Hi guys sorry it's late but took a while to think of something to write then this magical fairy came into my mind and gave me this idea, I truly hope you like it.
Laughter filled the room as Agnes through Davina to her knees in front of her, The knife still rested against her throat as more witches began to fill the room
"Why would I want you? You are nothing but a mere vampire. You posses no magic that I can use for our ritual but she.." Agnes looked down at the young girl in white on her knees pleading with the tears sliding down her cheek as she looked towards the people she'd been searching so long for
"Is exactly what we need. Unlike your mother, She has the power of the most powerful witch" Klaus laughed triumphantly
"My mother was the Original witch and I killed her just like I will you" Agnes watched amused as Caroline didn't say a word
"Caroline hasn't told you about her family history? You don't know about the Expressionist?" Klaus turned to Caroline his eyes urging her to say something
"My mother never taught me, She didn't believe in using her magic"
"Your mother was a witch?" Klaus was shocked by this new revelation
"No! My Grandmother was and so was my great grandmother. She abandoned magic when she met my father and fell pregnant with me"
"But that's a lie Caroline. Your mother did practice, When you first came to New Orleans; She was here to help defeat a witch that was destroying our witch craft. A witch so evil not even a hundred witches could destroy her until your mother found a spell using her expression magic. She buried her alive"
Klaus' eyes widened "Celeste."
"Yes Klaus. Her mother was the legendary witch that buried Celeste alive, Elijah was once fond of dear Celeste wasn't he? It was he who helped bury her choosing the very spot for her"
Klaus remembered every time Elijah pleaded with his brother to help Celeste how she wasn't truly bad but a soul like his, abandoned by her family and left to serve as a servant girl until her magic made her powerful.
"What does Davina have to do with it? Why should she be sacrificed?" Marcel questioned stepping forward trying to understand what Agnes was gaining by kidnapping Davina.
"You don't understand Marcel, You never will. Only a true witch could understand that her body will bring peace to our world; She wasn't supposed to survive. A foolish Deveraux witch thought keeping her alive would help our future but she was wrong. If she doesn't get sacrificed then Celeste will awaken and hell will be born on earth" Klaus chuckled darkly
"Hell already walks on this world. I am the hybrid"
"She would destroy you Klaus, You wouldn't be able to fight her off with her magic at full strength. As much as I'd like to remove the vampire's from this town I'd rather not have Celeste walking around" Agnes said as she began to drag Davina towards the door at the side of the building.
"We can defeat her. With the vampires and the witches already present In town, We could create more day walkers and I could coax my friends from mystic falls to help and the Bennett bloodline of witches could help. We could defeat her Agnes"
"The Bennett's? You know the Bennett family?" Caroline nodded ferociously in hopes anything could keep Agnes from killing her daughter.
"Klaus took me to Sheila in 1965" Klaus looked at Caroline's hopeful eyes as she mentioned the Bennett family of witches not wanting to burst her bubble and inform her that Bonnie had in fact been defeated by Silas.
Just seeing the smile replace the tears as she pleaded for help, anything to prevent loosing their daughter all over again.
"I'll give you until Midnight tomorrow to bring me a Bennett witch at full power or I'll have no choice but to sacrifice Davina to save our magic" Agnes announced as she escaped through the side door with Davina still being dragged in her arms.
"You let her take her! She's your daughter and you didn't even stop her" Marcel yelled at Klaus, the tears evident on his cheeks.
Klaus looked away ashamed not willing to look at Caroline or Marcel. "It's Okay. Bonnie will come and she will fix this, I just know it" Caroline said confidently, wiping her eyes and leaving the church pulling her phone from her pocket.
Klaus watched after her unable to tell her the truth, He knew he needed to find somebody powerful enough to help them "Will this witch help?" Marcel asked from Klaus' side.
"If she was alive; Yes. She'd do anything for Caroline. I need to find somebody connected to her blood line" Marcel's eyes filled with rage
"You mean, She's dead? So Davina is going to die and you're going to let her?" Klaus spun around to look at his adopted son angrily
"No! I am not going to let her become a sacrifice. I am going to find a witch that can help me but you're going to stay and keep an eye on the witches and make sure Agnes sticks to her word" Marcel stormed past Klaus angrily
"I hope Davina means more to you than your throne" Marcel spat as he walked through the doors leaving Klaus alone
"Her name is Grace" Klaus shouted out loud frustrated.
