ground and curls up into a ball, as she started to cry. Riku got down on her knees so she could be closer to Chihiro and started patting her back , gently with her hand to try and calm her down some more. But Chihiro started muttering something softly, that would make a certain change to her…:
"Go away…it's just a dream…just disappear….."
"Go away…
"Go away… just disappear….."
As she had been saying those words, trying to attempt and dismiss this whole scene and all the occurrences that happened as a dream, her body without her knowing, was starting to slowly fade a little bit at a time, fading into nonexistence. Riku started to see the fadingness quickly, as she grabbed Chihiro's shoulder, while she could still touch it.
"Chihiro, stop it! Chihiro, look at yourself, right now! Your fading away!" Riku said, as Chihiro stopped crying and quickly looked at her hands. Chihiro screamed outloud that she was turning into a ghost, as Riku held her shoulders, trying to think of a way to keep her from fading away. But as Riku was still trying to help Chihiro, something was lurking in the water. It got closer to them as Riku turned her attention to the water a little too late…
"Chihiro, run!" Riku said as she summoned her Keyblade without her knowing. Chihiro looked at the weapon, feeling even more scared, but she followed Riku's directions and started to run somehow else for cover. As she starts to run, she randomly turns around, as she saw a strong watery like hand coming from the middle of the water. Chihiro started to get a look of horror on her face at seeing the watery like hand, but she remembers what Riku said and starts to run away, trying to find someone who could help…

Meanwhile Ichigo was still looking for his missing companions as he looked down another street, trying to find Riku or the others. He was about to make a double back on some other places, when he heard Sora's voice call out to him.
"HEYYYY there, Ichigo!" Ichigo turned his head and saw Sora and his group coming up towards him, looking like they had been running around for a while looking for them.
"Sora…" Ichigo said as he went over to Sora, kinda wondering where they had been all this time.
"So, what happened with you and Riku when we separated?" Sora asked Ichigo, wanting to know what had happened with them, while they were had separated for a bit of time.
"Well, we kinda got into a bit of trouble with something that I really don't understand. There was some little kid, and that we needed to leave or something…" Ichigo said, as he tried to explain as best he could.
"Some kid…wait, was the kid a boy? A boy named Haku?" Sora asked, wondering if Ichigo and Riku had ran into him.
"I don't know anyone named 'Haku', but yeah, we did…" Ichigo said as he quickly remembered the boy that they had ran into earlier. A few seconds passed as he quickly remembered something else. "Hey, by the way, have you seen Riku and Chihiro anywhere?" Ichigo asks Sora, trying to find out if he had seen them anywhere.
"Huh, Chihiro? Who's that?" Sora asked, kinda a little confused on who Ichigo was talking about.
"She's a girl that we both ran into, when we got here…I guess she must be some kind of local here in this world…" Ichigo said, as he started to explain on what happened when he and Riku met the girl, Chihiro.

"Well, we followed a path that led to be some kind of courtyard. After looking around, we found Chihiro who was also in that area. She was kinda scared of us at first, but Riku was able to get her to calm down and trust us. Does that always happen when you travel to new worlds?" Ichigo said, as he directed the question to Sora.
"Yeah, sometimes it happens. There are times when the people of those worlds can be afraid of new people who enter those worlds, like us. But even though we just pass through and do the duties that we need to do as Keyblade Bearers, they can't know why were here or what were here to do. It's a rule that we must always follow and must be kept as a secret while as long as we have the keyblades…" Sora said, explaining a little bit more to Ichigo about the rules of the Keyblade wielders. Ichigo listened carefully, taking mental note of all that Sora said, so he could tell Riku when they got back together with her.
"Okay, so, I'll continue where I left off I guess- Guess that girl was scared of us, so Riku tried talking to her, to find out her name and why she was here, since it seemed kinda strange that a girl would be here, in a place like that all by herself. So, Riku did talk to her and found out her name was Chihiro. We also found out that she was traveling with her parents to the new house that they were moving too, when something strange started to happen…"
"Something strange started to happen? Strange like what?" Donald asked, as now the story was getting interesting and any information might help in knowing, what was going on in this new world that they had arrived in.
"Well, she said that while her parents were driving the car, her dad missed the turn he was supposed to take and instead, he drove the car through an undeveloped footpath, which was surrounded by spiritual offerings…. almost nearly crashing the vehicle into a stone statue. So after a little bit of a almost argument, they left the car and walked up the path to find a large tunnel. Even though Chihiro was against going through the tunnel, they went through the tunnel anyway and then, without any reason, they got separated…" Ichigo said, as he explained some more.
"So, that's the strange thing? Doesn't sound strange to me…" Sora said, feeling a bit confused at where the 'strange part' was in the story.
"I'm getting there…" Ichigo said, as he continued talking again, trying to explain some more about what happened. "Riku thought that there might be more to what Chihiro was telling us, since the girl looked to be hiding something, but Riku decided to just let drop for now and let her tell us when she wanted to. Riku asked Chihiro if she knew anywhere where her parents might be, so we could help her look for them. She told us that she remembered, that her dad thought that they had found an abandoned amusement park and that they should go to that place. As they were walking she said that they crossed a dry riverbed. Riku asked her if she could show us the way that they walked through, it could help us find her parents better. She agreed and she took us to a place that looked to be a bridge that had a exquisite looking bathhouse building across the other side…"
"Bridge that had a bathhouse across the other side…" Sora said, as he suddenly remembered the place Ichigo was talking about. "I think I know of the place that you're talking about. We might have passed there, I think…" he thinks some more, as he does remember the bathhouse with the bridge area. "Yeah, we did pass by there…"
"Okay, so you guys passed by it too, huh? Well, at least now we know that it wasn't made up in our heads…" Ichigo said, as he continued. "All Three of us were thinking of why there was a bathouse here, so we started looking around for a bit, trying to find some answers. As we were looking, Riku thought that someone was near by and she was right…"
"…there was a kid, some boy, who started to ask us why we were here…"
"That must have been Haku, who you said that you guys ran into…" Sora said as the question of how they knew Haku was now solved.
"He told us to leave before it gets dark, for the reason why, he didn't say…" Ichigo said. "So we left and Chihiro started to tell us a bit more of what happened with her parents-
Her parents and had found an area of empty food stalls that was nearby from the tunnel that they came through. Chihiro didn't want to, but her parents went over to one of the stalls were there was food being cooked, and started eating the food. Chihiro refused to eat any of the food, since she thought it would be a bad idea. After a bit more talking to us, Riku told her that we would still help her look for her parents some more…"
…
"… but after a few minutes of looking, I somehow ended up in a dead end area, without Riku and Chihiro. I don't know how we got separated like that again, but no matter how many times I called them, there was no answer. So I decided to look for them and try to hook back up with you guys to see if you knew where they were…"

