Mount Justice

I stand next to Cisco and watch Robin and Aqualad spar.
"You've been ditching all your assigned tutoring days?" Cisco asks.
"I'm not interested in being told I'm stupid." I reply, my eyes never leaving the sparring match.
"You're not stupid! Just... suck at reading." He tries to fix.
"You don't help." I reply.
"Come on, Dick is cool. He won't be so demanding. Promise me you'll give I a shot. Besides, I know the real reason you won't is because you can't be in a room for 5 seconds with Grayson without blushing!" He points out, smirking. My face reddens
"What?! No!" I reply.
"Prove it. Go to one tutoring session." He commands.
"Fine! I will." I reply, than realize what happened "I hate reverse psychology" I shout and he laughs. Robin and Kaldur stop sparring and we walk up to them
"You know they're a couple, right?" Robin whispers when Conner and M'gann walk in.
"Duh!" Cisco replies.
"I believe I knew before they did." Kaldur admits. I see Artemis and Wally walk in
"Do we tell them?" Robin asks.
"It is not our place." Kaldur answers.
"So if Zatara's our babysitter of the week, why's he still here? And why is he eating my snacks?!" Wally asks about Captain Marvel, who's munching on a granola bar.
"Recognized, Batman 0-2"
"Computer, National News." Batman commands and the screen comes, showing Cat Grant.
"The initial attack was short lived, but Metropolis was only granted a short reprieve. And despite the intervention of Superman, and the Justice League, there seems to be no end in sight." Cat says.
"Should we get out there?" Robin asks.
"No. The league will soon have the situation under control, that's not why I'm here. According to your intel, Sportsmaster supplied Cadmus Blockbuster formula to Cobra." Batman says.
"Who combined it with Bane's venom to create Cobra venom." Wally adds.
"Which the brain used to carry out his animal army." Robin continues.
"And upgrade Wolf." Conner adds.
"The brain also used inhibitor collars, like the ones at Belle Reve penitentiary." M'gann finishes.
"Batman, could these plants be on Cobra venom?" I ask.
"I had Green Lantern run a spot analysis. The vines cellulous does contain trace amounts of a cobra venom variant." Batman answers.
"Nerdy." Cisco replies, being ignored.
"These cannot be coincidences. unrelated criminals are cooperating with one another world wide." Kaldur says.
"Exactly. Its now clear our enemies have formed some kind of... Secret Society of Super Villains. The attack on Metropolis is only the beginning." Batman tells us.
"You got that right. The plant creatures have sprouted in Gotham City, Paris, Star City, Taipei." Robin lists off when the screens go static.
"Dude?" Wally asks.
"Its not me! Someone's cutting the satellite signal. All satellite signals." Robin replies. Then Joker appeared and he pretended to tap the glass.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, we interrupt your regularly scheduled mayhem to bring you this," He brought out the switch blade, "Important announcement." He turns the camera to show "From the Injustice League."
"We are responsible for the attacks on your cities. If you wish to save them, a ransom of 10 billion American dollars is required. Delivery instructions have been sent to the United Nations. There is no Time Limit. But, the longer you government's wait," The camera goes from Count Vertigo to Joker again
"The more we get to have our jollies." He starts laughing maniacally when the screen goes static again.
"Roger that Aquaman, the UN will prepare the ransom as a fall back. But it won't come to that." Batman says. Robin rewinds the video and pauses.
"Count Vertigo, the Joker, Poison Ivy, Cheetah, Ultra Humanite, Atomic Skull, Black Atom, Wotan? Eight heavy hitters. Probably behind everything and everyone we've faced." Robin says.
"There's you secret society." Wally says.
"Not so secret anymore." Artemis mutters.
"Perhaps after India, they realized we would deduce the truth and saw no point in hiding any longer." Kaldur suggests.
"Yeah? That was their mistake. Right now, I say we go kick some plant creature butt." Wally suggests.
"The Justice League will handle the plants. I have a different job for this team." Batman says.
"Aw, man!" Wally whines, getting punched by Artemis.
"With the plants attacking so many locations simultaneously there must be a central control system. Your mission is to destroy it." Batman tells us. Sweet.
"You realize what you're really asking them to do?" Zatara asks.
"They're ready." Batman answers.
"Ready? Ready for what?" Artemis punches him "OW! Will you cut that-"
"Hello, Wally! If the big guns are fighting plants, who do you think we'll be fighting?" Artemis asks.
"I don't know. I guess we'll" Artemis points at the Injustice League "Ohhh." Wally realizes.
"Does he have a brain?" Cisco whispers.
"If he does, he doesn't show it often." I whisper back.
"Well, Batman, I trust you're correct." Zatara says.
"I trust you can locate the enemy." Batman replies.
"Indeed. Wotan's involvement suggests sorcery is apart of how the plants are controlled. Robin, if you would provide a holo map." Robin types on the keys and brought up the map "I'll search for signs of concentrated sorcerer activity." He says a spell but it's too hard to interpret "There. That is where you will find the Justice League's central control system." Zatara says.
"Coordinates locked in" Robin says "The Louisiana Bayou."
"We are on our way." Kaldur says, and we run out.
Bayou Bartholomew

I sit cross legged on the Bio ship next to Robin and Inferno. I look at my photo of Cassandra
"Whats in the duffle?" KF asks. I look up and see a dark blue duffle bag behind Aqualad.
"Plan B." He answers. Miss M groans and holds her head
"You all right?" Superboy asks.
"Dizzy." She answers.
"Martians get air sick?" Robin asks.
"She does look a bit greener than usual." KF replies.
"Not me, her." Miss M says. The boys look at me and Artemis
"I feel fine." We reply.