Caroline stormed through the front door to their home her phone still in her hand as she kept dialing Bonnie number "Bonnie. Please I need your help. Call me back" she said sweetly trying not to sound frustrated that her friend was ignoring her.
"Care" Caroline spun around to find Elena standing in the foyer sadly "We need to talk" Caroline shock her head
"I would Elena but right now I need to speak to Bonnie.. Wait do you know where she is?" Elena reached for Caroline resting her hand on her shoulder
"I'm sorry we haven't told you. We've had so much going on with Silas-" Elena took a breath as tears slipped down her cheeks as she tried to get the words out but Jeremy halted her
"Bonnie's dead" he said with a tone of finality.
"You're wrong, No Bonnie can't be" her eyes filling with tears of sadness and fear "You're lying to me" she screamed.
A body collided with her wrapping their arms around her waist keeping her up as she began to crumple to the ground
"I'm here" his voice breathed in her ear as she sobbed for her friend and her daughter.
"We can't save her, She's going to die and I never got to tell her I love her" Caroline tried to breath through her tears but her chest felt tight the pain was to strong, she turned in his arms looking into his own red tear filled eyes
"You have to compel me. I don't want to remember. Please! Make me forget" Klaus looked down at his wife, he hadn't seen her this destroyed since Grace's 'Death' and although he wanted to take her pain away he couldn't because he'd made a promise never to make her forget again.
"No. You need to grieve for your friend. I will find a way to save her I promise, We won't lose her again"
Caroline clenched her fist into balls raising them to his chest angrily punching him hard in his chest
"I hate you.. I hate you.. This is all your fault" she screamed at him.
The mystic falls gang watched from the hall the display playing out between the pair, they'd never seen Caroline so cut up, she'd always been the strongest of the lot of them, Helping Stefan curb his cravings, helping Elena and Jeremy when their parents died.
"Tell her I'm here" a voice said from beside Jeremy, He looked at the girl who'd given her life to save her friends
"You sure." Bonnie nodded.
Jeremy stepped towards Klaus and Caroline not wanting to disrupt them but knew Bonnie would demand it
"Bonnie's here. You can't see her but I can" Caroline's eyes darted to Jeremy
"But?" then she remembered he could see ghosts
"Bonnie. I need help, I need a Bennett witch to save my daughter"
"But, I thought you said she died when she was born?" Jeremy repeated what Bonnie said to Caroline
"We thought she was. Elijah discovered witches had kept her hidden from us. I just found her, I can't let them kill her" Caroline's voice cracked as a new round of tears pooled in her blue eyes.
"Bonnie said she could ask her Grams to help" Klaus shock his head
"No. Sheila wouldn't be strong enough. We need a Bennett witch with full power, She's given us until midnight tomorrow and if we don't give them what they want then…"
Klaus couldn't say the words aloud because he knew if he did it would make what was happening real and he'd once again have to mourn his child he never really knew, never got to grow into the young woman she was now.
Bonnie reached for Jeremy's hand pulling him from the room hastily "Bonnie, Slow down. What is it?"
"Abby. She's a Bennett" Jeremy shrugged his shoulders
"She's a vampire though. How will that work, she lost all her powers"
"My magic is still in limbo, If Grams can find a way to pass my powers to my mom then she can help Caroline" Jeremy nodded
"There's one problem though…" Bonnie looked at him confused "You're Dead and your grams doesn't know"
The sting of his words sunk into her chest as she realized he was right "We have to tell her" She replied.
Elijah sat in his study researching anything he'd had on Celeste and of Caroline's mother.
He'd searched all his journals during that time period along with the grimoire he'd recovered from her home after her capture, anything he could find on keeping her in the ground and saving his niece because family was above all the most important thing to him just like the words he and his siblings said as they joined hands after Klaus had killed their mother and burned the white oak tree
'Always and Forever'
"Elijah" his head turned to find Hayley stood in the door way holding her daughter in her arms.
"Hayley, I am busy right now, I am sorry can it wait?" Hayley pulled something from her pocket holding it out to him
"Sophie dropped this by earlier, It's something to do with Caroline and her family" Elijah was confused
"What do you mean?" Elijah took the object from Hayley's hand holding it in his hand.
