"Wait what!?" He asked shocked.
"Yeah. I'm the older twin. How did you not know that?" "I just thought that since Nate was the one that was more protective than you, that he was the older one. Wow."
"Yeah. It's a lot to take in suddenly but i'm the older one by three minutes. He acts protective because there were supposed to be three of us but our sister died minutes after he was born. Mom, dad, and Nate always took their anger out on me. They thought that I was the reason that Oliva died. That I should've died instead of her." I said as the tears began to spill.
"Baby. Come here. It's okay. Babe, what does that have to do with me being with you?"
"They don't like you. They hate you. Because-because…" "Babe just tell me."
"Because they think that you touched me! They think you took my virginity and I tried to tell them I still have it and they won't listen because Nate told them that to keep me away from you! Nate knows i've loved you since the day we met and so did my parents! They don't want you near me you!" I screamed as I broke down in tears. I heard footsteps by my door, and then suddenly Sammy burst in the room.
"Is everything okay?!" He asked the concern in his voice evident.
"Yeah. Everything's fine. Just talking to Jack." I said in between sobs.
"Then why're you crying?" Sammy asked.
"Explaining stuff about the horrid family."
"Okay. I'll leave you two lovebirds alone then. Call for me if you need anything Risika."
"I will Sammy."
"Okay. I'm going to bed. Night."
"Night Sammy." I said as he closed the door and went to his room. I slid down the wall to the floor, pulling my knees up to my head and dropping my head, as I cried thinking of all the horrible things that happened in that house with that family. Jack walked over and sat down beside me. He gently wrapped his arms around me, caressing me in his arms. I turned and cried into his shoulder. Five minutes ago, I would have told you that I loved Jack and his love for me was just a show, even though we've been together for a few hours. But now, I can tell you Jack loves me and I love him. There is simply no way around it.
