Thank you all for sticking with me. I had a huge scare three days after I left you all my mom was taken to the Hospital and was their for a week getting help. she has DVT (massive a mounts of blood clots in her legs and lungs.)
I have cut back my work hours as she is not to be alone and she can't walk very well anymore.
This being said I will need time to adjust things but means I'll have more time for you all and my stories it doesn't pay bills but makes me super happy so I see it as I win.
I still have heard nothing from any of my beta's So I'm very sorry I will have to look for more till then I will try and make it painless to read.
If you all are saying its easy just grammar check it I do thank you it doesn't always catch everything though and sometimes the lines under the checks match the background its why I use to have my ex-bff look at it she had better eyes.
I had played with Maddison for 2 hours before she started to get Hungry and Esme Cullen walked in with her Husband Carlisle came up to tell her dinner was made.
"I don't believe we have officially meet. I'm Carlisle Cullen."
I smiled
"Isabella Swan But I like Bella."
"Thank you." She whispered to me her eyes filled with such a heartwarming emotion.
I didn't know how to answer her. I looked to Maddison then to Carlisle.
"Thank you." Carlisle nodded to me his face held a reassuring smile.
Esme wa going to say something else but was interrupted.
"Mommy I'd like to eat please." Maddison said tugging on her mothers pant.
I laughed lightly happy I wasn't sure I was ready to talk just yet.
"Your right Maddie lets get you something to eat." Esme held her hand out for Maddison to take and they walked out.
"Bella your welcome to stay of course there is a guest room next to Edwards that no one is occupying at this time."
Carlisle said and with that Edward was standing by the door.
"Ill show you up." He said flashing me a crooked grin.
I blinked a few times and slowly looked away back to Carlisle.
"Thank you I could get a hotel though."
"not around here." Edward laughed
"Their isn't much in this small town."
"Oh, right well thank you." I nodded " I will pay for the room then."
"No I wouldn't except." Esme was then their a stern look on her face " You have already paid in full more over, so none of that. Edward will show you to your room."
My eyes slowly went back to normal as they had bulged out at Esme appearance and stern words.
I nodded see her in mother mode and saw no nonsense will be tolerated.
"Come on Bella."
I fallowed behind the Adonis like creature. I couldn't believe That I didn't see in Esme's head how unbelievably beautiful he was.
He lead me to a set of stairs and at the top their was three doors.
He gestured for me to the one to the far right.
"This is your room." He opened the door it was a good size not overly large a queen bed was in the middle with two end dressers on either side a tv on the wale and a small desk at the window on the left.
Their were two doors in side I assumed maybe a bathroom and closet.
"The closet isn't that big sorry but you get your own bathroom walk in shower. The bathrooms the door to the right." Edward gestared said.
"I didn't bring anything anyway." I laughed nervously
"You didn't? Well I'm sure we have clothes that could fit you look to be Esme or Rosalie's size."
"No no its fine thank you I can get buy my own. Its fine,I never know where my power will take me and for how long I usually just get what I need when I need it or send for things." I shrugged.
"You move around a lot then."
I sighed and headed for the bed sitting on the end.
"Yeah, it's hard to stay anywhere to long when I'm being pulled all over and harder to keep a job when I could be pulled to do something or go somewhere without notice. I did put in for time off to come here the pull had told me to come here last week." I said the last part slowly and looked to him with sorrow, that I had waited to come.
"It's fine you're here now."
"I could of stopped the vampire from going to the volutir I could of let them see she was not an immortal child I could of stopped it if I was here, if only I haven't used my gift and taken off. I should of known better, it must of been awful for you all not knowing what was going on."
"We were worried. She just start acting human and it upset Carlisle and us all."
I looked to my hands.
"But after about 6 months and we found out what it was, most were relieved."
"6 Months!? It took you all six months even with Alice's gift?" I looked up shocked.
"Alice can't see Maddison."
"She can't? Im so sorry I-I just I can't believe you all were in the dark that long and the stress that must of put on all of you.I didn't have any warnings that it would be a problem for her. I mean I know I was in a hurry that day but I did make sure she was up to it that her mind and body were strong enough, I also knew of you all and just well with all of you she would have great support I didn't think she would need me to stay."
"Bella we are not upset with you we all are grateful to you Maddison is the best thing to happen to this family we all love her."
"I know I saw in her mind how happy she was and loved, I knew that the little one would definitely get that. I saw in Esme's mind how loving and compassionate you all were how strong your family is and your ties. You don't see that in many people anymore you know.
I've been around a long time and yes mothers and fathers love their children and their wives/husbands but I have never seen such a connection such a true family and your all not really related but it was obvious how dearly Esme loved you all as her own and she would do anything for any of you and I knew that you all would do anything for Eachother. Her truest desire was just for all of you to be happy it had been a long time since I had found such a truly unselfish desire, she didnt want for anything else. I know she didn't desire trully for another child,she had 5 amazing children already that she truly loved more then any other mother I've come across in decades. she had wished to be able to have a child that was her's and Carlisle' it wasn't her biggest desire by far. It was the only one that I could at the time grant, since you weren't their."
"Me? why would I have to be their?"
"Esme's greatest desire is for you to find what she and your siblings have found true love to have you happy and content." I paused then looked to him "I... well I can do that if that's what you want. I can't make someone for you, don't get me wrong I can't truly create life or make someone feel what they don't want to but I could point you in the right direction of where she is or um he?"
I heard a booming laugh from outside.
I looked up wide eyed
"Shut up Emmett." Edward Growled
"Th-They're all listening." I hesitated shocked and embarrassed. I had said to much. It was just something about with Edward that made me feel comfortable, he just I don't know how to explain it I just wanted to talk to him.
Edward coughed uncomfortably
"I dont I mean Im alright on my own. Thanks."
I nodded of course look at him like he would need your help. Of course he likes being alone. I wonder why? For me It was better to be alone couldn't always trust someone else and with my gift it was tiring to keep someone around for long they always got fed up fast or worse. I shook my head, don't think about it Bella.
"I'm sorry." I said slowly.
"No no its fine." He gave me a crooked grin and I just stared.
"Well Um I've showed you the room Im going to go to my room for a bit Its right next door, if you need anything."
"Right thanks." I nodded.
