"Where's Tinkerbell?" Fairy Mary asked as she passed by Clank and Bobble, "I haven't seen her for a while."

"No idea," Clank answered.

"Havn't seen her since yesterday morning when she said she came in early to get her work done and left," Bobble added.

"We'll her work is done, so I guess it's okay," Fairy Mary said before flying off.

Tink flew on searching for where the fast flyers could be, and when ever she spotted on of them they would fly away. She was just about ready to give up when she heard someone laughing, or should I say to someones. Then two purple blurs zipped past her, causing her to be sent into a tail spin.

"Haha good going, Jared!" a voice laughed.

"You weren't so bad yourself, Jack," another voice replied.

"So what's a Tinker doing out here?"

Tink stared at them a bit dizzy, "I'm looking for Dusk."

"Ooh look somebody's got a crush," Jack laughed.

"Too bad he's already taken!" Jared hollered.

"I don't care about that!" Tink yelled.

"Woah, woah, woah, somebody's a bit red in the face," Jack sang.

"I want to know about Shade!"

"No one's asked about him in ages, but it's an interesting story."

"Would you tell me it?"

"Why should we, what are we going to get out of it?" they both asked.

Tink let out a sigh, "I'll set you both up with Spike."

"An intreging offer..." Jared said.

"We accept!" They both stated.

Sorry, Spike.

"So Shade was different from those other garden fairies." Jared started.

"He wore dark colors like us and was way cooler!" Jack continued.

"He hung around with Dusk and Vidia a lot."

"Hey, I'm Shade."

"I thought you were a garden fairy"

"Yeah aren't you supposed to be in pretty pink?" Vidia asked.

"Pink is such a weak color, dark colors are so much better."

"Hmm... Maybe you can hang with us." Dusk thought.

"Really? Sweet!"

"But you gotta cut the garden fairy act." Vidia ordered.

"Garden fairy act?"

"You're too happy and cheery," Dusk answered, "and we are not happy and cheery, we are above everyone else. So we act like it."

"Ok, cool."

"Hey, Jared, Jack, come check out the new guy!" Dusk called.

"We were all great friends until one day he disappeared," Jack concluded.

"What! That's it!" Tink asked.

"Sorry, tinker. But if you really want to know more you should go talk to the Minister of Autumn."

"Yeah, he was going to pick Shade to apprentice until something happened, I guess." Jared added.

"Well, that helps a little..." Tink then flew off.

"Hey, tinker!" She looked back at them. "Don't forget about our deal!"

"I won't."

I'm really really sorry Spike.

The ministers sat staring at the two rulers argue back and forth. No one knew what the argument was about, because they kept changing it. First, they were arguing about how annoying the other was and now they're fighting about who's job is tougher. So far Clarion was winning.

"I never have time to myself," Clarion stated.

"I don't even have wings!" Milori argued.

"You have an owl."

"I spend most of my day getting on and off him. On the owl. Off the owl. On the owl. Off the owl."

"Have you ever seen them fighting like this?" Sunflower asked and the other ministers simply shrugged.

"Is this why they called the meeting?" Snow questioned.

Red sat there thinking he was about to burst. He was grinding his teeth and tapping his fingers roughly against the table. It didn't take him long to get tired of the two rulers fighting. The others were anxiously staring at him, wondering what he was thinking about doing. There was a knock at the door and both Clarion and Milori grew silent. "Thank Neverland!" Red cried out in joy. The rest of the ministers let out sighs of relief.

The doors opened and Tinkerbell entered the room, "I heard yelling from down the hallway. Is everything..." Suddenly two hands covered her mouth and the ministers of spring and autumn were beside her.

"Everything is fine and dandy!" Red stated. "I'll just have a word with Tinkerbell outside." He pulled her put into the hallway and shut the door behind them. "What are you doing here?"

"Actually I came here to talk to you."

"Me?"

"Yeah, I heard from the fast flyers that you were going to apprentice Shade, and I was just wondering if you knew anything about him."

"Sh-Shade?"

"He seemed pretty well known and I just want to know who he was."

"No, all I can tell you is that he uses people, only to later betray them."

"But, Sh..."

"Don't say his name!" the minister barked.

"But, why?"

"Don't talk about him at all." Then he stormed off down the corridor.

Red hadn't returned to the meeting yet, even if nothing new was happening, the ministers, specifically Snow, were beginning to worry. There was a knock at the door and a messenger fairy entered. "The Minister of Autumn requests the presence of the Minister of Winter."

"Is he ok?"

"He is somewhere, roaming the halls, but he isn't doing anything rash."

"Not yet at least, I have to go find him, before he hurts himself." Then she flew out of the council room and into a hallway. Snow scoured every corridor until she found him banging his head against a wall. "Red." He didn't look over to her, nor stop. "Red stop!" She ran over and crouched to move between him and the wall.

"They're asking about him. Why would they want to know about Shade?" He wrapped his arms around her body and hugged her tightly.

"Red look," she began.

"I trusted him and he threw me in the trash. I told him everything and he used it to break me! Now he's doing it all over again."

"Red, you're just having a panic attack, maybe even a mental breakdown, because we both know that he is locked away in that mountain."

"He's watching us, he knows our every move and hears everything we speak."

Ok, he was losing his mind. Snow made him sit down and she sat beside him. Lightly, she began to rub his back until she saw a messenger fairy walking by. Quickly she motioned for the fairy to come over, "go get one of the nurses, and bring her here."

"Yes ma'm," and the fairy was off.

"It's ok, Red we're going to help you."
