Adventures of the Storm Pirates chapter 10 Alabasta part 2
First of all I apologise for the delay in publishing but I had some health problem in march that kept me from writing and college and I had to catch up to what I missed in april leaving me with little to no time for writing.

"So now what do we do?" asked Valentine to her captain and Vivi just as Ace came back and resumed his flirting.
"Now we sail up the river to go into the country, then we have to go to Yuba where the rebellion has their headquarters and speak to Kohza, their leader." said Vivi.
Now
The Kurama and the Going Merry sailed up a river that was near Nanohana, in order to reach the land and the heart of the country. Vivi wanted to reach the leader of the rebellion, Kohza, since she knew him from when they were little kids, so she knew she could somewhat make him see reason.
Those that could think among the crews knew that Crocodile would make everything in his power to make sure that the rebellion happens, including killing Vivi to make sure that she couldn't talk to the rebellion leader.
After a little sailing the river became too narrow for the ships to continue sailing without sinking, so it was decided that they would continue on foot, despite the desert that surrounded them on both sides.
So began a long walk across the desert towards Yuba base of the rebels. The heat was insanely high the only one seemingly unaffected was Ace and that was only because he was fire. At one point what was supposed to happen, happened Luffy's stomach made himself known by grumbling quite loudly making the whole straw hat crew very embarrassed before their allies, Ace of course laughed his a** off knowing that his bottomless stomach of a brother would always be hungry.
"I am hungry, Sanji meat!" roared the hungry captain.
"Not Now!" replied the cook.
And so the cook and his captain argued back and forth about whether or not Luffy could eat now, the storm crew looked at the two pirates arguing over something as unimportant as Luffy's stomach when one of their friends was having a very difficult time ahead of her.
"Enough!" roared Naruto exasperated at the antics of the two pirates before him "How old are you three! Luffy, the Pirate king would never complain about something as petty as being hungry and you Sanji don't play his game it is no wonder no Lady would dare to look at you when you are behaving like a three years old!"
"But...Food!" whined pitifully Luffy, while Sanji sulked in his corner a cloud of depression hanging over his head.
"You will eat later not know, eating Meat in this heat could be dangerous, you could die and not become the pirate king." stated Haku getting the hint from Naruto that a medical advice could be useful in this particular situation.
Finally cowed by the logic of the argument and most importantly not wanting to endanger his dream Luffy relented to eat later with the others. Nami had star in her eyes when she saw how the two Storm Pirates handled her idiot of a captain.
A short while later they met a Camel that was calmly walking in the desert, Luffy tried to ride it but the camel stilled, Kirabi tried next with the same effect, puzzled Usopp and Sanji tried to but the Camel wouldn't budge. Naruto and Ace seeing this had a funny feeling about the Camel so for testing their theory they asked some of the girls to ride it, and surprise the Camel started to move when a girl sat upon his back.
"How lucky a perverted Camel." sighed Naruto in frustration.
"Hey don't insult Eyelashes!" said Luffy and Chopper.
"Eyelashes? That's the best you could come up with little brother? I am disappointed." said Ace shaking his head while in his mind he roared with laughter.
Naruto then took out a long stick, a hook, a string and a particular little Orange book, he then made a ''baiting rod'' and gave it to Sanji "Try with that." and sure enough the camel moved.
"Naruto, I hope that this book wasn't yours." said Kushina sweetly having recognized this particular book.
"Hey I plead not guilty." squeaked the blonde in fear of what his redheaded friend could do to him if she found out that the book was gifted to him by his Godfather.
Flashback
A teenager Naruto was walking with a long white haired man.
"Listen to me my dear apprentice in everything that is perverted I, the gallant Jiraiya, will teach you everything you need to know about the delicious female body" whispered the pervert in the ear of the teenager in order not to be heard by the women that walked the street.
"You do know that if mom hears about this she will kill you for corrupting me, besides Kushina will definitively neuter me if she hear about this" deadpanned Naruto.
Jiraiya shivered at the thought of Tsunade's anger if she ever heard of what he intended to teach his godson, The old pervert shook his head to clear his thoughts and handed his godson a wrapped up book. "Take it is my gift to you for your birthday."
Naruto unwrapped the gift only to find an orange book called Icha Icha tactics: 100 tricks to seduce a girl!
"If you read it you will be a lady-killer in no time my apprentice, Fufufufu…But don't ever let your mother or Kushina see it!" said Jiraiya
Flashback end.
