Rob, Laura and Ella walk into Rob & Laura's home. Laura puts her slender hand out and says, "Well, welcome to our home Ella, our home is your home."

Ella smirks then she said, "Laura, I treat every home as my home because it may be my last home."

Rob and Laura look at each other then laughed then Rob said,

"Please sit on the couch, it's nice and comfortable; reminds you of sitting on a cloud"

She sat down on the couch then she said,

"For some reason, I'm wanting to play a harp now."

Rob and Laura laughed at Ella's joke then Rob said,

"Would you excuse us Ella? Laura and I just need to talk, we'll just be over here."

Ella then said, "Rob, if you and Laura want to talk dirty, you don't have to go across the room; just talk here and I won't hear."

She leaned back into the couch then said again, "Really, I won't"

Rob and Laura look in shock at their house guest then softly laugh then they move across the room then Laura asked in a low voice,

"Rob, what's going on? Why did you want to talk? Is it dirty?"

He looked at her in shock as she smiled then he smiled himself then said, "Well, in a way, it's painting talk?"

She looked at him then asked, "Huh?" then quick realization comes on her then she said, "The painting!"

He shook his head while trying to keep a smile on for Ella's sake then he said, "Yes, the painting ...that's what I was thinking when you invited..."

He keeps nodding his head toward Ella then Laura said, "Oh, Rob! I forgot all about the painting with Minnie's death, the funeral, Ella...what are we going to do?"

He then asked her, "Where is the painting?"

Laura told him,

"It's behind the bed."

Rob though about it then said, "Well, it should be okay there."

Her lip quivered then she said, "Oh, Rob!"

Just then Ella said, "Oh!"

Rob and Laura ran over to her then ask, "Ella, what's wrong?"

Ella looked at them then said, "I had something I haven't had in a long time."

Rob asked,

"What?"

Ella stood up then said, "I had a newsflash."

Laura said the simple statement, "Huh?"

"I smell a newstory, there's something around here that the world needs to know"

Laura and Rob get nervous then Laura said,

"What? Oh no, nothing around here, dull as dishwasher around here...lemon scented of coarse"

Rob gives a dry laugh then she said, "Well, maybe not the world but tell me more about your dancing studio Laura."

Laura's face brightens then she said, "Oh! Well...I have a LOT to tell you but let me tell you about the dance -a-thon coming up, we are having it to make money for make-a-wish foundation."

Rob looked down at the two beautiful women in his life and smiled.

A few mornings later, both Rob and Laura are running around the house drinking coffee and grabbing purses, wallets and car keys then Laura looked at Ella then she said,

"Oh, I'm sorry Ella! We're just so busy today, I hate leaving you alone today but with my studio getting ready for the dance-a-thon, Rob doing some work for a friend..."

Ella waved her hand at Laura then said, "You've done a lot for me, took me to your studio the other day then to Millie's house where she raised her family; this has been a great trip down memory lane ! You done a lot for an old lady !"

Rob and Laura smile at each other then Laura said, "We have to go, have a good day Ella."

Rob waves good bye then they head out the door then Ella sat down on the couch then she said to herself:

"Okay old lady, what are you going to do today?"

She reaches over and picks up the T.V. guide then asked herself, "What's today? Oh, yeah, Saturday..."

She flips through the pages then she came to a page then she said, "Nothing good on t.v. since they took off Dick Van Dyke and Andy Griffith...hmmm, Rob and Laura remind me...nah, that would be the Twilight Zone. Oh, I know what I'll do !"

She slowly gets up from the couch and goes to her room then she comes out holding a magic 8 ball then she lovingly rubs her hands over the ball then she goes to sit down then she asked the ball:

"Will this be an exciting day?"

She shook the ball then she watched as "yes" came up. She smiled then she asked, "Should I cook dinner?"

She shook the ball then it said, "No way hose"

She made a face then she laughed and giggled then asked:

"Will I meet my Charles Boyer?"

She shook the ball hard then looked and it said, "Yes."

She threw the ball in the air in excitement then she heard it land behind the couch and roll off then she got up to go get it then she said, " Where did you go ball?"

She looked in Rob and Laura's bedroom and sees the ball has stopped on the right near the top of their bed. She walked on in then she said, " There you are."

She looked around the room then she said, " They have good taste."

She goes to the ball, stands in front of it then she kicked the ball lightly, it rolled over and stopped at Laura's picture wrapped in paper. Ella goes over and she asked herself, "What's this?"

She pulled out the painting, then she keeps pulling it out then she grabs the top her nose between her eyes then she said, "I'm getting that old feeling...newsflash! There's something about this painting...Oh, I shouldn't do this..."

She starts to put the painting back when she notices that you can easily slide the cover off the painting then she quickly said,

"Yes, I should!"

She pulls the painting fully out then leans it against the bed then she took the brown paper off then she said, "It's Laura! In her birthday suit!"

Charles Boyer was a famous movie star from the 30's and throughout the golden age of Hollywood, I think he would be one that Ella would have a crush on.
