(OC POV)
"Sideswipe." I muttered out dangerously calm, the mech freezing in his tracks before cussing under his breath and turning to face me. I was covered helm to heelstrut in a bright fuchsia color, my green optics narrowed angrily as my arms crossed over my chestplates to keep myself from strangling him.
"How can I help ya, Prime?" he said nervously as he visibly tried to keep his cool in my presence, a small smile making it through to his features causing me to scowl behind my visor.
"Would you happen to have any idea exactly who set the trap?" I said with a sickly sweet smile through my clenched denta, the mech tensing as he realized I knew exactly who it was and was waiting to see if he admitted or not.
"No clue. I was actually on my way to Ironhide for more training, so I'll see ya around Prime." he said with a tense smile before turning on his heelstruts, skating away from me at an almost running pace without glancing back. My optics narrowed even more at his attempt to get away from me, a resigned sigh leaving me as a mischievous smile came across my features smoothly.
~Boys, we have a runner. Please bring me Sideswipe. I will be in the med-bay washing off this damn paint.~ I muttered through my gestalt bond as I made my way to said bay, smirking when the boys immediately agreed to help just to take away their boredom for a bit. Walking into the med-bay I immediately ducked from a flying wrench, raising a brow ridge when I realized Ratchet was working on Ironhide and was angry at being disturbed.
"Now, this a sight to see. Just moments ago a certain frontliner said he was heading to train with Ironhide when I questioned him on who set the paint trap. It seems he was lying to me." I murmured thoughtfully as Ratchet and Ironhide looked at me, glancing at each other with vicious smirks as they realized I would have to punish the young prankster.
"It seems he was. What are you to do about it, Prime?" Ratchet murmured as he once again got back to his work, Ironhide staying quiet for once except for complaining when Ratchet did something he didn't like.
"You will see soon enough. Ratchet, do you happen to have any paint remov-" I was interrupted as a kicking and screaming Sideswipe was thrown in the med-bay, my gestalt standing in the doorway and blocking his way out as identical evil smirks appeared on their features.
"My my, is this a present for me? And here I thought I would have to hunt him down." I said with a pout and a playfully upset tone, Ratchet chuckling evilly as he set down his tools and watched the confrontation like Ironhide beside him.
"I'm being held against my right! I demand a lawyer!" the frontliner cried out as he stood and crossed his arms over his chest, my brow ridge rising as I set my hands on my hips and pursed my lips as I appeared to be deep in thought.
"If that is what you so wish, I am sure I can provide something." I said before nodding towards Skystorm, the mech nodding back with an evil expression as he left to do what I asked of him silently.
"Wait, whoa, where is he going?" Sideswipe said as he became more jittery, my gestalt remaining in the doorway to block the now defensive frontliner from making a hasty exit.
"To get your lawyer, of course." I murmured as I grabbed the rag Ratchet tossed my absently, starting to rub myself down as I felt Skystorm start approaching the bay rapidly with a mech in tow.
"You requested my assistance, Prime?" I heard the enforcers voice before I saw him, Sideswipes new wave of panic practically adding another presence to the room as his optics widened.
"Yes. You see, I am quite fond of the color my armor was. This fuchsia color greatly upsets me, especially considering it was literally dumped on me." I said the last part with an angry tone, Sideswipe mouthing 'Don't do it!' when I glanced at him with an icy glare.
"Apologies, Prime." Prowl said with a frown behind his visor, crossing his arms over his chest as I heard his processor trying to figure out what I was heading towards.
"Now, when I questioned Sideswipe about it, the mech claimed he had 'no clue' and left to be on time to his training session with Ironhide. But I soon realized he was lying when I came here to see Ratchet and Ironhide was having his check-up." I murmured with a mock confused expression, Prowl stiffening as he tilted his helm slightly and pursed his lipplates with a thoughtful 'hmm'.
"Really now? That is interesting." he said as he turned to glare at Sideswipe through his visor, the younger mech visibly stiffening even more before turning his own glare towards me.
"So you see, I have come to the conclusion that Sideswipe was the culprit and he needs to be punished. But of course we need proof, and I am positive the hidden camera in that hallway will have enough should you look at the logs." I said as I crossed my arms over my chest with a satisfied smile, Prowl nodding as he looked away from the foolish frontliner to meet my gaze unflinchingly.
"No need, I already saw it all in the data burst you sent me. Sideswipe, you are coming with me." the enforcer muttered before turning towards said mech, reaching out his servo with a stern frown as Sideswipe refused to go near him.
"No!" the mech howled as Prowl pounced forward as grabbed his arm firmly, yanking him out of the bay as the gestalt parted for him to go through with the struggling culprit.
"That should keep him out of our hair for at least a few days." I said after a few moments of silence when Sideswipe's howling disappeared, Ratchet merely snorting before going back to working on a complaining Ironhide once again.
"What was that?" I heard Optimus' voice say at the doorway of the med-bay, my helm immediately turning from rubbing myself down to look at the noble mech.
"Just tying up loose ends, nothing to concern yourself with luv." I said with an innocent smile before focusing on getting the paint off, dipping it in the solution that Ratchet handed to me moments before Optimus arrived.
"Of course. I need you to attend the meeting with Earth's commanders that is scheduled in an hour. Your input would greatly assist me." Optimus said as he walked up to my side with an amused smile, the amusement disappearing as I sent him my most withering glare that I could manage towards him.
"Of course Prime." I said with a fake smile before struggling with the fuchsia paint, throwing down the rag when I sighed and resigned myself to my fate.
A/N: Sorry for the long wait :(
