Flurry's Hearth's Warming Eve

Shining Armor
"Thanks for doing this Sunburst," I told him as he finished buttoning up his Santa Hooves costume. When I was little dad would always dress up and leave presents. I was going to do it myself but Flurry is so smart she would know it was me.
She 's already said her first word, 'Twily' every time she hears Twilight's name she gets so excited. She dances around shouting 'Twily, Twily,' one time she even cast a spell trying to make Twilight appear thankfully it didn't work and Sunburst has been teaching her how to keep her magic under control.
"Is everything ready?" I hear Cadence say as I place the finally decorations on the tree. She enters the room with Flurry on her back. The foal's eyes grow wide in awe. "What do you think darling," Cadence asks her as Flurry uses her magic to pick up a nutcracker.
"That is for cracking nuts," I explain to her placing a chestnut in the wooden pony's mouth. I press on the lever and show her the cracked shell and nut. "See yummy," I eat the nut and clean up the shell. "Now Flurry you have to go to bed early as somepony special is coming tonight.
"Twily!" she claps her hooves in delight. I explain to her that it wasn't Twilight but somepony she would love as well.
"Tonight is Hearth's Warming Eve Flurry and Santa Hooves comes to visit all good fillies and colts," Cadence explained as Flurry looked sad said Twilight's name again. "Aunt Twily is going to come tomorrow to visit don't worry," she tells our daughter who smiles at hearing my sister's name.
I turn on the record player and place an album of Hearth's Warming music on it. "This should help you get to sleep." I tell her smiling kissing her muzzle.
Sunburst
"Now for the voice changing spell," I said to myself flipping the page of my grimoire. If this works it should deepen my…, suddenly I heard something outside. It sounded like sleigh bells but…, "it's just my imagination.
I go back to my spell and finish the disguise Flurry will love it. I look in the mirror and straighten the beard. "Hmmm, maybe I should have bought the extra large padding," I said trying to figure out if I had enough to make me look believable. "hmmmm ever…,' I heard something landing on the roof of the castle. "What was that," I race to the window trying to see what made the noise.
I call out if anyone's out there but there is nothing. I slowly climb out to get a better view. "It's a good thing I cast that de-icing spell." I use a small light spell so I can see. "Hello?" I call out again but missed my step and tripped on one of the shingles.
I could feel my heart stop as I closed my eyes. Why did I think it was a good idea; I am afraid of heights. "Okay just calm down," I told myself hyperventilating.
Princess Cadence
"She's finally asleep," I tell Shining gently rocking Flurry. I tell him he can get Sunbu…I mean Santa Hooves. He nods and gets up when a bright light fills the room.
"Happy Hearth's Warming everypony," a voice says as the wizard appeared in the room and walks towards us. "So this little Flurry Heart," he said gently stroking her main. I have to hand it to him he make a convincing Santa.
"Yes it is and we finally got her to…," Flurry slowly opens her eyes and looked at Santa. "Hello there little one I have heard so much about you," he gives Flurry a small box I help her open it. It was a small doll. She giggles using her magic to hold on to it.
"Now don't think I forgot you Mi Amore Cadenza," he said as I was taken back him saying my full name. I look to my husband who is just as confused. Santa takes out a gift from his bag. "I think you will be pleasantly surprised."
Shining takes the child so I can open it. "I don't believe a Super Now You're Cooking oven!" I had wanted one as filly but Aunt Tia would always say no as she thought I would burn down the castle. "How…?" He simply laughs and gives Shining a box too.
He carefully shakes it before opening this, "A Captain Action doll!" Santa tells him it's vintage. "you mean it's….," he nods as Armor gawks over his prize.
"Now if you will excuse me I have many more ponies to visit," he says as his horn glows and vanishes.
Sunburst
"Finally," I said teleporting back into the room. I look into the mirror and straightened out my costume. Hopefully I am not too late.
"Sunburst!" Shining calls out as he comes in the room. "That was an amazing performance. Cadence wasn't too happy you used her full name." I adjusted my glasses and asked what he meant by that. "You called her Mi Amore Cadenza; she hates that name and only Celestia used when she was in trouble."
"I didn't know that was her full name," I explain as Shining tries to figure out what is going on. He asks me if I didn't know it how did I know she wanted a Super Now You're Cooking Oven as a filly. "I didn't I was going to get her a new tiara for Hearth's Warming."
The prince races to the window and looks up, "If that wasn't you then who…," his eyes grew big realizing what had just happen. "It couldn't be? Could it?" he asked as he saw something in the sky. "I don't believe he's real."
