An Elder's Thoughts

Graduation, and nearly every Genin Candidate likely to pass their jounin's test were at least as loyal to one Uzumaki Naruto as they were to Clan or Village, several were more loyal. He supposed it was fortunate that Uzumaki Naruto actually did at least like the village. Which was somewhat surprising considering that the Civilians and many of the weaker, 'newer' he thought to himself, not weaker per se, just newer, the ones that had never known the Yondaime, never seen him more than once or twice, the ones who had only felt the Kyuubi's killing intent. Those were fearful of him, some even terrified. And being scared of a child is not something a shinobi can be. The Civilians were even worse. And it is in the end, human nature, to hate that which is feared. That Naruto remained... mostly loyal, was as surprising as it was comforting.

He knew that Naruto knew he knew. He would have to arrange the teams around the childs... Hyakki Yakko. Sasuke and Sakura got along surprisingly well, Shino would likely not truly respect anyone but Naruto without a massive amount of effort... hmmmm. They need to be paired with those who are either like them or who won't pry. Sasuke and Sakura could be paired with Inuzuka Kiba easily enough. Shino, Naruto and Hinata would be the best option for the remaining three. Then the Ino-Shika-Cho trio would be the last of the teams particularly likely to pass. He really did need to figure out why so few graduates were passing the Jounin Test recently...

POV Change, Kakashi/Ibaraki Douji

His students would work together just fine, Sasuke and Sakura were the only two members of the Hyakki who always worked together, trained together, and did just about everything together. Kiba was of the Inuzuka, their pack mentality fit well with his own ideals. The Bell Test would be largely pointless, mostly because he already knew precisely how it would play out. He could teach this team. He would simply have to figure out the best way to fit Kiba into Sasuke and Sakura's teamwork. Though that might be harder than he expected.

POV Change, Kurenai Yuuhi

Uzumaki Naruto, Hyuuga Hinata, Aburame Shino, two of the three she desired. One, who she was less than thrilled to have. Though happy for Hinata, considering the nature of the relationship Hinata had with Uzumaki. She might not entirely approve but ever since Hinata had begun hanging out with Naruto she had overcome many of her own difficulties. The team would certainly be... interesting.