"…And that's it. Well, that's all that happened while we were separated from you guys and were trying to explore this world with Chihiro…." Ichigo said, as he was done finishing his explanation, While Sora and the others listened silent like. After Ichigo was done talking, Sora started to think of something, that caught everyone a little off guard, since it was an idea out of nowhere…
"Well, we can't just be standing around here, like statues and we really need to get a move on, and get back together with Riku and this girl…So, here is an idea: Why don't we try and look for Riku and this girl? We might have a better chance of finding them, if we group up…" Sora asked, bringing up an idea for them to try.
"Well, that does sound kinda good, but wouldn't it be better, if we split up and try to look for them that way?" Ichigo asked knowing that they needed to find them quickly, was really important and anyway that they found them would work (*but the quickest ways would work a lot better*).
"Do you want us to look for you too, also? That seems more work than it seems…" Donald asked, as he adding in his thoughts to the idea. "We don't know much about this world and we don't know what will happen if we split apart a lot, looking for each other…" The idea was thought in everyone's minds, as they thought about it, before coming up with any more thoughts to say about it.
"Yeah, I think you might be right about that. I don't think more of us getting lost here, would be better for all of us…" Ichigo said, as he now agreed that them sticking together and looking for the two missing girls. As they were looking, something appeared in front of them, almost knocking into Sora.
"Hey, watch out…" Sora started to say, as he saw what appeared to be a fading like ghost person. "AHH! A GHOST!"
"Hey! I'm not a ghost, at least…I'm trying not to be…" The person started to say, as she looked to see Ichigo right by Sora. "Hey, I know you! You're the scary guy that was with Riku…"
"I AM NOT SCARY GUY! MY NAME IS ICHIGO KUROSAKI!" Ichigo said, as he was starting to not like getting called 'scary guy'. He looks at the girl, as she seemed familiar like. "Hey, are you…Chihiro, perhaps?"
"Chihiro? The girl you told us about?" Sora said, as he also looked at the girl again. "I didn't know she was a ghost…"
"I'm not a ghost, I already told you that." Chihiro said, as she was getting annoyed and cranky like from all the stuff that was going on. "Anyway, I need your help, right away! Riku needs your help right away and quickly…."
"Riku needs help?! What happened Chihiro? Is she okay?" Ichigo said, as he got a little serious and worried about his friend, not knowing if she got caught in some kind of trouble while they were separated again.
"Riku is in trouble, with some weird monster thing…" Chihiro said as she tried to explain why Riku was in trouble. "I don't know what it was, but it tried to come at us from the water area…"
"Water area? Where is that? Could you tell us where that is?" Sora asked, as Chihiro looked at him for a few seconds, wondering if she should or not. But she knew that she should let them try to help, as she nodded her head, as she was gonna lead them to where Riku was.
"Okay, but I can show you where she is, that would make helping a lot better…" Chihiro said, as she started to lead them to where Riku was. While they ran to help Riku, Chihiro told them the exact location was, but decided to stay a little behind in a safe area, since she didn't know how long she would last in her 'almost fading' body state...
Which both Sora and Ichigo agreed with her that she should stay behind in a safe area, as they went to go fight whatever it was that was with Riku…
Ichigo and Sora's group race raced over to where Chihiro had told them that Riku was last scene. When they got to the watery area, Ichigo looked around, calling Riku's name. After a few minutes of calling, he heard a soft like splashing sound or so it sounded like it…
Ichigo turned to see where the sound had come from, but what he saw kinda shocked and terrified him a bit…
Over the water, was looked to be a bending twister watery cage, that seemed to be keeping something locked in it. As Ichigo and Sora looked closely, they saw that Riku was the thing, that was locked inside it.
"RIKU!" Both Sora and Ichigo yelled at the same time, both summoning their Keyblades quickly, in order to help free Riku. But as they were about to go help her, a voice called out to them…
"Not yet… you're not ready to fight yet…you need a bit of advice before you fight in this world…"
And with that, a sudden bluish light came over them and they all disappeared into that same fading bluish light….
Okay, here is the end of chapter 10. And wow did this take me a kind of long time to write (very sorry for the long wait everyone) but I hope this chapter helps with all that waiting. And as a nice way of asking, I would be very happy if I could get a review on how the chapter was (more reviews means more inspiration for writing more chapters)