"You don't know how to lie Naruto-kun, come with me we will have a nice long chat in private." said Kushina as she guided her helpless victim behind a dune.
The rest of the pirates and a curious camel looked to the dune only to flinch when Naruto's shriek of pain and screams of "have mercy!" were heard.
A short while later a limping Black and Blue Naruto came back to the group followed by a visible satisfied Kushina.
"Happy?" grumbled the injured Blonde while Chopper and Haku fretted over him.
"Very." said Kushina a wide smirk on her face.
'I will hide this books in a place no girl could find it.' thought both Kirabi and Ace afraid of Kushina's wrath.
'I must have those books if the Camel is so motivated by those maybe they are worth reading.' thought Sanji while planning to buy the whole collection.
Somewhere near Water 7.
"I sense something in the perverting force, someone must be thinking of joining us in perverted brotherhood." said a tall old man currently hiding in a tree to observe bathing ladies.
The old man didn't realize that he spoke out loud and so was discovered by a blonde woman who upon warning her fellow pervert haters beat the poor old man down screaming "It's sexual harassment!"
Back to the desert.
The crews with the additions of the camel named Eyelashes continued their walk towards Yuba with Eyelashes carrying their bags and some of the pirates when they couldn't walk anymore.
After a while they came to see strange birds laying on the sand, seemingly dead, in spite of Vivi's warning Luffy and Yugito approached the birds to eat them as they were famished. However the birds waited for this as they pounced on the unsuspecting pirates to eat them, after the two idiots defeated the bunch of birds, they were properly scolded by the enraged princess.
"I told you to stay put as we didn't know if the birds were really dead or if it was some ploy to trick us, but no you idiots had to go over them to see if they were edible, you ever think about anything but your bottomless stomach."
Ace couldn't help but shake his head at his brother's stupidity, Kushina and Tayuya looked at their Nakama and wondered what the hell was she thinking when she joined rubber boy in his little exploration.
After this little event, Naruto and Kirabi could see sands rising in the air from behind, meaning they were being followed by someone or something, so slowly but surely they warned everyone but Luffy. They were being followed by Baroque Works' spies who wanted to know the princess whereabouts, Ace, Naruto and Sanji volunteered to stay a little behind to deal with the followers, provided the first group hid not too far away in order to not lose them in the vast desert.
The followers were close but still out of sight of the crews, they looked like lizards and could run on two legs.
The Pseudo Lizards were soundly defeated by the three pirates, free of pursuers the two crews continued their long walk, to the rebel headquarters, but as they were leaving the battle field, Luffy threw a tantrum as he wanted to fight Crocodile.
The other straw hats bar Zoro were trying to convince Luffy that it was an extremely bad Idea to confront the Shichibukai this early, but the rubber boy would hear none of it because in his mind, Crocodile was the bad guy and as such it was his duty to defeat the biggest threat as the captain.
Having enough of the incessant bickering in front of her and seeing Vivi's expression, Kushina showed why she was Naruto's second in command.
"ENOUGH! You we are in Vivi's country so it's her call and all of you whether you know it or not but this idiot is your captain and as I recall it was your choice so Shut up and obey!" screamed an enraged Kushina.
Scared of the enraged female the bickering pirates immediately quieted down and continued to walk in silence to the relief of the princess, while Luffy dumb as he is cheered inside because he thought that Kushina agreed with him.
After setting the mind of the rubber boy straight, the group kept walking in the heat towards Rainbase, the headquarters of Baroque Works.
When the group arrived in Rainbase Luffy and Usopp went running searching for water since it seemed they were extremely thirsty.
"Now that the two idiots aren't here what are you planning to do princess?" asked Naruto.
"Well I originally planned to meet with the rebellion leader and see if it is possible to end this conflict without a war but now that we are in the headquarters of Baroque works I am planning to expose Crocodile for what he is." stated Vivi.
"Fine for me but I warn you Luffy already stated that Crocodile was to be his opponent and my honor forbid me to take his opponent away from him so I won't fight Crocodile." said Naruto stunning Vivi since she honestly thought that the Storm pirate captain would fight Crocodile and defeat him, Ace smiled his respect for Naruto growing as he showed that he had honor something that was quite rare in pirates.
