Has it really been that long? I should probably be tied to a post and flogged. However, society has advanced past that punishment so I guess yelling at me will have to do. I am so sorry, duckies. I am the epitome of an awful person. Well if you haven't heard, I have a rat now. His name is Benedict Cumberbatch. He's named after the actor that plays Smaug in the movie. I also got a job at a nature park. Oh and I am taking four advanced placement classes. Like Kevin Tran. Anyway, I apologize for my lateness. I missed your virtual faces. Love you all. Please review.

As I silently stepped into the room, I was able to take the scene in. My dwarves were eating breakfast and food was being thrown around the table. I rolled my eyes as I watched Bofur throw a plate at his brother. The face Bombur made had me chuckling though. This caused Ori to notice me. "Evie!" he yelled, genuinely excited. He was just too cute sometimes. The entire room became silent as the dwarves turned and looked at me. I didn't care about anyone else's reaction in the room. I was staring at the only two people whose opinions I cared about. Kili and Fili were staring at me too, wide-eyed. They looked me up and down before meeting my eye. The emotion in both of their faces caused me to blush.

"Well come eat, lass," Dwalin said with a chuckle. Every dwarf laughed and continued eating. The noise in the room returned to normal and I was able to relax. This is what I was used to. The obnoxious noises and rowdy behavior. I smile as I walk over to the table. Well, sashay is more like it. What can I say? I have come to terms with liking the two dwarves. Now it is time to play.

I sit down between Fili and Kili with a smirk. They haven't gotten back to eating yet. They have just been staring at me with a dumbfounded expression. I glance at one, then the other. "Is there a problem boys?" I purr. A deep blush works its way up their faces. "Not at all," Fili says hurriedly. "Nope," Kili replies while clearing his throat. They both immediately turn back to their plates and shove food in their mouths. I internally laugh. Those elven girls are a really bad influence on me. I glance up at the doorway. All of the girls were huddled around peeking at me and the boys. An affectionate feeling works its way up in me. They were like little sisters to me. I was never able to have little sisters. As an only child, all the pressure had been on me. I had to grow up too soon. Now it was my turn to laugh and have fun. With my new sisters. And with my new family; the dwarves. I smiled as I met the girls' eyes and winked. The excitement in their eyes had me wanting to tease my dwarves more. I stopped eating. My dwarves. Yeah. I liked the sound of that. A lot.

I finished off my apple before tapping them both on the thighs. They both froze and turned to me. I smirked. "Do you want to see something amazing?" I asked. They looked at each other before nodding. My smirk deepened as I stood up. "Then follow me," I continued. They both immediately stood up and started walking behind me. I nodded to Thorin who glanced up in curiosity. He nodded back. Huh. Obviously I gained his trust. I'll make sure not to disappoint him. In the meantime, I had my boys to mess with. I glanced at the girls again with a wicked smile. They all started giggling and ran into one of the rooms along the hall.

I glanced back at my boys. They were having a silent conversation with each other. A shot of envy went through me. Oh how I wish I could do that with someone. As I walked, I formulated a plan. We passed the room the girls ran into and they pointed to a large, decorative door. So I was supposed to go in there. I smiled, showing them that I understood. When we got to the door, I turned and looked at my boys from under my lashes. "Are you ready?" I ask in a whisper. They nod, smiling. I opened the door with a slight push. As it swung open, it revealed a balcony lightened by the moon. A single bench was placed by the railing. I walked over to it, sparing a glance at Kili and Fili. They were awe-struck.

I sat down and tilted my head back, enjoying the light breeze. I felt, rather than saw, them sit next to me. I could feel their body heat warming my sensitive skin. Their hands reached for mine as they relaxed. I gave their calloused palms a light squeeze. Fili sighed. "This is complicated," he said, his breath blowing across my face. I felt Kili trace my fingers. I let out a breathy laugh. "You could say that again." Kili smiled and Fili let out a chuckle. "Boys, I have to tell you something," I said, drawing in a deep breath. I stood and turned to face them. They looked nervous, but attentive. "IjustrealizedthatIreallylikebothofyou," I rushed out. "What?" They asked in unison. I blew out a breath. Smooth move, Evie. "Okay.. Um.. I really like the both of you. I mean you are both amazing and kind and and.. I just messed this up," I stutter out. Really, Evie. Are you in sixth grade now? Kili smiled at me. "It's okay Evie. We know what we are and we know what we are not." I looked at him. "What?" I asked, confused. Kili and Fili looked at each other and stood. They walked over to me, grabbing my hands. They each kissed the back of my hands. "This right here? This is real. If you accept us, that is," Fili said. I nodded, suddenly at a loss of words. For once in your life, I heard my mother say in my head. No, not even she can ruin this. I swallowed. "I uh.. Yes, I suppose," I say.

A chorus of "awes" and sniffles ring out by the door. Kili and Fili turn around, startled. I peer over their shoulders at my honorary sisters crowded around the doorway. An airy chuckle could be heard coming down the hallway. "Now girls, give them some privacy," Gandalf said, peering in the room. "You too?!" I ask, exasperated. He grinned. "It was going to happen eventually." I shook my finger at him. "You are a meddling old man." He kept grinning and winked. "Perhaps I am," he said, ushering the girls out of the room. I turned to Kili and Fili who were still shocked. "That wasn't supposed to happen," I said, scratching my head. I hear two soft chuckles which slowly build in to full-belly laughs. I looked at them holding their sides and laughing. "What?" I ask, smiling. Fili takes two breathes before he can answer. "Oh Evie, being with you is going to be wilder than we thought."
