Hey, I know, it's been years. I've been completely swamped after starting a plot bunny that blew up into a big hit and I've been going strong at it. I know I've lost many readers and fans to this and I have concluded that I really wrote myself into a brick wall on this one. I believe the start and finisher of it was when I decided to make this a mega-crossover.
That being said, in the hopes of getting back my mojo for this story, destroying my writer's block, and making this thing the story it should have always been, I will be erasing everything about the crossovers. A character or two from another franchise will probably appear but I will work their identity into the DxD universe. The mega crossover would have been a truly massive undertaking and it honestly wasn't something I was capable of handling at the time I was writing this. I just got so damn excited that I started trying to sprint before I could even really walk and my muse left my abilities behind in the metaphorical, virtual dust.
Many writers will understand where I'm coming from.
So yes, my story isn't cancelled, it's just going to be shortened back to where there's none of the havoc of crossing dimensions. It all sounded so cool in my mind and on a rough draft, but as I looked it over after taking a few steps back, I saw the trees instead of the forest and they were full of holes.
I hope to eventually win back the audience I once had when this story was getting off the ground and I hope you all will find it in your hearts to give me a second chance with this piece of literature.
P.S. The guest who wrote the 2 reviews just recently..you have some special timing since I had just finished this story alert notice. For future reviews, please use an actual account so you can talk to me about this instead of just raging...despite how much I might deserve it.