The Storm pirates scoffed at that and Kushina smirked and said "Bah you may have honor but the thing is that you are still hurt from your fight against Orochimaru and that your mother told you to take it easy for a while."
"It doesn't help that you are a lazy bastard" added Valentine sweetly causing the whole gang to laugh except Naruto.
"Is it the pick on Naruto Day?" pouted the blond man.
"So what will you do?" asked a curious Nami hearing that Naruto smiled a thousand watt smile and said "I will be playing poker in the Casino!" before walking towards the casino fully prepared to bet against the citizens of Alabasta.
Kushina and the other storm pirates plus their guest Ace followed the blond while the straw hat pirates plus Vivi waited for Usopp and Luffy.
Inside the Rainbase Casino.
Ace sat puzzled as he watched Naruto and Kirabi from the bar beside him were the storm girls still in their belly dancing outfit.
"What are they doing?" asked a bewildered fire logia.
"Simple Kirabi is going to rap, while the captain is going to play in the casino in order to gain us some money legally." explained a blushing Nojiko as she was eyeing Ace's chest.
"But how will they earn money? I mean how can all of you be so sure about that?"
"Bah they will throw money at Kirabi to make him stop since his rapping is so bad and the captain's luck is unbeatable." explained Yugito while she happily drunk the milk that the waiter gave her.
The treasurer's prediction rang true as soon enough people threw money at the poor rapper who didn't mean to sing so out of tune, and other people either cried their eyes out or left in anger as Naruto's luck defeated them fairly.
As some Casino's employee was approaching Naruto to get him to leave since a man with such luck was very bad for the business, a distraction came from the entrance of the casino as Luffy and his crew sans Sanji and Chopper came barreling inside the Casino.
"CCCCCCCCCCCCRRRRRRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOOOCCCCCCCCCCOOOOOODDDDDDIIIIIIIIIIIILLLLLLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEE!" roared Luffy trying to draw the man out for a fight.
"And that's the moment we leave quietly." said Kushina as the storm pirates plus Ace left quietly before the trouble that was sure to follow could start. As they left another shout could be heard "MMMMUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGIIIWWWWWWARA!"
"Wasn't that the voice of...?" wondered Haku and Tayuya out loud.
"Fool ya Fool Yes it is he must have followed the smartees." rapped Kirabi.
"…..That didn't mean anything..." said Ace not understanding what Kirabi just said, causing the poor rapper to wallow in depression.
"He said that Smoker must have followed the trouble that your brother caused in his wake." translated Yugito.
"Don't worry in time you won't need one of us to understand him." said Nojiko trying to hint... (no scratch that) hinting that she wanted Ace to stay.
As the storm pirates left the casino they saw Sanji as he finished to take care of some Baroque Works men just outside of the casino with Chopper's help.
As they were reaching them Sanji showed that he wanted them to be quiet as he saw a den den Mushi and called one of the numbers in memory.
"Yes?" answered a slightly pissed of voice.
"Moshi Moshi this is the shitty restaurant did you call us for a delivery?" said Sanji clearly mocking the one that answered the snailphone.
"Shitty restaurant I see you are the one that answered in Little Garden in lieu of Mister 3?" asked the voice of Crocodile in a barely controlled voice.
"Yes and you can call me Mister Prince!" said Sanji clearly taunting Crocodile then he purposely kicked one of the down men before handling the phone to Chopper who was in his man form.
"What was that?" asked Crocodile.
"Sir we managed to chase him off but we need your help in order to corner him!" said Chopper in a modified voice.
"Wonderful I am coming right away." said Crocodile sounding a little happy.
"Ok I need you to secure some kind of transport while keeping the Shichibukai busy while I go save the ladies, the idiot and the marimo." said Sanji.
"Nice I have an idea that will piss him off, Nojiko I need your help." said Ace to Nojiko who was very eager to help such a fine male specimen.
Sanji then headed towards the casino, Chopper and the storm pirates went to secure a transport and Ace and Nojiko made a little gift to Crocodile.
With Crocodile and Nico Robin as they exited the casino to chase Mr. Prince
The heads of Baroque Works stood there completely stunned before the scene that stood in front of them: all their men were stuck head first in a wall and they drew a certain jolly roger, that and the battle field that showed marks of burning power and earth up turned and the phrase ''Gurararararara better luck next time gaki!'', Crocodile could only conclude one thing "WHITEBEARD!" roared the man not realizing he was being tricked by Ace and Nojiko's trick.