He'd seen the image inverted on the pendant before, He was sure of it.
Returning to his journals he gathered selected ones placing them all around the table without a second glance to Hayley.
Looking at him so engrossed in finding anything to help his niece, her daughters sister.
"Thank you Hayley" Elijah looked up from his journals with a small grateful smile.
His eyes fell back onto the page reading Expression and Traveler Magic.
The pendant he was holding in his hand slipped out of his hand onto the table, inspecting the pendant he noticed a clip at the side, quickly unclipping it he found a picture of a woman that had brunette hair and a smile much like Caroline's and a man with blonde hair exactly like Caroline's 'Her Parents' He thought.
Entering the foyer Elijah looked at their guest then towards Caroline and Klaus "Do you recognize this pendant?" He asked dangling the chain in his hand towards Caroline, a small gasp escaped her mouth
"That's mine.. I lost it when I was human, It was the night before the night of my ball; It was my mother's when she was a child. Where did you get it?"
"Sophie Deveraux gave it to Hayley, I believe if we find out your family history we might just find a way to bring down Celeste and save Davina" Caroline didn't know much about her history more her father's side than her mothers.
"How can we do that? I don't know anything, Not really" Elijah smiled reassuringly.
"We're going to find your family tree, We're going to Sophie and we'll find your history through her"
Caroline nodded reaching Klaus's hand squeezing it tightly
"You stay here. Hayley and the baby need you. Elijah and I will go"
Klaus looked at his wife ready to disagree but Rebekah rested a hand on his shoulder
"Do as she said, come on we'll find something here" reluctantly Klaus kissed Caroline's forehead letting her go.
Standing in the cemetery felt weird, Caroline hated Cemeteries, she could smell the dead even if they were six feet underneath her in stone tombs.
"You have the book?" Elijah said looking towards Sophie as she made her presence known
"Yes. There's something you should know. We found something else while I was looking through the archives"
Sophie handed a file to Caroline the name Bennett staring up at her "I thought you were getting my mother's file, Her name wasn't Bennett, It was Franks. I don't understand" Sophie took the file from Caroline's hand opening it to the page she needed
"This is Amia Bennett. She was the daughter of Anaya Bennett"
Elijah's eyebrows rose "Anaya, She was my mother's friend and Mentor" Sophie nodded pointing further down the Bennett family tree
"This is the first of the Bennett witches' to have pale skin, Her name was Sarah. Her mother was of mixed heritage due to her father being white and her mother black, She also went on to have a white child. Her name was…"
Caroline knew what she was going to say "My Mother. Eileen"
Sophie nodded "So I'm a distant vampire relative of Bonnie's" The realization sunk in to why Klaus sent her to Sheila
"Klaus knew. He sent me to Sheila because she was my great cousin or something" Sophie shock her head
"She's your great Niece. When you were young your mother had an affair resulting in a pregnancy of twins" pointing down the chain a name popped u that she recognized
"Emily Bennett was my sister? And I had a brother.. But how did I not know?"
"Your mother knew if she had given birth to a child of a different heritage your father would abandon her and take you with him; She gave birth to her children in a town close to Mystic falls leaving both children with one of her relatives knowing that they'd be raised in a loving family, she returned to you"
Caroline felt the bile rise in her throat "I just don't understand, I thought my mother practiced Expression?" Sophie nodded
"She did; It was her way of protecting you. She buried Celeste alive for you, just like it was arranged for my ancestors to take your child from you. It was all to protect you. Davina being sacrificed isn't going to work because she needs your blood to complete the ritual"
Elijah and Caroline both stood mouths a gap and stunned "What do you mean me? I'm a vampire I can't help her"
This time Sophie handed her the other file pointing to the name in bold capital letters 'Christopher Andrew Salvatore'
"My father, What aren't you telling me Sophie, this has to be some kind of Joke" Sophie showed her the name at the top of the list
"Silas. You mean to tell me I'm a descendant of Silas?" Sophie found the page she wanted
"This is Samuel Salvatore, He was your father's father. He was the son of the first doppelganger created from Silas, just like your friend Stefan is a doppelganger" Caroline's eyes were wide and full of amazement
"So you're telling me I'm not just a Bennett but I'm a Salvatore too? Do you realize how ridiculous you sound right now?" Sophie took the files back from Caroline taking a deep breath before starting again
"If you'd stayed human, you would have become the most powerful witch known to our world, You never got the chance to know about your magic because at seventeen you were frozen forever by a selfish vampire unwilling to let you go. The only other descendant of your mixed bloodline is Davina. She not only has both Bennett and Salvatore magic she has-"
"My mother's magic. Which means she not only carries traditional magic but Spirit and Traveler magic too"
Sophie nodded
"If they sacrifice her, Celeste will be stronger than all of us. Your mother abandoned her magic using the expression magic so she could save you, She froze Celeste before she and Elijah buried her alive. My great grandmother took Davina on your mother's request, She had to pretend she was dead so that if somebody ever freed Celeste she'd never suspect that Davina was your child."
