Hello all. This chapter will be the start of the Battle City tournament in the end. For now, you have a girl talk between Mai and Téa.
Téa's POV:
I was walking around town when I run into Mai. "Hello Mai." I say with no emotion. "Well hello to you too. Listen, I know that we both have feelings for Danny so why don't we just share him? It would less painful to share him." Mai says. "You don't mind sharing him?" I ask. "It's not the first time I had to share a guy with another girl." Mai says. "Alright. We'll share him. Did he take you out on a date yet?" I say then ask. "No he didn't. Last I saw of him was he was hanging with Yugi." Mai says. "Where did you see Danny and Yugi at?" I ask. "They were heading to the museum. Want to go see if they're there?" Mai says then asks. "Let's go." I say. Mai and I head to the museum. Upon entering, we find Yugi but no Danny. "Where's Danny?" I ask Yugi. "He's down these steps. He should be coming up soon." Yugi replies while pointing to a set of steps behind him. Just then Danny comes up with a female with him. "Who's this Danny?" I ask. "This is Ishizu Ishtar. She's the one who brought these stone slabs with Ancient Egyptian writing and other pictures that look like Duel Monsters cards to the museum. Her family was raised to protect the Pharaoh's tomb. She knew who Yami is. Do you and Mai mind sharing me with her, Téa?" Danny explains then asks. "I don't mind Danny." Both Mai and I say at the same time.
Time skip: whatever time Kaiba announces the Battle City Tournament: Danny's POV:
Yugi, Joey, Mai, Elle, and I are waiting to hear about the Battle City Tournament. "Greetings duelists. Is you are hearing this then you are to go get an official Kaiba Corp. duel disk. Blueprints were made by World Renowned Ghost Experts, Jack and Maddie Fenton. With each duel disk is a locator card. The rules of Battle City are simple. Each player wages their rarest card and their locator card. Duelists need six locator cards to participate in the finals." The TVs say. Just then a helicopter sounds. "Battle City's gonna be an all out war." The real Kaiba says. Yugi, Joey, Mai, Elle, and I head to get our duel disks. "Names?" The guy at the computer asks. "Yugi Muto." Yugi says. "Ah yes. Here you go." The guy says while handing Yugi a duel disk. "Hi, Joey Wheeler." Joey says. "Wheeler. Here's a duel disk for you." The guy says. "Mai Valentine's the name." Mai says. Mai then gets a duel disk. "Elle Fenton." Elle says. Elle gets a duel disk. "Danny Fenton." I say. I get the last duel disk the guy has. "Joey, isn't Serenity's operation today?" Yugi asks. "Oh you're right Yuge. I better get going." Joey says. "Hang on Joey. I would like to meet Serenity." I say. Joey and I head to the hospital. On the way, we run into creeps in trench coats with the Millennium Item symbol on the hood. "Go on Joey. I'll take these creeps." I say. I prepare my duel disk. "I summon Tech Master in attack mode and play this card face down." I say. Tech Master's attack and defense points are 1400. My face down card is a spell card called Team Phantom. It allows me to summon Danny Phantom, Danielle Phantom, Study Girl, and Darkness to the field. I have to have either Danny Phantom, Danielle Phantom, Study Girl, Darkness, or Tech Master on the field to use this spell card. My opponent plays a monster card. "I play this card face down and activate my spell card Team Phantom. I can summon Danny Phantom, Danielle Phantom, Study Girl, and Darkness to the field." I say. Said monster cards are played. My new face down card is the Sarcophagus of Forever Sleep. It will trap any monster in it leaving the duelist wide open for direct attacks. He plays Exodia while I activate my trap card. I have all my monsters attack him directly.