With The storm Pirates
"WHITEBEARD!"
"Someone holds a grudge." whistled Naruto as he heard Crocodile's anger filled shout before sending a thumb-up to Ace and Nojiko "Nice job Ace, Nojiko!"
Meanwhile Chopper having finished discussing things with a huge crab "It's good Pincer here will take us to the capital."
"Good work!" congratulated Haku.
"No I am not happy that you congratulated me." said Chopper as he did this weird little dance.
"Now we have to wait for the other shitheads." sighted Tayuya.
"Tayuya-chan cut down the swearing would you?" asked Kushina as she didn't like the fact that her cousin was such a potty mouth.
Soon the rest of the straw-hat crew came and Pincer the crab started his trek towards Alubarna the capital of Alabasta.
"Luffy what the hell did you do? No forget it I don't even want to know." said the fire logia to the rubber paramecia.
As the sun was setting and Rainbase growing smaller in the horizon a golden hook appeared and tried to catch Vivi however Luffy switched place with the princess and was caught instead.
"Don't worry about me we will see each other in Alubarna." said Luffy as he was carried off by the golden hook.
'That idiot' thought the storm pirate captain as he saw his fellow captain getting dragged toward what will surely be an humiliating defeat at the hands of the sand master Crocodile.

Having received news that the rebel army was now marching towards the capital and both crews could see Vivi's distress.
"Chopper tell the crab to go faster." said Zoro taking charge as the straw hat crew's first mate.
"I would like to but pincer wants to see belly dancer if he is to go any faster." said Chopper having translated Pincer's speech.
'What the hell first a perverted camel, now a perverted crab what next a perverted lion?' thought our hero as the straw hat girls showed Pincer their belly dancing outfit to make the crab go faster.
Once in sight of the capital they were surprised by the spotted ducks cavalry headed by the commandant Carue, the pirates and the ducks decided to work with each other to protect the country and the princess.
"We need a plan." stated Yugito "We need to draw Baroque Works attention on us to leave Vivi free to do what she needs to do."
"I agree is what we know of the agents thanks to Valentine." said Naruto
"Mr. 0 aka Crocodile leave this one to Luffy and his partner Miss All Sunday aka Nico Robin Kushina can you do it?"
"Yes count on me captain." replied the older redhead
"As for the others we don't know much but any information is good : Mr. 1 and Miss Double finger we know next to nothing about them but they are sure to be powerful and dangerous otherwise they wouldn't be this high in the organization, Mr. 2 Bon Kurei no partner we don't know how it fight but it will surely use treachery as it devil fruit allow it to change its appearance, Mr. 3 and Miss Golden Week it is unlikely that they will be there since the straw hats dealt with them on Little garden but still a wax user and a hypnotist so be careful..." started the storm pirate
"Besides I saw Mr. 3 in Rainbase so maybe he will be there." stated Sanji
"… As for Mr. 4 and Miss Merry Christmas sadly we know nothing about them but they may have devil fruit or beyond human abilities, They may have a new Mr. 5 to replace the one I killed and a New Miss Valentine to replace the one that is now with us as for any agent below 5 as we saw in Whiskey peak I know that any of you could take care of them very easily, the thing we need to do is to draw the attention on us so here is what we are gonna do : we will all wear a cloak and will ride a duck by pair as to make them believe that each one could be the princess plus a bodyguard. It will force them to spread thin allow some of us to reach the palace where we will try to convince the royal guards that they were played for fool by Crocodile." explained Naruto.
"A sound plan but what of the pairs?" wondered Zoro.
"Here it is Zoro you are with Nami, Usopp with Chopper, Sanji with Eyelashes, Ace with Nojiko, Kirabi with Yugito, Haku with Valentine, Tayuya with me and Kushina please protect the princess, Princess if you can't speak with the rebel leader for whatever reason try to go in the palace and try to speak with the royal guard." explained Naruto.
"Every one ready let's go!" said Naruto as each pair was seated upon a spotted duck.
The seven ducks ran towards the city but each one by a different gate.
The Baroque works agents that watched the proceeding cursed their bad luck as they saw seven duck each with two people on their back.
"Dammit seven ducks and each with two people on their back counting the straw hats crew plus the other crew that means one of them is carrying the princess with a bodyguard but we don't know with one." stated Miss double finger.
