That Monday, everyone was back in school. No one knew that Taylor and Chad were dating. Taylor didn't want any attention added to herself. She and Chad were in class, finalizing details up about their project.

"So, your middle name is LeAnn?" Chad chuckled.

Taylor playfully hit him on his chest, "yes, and if you ever call me LeAnn I will have to hurt you."

Chad laughed some more, "You're so cute when you're trying to be violent. Taylor you couldn't hurt a fly."

"If needed I would." Taylor smiled.

When school ended Taylor was at her locker talking to Gabriella and Sharpay when Sharpay saw Chad walking over to them.

"Uh-oh, boyfriend alert. Let's go Gabriella." Taylor laughed when Sharpay and Gabriella walked away and turned to her locker to take some of her books out.

"So I have practice this afternoon and I was thinking that maybe someone should come and watch her boyfriend practice." Chad leaned up against the locker next to Taylor.

"I have homework and a lot of studying to do." Taylor responded.

"So is that a no?" Chad asked.

Taylor turned to face Chad, "yeah it is."

Chad was quiet. Taylor lifted Chad's chin up and looked at him.

"Look how about after practice you come over and I can help you with some homework." Taylor suggested.

A grin appeared on Chad's face. "Okay, I'll see you later." Chad did something that Taylor wasn't expecting. He kissed her on the cheek and then walked away.

Taylor watched Chad run down the hall with his hair flopping around and laughed. She gathered her things and closed her locker before meeting up with Sharpay and they walked home together.

"So Taylor, my parents will be gone this whole week and the following weekend and I was going to through a party." Sharpay said as soon as the girls walked inside of the house.

"I don't think so little sister." A voice was heard and the girls turned around to see a guy standing on the stairs.

"Ryan what are you doing here?" Sharpay asked.

"Mom and dad told me to watch you while they were gone." Ryan said.

Sharpay rolled her eyes. "Shouldn't you be in college right now studying for something?"

Ryan smiled, "Don't worry about it."

"Ryan this is Taylor, she's staying with us." Sharpay said.

"Mom already told me. Nice to meet you Taylor." Ryan smiled at Taylor.

"You too." Taylor smiled.

Taylor looked from Sharpay and Ryan to see them both glaring at each other.

"Well I'll be in my room doing homework." Taylor said, feeling awkward and she passed Ryan and made her way up the stairs.

"So a party huh?" Ryan asked Sharpay, who rolled her eyes and made her way to the kitchen.

Two hours later, Taylor was done studying and doing all of her homework. She got a text message from Chad saying that he was on his way. Taylor walked downstairs to the kitchen to see Ryan drinking juice. Taylor smiled at him and went in the refrigerator to get a snack.

Taylor felt eyes on her and she turned around to see Ryan looking at her.

"Can I help you?" She asked him.

"How old are you?" He asked.

"I'm 15 but I'll be 16 in a few months." Taylor responded.

"You don't like a 15 year old." Ryan said.

"How old do I look?" Taylor asked.

"You look like you're 17." Ryan smiled. "You wear makeup don't you?"

"I don't actually." Taylor responded.

"Good because you're already beautiful." Ryan responded.

Taylor looked at Ryan and slowly nodded her head, "Well thank you for the compliment. How old are you?"

"I'm 18." He responded.

The doorbell rung and Taylor nodded her head before she went to go and answer it. She opened the door to see Chad standing there and smiled.

Taylor opened the door and Chad walked in. She greeted him with a hug and a kiss. They both pulled away when they heard footsteps and saw Ryan walking in the living room.

"Chad?" Ryan looked over.

"Ryan?" Chad walked over to Ryan and they did some weird manly handshake.

"How's it going?" Ryan asked Chad.

"I'm good, I'm still playing ball."

Ryan looked at Taylor and smiled. "I hope I wasn't interrupting anything."

"No, you're fine. It was good to see you man." Chad responded before Ryan looked back at Taylor one last time and left back into the kitchen.

"Well where should we get started at?" Chad asked Taylor.

Taylor and Chad were up in Taylor's room studying when there was a knock on the door. Ryan walked in and Taylor looked at him.

"What are you doing in here?" Taylor asked him.

"I wanted to know if you and Chad wanted anything from Wendy's." He asked.

"Thanks Ryan but nothing for me." Taylor responded and Chad replied with the same response and they continued studying.

Ryan looked at Taylor one last time before closing the door.

"What are you doing?" Sharpay asked, standing behind Ryan.

Ryan turned around and faced Sharpay. He grinned at his sister.

"I was just asking if they wanted something from Wendy's." Ryan responded.

"You didn't ask me." Sharpay said.

"You didn't give me a chance to." Ryan was quiet after that and Sharpay playfully hit his arm.

"Ow Shar. I was just kidding with you. What do you want?" Ryan asked rubbing his arm.

"My usual and I want a chocolate frosty." Sharpay responded.

Ryan nodded his head and left the house. Sharpay looked at Taylor's door and the direction Ryan went in before she made her way back to her room.

"And if you use your periodic table then you will know that the element for Potassium is K." Taylor explained to Chad.

Chad wrote a few things on his homework and stared at it and smiled.

"I'm finished."

"See it wasn't that hard now was it?" Taylor smiled as she watched Chad put his stuff away.

"No it wasn't." Chad looked at Taylor.

Taylor smiled when she seen Chad lean in to give her a kiss. Their lips connected and when she kissed him, she felt something. Chad pulled away and continued to look at Taylor.

"I wish the teachers at the school were more like you." Chad said.

"Why do you say that?" Taylor asked.

"Because if you were teaching then I wouldn't be having trouble. Plus I wouldn't mind going to my classes." Chad responded.

Taylor smiled to herself.

"You want to go outside?" Chad asked.

"Yeah let me just get a jacket."

Taylor got up and went over to her chair and put on Chad's jacket. He smiled when he seen her with it on.

"That looks better on you than it did on me." Chad smiled.

"I know." Taylor joked.

They left the house and began walking outside to the park. Taylor sat down on the swings and Chad stood behind her and gently began pushing her.

"I had a dream last night." Chad spoke.

"Was I in it?" Taylor smiled while Chad gently pushed her.

"Yes you were." He responded. "It was you and I."

"What happened?" Taylor asked.

After receiving a silent treatment from Chad Taylor put her feet to the ground and stopped swinging. She looked back at Chad.

"You can tell me anything." She said.

Chad held her swing and looked her in her eyes.

"We got married." He responded.

"That sounds really nice." Taylor continued to look Chad in his eyes.

"You want to get married?" Chad's voice got softer and lower, almost like a whisper.

Taylor got off the swings and stared up at the sky and then looked back at chad.

"I do want to get married. When I finish college, got a well-paying job, and when I find the right man, yeah."

Chad walked over to Taylor and stood in front of her.

"The right man?" He asked. He grabbed both of her hands and kissed them and then placed them back down.

Taylor smiled and nodded her head. "But who knows, maybe I already found him."

Chad smiled before he placed his hands on Taylor's waist and kissed her on the lips. Taylor pulled away and smiled at Chad.