all the information hit Caroline at full force, she stumbled falling to the floor in a heap, Elijah at her side gently holding her body as she cried.
"I need to see Klaus, I have to go home. He needs to know"
Walking into their home Caroline's eyes drifted to her friends as they sat around talking with Rebekah and Hayley about the latest gossip in mystic falls, Klaus leaning against the wall holding his daughter tightly in his arms feeding her a bottle, his eyes fixed on a sullen Caroline as she entered the room.
"Klaus. We need to talk" Rebekah was beside Klaus taking the baby from him offering Caroline a reassuring smile, Caroline looked towards Stefan and Damon.
"Stefan and Damon need to hear this two, Jeremy you should come too, I need to speak to Bonnie"
Walking into Elijah's study they all took a seat watching Caroline as she sat down on Elijah's table as he leaned against it beside her
"We know why Davina needs to be sacrificed. Stefan, Damon do you know much of your family history? Regarding Silas?"
both brother's eyes widened "I'm one of Silas' doppelgangers' why?" Stefan said looking up towards Elijah
"Caroline has dug into her family history and learned that her parent's kept secrets from her. Do either of you know of the name Christopher Salvatore?" Damon's ears perked up
"He was our Uncle, Our father said he never spoke to him. Said he was bad news why?" Elijah looked at Caroline gesturing for her to continue
"Christopher Andrews was my father's name, the Andrew was his middle name that he later used as our surname" Both Salvatore brother's eyes widened in confusion
"You mean to tell me that you're our cousin?" Caroline nodded
"I'm the granddaughter of the First Salvatore Doppelganger, Samuel Salvatore. But that isn't all.." Klaus looked at his wife and brother confused
"Jer, Is Bonnie here?" Caroline questioned He nodded
"She knows what you're going to tell her. She was with you in the cemetery. Her Grams had mentioned your mother once when she was talking about Emily" Caroline nodded
"So I've been lied to throughout my childhood. My name was never Caroline Andrews but Caroline Salvatore and I'm not just a Salvatore but a Bennett" Klaus, Stefan and Damon looked on in shock.
"What does this mean for Davina?" Klaus questioned his eyes darting between Elijah and Caroline
"Davina is filled with three types of Magic, Traditional, Traveler and spirit magic. Celeste needs Esther to complete the ritual so that she can take Davina's magic but she doesn't just need Davina's blood to complete it-"
Caroline rested her hand on Elijah's smiling at him softly before she adverted her gaze onto Klaus
"She needs me. To take Davina's magic she needs my blood" Klaus' eyes filled with rage and anger as he stood from his seat
"No! Absolutely not. I'm not loosing you both, I'll kill Agnes myself if I have too…"
Elijah stood from his position looking at his brother when it struck him
"Agnes believes if she kills Davina then Celeste will stay in the ground but we know this isn't true, The Deveraux witches took Grace to save her and Caroline, If they're sacrificed then Celeste gets their magic and rises again. We need to stop the sacrifice before it's too late" Elijah said walking from the room to tell the others of a plan that was now needed to safe mother and daughter.

A/N: Ok so i went a little extreme here, I thought why the heck not! So Caroline and Davina are special witches with more types of Magic that one. It's now a case of Will Celeste rise again or not and If they need to pass their magic over who will be best candidate? Katherine or Cami maybe Bonnie will come back who knows. What do you guys think?