"We need to spread to intercept those ducks they can't be allowed inside the city." ordered Mr. 1.
The agents then spread to catch the ducks.
With Vivi and Kushina.
"Don't worry princess they will be fine." stated Kushina "They are strong they can take care of themselves."
"I know it isn't for them that I worry but it is for my father and my country." replied Vivi trying to conceal her worry for Luffy and the others
With Sanji and Eyelashes.
The duck carrying this pair ran very fast because it was chased by a thing that any living male should be scared of: an Okama.
"Dearie stop running give me the princess." screamed Mr. 2 as he chased the duck.
Suddenly the duck stopped in the middle of the street as it mission was now complete he was inside the city.
"Great now to take care of the princess..." started the Okama
But as the two people threw their cloaks away The transvestite could only gape in shock as before him stood a camel and a blond with curly eyebrows.
"Sorry... I am not the princess." taunted Sanji as readied himself for battle.
With Zoro and Nami.
The duck carrying the swordsman and the navigator could see its goal but it could also sense that it was followed by two deadly people.
Suddenly just as the trio passed the gate to enter the city the ground before them erupted as it was cut with tremendous force. Before the two straw hats stood Mr. 1 and Miss Double finger.
"Now that you made us run you might as well give us the princess before we kill you." stated Mr. 1.
"Sorry to disappoint you!" started Zoro.
"But neither of us are Vivi!" finished Nami.
With Usopp and Chopper.
The duck headed towards the gate that was right in front of him when suddenly the ground gave in and the two straw hats had to jump to avoid the fall.
"Now did you honestly thought that we would allow you to enter the city? Give us the princess!" said Miss Merry Christmas only to be utterly surprised when Usopp and Chopper revealed themselves.
"….Damm...You..." said Mr. 4 holding a bat with a large riffle strapped on his back.
With Kirabi and Yugito.
The two of them had entered the city first and were now headed to the palace but they were interrupted when someone smashed the ground in front of them with a large hammer.
"Babababababa You will lose kitty and burly guy because Mr. 5 will crush you under his five tone hammer!" laughed a blue haired girl.
"Who are you calling kitty you puppy!" replied Yugito angered that someone who smelt so much like a dog dared to insult her.
"By the way how did you know neither of us were the princess?" asked Kirabi surprisingly not rapping since Yugito was already pissed and didn't need to vent her anger on him.
"Simple I ate the inu inu no mi model Golden Retriever so I smelled you at first I thought about going after another couple but then I smelt kitty over here and I thought about teaching a dumb
cat not to enter a mighty dog territory." said the blue haired girl.
"Miss Valentine please stop talking and start fighting!" said Mr. 5 to his partner.
With Ace and Nojiko.
Ace and Nojiko were also heading towards the palace and as they were running they were interrupted by two weird looking people.
"Stop right there I know you are Whitebeard's second fleet commander Hiken No Ace. So as I am not in my boss good book I thought that if I present your broken body to him I will get my reward." said the former Mr. 3.
"Miss Mother's day we won't be doing that!" screamed the wax user scandalized that his temporary partner thought that of him. With that said the boys went left and the girl's right in order to fight each other.
With Haku and Valentine.
The two women ran in Alubarna's street trying to find their way to the palace.
Suddenly an explosion forced them to spread in order to avoid being hurt by shrapnel.
"Well What do we have here a traitor how happy will be the boss when I'll bring your cold body back to him bitch!" said a ginger haired woman.
"Miss Father's day still trying to suck Crocodile's dick in order to get promoted and for your intention I am much better in my current job that I was in my former, Slut!" replied Valentine while glaring at one of her former coworkers.
"Dammit I hoped to take care of the traitor Guess I am stuck with a no name pirate un." said a blonde man with long hair and his left eye hidden from view, what was weird is that the man sat upon a clay bird looking down on Haku as if she wasn't worth his time which was p*** the normally level headed nurse.
With Naruto and Tayuya.
The two of them were quite lucky as they were near the palace and they didn't encounter any resistance nevertheless Naruto was still worried for his crew he hoped everyone was okay.
"Ara I thought that I was coming here for a little vacation and here I am with a civil war on my hands and little pirate behind it..." started a voice that stopped Naruto dead in his tracks.
Naruto knew the owner of said Voice and slowly he started to turn around with sweat running down his forehead and shivers down his spine.
"You!" exclaimed the pirate captain as he finished turning around.