"Not them, the Bio ship. She trying to shield us, but-" before Miss M could finish, a huge blast sends us out of control. My head jerks to the side, my stomach spinning. I close my eyes tightly. If I die, I swear I will haunt whoever killed us. We crash and I open my eyes. We suddenly start getting pulled down. Black Adam rips a hole in the ship "Gah! He's hurting her." Miss M says. Superboy jumps and punches Black Adam out. Water starts filling in
"No, no, no! I am so not drowning!" Inferno shouts. I roll my eyes. Since he's practically half fire, his worst fear, is water. It's so stupid and sometimes I want to punch him for it. I grab a breather and dive under water. Robin suddenly grabs my hand and helps me hold to a chair. Miss M comes and opens a hatch
"Out. Everyone out." Aqualad commands. We swam to surface and when I got there, I pulled off the breather. We watch the Bio Ship get dragged down.
"She's in shock, she'll need time to recover." Miss M says, when my ears stared blaring. I scream and collapse to the floor, covering my ears. With enhanced hearing, everything that already hurts the hearing, hurts even more. So you can imagine the horrible pain I am going through. Then, Aqualad suddenly takes down Count Vertigo and the noise ends
"Miss Martian, Jade Canary, Robin, disappear. We will keep them busy. You three fufill the mission objective." Aqualad commands. I pull myself up and run into the woods.
"I've lost contact with Aqualad and the others. Should we-"
"Sorry, that's not the gig. This is. The Justice League central control system." Robin says and I see a giant plant. I let out a low whistle
"Someone's been using way too much fertilizer." I comment.
"Looks like that plant is acting as an antenna to control the other plants world wide." Robin says. I feel someone come behind us
"Guys-" I get tackled. Okay, not expecting that. I get pinned down and vines wrap around my ankles and I get lifted off the ground
"Well, hello." Poison Ivy says. I see Cheetah land behind her and she stands tall and Ultra Humanite come, gun raised "And goodbye." M'gann's eyes glow green and Humanite shoots the vines holding us. I flip and land on my feet. I see Cheetah and my eyes widen. I've been against her before, and lets just say, it wasn't pretty.
"Uh oh." I say.
"Uh oh is right." She purrs. I turn and go into a sprint. Got to lead this cat away. But how?! I wish Wonder Woman was here! I feel her jump to pounce me and turn, grabbing her arm and throwing her into a tree. I grab my bolas and throw them but she flips over them. I growl and run, making it look like I plan to kick her but instead slide under her. While sliding I wrap a vine around her ankles. She thinks I haven't done anything when I stand, and she smirks. I return it and pull. It tightens around her ankles and she falls onto her face. She looks up, face covered in mud. I smile
"Looks like I won this time." I taunt.
"Robin, Canary, she's made contact." M'gann says.
"Artemis?" We ask.
"No." She replies. I look up and see Wontan flying with Black Adam and Vertigo, when the Bio ship knocks them over and the team falls from the cage that disappeared. I look at Cheetah and she glares. I shrug before swinging her into Poison Ivy. I see Robin and Miss M running and follow. Miss M levitates us to the plant and me and Robin pull out mini bombs and attach them to the plant. They detonate and the plant explodes, collapsing. Poison Ivy glares at us
"Timber." Robin says. Poison Ivy has plants come straight at us, but Miss M stands in the way and blocks them, destroying them. She gets shot down by Atomic Skull and we jump out of the way.
"Children. Children foiled our plan?" Joker asks and Skull shoots at me and Robin but we run. We go to Miss M and help her up
"Kill them. Kill them all." Vertigo commands. A bit harsh, don't you think? I see Inferno go into green flames before attacking Black Adam. Show off. Ultra Humanite shoots at me but I flip out of the blast.
"Enough." Wotan says and he's suddenly shooting us with lightning. I scream when Wotan suddenly stops. I huff for breath "The Helmet of Fate."
"No, Aqualad, don't!" KF shouts but Black Adam punches him. Aqualad puts on the helmet and he turns into Doctor Fate. He flies up to Wotan
"Wotan! You are mine!" He shouts. They shoot energy at each other but Fate wins and Wotan is in mystic chains.
"This is all insane." I say when I get tackled. I try pushing Cheetah off but she just won't budge! She claws at my face and I wince. I glare "Oh, it is so on now!" I throw her into a tree but she comes back, clawing at me. I keep dodging
"Silly, Canary, haven't you heard? Cats eat birds!" She growls. I jump over her and kick her back, with full force, making her collapse to the ground.
"Not today." I reply. I see Wotan get shot down and look up to see the league
"Not tonight, Wotan!" Zatara shouts. Seeing the Justice League, the Injustice League backs into each other.
"Its over." Batman says. The Injustice League share a glance before raising their hands.
"There will be another day." Vertigo says.
"Another day? Another day?! There won't be another day! Not for any of us!" Joke shouts, letting out a maniacal laugh and raising his hands. Vines come and let out a gas.
"Joker Venom spores, don't breath!" Batman commands, running up to Joker. He punches him and Joker falls unconscious. Doctor Fate flies up
"Fear not!" He shouts, an ankh symbol appears and the gas evaporates into it. "Fate has intervened!"
The Justice League ties up the Injustice League and took them away, and Wally starts to freak out
"What were you thinking?! How could you let him put on the helmet! Nabu will never release him now! Kaldur will be trapped as Doctor Fate forever." He tells us. Doctor Fate takes off the helmet and reveals Kaldur. "Nabu let you go?"
"He almost did not. But your friend Kent was most helpful. He says hello." Kaldur admits and Wally smiles.
"We're done here. The super villain secret society has been neutralized. As for your performance, it was satisfactory." Batman says. I smile, we got complimented by Batman! Sort of.
